Because our home is very close to our neighbors, we had a few concerns going into the project, but SWORD handled everything with professionalism and care. The team did incredibly thorough work, kept us informed throughout the entire process (the drone photos were an added bonus), and made sure both we and our neighbors were taken care of. They quickly scheduled a visit and two weeks later performed a gutter service. It was simple, easy and pretty fast. Other companies never bothered to return calls or even bother to show up after speaking with them. Yeah this job wasn't particularly large so I really appreciate the service.

We experienced a leak with our new house. Called SWORD came out very quick, either the day we called or day after. Told us what was needed and priced it for us. They told us it would be approximately 2 weeks to complete in which they sent us updates on where we were on wait list. They completed job when they said. They worked very well with our Home Warranty company in regards to communication and being able to get paid. I believe this company is ethical, not overly priced, communication is excellent. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again for any future work.

The professionalism and ownership of the Sales Rep, through his communication with the Operations Leader, to the the ON-site Supervisor was unparalleled in any precious experience. The ARMY of technicians who arrived and magically transformed this roof, taking it down to the ORIGINAL 1900 studs and identifying solutions was remarkable. I absolutely expect this too take 2 full days with a small crew of 5 and a team leader. I completely underestimated SWORD roofing and NOW understand their high rating on various platforms. The new plywood was an on-site, mid-project need and they still competed this job in 5 hours with ZERO debris and not a single old nail to be found, anywhere. Absolutely wonderful company to do business with. My salesman was Trevor and he was and still is (I've referred all of my neighbors so I keep seeing him around) extremely helpful and attentive. From the first meeting where he thought of something specific to my home/needs and called later with a suggestion, to him stopping by the day of install to ensure things were all delivered correctly and within mins getting something replaced that was damaged. Definite shout out to Manny! He was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Bob Vila's got nothing on him. He knew everything and answered every question thoroughly. All of the crew were awesome as well. They worked quick and very much as a solid team. Very conscientious of my neighbors too! They checked the adjacent yards and even stopped painting when the wind was blowing and my neighbor had just gotten home. Not to mention they all knew I was worried about my metal yard chicken and I watched the guys slowly peel back the old shingles above it and grab each one before it fell so as to not hit it. Wow. And then when Quincy came to do the final walk around and collect the balance there was a credit for something they didn't have to replace. I wouldn't have even known! That kind of honesty is the kind of business you know you can trust. My only slight not even a complaint after all this was, I would have liked to have known that I was an afternoon install. But even then everyone apologized and they were still done before dark. *The color is Midnight Plum.

Great experience with SWORD roofing. I just had my roof redone including a complete re-decking. Made an appointment to get a free estimate, Will came by and walked on the roof/looked in the attic. Walked me through their roofing process, answered any questions I had, no pressure sales talk. Their estimated scheduling time was accurate. This was a fairly minor repair of shingle loss due to high wind. Throughout, the sales and administrative staff and the crew were responsive and did their jobs well. What an absolutely amazing experience from the team at SWORD! After the “high wind weekend 2k26”, I had a little damage to my fascia board, and the gutter had been ripped off the side of the house. I initially reached out to several other contractors, and went with the one that got there first on a Sunday. No name shaming, but this other contractor put me off until Thursday (5 days later) through a rain and snow event without even giving me a hint of a time frame to repair, even after I quickly agreed to the initial estimate. By Thursday morning I was done waiting, and decided to give SWORD a call. And man was I impressed. Justin Huber showed up within a few hours. He was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He quickly reviewed the damages while maintaining a conversation with my over talkative self, took a few pictures, matched the color with a sample, and politely finished the conversation with me and told me he would have an estimate by the end of the day. The estimate was in my email inbox within an hour. No joke. Very reasonable for what needed done. I quickly accepted. With the impending storm this Sunday I was really hoping to get this done quick, and man did Justin come through. Not even two days later, his install crew showed up at 9am ready to go! The install crew were outstanding as well. They were friendly, professional, and man did they bang this job out quick. I think they were only here for an hour. And the install work was top notch too! One of the guys even noticed a piece of debris I had by the garbage can I forgot to put out at the curb this week, and they took it away without me needing to ask. That’s just awesome. SWORD roofing took on a project that most other people wouldn’t touch! We had a really bad contractor improperly install gutters and downspouts and they came in and did it the right way! I called Sword roofing to look for a leak in my roof. A estimator came fairly quickly and said my roof ridge vent in center of my house was the problem and suggested replacing all 3 ridge vents on my roof . Other roofers said the same thing. Sword came in with the best price using the same items to replace the ridge vents. Sword was very friendly and explained everything that was needed for repair and replace other 2 ridge vents for prevention of future leaks. They are local and quickly did the job 2 weeks later and did a professionally great job. They were great to work with! I highly recommend them!

We had a brand new roof installed by SWORD today. Some repair work as well. The team was amazing. We loved working with Eric Barnes and Trevor. Trevor sent us pictures as the work progressed on the house. More importantly, I loved choosing the color of the shingles. There were many colors to allow me to take a decision. I am delighted with the Driftwood Shingles. It complements the house beautifully.

I was pleased with the communication from the person who answered the phone (I think it was Joey), the salesperson (Curry) and all of the workers who diligently worked hard to install a gutter apron which I didn't have, along with wrapping fascia, trim and then installing larger gutters and downspouts. They also had to replace some rotten wood. I haven't been able to see how everything works yet with a hard rain, but I have confidence that everything will be fine and I believe they will stand by their work if it isn't. The work order was detailed and the pricing was competitive compared to other quotes that I received. I am glad to support a local business!

Sword was ON IT from the start. From the minute I called it was top notch service. I had some animals getting into my attic and I didn't want to harm them. They gave me a roof inspection, fixed the entry holes, fixed some siding, and problem solved. It would have cost me twice as much to hire an animal control person and then they still could have found their way in. Worked perfect! Highly recommend, very fair and honest!

We choose Sword because they offered a great price for our new roof, but I'm recommending them because of the customer service. They are a family-owned and run small business. The foreman, Trevor, was so informative and kept me updated on everything. They managed to do the entire roof in one day. The cleanup afterward was great! I found one item that received some damage and they replaced it for me. Highly recommended!

Sword roofing did a good job with repairs after there was storm damage to the house. However, they used my folding chairs as step stools and got them muddy, and there were gutter brackets and nails all over after they replaced my damaged gutter.

I bought a house 1.5yrs ago. The roof is 4.5 yrs old. The area around my cupola was leaking. I contacted the original installers with not a word back. So I started gathering quotes. Curry from Sword came out to take a look at my problem. Immediately I felt like he was the most professional, detail oriented, and honest person I had at my home. He was extremely thorough as he noticed some things that no else did which when explained made logical sense and did not all come across as an upsell. After meeting with him I knew Sword was who I wanted to give my business to. I ran into some personal issues and Curry worked with me and was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation. I was put on the schedule quickly and the work was done in a very timely manner. I am a business owner myself so putting my word behind a company truly means a lot to me and I am an extremely harsh critic of customer service and best practices. I will recommend Sword to absolutely everyone.

An absolute wonderful experience all the way around. Eric was so helpful in checking things out to find how the leak in our siding was coming through into our house. He made sure to provide us the most efficient AND cost effective solution. Chris and Justin implemented the solution in a professional manner. I could not be happier with my experience with SWORD! We had a significant leak and the flashing had to be replaced, and we decided to finally get gutter guards, since they'd already be there. From the initial contact, through the work, and follow up, everyone I interacted with were incredibly professional and nice. Eric, Justin, and Johnny were great in setting everything up beforehand (more on that in a moment). Everything was communicated thoroughly, they answered all my questions fully, and I felt very confident SWORD would be a great company, and I was right! The price was very fair, especially for the quality of the work. Emilio was the site foreman, and he and his team had great passion for solid work, and went above and beyond. Emilio also answered my questions, and was really great to talk with. Speaking of above and beyond, Emilio showed me the pack of shingles he brought. He said they needed to be replaced around the new flashing, in order for it to be effective. He proudly told me they matched our shingles exactly. I didn't talk to Johnny or Eric about that, so I asked how did they know? Emilio said one of them came back out, took drone footage, and matched the shingles, and did not add more cost. And it looked fantastic! If he had not told me, I wouldn't have known there were new shingles. I'm thrilled to write a positive review for SWORD. I've dealt with other home improvement companies that seem to be, or were, a locally owned company with a good reputation. But many of them have been bought out by big corporations, and everything is a sales pitch, and they try to insist on unnecessary things that jack up the price. SWORD is the exact opposite. I spoke directly with the people involved, they all were invested in completing exceptionally high quality work, and they went above and beyond. I fully recommend SWORD for roof replacement. The sales person and scheduler were very knowledgeable and forthcoming. They offered a competitive price on good quality shingles and a thorough job. On the day, they did everything they said they would do. The supervisor sent me photos of the job progress and made sure I was satisfied. Crew members were good workers, and they cleaned up really well afterward. I would hire them again.

Highly recommend SWORD for roof replacement! Curry gave us two extremely fair quotes for different shingle types at different price points instead of trying to upsell us to the most expensive one. Their whole team was extremely communicative, prompt on the scheduled replacement day, worked quickly and cleaned everything up so well you couldn’t even tell they were there to begin with (minus the new roof!). Contacted to do a repair to my leaking roof when another company failed to show up. Estimator Johnny was professional and thorough in his evaluation. He used a drone to get full, documented view of my roof and found the issue. Repair crew documented the repair and I was provided photos of work done along with the invoice (all electronic which was nice). Will use again and definitely recommend!

Their cleanup crew did a great job of collecting any old shingles, nails, and other small items. Following the second major snow on top of the 12 inches the previous weekend, I found a leak Saturday morning due to an ice dam in my gutters. SWORD Roofing was out within a couple of hours to fix the issue preventing it from becoming a major leak requiring additional repairs. The responsiveness and customer service was top notch, and I will definitely use them again with any roof issues in the future.

Right after the recent huge snowstorm (10 inches of snow!), I needed an urgent ice and snow removal from my roof. It’s a flat roof with a drain that can freeze up with ice, which traps melting snow. My roof was leaking into my bedroom. Justin with SWORD was attentive and helpful, going the extra mile to fit me in as soon as possible. I was also struck by the compassionate way he communicated with me during that stressful event. They came out right away, took care of the problem, and stopped the leak. Another company who knew I had an active leak offered me an appointment THE NEXT WEEK. This leak started on a Wednesday! My house would have been under water by then! I called 3 gutter companies and SWORD roofing was the only company that would come out same day. My gutters were full of ice and starting to peel away from the roof in one corner. SWORD Roofing installed a new roof and gutters. It turned out great. After the big winter storm, I had a lot of snow on my roof. Some of the melting caused icicles and I was worried about other related potential problems. I spoke to Justin and he quickly scheduled an inspection and helped to prevent any problems that may have occurred.
