They quickly scheduled a visit and two weeks later performed a gutter service. It was simple, easy and pretty fast. Other companies never bothered to return calls or even bother to show up after speaking with them. Yeah this job wasn't particularly large so I really appreciate the service.

I had a wonderful experience working with SWORD Roofing. They came out prior to me buying my home and did a thorough inspection of the roof and then when it was determined the house needed a full replacement they were able to schedule the work within a week of closing and finished the work in less than a day. We experienced a leak with our new house. Called SWORD came out very quick, either the day we called or day after. Told us what was needed and priced it for us. They told us it would be approximately 2 weeks to complete in which they sent us updates on where we were on wait list. They completed job when they said. They worked very well with our Home Warranty company in regards to communication and being able to get paid. I believe this company is ethical, not overly priced, communication is excellent. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again for any future work.

Sword roofing did a great job from start to finish. Eric was the sales person and he did a great job of offering all possible samples, explaining warranty information, and Owens and Corning shingles. I got a lot of estimates, but from the very first call they were all fantastic! The girl that answered the phone ( so sorry I forgot your name) until the very end! The salesman Trevor was a big big reason I went with your company! . He was so kind and helpful ! NOT HIGH PRESSURE and that’s what I loved most of all ! He was understanding and took so much time to answer my questions! I had a lot of them and with everything I had going on , he took many calls from me! I felt very comfortable and respected!!!! Which I didn’t get from any other company . While it was not the cheapest , it was well with it! I feel the install was honest and so fast! The gutters on our deck roof were not installed correctly by a previous contractor, resulting in a leaky roof. Because of my experience in Commercial Real Estate and in Residential Historic neighborhoods, my exposure to service providers and project contractors is extensive. I have never experienced a more flawless process than I did with Sword Roofing. The professionalism and ownership of the Sales Rep, through his communication with the Operations Leader, to the the ON-site Supervisor was unparalleled in any precious experience. The ARMY of technicians who arrived and magically transformed this roof, taking it down to the ORIGINAL 1900 studs and identifying solutions was remarkable. I absolutely expect this too take 2 full days with a small crew of 5 and a team leader. I completely underestimated SWORD roofing and NOW understand their high rating on various platforms. The new plywood was an on-site, mid-project need and they still competed this job in 5 hours with ZERO debris and not a single old nail to be found, anywhere. It was the most impressive thing I’ve seen and worth every penny of this massive investment to see her through another 50 years. Thank you Sword - we literally could not be happier.

Absolutely wonderful company to do business with. My salesman was Trevor and he was and still is (I've referred all of my neighbors so I keep seeing him around) extremely helpful and attentive. From the first meeting where he thought of something specific to my home/needs and called later with a suggestion, to him stopping by the day of install to ensure things were all delivered correctly and within mins getting something replaced that was damaged. Definite shout out to Manny! He was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Bob Vila's got nothing on him. He knew everything and answered every question thoroughly. All of the crew were awesome as well. They worked quick and very much as a solid team. Very conscientious of my neighbors too! They checked the adjacent yards and even stopped painting when the wind was blowing and my neighbor had just gotten home. Not to mention they all knew I was worried about my metal yard chicken and I watched the guys slowly peel back the old shingles above it and grab each one before it fell so as to not hit it. Wow. And then when Quincy came to do the final walk around and collect the balance there was a credit for something they didn't have to replace. I wouldn't have even known! That kind of honesty is the kind of business you know you can trust. My only slight not even a complaint after all this was, I would have liked to have known that I was an afternoon install. But even then everyone apologized and they were still done before dark. *The color is Midnight Plum.

Curry, Johnny, Quincy, and the whole crew went above and beyond. They were professional, and extremely efficient. The workmanship is top-notch, and they clearly care about doing things the right way, not cutting corners. Communication was great throughout the process, and they left the property cleaner than when they arrived. We also got four quotes, and their pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the size of our roof, and they still came in below other estimates without sacrificing quality. There 25 year workmanship warranty is top notch as well. It’s hard to find crews like this anymore. We’re very happy with the results and would recommend them without hesitation.

Highly recommend Sword roofing! They helped us get our roof replaced through insurance. Knowing nothing about roofs Curry helped me every step along the way. He answered all my calls and questions. Curry and Johnny helped me communicate with insurance to get a full roof replacement. They were amazing!! We had some unique circumstances and Sword was able to adjust and do what was best for us! For the installation of the roof, they were surprisingly fast! They sent drone pictures of the process. Sword also had very competitive pricing! We were amazed at both the quickness and quality of the replacement and repairs. Sword Roofing's team was amazing. Thanks Justin, John, Melissa and the entire team at Sword for making a disaster less disastrous. Late evening on 3/15 a 30' section of a huge tree fell on our house destroying the roof & 2 attic trusses, gutters, siding and windows. They were out the very early the next day with a temporary tarp to stop the rain that was pouring in from 5 holes. they have worked very well with our insurance company to replace the entire roof, repair the gutters and siding.

Great experience with SWORD roofing. I just had my roof redone including a complete re-decking. Made an appointment to get a free estimate, Will came by and walked on the roof/looked in the attic. Walked me through their roofing process, answered any questions I had, no pressure sales talk. Their estimated scheduling time was accurate. Communication was great, everyone was super responsive and happy to answer questions. Day of, the crew was quick and quality work done. I really appreciated the drone photos they sent during and after the job. Quincy, the job supervisor, did a walk through with me at the end to make sure I was satisfied with the job. This was a fairly minor repair of shingle loss due to high wind. Throughout, the sales and administrative staff and the crew were responsive and did their jobs well. I have not used Sword before, but due to my good experience I have advised the Board of our HOA of the good experience. I hope this will encourage my fellow HOA members to consider Sword for any future needs.

Excellent. Did repairs on gutters and roof without pushing for new installations beyond what was needed. Listen to my concerns and did a careful inspection and estimate. Provided an estimate with a lot of details. Work was completely in a timely fashion. Price was reasonable, and they even charged less than the estimate when less gutter guards were needed than expected. What an absolutely amazing experience from the team at SWORD! After the “high wind weekend 2k26”, I had a little damage to my fascia board, and the gutter had been ripped off the side of the house. I initially reached out to several other contractors, and went with the one that got there first on a Sunday. No name shaming, but this other contractor put me off until Thursday (5 days later) through a rain and snow event without even giving me a hint of a time frame to repair, even after I quickly agreed to the initial estimate. By Thursday morning I was done waiting, and decided to give SWORD a call. And man was I impressed. Justin Huber showed up within a few hours. He was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He quickly reviewed the damages while maintaining a conversation with my over talkative self, took a few pictures, matched the color with a sample, and politely finished the conversation with me and told me he would have an estimate by the end of the day. The estimate was in my email inbox within an hour. No joke. Very reasonable for what needed done. I quickly accepted. With the impending storm this Sunday I was really hoping to get this done quick, and man did Justin come through. Not even two days later, his install crew showed up at 9am ready to go! The install crew were outstanding as well. They were friendly, professional, and man did they bang this job out quick. I think they were only here for an hour. And the install work was top notch too! One of the guys even noticed a piece of debris I had by the garbage can I forgot to put out at the curb this week, and they took it away without me needing to ask. That’s just awesome. What a great bunch of hard working guys! Hey SWORD, give this install crew a substantial raise. The guys with the white Chevy that has the push bar with the tiger and (can’t remember the other stuffed animal) in the front. These guys deserve it! Great top notch service! I mean what a great experience. This is the first home I have ever purchased, and having something like this happen is stressful. Especially when the initial contractor you hire puts you off for 5 days without even a mention of when they will get your repair done. What a night and day difference SWORD was. We had an ice dam on our roof on Sunday of this week, Water was coming into the kitchen. I spoke with Justin and he said he would get a team out first thing in the morning to remove the snow and break up the ice. I had an outstanding experience with SWORD Roofing and truly cannot thank them enough. I contacted them on October 14th to re-inspect my roof and look into a leak coming through my ceiling. Back in July, a tree had fallen on my home, and although another company replaced my damaged gutter, the leak continued. When I reached back out to that company, I was given the runaround and no real help. Eric from SWORD Roofing came out, took his time, and thoroughly reinspected my roof. He immediately found the issue — a hole that had been completely overlooked by the previous company. We are very pleased with our new roof! The entire process was easy and professional and the cost was reasonable. The team arrived promptly and worked efficiently. Our only gripe is that several nails were lift in the yard and we have a 3 year old who plays in the yard a lot. We try to keep her shoes on, but you know how that goes!

I called Sword roofing to look for a leak in my roof. A estimator came fairly quickly and said my roof ridge vent in center of my house was the problem and suggested replacing all 3 ridge vents on my roof . Other roofers said the same thing. Sword came in with the best price using the same items to replace the ridge vents. Sword was very friendly and explained everything that was needed for repair and replace other 2 ridge vents for prevention of future leaks. They are local and quickly did the job 2 weeks later and did a professionally great job. They were great to work with! I highly recommend them!

Called them to replace an old gutter. The salesman came out and said that for the size of the gutter run, we should have a bigger downspout. Quoted us a very fair price. As promised, they showed up a few weeks later to complete the job. Highly recommend doing business with them!

We had a brand new roof installed by SWORD today. Some repair work as well. The team was amazing. We loved working with Eric Barnes and Trevor. Trevor sent us pictures as the work progressed on the house. More importantly, I loved choosing the color of the shingles. There were many colors to allow me to take a decision. I am delighted with the Driftwood Shingles. It complements the house beautifully.

I was pleased with the communication from the person who answered the phone (I think it was Joey), the salesperson (Curry) and all of the workers who diligently worked hard to install a gutter apron which I didn't have, along with wrapping fascia, trim and then installing larger gutters and downspouts. They also had to replace some rotten wood. I haven't been able to see how everything works yet with a hard rain, but I have confidence that everything will be fine and I believe they will stand by their work if it isn't. The work order was detailed and the pricing was competitive compared to other quotes that I received. I am glad to support a local business!

Johnny Dumford at SWORD provided a free estimate for the repair of my roof. When he sent me a quote, he included high quality photos of the areas needing repairs, which I found very helpful. He provided me a thorough explanation of why my roof needed repairs in the areas shown on the photos. He also explained the general condition of my roof, not necessarily only the affected areas needing attention. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained things in a professional manner. He answered any questions I had, and clarified any concerns. Upon completion of the job, he provided me with another set of photos: before, during, and after photos, which proved to me they did work on the roof. They even picked shingle colors which matched very well to the color of my roof, which I was happy about. Thanks, Johnny, and SWORD Roofing Team.

Sword was ON IT from the start. From the minute I called it was top notch service. I had some animals getting into my attic and I didn't want to harm them. They gave me a roof inspection, fixed the entry holes, fixed some siding, and problem solved. It would have cost me twice as much to hire an animal control person and then they still could have found their way in. Worked perfect! Highly recommend, very fair and honest!

Sword roofing did a good job with repairs after there was storm damage to the house. However, they used my folding chairs as step stools and got them muddy, and there were gutter brackets and nails all over after they replaced my damaged gutter.

Eric and the team at S.W.O.R.D were fantastic. The process was incredibly quick, transparent and very well priced and they installed the roof in hours. The work was done efficiently and exactly as outlined and the work men took incredible care cleaning up afterwards. They left the place better than they found it!

I bought a house 1.5yrs ago. The roof is 4.5 yrs old. The area around my cupola was leaking. I contacted the original installers with not a word back. So I started gathering quotes. Curry from Sword came out to take a look at my problem. Immediately I felt like he was the most professional, detail oriented, and honest person I had at my home. He was extremely thorough as he noticed some things that no else did which when explained made logical sense and did not all come across as an upsell. After meeting with him I knew Sword was who I wanted to give my business to. I ran into some personal issues and Curry worked with me and was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation. I was put on the schedule quickly and the work was done in a very timely manner. I could not be happier with my experience with SWORD! We had a significant leak and the flashing had to be replaced, and we decided to finally get gutter guards, since they'd already be there. From the initial contact, through the work, and follow up, everyone I interacted with were incredibly professional and nice. Eric, Justin, and Johnny were great in setting everything up beforehand (more on that in a moment). Everything was communicated thoroughly, they answered all my questions fully, and I felt very confident SWORD would be a great company, and I was right! The price was very fair, especially for the quality of the work. Emilio was the site foreman, and he and his team had great passion for solid work, and went above and beyond. Emilio also answered my questions, and was really great to talk with. Speaking of above and beyond, Emilio showed me the pack of shingles he brought. He said they needed to be replaced around the new flashing, in order for it to be effective. He proudly told me they matched our shingles exactly. I didn't talk to Johnny or Eric about that, so I asked how did they know? Emilio said one of them came back out, took drone footage, and matched the shingles, and did not add more cost. And it looked fantastic! If he had not told me, I wouldn't have known there were new shingles. I'm thrilled to write a positive review for SWORD. I've dealt with other home improvement companies that seem to be, or were, a locally owned company with a good reputation. But many of them have been bought out by big corporations, and everything is a sales pitch, and they try to insist on unnecessary things that jack up the price. SWORD is the exact opposite. I spoke directly with the people involved, they all were invested in completing exceptionally high quality work, and they went above and beyond. I fully recommend SWORD for roof replacement. The sales person and scheduler were very knowledgeable and forthcoming. They offered a competitive price on good quality shingles and a thorough job. On the day, they did everything they said they would do. The supervisor sent me photos of the job progress and made sure I was satisfied. Crew members were good workers, and they cleaned up really well afterward. I would hire them again.

Highly recommend SWORD for roof replacement! Curry gave us two extremely fair quotes for different shingle types at different price points instead of trying to upsell us to the most expensive one. Contacted to do a repair to my leaking roof when another company failed to show up. Estimator Johnny was professional and thorough in his evaluation. He used a drone to get full, documented view of my roof and found the issue. Repair crew documented the repair and I was provided photos of work done along with the invoice (all electronic which was nice). Will use again and definitely recommend!

Following the second major snow on top of the 12 inches the previous weekend, I found a leak Saturday morning due to an ice dam in my gutters. SWORD Roofing was out within a couple of hours to fix the issue preventing it from becoming a major leak requiring additional repairs. The responsiveness and customer service was top notch, and I will definitely use them again with any roof issues in the future.

Right after the recent huge snowstorm (10 inches of snow!), I needed an urgent ice and snow removal from my roof. It’s a flat roof with a drain that can freeze up with ice, which traps melting snow. My roof was leaking into my bedroom. Justin with SWORD was attentive and helpful, going the extra mile to fit me in as soon as possible. I was also struck by the compassionate way he communicated with me during that stressful event. They came out right away, took care of the problem, and stopped the leak. Another company who knew I had an active leak offered me an appointment THE NEXT WEEK. This leak started on a Wednesday! My house would have been under water by then! I called 3 gutter companies and SWORD roofing was the only company that would come out same day. My gutters were full of ice and starting to peel away from the roof in one corner. SWORD Roofing installed a new roof and gutters. It turned out great. After the big winter storm, I had a lot of snow on my roof. Some of the melting caused icicles and I was worried about other related potential problems. I spoke to Justin and he quickly scheduled an inspection and helped to prevent any problems that may have occurred. The process was great from start to completion. My new roof, including the tear off, was installed in approximately 4-5 hours. There were no materials left in my yard and no damage done to landscaping. I highly recommend SWORD roofing!

Curry restored some of my faith in humanity today... One thing I have learned from my experience is that honest contractors are as rare as unicorns...but I will place SWORD roofing in the category of actually honest contractors! Trying to get some shingles replaced on the porch roof and new gutters after a tree fell on the house. Seems easy enough...but the first 4 contractors all had the same story: you need to replace the whole roof or you need to replace this whole section (no we do not...it is 8 years old and the damage to the roof is minor...I can see that, I'm not an idiot and neither is our insurance adjuster). Then sword came out and said...yeah, you just need to replace these 12 shingles and the gutters - and they even offered a better leaf guard for the gutters that was also cheaper! While we did go with another company, I still have to say thanks to Curry and SWORD for not trying to rip us off and for being honest!

Start to finish SWORD was professional, prompt, attentive, and action oriented. The quickly provided a quote, answered questions, and provided options. We had to wait awhile before making the decision and they were courteous when checking back. We had a "25-year" asphalt shingle roof in its 26th year that was showing its age with lost bits, and so we decided not to wait for it to fail and after looking over a number of bids chose SouthWest Ohio Roof Defense (SWORD) to put in our new "50-year" shingle roof. Of the various bids we received, theirs was snug in the middle in terms of price (all were rather close except for one over-the-top), but we chose them because of their great reviews both here on Google and with the BBB, and because their proposal was the most thorough and professional, not to mention their special status with Owens Corning. They are a somewhat smaller company in the area, so in combination with other jobs ahead of us and some dicey weather in April, we did have to wait a few weeks, but once they started, they finished our 5000+ sq. foot roof in less than a day and a half. They did a great job, and we've already received compliments on it from our neighbors. Their clean-up was also spectacular. As you might imagine when tearing off an old roof the size of ours, there was a lot of mess initially, but they did a fantastic job cleaning up; I only found 1 single nail left and a few tiny pieces of old roofing about. I hope never, especially having purchased a roof with "lifetime" warranty, to buy another roof. But these folks are the first I will recommend to anyone who faces the expense of a new roof; you'll get a fair price, you'll love how it looks, and they do a great job. My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with the decision we made to hire Southwest Ohio Roof Defense (S.W.O.R.D.) to replace our wind-storm damaged roof. The service we received from S.W.O.R.D., especially from S.W.O.R.D owner, Joe Bryant, was exemplary. Joe was there the day after we called doing a thorough inspection and photographing all the damage. He then tarped all the affected areas to protect against any additional damage being incurred before the insurance company approved our claim. He was at our house to meet with the insurance inspector, making sure everything was properly documented. He also interfaced directly with the insurance company to provide any additional documentation that may be needed. Site manager Curry, and the roofing crew, did a thoroughly professional job and made sure the job site was cleared of all debris before leaving. From start to finish the complete service we received was above and beyond our expectations.

Outstanding experience and roof install. I worked with co-owner Justin Huber and job supervisor Curry. Highly recommend. See the photos! This is a "new to us" home where the house inspector identified numerous problems with the roof prior to closing. I contacted Mr. Huber of SWORD (SouthWest Ohio Roof Defense) for a no-cost and focused follow-up inspection. A variety of issues were identified with the roof including double shingling, questionable installation, damaged flashing and the like. It was all documented as you see on this post. The roof was end of life. Fast forward to post-closing and we worked with SWORD to get scheduled and the roof replaced. Curry was our assigned site supervisor. He reached out to us prior to arrange for materials, schedule precise times, and advise of us what was required. The install process started prompt at 7 am on a Wednesday and ended the same day for a 2800 square foot home including castle turret. Curry was onsite making sure everything was timely and done properly. Aside from physical inspection, the supervisor also used a drone to survey the work. The work was completed as shown and we are thrilled at how quick the Justin, Curry, and crew wrapped the job. Cleanup was excellent, items moved back, and collateral issues resolved (re-pinned some falling gutters - no fault of theirs).

Mr. Dumford and his team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The lady who answered the phone was wonderful and said that Mr. Dumford could come out a few days later and he got here on the right day at the right time. I had him come out to quote me on a skylight replacement to fix or give to new homeowners ( we were selling at the time) and he was very honest, professional, and genuinely nice. He gave me a reasonable quote that day and we ended up selling the home a few weeks later. Two weeks before the move out date, the old skylight started leaking due to weather, so I called Mr. Dumford and he was able to fit me into the schedule as soon as he could. The employees got here on time, but due to weather, needed to wait it out for a bit so that the rain and snow didn't come into the house. As soon as it stopped, they went to work, got it done in a few hours and the gentleman told me they needed to repair something they mistakingly broken and I truly appreciated that. I give Mr. Dumford and his team 1,000 stars!

Sword did amazing work on our siding job this summer! We were in need of wood repairs from water damage on the backside of our house, as well as full house siding replacement and weatherproof wrapping. They were able to accommodate us with all of the work we needed done, all in just 2 days of work! We were pleasantly surprised at how efficient the staff was, they were also very friendly and informative. We have had contractors working on our house in the past that were not so informative or promised something that they could not actually deliver. This was not the case with Sword at all! If we had a question about anything they could answer, or call someone that could answer immediately. We are very happy with the way our house looks now! There were a lot of siding color options to choose from, and they were able to re-use our shutters, which was great! We also found them to be very affordable for all the work we needed done. We would gladly recommend Sword to any family, friends, or neighbors in the future. We were very thankful someone recommended them to us, they did not disappoint!

The Sword team did an amazing job on our roof. We had extreme water damage surrounding our skylight and our roof had started leaking inside before we even realized it. Took awhile to get scheduled due to the Goshen tornado and a lot of storms. My salesman quit and caused some delay as well. Reached out due to inactivity and was contacted by one of the owners (Justin Huber) within 15 minutes. That got things back on track and we were given a date of 7/26. Pushed 2 days due to weather. Got a call from Curry our PM in the morning stating they would start around 2PM. That had me concerned with rain forecast overnight and they were doing a complete new roof. Explained my concerns to him and he assured me they would complete same day. I asked that they remove some decking along the gutters to be sure the insulation wasn’t covering the soffit vents so he picked up 12 sheets of OSB on the way to our house. After stripping the old shingles, we walked the roof together and decided to replace all the decking on the entire roof. 52 sheets of decking and an entire roof were completed by 18 roofers in 4.5 hours. Beautiful roof. Awesome crew and Curry Lykins stayed onsite the entire time and answered all my questions and eased all my concerns. If it wasn’t for my first salesman quitting it would have been a perfect experience. Still 5 stars for the close. Thanks again Curry Lykins and hats off to your crews!!

I had Johnny with Southwest come out to give me an estimate on some gutter cleaning. Turns out my gutters were great, but there was a backup in my drainspout. We are extremely satisfied with the work completed by SWORD Roofing on our roof and gutters. We worked closely with Justin on an insurance claim for hail damage. The entire team was fantastic. They did a complete 2 layer tear off and roof replacement including repair/replacement of damaged OSB wood and skylight. The work was completed and cleaned up on one day! No one calls to get a roof repaired out of joy or excitement, but everyone at SWORD was wonderful to deal with. Johnny did my estimate and was a delight to speak to, the price was reasonable give the size of the area needing repair, and most importantly it was done with extremely professional rapidity - from estimate to on the schedule and completed (with photos of the whole process) in a week. I didn't accept their offer to give me a new roof. I had a good experience with them coming out timely to inspect my roof. I also received a detailed summary and quote on a new roof. Seems very reasonable for a new roof. They probably are good company to work with but I had a second opinion and decided to have a different company make a repair instead of replacement for 1/8 of the cost.

We had SWORD out to do a small repair on our roof from an animal causing minor damage to the shingles. They were great! Once the job began, Curry and the hardest working team of roofers I have ever seen did a tremendous job addressing any concerns and completing on time. This team worked well together and was a joy to work with. When the job was completed they took extra care to clean everything and made our home look like new. The billing and accounting was also a great experience. Melissa, the office manager, was always helpful and easy to do business with. It was wonderful to work with people focused on quality and always going over and above to satisfy their customers. Cory and his crew do an awesome job! We had gutters and gutter guards installed in 10/2020 and they are a lifesaver! No more clogs or leaks from water seeping from the seams and puddling around the foundation. We decided to go to a larger size and they look great! Couldn't be happier and relieved to not have to worry about leaves or leaks in the seams. I've had them do roof inspections on my home after we've had some high winds just for peace of mind. They came out right away to assess it. I had a few minor repairs done just due to nail pops. Whenever I have had inspection issues for clients, they have been able to get to them right away as well. The Curant Crew removed my old shingles and installed new, along with some board replacement, flashing, and many other things, all in one day. The Crew was amazing! Very respectful caring for flower beds, outdoor lighting & furniture. Swept the yard with a magnet many times to ensure there were no nails or staples left for a dog to step on. I'm very, very pleased. I highly recommend them.

Dream contractors! Curant was responsive and helpful, answering all of my questions, very quickly and thoroughly leading up to the install date. The guys showed up to put on our new roof, on time, and worked super efficiently, in and out in just over 24 hours. Constant cleanup meant all of my landscaping was protected and no roofing nails left on my property for my kids, pets or myself to step on or my car to drive over!! Joe and/or Curry was on the property throughout the entire installation overseeing the work and making sure to provide installation updates as well as checking to make sure I didn’t have any questions. Including a new Sun Tunnel install as well, these guys went above and beyond what I expected, making a new roof project, easy. I have already recommended Curant to friends and will continue to do so! This is my second experience with Curant Construction (old and new house). I have been extremely pleased with the customer service, professionalism, and integrity they have extended. Curant Construction got up on the roof to conduct the inspection - their quote was very competitive (or better) than other local companies. They sent a big crew and had my roof completely redone it one day. I appreciate the quick communication and attention to detail. They value work done right and it shows. Had them come out to inspect my roof once a neighbor had shown me some damage from a storm. Quick and easy . They handled all the insurance paperwork and had me on schedule for full roof replacement. We had some major storm damage to our roof, siding, and trim. I had tried to schedule another contractor for repairs but they were too busy and put me in touch with Cory from Curant. He got some tarps on the roof later that day. When I saw that his company had a five star rating I decided to hire him for the repairs. Cory came out when the insurance adjuster was looking things over, to make sure the estimate covered everything. We had a complete tear-off and replacement of shingles done, vinyl siding and trim only replaced where damaged, and a house wash when the work was completed. Many houses in my area were damaged in this storm and there were a number of roofers and contractors in the neighborhood making repairs for about a month. Having seen other contractors’ work, and gotten comments from neighbors, I can offer this comparison: Curant was not the fastest (and as a homeowner in this situation, the repairs can’t be done quickly enough) and did not have the largest crew, but the work they did was excellent. I rarely give a five star rating but Curant gets one.

Overall a great experience! I am glad I went with Curant Construction that my friend (who is a home inspector) recommended. Cory was very accessible & willing to answer questions throughout the whole process. They did their part with the insurance & kept me informed about the supplies, weather & documents. Great family business! Both Justin and Joe were very professional from start to end and explained everything to me beforehand and helped me with putting in my claim to insurance. I felt comfortable right from the start. I called and left a message and the same day Justin called me back and remembered my name from two years ago! Justin came out and before I even said I was going to hire him he took time to cover some parts on my roof that were missing shingles. Because of all of there high reviews about all of there work, the fact that Justin had taken time while he was here to insure no further damage was to happen, I was impressed and felt confident so I decided not to waist time getting other bids and I’m glad I didn’t and I’m a completely satisfied customer! I had a leak in my roof I couldn't for the life of me find the source. Insurance adjuster came poking around and couldn't find the source either. Justin came by and within 10 minutes saw the source and got it all good to go and squared away. 10/10 trusted and would recommend to anyone needing a trusted roofer.

My journey with Curant Construction started at the end of August. Most of my interaction was with Cory. He came to my house, assessed the roof, helped through every step of the insurance process. Once the insurance claim was processed, Justin and Cory came to my house. They talked me through the options of shingles and the new code items that were needed. They were very honest, kind and knowledgeable. Communication from Joe's email was quick and professional. On the day of install; Cory, Justin, Joe and the rest of the crew did a fantastic job. Started at 7 and was done by 5. Amazing! Super quick. Laid tarps for clean up and did a magnet sweep of the yard. Although, they were all busy they made time to answer questions and point out things that needed to be replaced. Something that shoots Curant Construction above 5 stars for me is I have 2 curious daughters. They allowed them to say Hi to the crew, pass out candy for them, and they were genuinely nice and sweet to them. Thank you so much for your kindness and amazing craftmanship.

I can not adequately quantify how professional the team at Curant Construction operates as a business. They made the process of roof replacement with our insurance company as painless as possible. When it became clear that there were other issues related to the loss they went beyond the scope of the roof and found great sub contractors and went to bat with the insurance company to ensure that those damages would be covered as well. On installation day the team arrived time and left the property looking better than it was when they arrived. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They came out to our house very quickly, making sure to keep us updated the whole time, and did a great job fixing our roof. While repairing our roof they discovered some wood that had rotted from water damage and repaired it without charging us any extra which I found amazing and obviously greatly appreciated. The whole crew was incredibly polite and professional and did a great job. We’ve had a lot of rain since the repairs were made and no more leaks! My roof was damaged in a major storm and I never even realized it! Imagine if that storm water had seeped into my support beams or even the joists.
