ID Information
What information is included on the product ID tag?
Every VELUX skylight and roof window features product information marked on the unit. This marking contains the product serial number, which tells the skylight model, glass type, and date of manufacture.

Where to locate product ID tags on the product.
VELUX Skylight Systems (2025 and newer) include a QR code on the back of the remote that can be used to easily locate your product ID. For current model skylights (2010 or newer) that are not part of a Skylight System, the product ID tag is in two places on the product. The locations of these ID tags are listed by product below.
