I Live in LEISURE WORLD, and I’ve had several bad experiences with HANDYMEN, SKYLIGHT REPAIRMEN,, HOUSECLEANERS, etc. That’s why I was so GRATEFUL when I found SoCal Home Upgrades to replace a skylight that was damaged by severe Santa Ana winds. He was fantastic! Not only did he do an excellent job installing my new solar powered SKYLIGHTS, but he took the time to explain how to use my remote controls and the app on my phone to adjust the automated skylights. Not only does he do quality work, he’s also dependable, patient and kind.

What a great experience! I thought it would take me weeks to find someone to fix a leaking skylight. Sadar called me in 30 minutes and assessed the roof with a quote within an hour. We had an issue with our skylight remote that rendered the skylight nonfunctional. The only way to repair it was by physically pressing a button located 16 feet up—definitely not an easy fix. I reached out to Socal Home yesterday, explained the situation to Sardar, and he quickly provided a fair quote compared to other companies. He arrived promptly the next day and had the skylight fixed in under an hour, a task made even more challenging by the need for such a tall ladder. His professionalism and efficiency were much appreciated, and I’ll definitely call him again for any future assistance. He was respectful and made sure everything was properly repaired.

SoCal did a great job replacing a skylight that was damaged during the recent windstorms in my area. They were extremely responsive on the phone and were able to come out right away to assess the damage and order and install the correct skylight. Since there was a rainstorm about to arrive, they also waterproofed the existing damaged skylight until they came back the next week for the replacement service . They are extremely professional in every aspect of their service. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Sardar is by far one of the best contractors we’ve ever dealt with! He is super friendly and knowledgable and his communication was top notch from beginning to end. We recently had our roof redone and replaced three old skylights. Unfortunately, we ended up with cheap acrylic dome style lenses that were really hot and allowed a lot of outside noise into the house (I didn’t even know my neighbor had wind chimes until now!). Sardar talked us through all the different options and provided us with a couple of estimates to help us decide between them. We ended up getting three dual pane laminated low E glass lenses, one frosted and two with solar shades. Installation was quick and hassle free. We couldn’t be happier with our new skylights; the house is drastically cooler and we don’t hear outside noise anymore!!!

I wish more contractors were like SoCal Home Upgrades. From the minute I sent in an inquiry, they were responsive. They replaced my two kitchen skylights. Contacted several companies for bids on replacing an old skylight. Was not satisfied with options available or price that I was not willing to pay. I did some more research and found Sardar at SoCal Home Upgrades. Sardar was able to provide the exact solution I was looking for and a price that was acceptable. He was willing to climb up on my roof, examine all the skylights but particularly the one I wanted to replace, and also suggested a slight change to the mounting that would make it a better installation. Installation was quick once the skylight was delivered and he cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. No muss, no fuss. The skylight functions very well, looks much better than the old one, and I’m a happy camper. Sardar is easy to work with, I didn’t have to wait for an estimate like the other companies I considered, and he made the whole process simple.
