Sardar was prompt and friendly on the first appointment to look at my situation to change out a solar tube skylight. Prompt and communicative on the install. He’s very knowledgeable and skilled. Laid down plastic to contain the mess and cleaned everything up afterwards. I will definitely call him again and refer him to my clients.

Cleaned my 3 skylights thoroughly and checked for any repairs or replacements needed. The price was comprable. Sarar is a nice gentleman and very quick. He cleaned up any mess that was left. I am very satisfied with his service.

We had an amazing experience with Sardar. He installed 3 Solatubes in our kitchen area, and the difference is night and day! What we appreciated most was his honesty. He was open and upfront about the layout, the pricing, potential issues and where the tubes would work best to bring in the most light. Sardar was professional, worked fast, and left the kitchen perfectly clean. It is so refreshing to work with someone you can truly trust. If you need Solatubes or any type of skylights installed, ask for Sardar! I did talk to other folks and I did not go with the lowest price. Sardar looked very promising and trustworthy from day 1. Loved his honesty about what I can do and what I cannot.

Great experience from start to finish. Sardar replaced an old, cracked skylight. It is perfect and did not leak at all when we had the heavy rains. They also reroofed my house. The new roof looks fantastic! I was amazed of how well the tear off crew and the roofers cleaned up after themselves. Looks cleaner than before they started. Next, he painted the new wood that replaced the old pieces under the eaves. The paint matches perfectly. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. It has been a pleasure working with Sardar. I will call SoCal Home Upgrades in the future and highly recommend them to everyone.

I Live in LEISURE WORLD, and I’ve had several bad experiences with HANDYMEN, SKYLIGHT REPAIRMEN,, HOUSECLEANERS, etc. That’s why I was so GRATEFUL when I found SoCal Home Upgrades to replace a skylight that was damaged by severe Santa Ana winds. He was fantastic! Not only did he do an excellent job installing my new solar powered SKYLIGHTS, but he took the time to explain how to use my remote controls and the app on my phone to adjust the automated skylights. Not only does he do quality work, he’s also dependable, patient and kind.

What a great experience! I thought it would take me weeks to find someone to fix a leaking skylight. Sadar called me in 30 minutes and assessed the roof with a quote within an hour. Once the skylight was ready he had it installed the next day. Can’t say enough about how smooth and easy the whole process was. I will be keeping his information to refer out to anyone who needs it!

Great job! Thank you!

I had a great experience with socal home upgrades. They made the entire process easy from start to finish. They handled the permit process for me. Their prices are very reasonable.

We try whenever possible to support small local businesses, and we are so glad we went with this company for our skylight replacement. It was easy going throughout the whole process. He talked through the whole replacement process and options with us so that we made an informed decision and he did top quality work with a quality product. He even ran out during the job to get a piece that he noticed needed replacement/repair after removing the original skylight at no extra cost simply because he knew it was the right thing to do and would ensure there were no issues with our new skylight. Great experience all around and we absolutely love our new skylight with some new and great features.

We had an issue with our skylight remote that rendered the skylight nonfunctional. The only way to repair it was by physically pressing a button located 16 feet up—definitely not an easy fix. I reached out to Socal Home yesterday, explained the situation to Sardar, and he quickly provided a fair quote compared to other companies. He arrived promptly the next day and had the skylight fixed in under an hour, a task made even more challenging by the need for such a tall ladder. His professionalism and efficiency were much appreciated, and I’ll definitely call him again for any future assistance. He was respectful and made sure everything was properly repaired.

Sardar took the time to come to the home and personalized the experience before providing a quote versus getting a no look text quote from the other vendor. He made the experience very positive with great communication of what needed to be done, delivered on time and as quoted, quality of work was great and took the time to clean up and explain to me what he did and how everything worked. Will definitely recommend Sardar for your skylight needs.

SoCal did a great job replacing a skylight that was damaged during the recent windstorms in my area. They were extremely responsive on the phone and were able to come out right away to assess the damage and order and install the correct skylight. Since there was a rainstorm about to arrive, they also waterproofed the existing damaged skylight until they came back the next week for the replacement service . They are extremely professional in every aspect of their service. I would recommend them without hesitation.

It was a true pleasure dealing with Sardar! He arrived on time and communicated effectively about his arrival. Sardar was very pleasant, honest, considerate, and carrying his profession with dignity. Despite the long trip back and forth, he focused solely on delivering exceptional service and handled the client's budget with great care. Thank you!! 🙏

Fabulous service! Sardar was very knowledgeable and held our hands during the entire process! His price was very reasonable as we had 3 quotes prior to hiring him. Not only is he a perfectionist, he is vert trustworthy.

Sardar (owner) was great from beginning to end. It’s cool when you meet a contractor that actually does what they say! Hire this company if you need skylights, tube lighting or anything else! They get it done!

It was a pleasure working with Sardar! He showed up on time for the first meeting, explained the options for replacing our skylights and handled all the permit requirements. He explained the process of ordering the skylights, getting the permits, and installation with an approximate date. The job was completed sooner than we had expected. Sardar provided pictures of the opening and the finished job. We wish that all contractors were as easy to work with! Thank you for the new skylights! They were installed before the next rain.

I highly recommend SoCal home upgrades. Extremely nice, humble, professional company that revolves around quality and service. Love our new skylight.

Sardar is by far one of the best contractors we’ve ever dealt with! He is super friendly and knowledgable and his communication was top notch from beginning to end. We recently had our roof redone and replaced three old skylights. Unfortunately, we ended up with cheap acrylic dome style lenses that were really hot and allowed a lot of outside noise into the house (I didn’t even know my neighbor had wind chimes until now!). Sardar talked us through all the different options and provided us with a couple of estimates to help us decide between them. We ended up getting three dual pane laminated low E glass lenses, one frosted and two with solar shades. Installation was quick and hassle free. We couldn’t be happier with our new skylights; the house is drastically cooler and we don’t hear outside noise anymore!!!

I wish more contractors were like SoCal Home Upgrades. From the minute I sent in an inquiry, they were responsive. They replaced my two kitchen skylights. After a big rain, there was a leak, but they came right out and found the leak and rectified the matter. No more leaks even after more rain. It was great doing business with them.

Sardar came to our rescue after a handyman installed a skylight incorrectly and it was leaking. Sardar was professional, friendly and confident in his work!

SoCal home upgrades came out to my house to replace some skylights that were giving us issues, the individuals were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Thank you SoCal home upgrades for your amazing service!

Might be the most professional and nice contractors we’ve ever used! Sardar and his assistant, Christian, were so polite and friendly and did an amazing job installing gorgeous glass skylights for us. Call him, you won’t be sorry!

Sardar was very communicative and professional! He followed up after giving us a quote and provided a fast and convenient time frame for installation. The solar tube looks amazing! Highly recommend SoCal Home Upgrades!

I reached out to SoCal Home Upgrades to install some Velux skylights. They had them in stock and came out to install the same day. Polite and great service! A+++

Contacted several companies for bids on replacing an old skylight. Was not satisfied with options available or price that I was not willing to pay. I did some more research and found Sardar at SoCal Home Upgrades. Sardar was able to provide the exact solution I was looking for and a price that was acceptable. He was willing to climb up on my roof, examine all the skylights but particularly the one I wanted to replace, and also suggested a slight change to the mounting that would make it a better installation. Installation was quick once the skylight was delivered and he cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. No muss, no fuss. The skylight functions very well, looks much better than the old one, and I’m a happy camper. Sardar is easy to work with, I didn’t have to wait for an estimate like the other companies I considered, and he made the whole process simple. I recommend Sardar and his company for your skylight needs.
