Great job SWORD with their prompt response to my situation. This was a special request that I needed to complete and they were able to complete the job at a reasonable cost and timeline.

Great work! Recommend.

This is the third job I've used the SWORD team for, and I've referred them to tons of friends. Fast, friendly, quality work!

I recently had the opportunity to speak with Eric. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and professional, and he took the time to discuss several potential resolutions with me.

Erik and the team has been exceptional to work with. The communication goes above and beyond and we appreciate them!

Roof repair, gutter cleanout, power washed siding and brick, and cricket added to reduce leak potential. Thought they were reasonable priced, and they did great work.

Competitively priced, and the crew was AMAZING. They finished installing the roof by early afternoon, and cleanup was VERY thorough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The team at SWORD Roofing did a fantastic job completing our roof replacement. They went above and beyond to ensure expenses were covered and when it came time to complete the job, the crew worked quickly and produced high quality results! Thank you for the exceptional service!

I found the Sword personnel very honest, trustworthy and professional.. They did a wonderful job.. They were VERY reasonably priced and the gutter team was outstanding

We needed a small repair due to angry raccoons ;) We had a hard time finding someone willing to do it. Two larger companies turned me down but recommended SWORD. When I reached out to Cory, we were treated professionally and respectfully and given a time slot on their schedule. They showed up on schedule and fixed the raccoons’ destruction at a fair price!

Professional, high quality, efficient and they delivered far more than I expected. From continuous drone shots updating me on the roof replacement progress to the final walkthrough I was totally impressed.

EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!! Love!!!❤️ ❤️❤️❤️

Needed simple patch job and Sword did great taking care of the issue.

We had our bathroom ventilation fixed by SWORD to vent to the outside instead of the attic. The scheduling is a bit of a process due to it being weather permitting so you really won’t know until the week of that you are next in line. Other than that I felt that it was a fair price and everything looked good. They matched the shingles perfect and let me know about other issues I wouldn’t have noticed myself.

Excellent job from sales to installation! Crew did an excellent job of taking care of our landscaping and cleaning up after the job. Ethan did a great job of keeping us informed on how the job was progressing and what they found and fixed during the installation. I highly recommend them!

Did a awesome job not only on roof but communication. It looks fantastic and if there was something fixed we where notified which i appreciated.

Justin is a true pro. We found our vent pipe boot leaking, so we reached out over the weekend to see if they had any availability to come out before the upcoming rounds of storms. Justin responded right away, told me when he would be available to come out, and stayed true to his word. From the initial communication, to arrival and completion, Justin was a true professional. I will not hesitate to reach out to SWORD the next time we need them; and you shouldn’t either.

Super satisfied with Sword Roofing installation, everything from estimate to post install was informative, easy, and quick!

Thank you for doing an amazing job. I appreciate it. You deserve the 5 stars. My only constructive criticism is maybe doing an extra run through of cleanup at the end. You left behind a broken garbage can and we have been magnet fishing nails the last few days. Its minor in the grand scheme of things. If anyone asks, I would reccomend Sword Roofing. Very professional and very great work. They are very fair in pricing. Im going to most likely ask them to do my gutters next. Thank you again.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING! Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff . . . . .from initial consultation to final walk through! I could not have asked for anything more!! I HIGHLY recommend!! Thank you, SWORD!!!

The team at SWORD was thorough and communicative through the entire process. Work was completed in a professional and attentive manner. Would definitely recommend using them and will personally use them again in the future for any roofing issues.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I’ll say upfront that I never imagined I would have so much to say about getting a new roof! We were preparing our house to move when we got the news every homeowner dreads: our roof was completely rotten. We received quotes from three companies, all of which were competitive, but this company immediately stood out. They were the only ones who used a drone to show us detailed images of the roof, so we could actually see the damage they were describing instead of simply taking their word for it. They told us they could start in as little as two days—and they did. As the project progressed, the news unfortunately got worse, but the company only got better. At every stage, they provided updated drone images so we could see exactly what they were finding. It turned out the entire wood decking beneath the shingles had rotted and needed to be replaced. I braced myself for a massive increase in cost because that’s been my experience with contractors in the past: the more damage they find, the more the bill snowballs into something you can barely afford. That never happened. Despite the additional work, they honored—and actually came in below—their original quote. I was honestly shocked by their integrity. In just two days, we had a beautiful new roof, brand-new gutters, and complete confidence that the job had been done right. The communication, transparency, professionalism, and honesty throughout the entire process were outstanding. If you’re looking for a roofing company you can truly trust, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The entire team was very professional. They have excellent communication from the start of the project to its completion. Our roof looks beautiful. The cleanup was so thorough you would never know the roof was just replaced. Hire SWORD! You will not be disappointed.

All around best service I could ask for. Communication by far was over the top, and everyone worked flawlessly to complete my roof and gutters. They have taken care of I surance communication am helping decipher the insurance paperwork. To top it off, done completely I. One day!!!!! Aftwrwards they sent me over view shots with a drone!!!!!

What a great experience! We recently hired SWORD to remove the original cedar shake roof from our 1901 home and install a new roof. Because our home is very close to our neighbors, we had a few concerns going into the project, but SWORD handled everything with professionalism and care. The team did incredibly thorough work, kept us informed throughout the entire process (the drone photos were an added bonus), and made sure both we and our neighbors were taken care of. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and we're thrilled with the final result. A special thank you to Quincy, Johnny, and the entire SWORD team—they were fantastic to work with from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with our new roof and would highly recommend SWORD to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy roofing contractor.

They quickly scheduled a visit and two weeks later performed a gutter service. It was simple, easy and pretty fast. Other companies never bothered to return calls or even bother to show up after speaking with them. Yeah this job wasn't particularly large so I really appreciate the service.

When dealing with an insurance claim, trust Eric and follow the process.

I had a wonderful experience working with SWORD Roofing. They came out prior to me buying my home and did a thorough inspection of the roof and then when it was determined the house needed a full replacement they were able to schedule the work within a week of closing and finished the work in less than a day. I am very happy with the product and working with them in general and would highly recommend them for roof work.

Trevor and Cody did a fantastic job from start to finish. Honest and fair quote and the crew did great work replacing my aging garage roof. Three layers gone and no scrap was left behind. Thanks so much for a job well done!

We experienced a leak with our new house. Called SWORD came out very quick, either the day we called or day after. Told us what was needed and priced it for us. They told us it would be approximately 2 weeks to complete in which they sent us updates on where we were on wait list. They completed job when they said. They worked very well with our Home Warranty company in regards to communication and being able to get paid. I believe this company is ethical, not overly priced, communication is excellent. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again for any future work.

Sword roofing did a great job from start to finish. Eric was the sales person and he did a great job of offering all possible samples, explaining warranty information, and Owens and Corning shingles. They also continued to follow up. From Sales, to roofing, a gutter replacement, and validation of the work using a drone. They did a great job and clearly communicated every step. David R.

I got a lot of estimates, but from the very first call they were all fantastic! The girl that answered the phone ( so sorry I forgot your name) until the very end! The salesman Trevor was a big big reason I went with your company! . He was so kind and helpful ! NOT HIGH PRESSURE and that’s what I loved most of all ! He was understanding and took so much time to answer my questions! I had a lot of them and with everything I had going on , he took many calls from me! I felt very comfortable and respected!!!! Which I didn’t get from any other company . While it was not the cheapest , it was well with it! I feel the install was honest and so fast! Quincy was quick to help and keep me in the loop the whole day of the process. While I hate spending , worth all the money ! My house looks stunning ! Thanks to all of the workers for being stellar!!!! Many thanks and lots of smiles ! I will recommend to all my peeps!

Great customer service, everyone was very friendly, entire roof replaced and attic vent installed in 5 hours.

Outstanding job by sword. Roof looks better than when it was first built! Johnny and Quincy guided me every step of the way and had the job done in no time. Highly recommend this company!!

Quick and efficient. Great communication, updates with drone photos during the construction time. Great company to deal with!

The gutters on our deck roof were not installed correctly by a previous contractor, resulting in a leaky roof. Will, from SWORD, came out and immediately diagnosed the issue and it was repaired within 3 weeks. A great experience from start to finish, and highly recommend SWORD for all your roofing and gutter needs!

Excellent experience from quote through installation. Excellent communications with sales rep and installation project manager. The roof installers were efficient and the installation and cleanup was completed in less than one day! I highly recommend SWORD Roofing!!! JB

Communication is on point! From the estimate with Trevor through the day of installation with Quincy and the group. They are upfront with pricing and what is best for YOU! They check in on you throughout the process as well. I felt at ease that they sent photos of any thing they see while they are working that they need to repair along with updated progress drone photos. So happy we chose them for our new roof. Highly recommend.

Very impressed! So professional, quick and clean. I am really impressed with the completed job. I highly recommend SWORD ROOFING.

Because of my experience in Commercial Real Estate and in Residential Historic neighborhoods, my exposure to service providers and project contractors is extensive. I have never experienced a more flawless process than I did with Sword Roofing. The professionalism and ownership of the Sales Rep, through his communication with the Operations Leader, to the the ON-site Supervisor was unparalleled in any precious experience. The ARMY of technicians who arrived and magically transformed this roof, taking it down to the ORIGINAL 1900 studs and identifying solutions was remarkable. I absolutely expect this too take 2 full days with a small crew of 5 and a team leader. I completely underestimated SWORD roofing and NOW understand their high rating on various platforms. The new plywood was an on-site, mid-project need and they still competed this job in 5 hours with ZERO debris and not a single old nail to be found, anywhere. It was the most impressive thing I’ve seen and worth every penny of this massive investment to see her through another 50 years. Thank you Sword - we literally could not be happier.

Thank you Sword Roofing for doing an exceptional job on our new roof. From Curry coming out to give us the estimate to Quincy and his team, we are very very happy with everything! The team was right on time and got the work done quickly! Everyone was nice, respectful, and hard working! Quincy gave us constant updates on the work as it was being done. They cleaned up very good! Don’t think I could have done it better. Will definitely recommend this company to all.

Absolutely wonderful company to do business with. My salesman was Trevor and he was and still is (I've referred all of my neighbors so I keep seeing him around) extremely helpful and attentive. From the first meeting where he thought of something specific to my home/needs and called later with a suggestion, to him stopping by the day of install to ensure things were all delivered correctly and within mins getting something replaced that was damaged. Definite shout out to Manny! He was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Bob Vila's got nothing on him. He knew everything and answered every question thoroughly. All of the crew were awesome as well. They worked quick and very much as a solid team. Very conscientious of my neighbors too! They checked the adjacent yards and even stopped painting when the wind was blowing and my neighbor had just gotten home. Not to mention they all knew I was worried about my metal yard chicken and I watched the guys slowly peel back the old shingles above it and grab each one before it fell so as to not hit it. Wow. And then when Quincy came to do the final walk around and collect the balance there was a credit for something they didn't have to replace. I wouldn't have even known! That kind of honesty is the kind of business you know you can trust. My only slight not even a complaint after all this was, I would have liked to have known that I was an afternoon install. But even then everyone apologized and they were still done before dark. *The color is Midnight Plum.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. They worked with me on a special request and followed through when actually doing the work. They arrive on time, were very responsive, and completed everything when they said they would. Roof and gutters look amazing and they did a great job cleaning everything up.

Curry, Johnny, Quincy, and the whole crew went above and beyond. They were professional, and extremely efficient. The workmanship is top-notch, and they clearly care about doing things the right way, not cutting corners. Communication was great throughout the process, and they left the property cleaner than when they arrived. We also got four quotes, and their pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the size of our roof, and they still came in below other estimates without sacrificing quality. There 25 year workmanship warranty is top notch as well. It’s hard to find crews like this anymore. We’re very happy with the results and would recommend them without hesitation.

Great service! Reasonably priced, on time, communicative, and top quality work; I use Sword Roofing for my own home and also refer clients to them. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend Sword roofing! They helped us get our roof replaced through insurance. Knowing nothing about roofs Curry helped me every step along the way. He answered all my calls and questions. Curry and Johnny helped me communicate with insurance to get a full roof replacement. They were amazing!! We had some unique circumstances and Sword was able to adjust and do what was best for us! For the installation of the roof, they were surprisingly fast! They sent drone pictures of the process. Sword also had very competitive pricing! Overall everything was awesome and Sword should be your first choice in roofing!!

Great experience from getting the initial quote through installation. They kept us well informed throughout the process, and we had zero issues. Nice to see a company that does what they say they are going to do.

We were amazed at both the quickness and quality of the replacement and repairs. Sword Roofing's team was amazing. Thanks Justin, John, Melissa and the entire team at Sword for making a disaster less disastrous. Late evening on 3/15 a 30' section of a huge tree fell on our house destroying the roof & 2 attic trusses, gutters, siding and windows. They were out the very early the next day with a temporary tarp to stop the rain that was pouring in from 5 holes. they have worked very well with our insurance company to replace the entire roof, repair the gutters and siding.

Eric was awesome and was really helpful and roof looks great and was really quick at getting it on

Highly recommend SWORD roofing. Eric B came out to do a roof inspection and was very professional and did a thorough job walking me through the repairs I needed. Excellent sales and roofing team. This is a great company and I will be using them again in the future.

Great experience with SWORD roofing. I just had my roof redone including a complete re-decking. Made an appointment to get a free estimate, Will came by and walked on the roof/looked in the attic. Walked me through their roofing process, answered any questions I had, no pressure sales talk. Their estimated scheduling time was accurate. Communication was great, everyone was super responsive and happy to answer questions. Day of, the crew was quick and quality work done. I really appreciated the drone photos they sent during and after the job. Quincy, the job supervisor, did a walk through with me at the end to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I would definitely recommend SWORD roofing.

This was a fairly minor repair of shingle loss due to high wind. Throughout, the sales and administrative staff and the crew were responsive and did their jobs well. I have not used Sword before, but due to my good experience I have advised the Board of our HOA of the good experience. I hope this will encourage my fellow HOA members to consider Sword for any future needs.

Thank you so much to Sword roofing! We could not be happier with the outcome of our siding job! It looks wonderful and your team did an exceptional job from start to finish! The quality is outstanding! Thank you so much to you and your team! Very happy customer! Will definitely use you for any future needs!

Excellent. Did repairs on gutters and roof without pushing for new installations beyond what was needed. Listen to my concerns and did a careful inspection and estimate. Provided an estimate with a lot of details. Work was completely in a timely fashion. Price was reasonable, and they even charged less than the estimate when less gutter guards were needed than expected. Appreciate Trevor (sale rep) and Chris (roof tech) for the honest hard work they completed.

I love this company! Sword roofing is just excellent! (Purchaser- BCG)

Was able to get us in early and completed in one day! Fast and reliable

What an absolutely amazing experience from the team at SWORD! After the “high wind weekend 2k26”, I had a little damage to my fascia board, and the gutter had been ripped off the side of the house. I initially reached out to several other contractors, and went with the one that got there first on a Sunday. No name shaming, but this other contractor put me off until Thursday (5 days later) through a rain and snow event without even giving me a hint of a time frame to repair, even after I quickly agreed to the initial estimate. By Thursday morning I was done waiting, and decided to give SWORD a call. And man was I impressed. Justin Huber showed up within a few hours. He was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He quickly reviewed the damages while maintaining a conversation with my over talkative self, took a few pictures, matched the color with a sample, and politely finished the conversation with me and told me he would have an estimate by the end of the day. The estimate was in my email inbox within an hour. No joke. Very reasonable for what needed done. I quickly accepted. With the impending storm this Sunday I was really hoping to get this done quick, and man did Justin come through. Not even two days later, his install crew showed up at 9am ready to go! The install crew were outstanding as well. They were friendly, professional, and man did they bang this job out quick. I think they were only here for an hour. And the install work was top notch too! One of the guys even noticed a piece of debris I had by the garbage can I forgot to put out at the curb this week, and they took it away without me needing to ask. That’s just awesome. What a great bunch of hard working guys! Hey SWORD, give this install crew a substantial raise. The guys with the white Chevy that has the push bar with the tiger and (can’t remember the other stuffed animal) in the front. These guys deserve it! Great top notch service! I mean what a great experience. This is the first home I have ever purchased, and having something like this happen is stressful. Especially when the initial contractor you hire puts you off for 5 days without even a mention of when they will get your repair done. What a night and day difference SWORD was. I should have just called SWORD first, and moving forward I will. Justin, Cody, and the install crew at SWORD were great. Their quick response, friendly and professional service, and fantastic workmanship are exactly what you expect as a home owner, and I will be a customer for life. They earned my business with just awesome service. Thanks guys! I really appreciate you getting this taken care of for me! If you need anything done to your roof or gutter, give these guys a call. Very reasonable pricing and outstanding service that makes it worth every penny. You won’t be disappointed, money well spent.

I worked with Johnny at SWORD Roofing. I feel the necessity to speak to the lengths Johnny went to help me out as a customer. When I first called SWORD, it was in the midst of a rainstorm, and I was a new homeowner looking for guidance. Johnny came over and assisted me to ensure everything would hold up until we made a decision on our new roof. Johnny was all class the entire time during this process. Prompt follow-up, aggressive and fair quotes, and he goes above and beyond for his customers. If you are a homeowner looking for a new roof and, like me, don’t know who to trust or where to start, I suggest you call Johnny and SWORD Roofing. They did right by me, and I always appreciated their transparency.

The whole SWORD team is great. Prompt, responsive, & informative. Will be my go to going forward.

The team did great job installing roof. Easy communication and photography the old removed to new one. Thank you!

We had an ice dam with water coming in the kitchen. Curry and his team were amazing in a very stressful time. Curry was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, and his team showed up to clear the ice dam in the middle of another snow storm! SWORD Roofing earned all of their 5 stars!

Sword Roofing-Cincinnati is a wonderful company to work with. People are very responsive and pleasant to deal with. I will be calling on them again in the future. They did wonderful work.

We had an ice dam on our roof on Sunday of this week, Water was coming into the kitchen. I spoke with Justin and he said he would get a team out first thing in the morning to remove the snow and break up the ice. They arrive actually a little early and were very courtious and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company as they are responsive and clearly believe in great curtomer service.

The installation went without flaw! Great work in a timely fashion. The roof look great!

Eric proved that customer service is not dead. He helped me fight my insurance company for MONTHS before they finally admitted there was wind damage. The installation crew was like a well oiled machine and the foremen were polite and professional. Great job from start to finish.

We got multiple quotes and SWORD was the best (considering warranties and roofing material being used). The process for both financing and project were simple and quick. Not only the workmanship but the setup and cleaning phase were also impressive. I can easily recommend SWORD for all your roofing needs. At a minimum you should get a quote from them and for yourself.

Highly recommend! Honest, no nonsense, phenomenal crafmanship and the best, friendliest customer service! The estimate was free of charge which was a massive help! Sword was the ONLY company willing to do a repair and not try and sell us a whole new rough. Our family is so thankful for their wonderful work! -Lennox & Reno Family

SWORD roofing took on a project that most other people wouldn’t touch! We had a really bad contractor improperly install gutters and downspouts and they came in and did it the right way! Our house looks amazing now! Curry was amazing throughout the whole process in making sure I was getting all the information that I needed! And the crew was phenomenal on install day!

We had a great experience having our Gutters replaced by SWORD Roofing. Our Salesman, Curry Lykins, was extremely informative and attentive. The crew did a fabulous job, in one day, on the gutters of our house and the cleanup afterwards. I was very pleased with their pricing, especially considering I have a 3 story Arts and Crafts style home from the 1920's. I would highly recommend their services.

Excellent experience in having a 15' section of my gutters replaced. Price was in line with expectations. Installers were efficient and professional. Would recommend them highly. Curry was our estimator and contact person - he kept in contact throughout the entire process.

Glad we used Sword and got the Owen’s Corning. Manny and his team did an excellent job and greatly appreciated coordination from Trevor and Cody. It was a team effort and a great investment before the upcoming heavy snow.

Love our new roof just in time for the first big snow. Sword was easy to work with from inspection to installation and all of the guys are nice and responsive. Even worked with us since we had a good amount of wood that needed replacement

I had an outstanding experience with SWORD Roofing and truly cannot thank them enough. I contacted them on October 14th to re-inspect my roof and look into a leak coming through my ceiling. Back in July, a tree had fallen on my home, and although another company replaced my damaged gutter, the leak continued. When I reached back out to that company, I was given the runaround and no real help. Eric from SWORD Roofing came out, took his time, and thoroughly reinspected my roof. He immediately found the issue — a hole that had been completely overlooked by the previous company. He helped walk me through the process with my insurance, and thankfully, the repair was fully covered under my policy. I’m extremely grateful for their honesty, professionalism, and genuine care. SWORD Roofing went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing work. Five stars without hesitation!

I really appreciated their care for and delivery of high quality work, as well as their deep level of knowledge and expertise. Additionally, it was refreshing to work with someone of integrity throughout the entire process - Cody Moore. I highly recommend SWORD and have additional projects coming up that I plan to have them help me with.

Family/Locally owned business. Highly recommended. From start to finish we were informed about our project via text and photos. They gave us a peace of mind. A+ rating.

We are very pleased with our new roof! The entire process was easy and professional and the cost was reasonable. The team arrived promptly and worked efficiently. Our only gripe is that several nails were lift in the yard and we have a 3 year old who plays in the yard a lot. We try to keep her shoes on, but you know how that goes!

We had a really great experience with SWORD. Cody helped us tremendously in dealing with insurance, getting our claim processed and approved (storm damage), and gathering data on shingles as demanded by the claims adjuster. They arrived on time, did the work as promised (finished it all in one day) and cleaned everything up neatly. Trevor kept us in the loop with updates and photos throughout the process. I recommend them most highly. (Loveland, Cincinnati)

From start to finish, SWORD was fantastic! Every person I talked to along the way was knowledgeable and professional. Eric answered all of our questions and prepared us for our roof installation. Even called after to ensure we were happy. Trevor was great and personable. He explained the process thoroughly and followed up with pictures throughout the day of installation. The team had our roof installed in a day and was awesome to watch. I would recommend SWORD to anyone who needs a roof. The whole process was great and we are very appreciative.

I called Sword roofing to look for a leak in my roof. A estimator came fairly quickly and said my roof ridge vent in center of my house was the problem and suggested replacing all 3 ridge vents on my roof . Other roofers said the same thing. Sword came in with the best price using the same items to replace the ridge vents. Sword was very friendly and explained everything that was needed for repair and replace other 2 ridge vents for prevention of future leaks. They are local and quickly did the job 2 weeks later and did a professionally great job. They were great to work with! I highly recommend them!

Excellent work by SWORD Roofing! Removed and replaced our old roof of 23 years. Curry was fantastic during the planning and selection stage. Trevor and his team delivered on the install!! Highly recommend the team at SWORD!

Excellent total experience from this company for skylights replacement from first contact (Eric) to work estimate ( competitive pricing) to scheduling to getting actual work done ( high quality job). Would highly recommend.

Called them to replace an old gutter. The salesman came out and said that for the size of the gutter run, we should have a bigger downspout. Quoted us a very fair price. As promised, they showed up a few weeks later to complete the job. Highly recommend doing business with them!

Very good company and they do a fantastic job. They are not only doing a fantastic work but also after work follow up is excellent too. Eric and Johnny are very professional and honest. You can rely on them. I strongly recommend SWORD company… Thank you guys

We had a brand new roof installed by SWORD today. Some repair work as well. The team was amazing. We loved working with Eric Barnes and Trevor. Trevor sent us pictures as the work progressed on the house. More importantly, I loved choosing the color of the shingles. There were many colors to allow me to take a decision. I am delighted with the Driftwood Shingles. It complements the house beautifully.

I was absolutely amazed at how quick, professional, and thorough they were. I was expecting the roof to take two long days. However it only took five hours and that included cleaning up of roofing nails on the ground. Sword roofing represents what people should receive when they hire a company to do a project. I'd give them more than five stars! Thank you I'd highly recommend you to anyone needing a new roof!

From start to finish, SWORD Roofing was great to work with. Eric walked me through each step of the process and continuously checked in on status. Trevor and his team worked efficiently throughout the day and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. I will continue to recommend to family and friends.

Can highly recommend Sword Roofing. Such a professional job and the communication/pictures while the job was being completed. Finished in one day (45 squares).

I was pleased with the communication from the person who answered the phone (I think it was Joey), the salesperson (Curry) and all of the workers who diligently worked hard to install a gutter apron which I didn't have, along with wrapping fascia, trim and then installing larger gutters and downspouts. They also had to replace some rotten wood. I haven't been able to see how everything works yet with a hard rain, but I have confidence that everything will be fine and I believe they will stand by their work if it isn't. The work order was detailed and the pricing was competitive compared to other quotes that I received. I am glad to support a local business!

Sword Roofing helped me out twice . Once was when my good friend Johnny came out and cleaned out my top gutter for me and second time when I had some shingles that need replaced . Super nice guys and quick responses and explained everything to me . Will definitly use them again

My experience was great! I worked with Eric and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve already referred them to family!!

SWORD helped accommodate my family to help us in a pinch while selling our home. Communication was perfect, work was fast and looks amazing.

From the very first phone call to the office, to Curry, the salesperson, and then ultimately, to Trevor, the Project Manager and his crew, this company was absolutely top notch and consummate professionals in every aspect of the word. A very reasonable price, total honestly, great communication, and a fast application with a cleanup done so well that you could not really tell that they were even there, this company hit all the points. SWORD Roofing is really a winning combination of all of these things, and they do it so well. We could not be any happier and would recommend them to countless people.

Fantastic service, excellent work, and fair pricing.

Great job in replacing the damaged siding on our come. Excellent customer service at an affordable price. Eric the sales person was flexible, excellent communication, and responsive to my many questions. Highly recommend for your roofing and siding needs.

Completed work as promised for one of our remote customers.

Johnny Dumford at SWORD provided a free estimate for the repair of my roof. When he sent me a quote, he included high quality photos of the areas needing repairs, which I found very helpful. He provided me a thorough explanation of why my roof needed repairs in the areas shown on the photos. He also explained the general condition of my roof, not necessarily only the affected areas needing attention. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained things in a professional manner. He answered any questions I had, and clarified any concerns. Upon completion of the job, he provided me with another set of photos: before, during, and after photos, which proved to me they did work on the roof. They even picked shingle colors which matched very well to the color of my roof, which I was happy about. Thanks, Johnny, and SWORD Roofing Team.

Trevor and his crew showed up to change out my roof. They were professional, clean, attended to my needs, went above and beyond. When they left, it was if they were never here. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Many thanks to SWORD ROOFING.

Sword was ON IT from the start. From the minute I called it was top notch service. I had some animals getting into my attic and I didn't want to harm them. They gave me a roof inspection, fixed the entry holes, fixed some siding, and problem solved. It would have cost me twice as much to hire an animal control person and then they still could have found their way in. Worked perfect! Highly recommend, very fair and honest!

Excellent service and very helpful with guiding me with the insurance company

Really impressed by SWORD. They price match but also do an amazing job. I got pictures throughout. Great communication and clean up. And the final result looks fantastic.

Eric was awesome to work with. He made sure we got what we needed and helped us choose options within our budget while letting us know step by step what was happening. Trevor was on the job site on the scheduled day and was amazing to work with. We received pictures and updates throughout the day and are very pleased with the business, crew, and everyone involved. Highly recommend.

Great company came out looked at job sent me a quote that evening and had repair done faster than expected Thank you

We did a complete gutter replacement with SWORD. They were great. Curry talked us through everything—both in person and later on the phone when we had additional questions. Their price was better than three other roofing companies who gave estimates for the same job. The crew was efficient and professional. Very pleased!

I can’t say enough great things about the team at Sword. They installed new gutters on our duplex, and while a few issues came up along the way, they took full ownership and handled everything with integrity and professionalism. Eric, Cody, Johnny, and Herman went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right, and their commitment to quality truly stood out. I’m incredibly grateful for their hard work and dedication.

Awesome company to work with! Eric explained our options and helped us pick the best solution. We have gotten two roofs from SWORD and are so happy with the work!

Easy to work with

Excellent experience all around. Helpful, informative and excellent quality for the price we paid to have our roof replaced.

We choose Sword because they offered a great price for our new roof, but I'm recommending them because of the customer service. They are a family-owned and run small business. The foreman, Trevor, was so informative and kept me updated on everything. They managed to do the entire roof in one day. The cleanup afterward was great! I found one item that received some damage and they replaced it for me. Highly recommended!

Sword roofing did a good job with repairs after there was storm damage to the house. However, they used my folding chairs as step stools and got them muddy, and there were gutter brackets and nails all over after they replaced my damaged gutter.

Eric and the team at S.W.O.R.D were fantastic. The process was incredibly quick, transparent and very well priced and they installed the roof in hours. The work was done efficiently and exactly as outlined and the work men took incredible care cleaning up afterwards. They left the place better than they found it!

Justin was fantastic to work with! They have done multiple roofs for my company and have done a great job every time. They are prompt and paid special attention to cleaning up the debris around the house. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job and look forward to working with them in the future.

Great company for anyone in the Cincinnati area needing a new roof. Their price was very competitive and they did a great job with installation and cleanup. Highly recommend.

Sword Roofing performed an excellent roofing job. Two crews and 12+ hours. Well done!

Magnificent coordination with staff and timely work with lots of good advice and people skills

SWORD Roofing did an amazing job replacing our roof. Everyone was great to work with and they were able to finish our job in half a day, which I really appreciated because I work from home. Highly recommend, the roof looks awesome, thank you!

I bought a house 1.5yrs ago. The roof is 4.5 yrs old. The area around my cupola was leaking. I contacted the original installers with not a word back. So I started gathering quotes. Curry from Sword came out to take a look at my problem. Immediately I felt like he was the most professional, detail oriented, and honest person I had at my home. He was extremely thorough as he noticed some things that no else did which when explained made logical sense and did not all come across as an upsell. After meeting with him I knew Sword was who I wanted to give my business to. I ran into some personal issues and Curry worked with me and was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation. I was put on the schedule quickly and the work was done in a very timely manner. I am a business owner myself so putting my word behind a company truly means a lot to me and I am an extremely harsh critic of customer service and best practices. I will recommend Sword to absolutely everyone.

An absolute wonderful experience all the way around. Eric was so helpful in checking things out to find how the leak in our siding was coming through into our house. He made sure to provide us the most efficient AND cost effective solution. Chris and Justin implemented the solution in a professional manner. They saved us a ton by being able to fix the leak and still use our existing siding. SWORD is THE best in every way!!!

Sword did an excellent job adding Cupolas to my roof

I could not be happier with my experience with SWORD! We had a significant leak and the flashing had to be replaced, and we decided to finally get gutter guards, since they'd already be there. From the initial contact, through the work, and follow up, everyone I interacted with were incredibly professional and nice. Eric, Justin, and Johnny were great in setting everything up beforehand (more on that in a moment). Everything was communicated thoroughly, they answered all my questions fully, and I felt very confident SWORD would be a great company, and I was right! The price was very fair, especially for the quality of the work. Emilio was the site foreman, and he and his team had great passion for solid work, and went above and beyond. Emilio also answered my questions, and was really great to talk with. Speaking of above and beyond, Emilio showed me the pack of shingles he brought. He said they needed to be replaced around the new flashing, in order for it to be effective. He proudly told me they matched our shingles exactly. I didn't talk to Johnny or Eric about that, so I asked how did they know? Emilio said one of them came back out, took drone footage, and matched the shingles, and did not add more cost. And it looked fantastic! If he had not told me, I wouldn't have known there were new shingles. I'm thrilled to write a positive review for SWORD. I've dealt with other home improvement companies that seem to be, or were, a locally owned company with a good reputation. But many of them have been bought out by big corporations, and everything is a sales pitch, and they try to insist on unnecessary things that jack up the price. SWORD is the exact opposite. I spoke directly with the people involved, they all were invested in completing exceptionally high quality work, and they went above and beyond. Thanks SWORD! -Rick p.s., Something that continues to make me happy is that when Justin handed me his business card that was double the size of an average one, and folded in the middle with an image of shingles. I said cool! He said, "It's a little roof!" That still makes me chuckle.

I fully recommend SWORD for roof replacement. The sales person and scheduler were very knowledgeable and forthcoming. They offered a competitive price on good quality shingles and a thorough job. On the day, they did everything they said they would do. The supervisor sent me photos of the job progress and made sure I was satisfied. Crew members were good workers, and they cleaned up really well afterward. I would hire them again.

Very pleased with the work!! They were able to match the siding exactly and were very prompt and helpful getting everything done!!!

I had a wonderful experience. Sword walked me through the various options, and used the material that wasn’t damaged (gutter guards) instead of charging me for all new materials. The price was also less than the other estimates I received. Very impressed and grateful!

Highly recommend SWORD for roof replacement! Curry gave us two extremely fair quotes for different shingle types at different price points instead of trying to upsell us to the most expensive one. Their whole team was extremely communicative, prompt on the scheduled replacement day, worked quickly and cleaned everything up so well you couldn’t even tell they were there to begin with (minus the new roof!). I really appreciated the great customer service they provided—that can be hard to find. Would definitely use them again in the future!

Contacted to do a repair to my leaking roof when another company failed to show up. Estimator Johnny was professional and thorough in his evaluation. He used a drone to get full, documented view of my roof and found the issue. Repair crew documented the repair and I was provided photos of work done along with the invoice (all electronic which was nice). Will use again and definitely recommend!

Had both our roof and gutters replaced and could not be happier! The crews were professional, did a great job cleaning after, and were notably kind to my family (and our dog). Awesome experience, thank you so much!!! John Munafo, Jr

The sales rep, Eric, came out to the home, was super nice and explained my options, the work was done in in 1 day, cleaned up, and I got drone pics of the roof progress and when finished. Eric called afterwards to see if I was happy with the work . I would definitely recommend SWORD Roofing.

Great experience with SWORD Roofing on my total roof replacement. Eric was great to work with getting my free new roof estimate. Trevor was the site foreman the day of the install and kept me well informed and answered my many questions. Cleanup was great! Sword had a very competitive estimate and once I read their online reviews and saw their BBB rating I gladly signed a contract with them. I would highly recommend SWORD Roofing to do any roofing project you may have!

Salesman was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Production manager was great to work with. Work was great and at a good price. As a builder, I will be using them on all my future projects.

Arrived on time, did high quality work and communicated clearly!

We had our roof, skylights, and gutters replaced by SWORD about a month ago. They explained the process in simple, understandable terms. Their cleanup crew did a great job of collecting any old shingles, nails, and other small items. Our old roof would have rain leak occasionally into our home, but since we have had our new roof installed, we haven’t had a single leak! We can rest easy at night knowing SWORD did an excellent job. Thank you all again!

Trevor and his crew did a fabulous job! Trevor was great about keeping us informed of the progress each step of the way. They were respectful of the property, of our time and the space. I Highly recommend them!

Wonderful experience! Great communication we had new gutters install installed. It was fast. They did a wonderful job. Price was fair. I highly recommend this company!

Great customer service and very professional gutter replacement job. From start to finish the Sword Roofing team answered all my questions and provided an excellent finished product that solved all of my water issues. Highly Recommend.

SWORD Roofing was by far the best roofing company I've had the pleasure to work with. This was a process that took months to get completed, that said, Justin Huber specifically helped me and my family navigate through the claims process to get a new roof this winter. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reputable company.

Extremely professional, timely, and transparent. Thank you! I will only be using SWORD for future roofing needs.
