We have had several roofs replaced by Dales Roofing. Kirby has kept us updated each time through the entire process from start to finish. When Kirby inspects the crews completed work, if it doesn’t look right, he makes sure it is corrected.

Brandon Gill, with Dale’s Roofing, was great to work with after the April 28 hail damage to my home. He came out to inspect the gutters and skylights after they were installed. I appreciated his attention to the smallest details. He addressed any concerns I had and made a few small adjustments to make sure everything was installed correctly. He also told me if I had any concerns later, to be sure to contact him which was very reassuring. I was grateful for Brandon’s congenial and professional handling of the installation.

Dales Roofing is a top notch local company with wonderful customer service and excellent quality of work. Brandon Gill is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed on the entire process and even inspected the work jointly with me and said, “I’m not happy until you’re happy.” What more could you ask for? I highly recommend Dales Roofing and hope you get to work with Brandon Gill.
-
I admit to feeling overwhelmed at the extent of hail damage to my property. I had no prior experience with roofing but am extremely pleased with Dale's. Shane helped with our estimate and stayed connected until the contract was signed. He explained all our options and answered all our questions. Jordan was the manager overseeing our actual installation. He even took my call on a Saturday when the work crew was here and we had a problem. He persisted with our skylight challenge and made certain everything was done to our satisfaction. Joe and Richard came back to do the actual install of the troublesome skylight and did a fantastic job. They hauled off the remaining debris and left our property neat and tidy. The roofers were excellent, kind, quiet, very tidy and very respectful. I have been recommending Dale's to my coworkers and will continue to tell others how great they are to work with.
-
Our roof and gutters look amazing! I’m glad you guys sent Brandon Gill out for the final inspection. He answered every question, took care of every request, and provided photos that made it easy to see all the work up close. It was great working with someone so friendly, professional, and thorough.Thank you Brandon for all your help! I felt such a relief knowing everything was done right and is now complete.
-
Great job Joe and Richard did…even in the blazing heat. They stayed on it until the job was done. Thanks guys 👍👍Dwight G

I got a couple quotes from different roofing companies and am very happy I went with Dale’s. They were easy to work with, professional and did a fantastic job. Cory Manes was great about checking in and before and after the roof replacement to make sure everything was taken care of and their clean up was excellent. Brandon Gill came out and did great work on replacing rotten fascia so my new gutters could be installed. He was courteous, professional and worked quickly even in extreme heat. They are a five star company!
-
Justin did a great job explaining what the day would be like and what to expect. The many walks around the house convinced me that nothing would be left to chance. We appreciate another job well done.
-
Dales was by far the roofer of choice. The team was great at what they did. The only hiccup was the gutter vendor assigned to us didn’t complete the tasks but when we notified Dales, Brandon Gill came out and made sure every issue was corrected and made sure we were completely satisfied. Dales could work on customer communications a little but quality work is definitely their best selling point!!
-
We have chosen Dale's Roofing twice for our roofing needs. The professionalism and service we received was more than a customer can dream of. I highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs. I am a very satisfied customer

After the hailstorm in April '26, I had two houses with shingle, flat and metal roofs to be replaced, gutters and a chimney repair. Dale's Roofing did it all and did it well! From tear out to clean up, they're professional and tidy. Whether the office staff, supervisors or crew, any questions I had were answered. Shout out to Joe for handling some issues that came up after installation. I would definitely recommend Dale's for your roofing needs.

Had such a great experience!! Brandon Gill was so thorough and made sure we were completely satisfied before heading out today. He was wonderful with communication through text, calls, and made sure to send photos as he completed tasks while we were at work. Very reassuring to know our home was being taken care of while away!
-
After the hail storm in April I needed a new roof and chimney cap. Dale's made this process wonderful. With an estimate, beyond any new boards, I new what financially I would be looking at. The crew arrived at 6am and was done by 3pm. Jessie was amazing. He throughly measured my chimney, for chimney cap then returned a few days later to install. He also suggested that at some point I get a flue cap. He went to lunch, picked it up and returned to install. Jessie went above and beyond with customer service even in these hot hot summer days. It looks amazing, thank you Dale's Rooting and thank you Jessie.

I worked with Brandon Gill for my walk through after the gutters were complete. It took the time to walk me through what was done and take some photos so I could have them for my records as well as for my insurance. He answered all of my questions and was able to answer all of them ! He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him and Dales roofing 100 percent! Wasn't able to be at home for installation, but my neighbor watched over things , took pictures and so to forward to me!! Was very pleased with the work that was done!! I also was able to watch some of work through home cameras. But I had full confidence in Dale's Roofing Co. We had used Dale's before and was very pleased with work and Company!! Gary Pliler

-
Justin was very friendly. New roof looks good.
-
Brandon was very thorough when he came out to inspect my roof. I had another company come out before I called Dales roofing to checkout my solar panels/roof and they told me I was fine. I’m glad I got a second opinion. I definitely will always call Dales roofing first when I need an inspection after a bad hail storm.
-
Dale's Roofing has been my go-to for storm damages and normal roof replacement for some time. Price is always competitive, and they get the work completed in a timely manner. Brandon has been very good about keeping in touch about any concerns or issues I might experience.
-
This is the second time I have worked with Dale's Roofing and they continue to do an outstanding job. After the recent hail storm damage, they came out and replaced the roof and gutters. Kudos to Dennis, Raul and Brandon for their punctuality, experience and attention to detail. Highly recommended!
-
Dale’s Roofing has been absolutely amazing to work with! They recently repaired a section of our roof in the extreme heat, and their team was incredible from start to finish. They worked quickly and efficiently, kept us informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was cleaned up when the job was complete. A huge thank-you to Caleb and his team for their hard work and dedication! The Child Advocacy Center truly appreciates everything they did to get our roof repaired so quickly. We are so grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and commitment to helping our organization!
-
I can’t say enough good things about Dale’s Roofing, especially Emmit J.! He has been incredibly helpful and consistently goes above and beyond every time we work with him. He put a temporary fix on a chimney for us back in November 2025, and here we are in August 2026, and that temporary repair is still holding up perfectly! Emmit recently came back out to update our quote for hail damage so we can move forward with the repairs. He is always punctual, professional, and his communication is absolutely immaculate. He takes the time to make sure I fully understand the work, the options, and the pricing. He is fair, honest, and has never once made me feel like he was trying to price gouge us. The Big Cedar LLC Housing Department will absolutely continue using Dale’s Roofing. Having a contractor you can trust, communicate with easily, and know will do the job right is invaluable. Emmit is truly the best, and I highly recommend Dale’s Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and professional roofing company!
-
Jared tarped the roof right after the hailstorm, and Brandon Gill inspected and answered all questions. Great job by both!
-
Brandon Gill inspected our gutters. He was very courteous, informative and helpful. We appreciate it very much. Thank you Brandon!
-
Joe and Brandon came redo one of the vents that the inspector from Dale’s roofing found after roofers put on new roof. They effectively communicated with and were very friendly and to the best of my knowledge fixed the problem. Dales roofing has been exceptional in communicating and everyone at Dale’s roofing has been quick to respond from inspecting the roof, giving clear detailed estimate of cost to replace roof , and very impressed by inspector coming by during roof installment several times that day and the day after the roofing was completed. From Kyle who made the initial assessment to Jordan who inspected roof during and after and the office staff. Exceptional service!!!
-
You all are spot on to this roofing business you have put 3 roofs on for us always professional and outstanding service I’d use you for three more if need be 👍
-

-
Thanks to Dale, Joe and Miguel for replacing the roofs on the sanctuary and fellowship hall at Republic First Baptist Church. We have used Dale's Roofing for repairs in the past and when the hail storm destroyed our shingled roofs, we reached our to Dale's for help. Dale is prompt and easy to reach when I have questions about their bid. Dale also replaced the roof on my home and also my mom's house. You won't be disappointed with their service.
-
The team worked hard all day long. End of day the area was cleaned up and put away.
-
-
We were very happy with roofing, but had some problem with gutter downspouts. We called and Dale's responded very quickly by sending out Brandon Gill. He immediately saw the problem and fixed it. He was great to work with.
-
Vanessa and I have lived in our home for 37 years and have only trusted Dale's Roofing to keep us in the DRI. It was time for a new roof, so we contacted Dale's for a for the information needed for the insurance company. We were required to get a couple prices for the roof, and as always, the best in the area also had the best pricing. Sonny and the roofing crew are top notch as Dale's crew always are. Sonny made sure that if there were any deficiencies in the decking that it would get it taken care of. I was impressed how he did the little things to make sure the install was at the level we expect from Dale's crews. Recently we had Joe and Brandon out for some gutter work and once again exceptional work from these guys. Great communication and very clean work. From the day we met with Dale and Jennifer to pick out the shingles, to the install by Sonny of the roof and the gutter work with Joe and Brandon we could not be happier with the crews.
-
Brandon Gill came out today to quote our roof for some fixes and was able to put on some temporary protection until we can get everything complete. He was friendly and got things done well and quickly. I appreciated his time and expertise. We had another nice man from Dale's out after the last hail storm. Rick Gill was that time and also did a great job.
-
Brandon Gill was the contractor that came out to give me a quote. He called ahead of time, arrived on time and was very professional. He went on the roof and took pictures, showed me the issue, explained what the fix entailed, and sealed it temporarily untill they can get me scheduled. Very reasonable quote, very hassle free experience so far from the office and Brandon.

Joe and Braden were out today to correct prior work on my gutters and deck covering, they did a great job. I appreciate how they took the time to communicate with me on the work that was done. On August 7th 2026 Joe and Braden were out again to address a small leak on the deck covering. It was a simple fix but once again they were thorough and diligent to address any questions I had and I appreciate their work. Thank you gentlemen!
-
Some patch ups that were done on our roof while we wait for the full fix. Brandon was very friendly and explained clearly what temporary fixes he did before our roof is redone. They are also doing patch ups/repairs and full roof fixes in case you need either/or.
-
As a property manager, I have one Electrician, one plumber, one roofer etc. And the reason why I have one of each is because that one is honest , Reliable, does great work, and answers their phone when you call them. And that’s what I find in Rick Gill with Dales Roofing. Rick is everything that you want, and none of what you don’t want. Keep up the great work thank you.
-
My neighbor's tree fell and took out a corner of my roof, soffit, fascia, and gutters. A complicated repair down to the rafters. Joe and Brandon performed an amazing repair. The repairs were done quickly and very professionally. They even came out and reinforced the tarping until they could get to the repair. Dale's roofing company is phenomenal. Their bid was lower by a considerable amount. Highly recommend for complicated repairs or whole new roofs. Thank you all so much!
-
Brandon Gill with Dale's Roofing came out and inspected my gutters today due to an issue I was having. He made the inspection and let me know what needed to be done to correct the situation. Brandon was punctual, arriving prior to our scheduled appointment time, courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional throughout the entire visit. We had been having some leaks, he found the problems, took care of all, in the initial visit. Dale's Roofing should be proud to be represented by such an outstanding individual and I highly recommend him. Quality customer service makes a difference! Thank you Brandon!

We have used Dales Roofing for many years for us personally & & for my husband's real estate clients. They are always professional & efficient. Starting with Jamie, the estimator, who is always prompt & easy to work with on jobs. Juilo, the roofer & his team who showed up, finished the job in record time. Brandon, the gutter guy understood the seriousness of this particular job & the expectations of why we needed this job to be done in a very short timeframe. Last but not least, Loralee. She was absolutely wonderful in helping us navigate a difficult house transaction involving the new roof & guttering. All were GREAT with communication in helping reach our target date to make the closing date happen. Thank you Dale's Roofing. We appreciate you all. We will continue to highly recommend your business!!

I contacted Dale’s Roofing to have our chimney cap reinstalled after it blew off in a storm. I talked to Brandy, and she had our information on file from previous repairs they had done. Due to more bad weather, we had to reschedule, and Brandy kept us updated on when to expect the service. On the day of the service, Brandon Gill texted with his expected arrival time. Brandon had the chimney cap replaced in no time. He showed us the benefits of their ‘Maintenance Club’. Thank you, Dale, Brandy, and Brandon, for doing business the way we all want and appreciate.
-
There have been several roofing companies in our neighborhood and Dale’s Roofing by far has been the most professional. They did everything they said they would do and Cory and Sam were great to work with. This is the second time we’ve used their services. Dales roofing installed our roof a couple years ago. We recently noticed a leak and Ethan came out to fix it. He did an amazing job in 100+ degree temps. He dug in and found the root of the problem, fixed it, and I’m confident we won’t have issues there anymore. Kudos for doing it the right way and not just slapping some silicon on it and calling g it good.

I signed up for the DRI Maintenance Club to have a roof inspection, gutter cleaning, etc performed for the first time this year, figuring I ought to have someone that knows what to look for check things out (and keep me off the roof!). I'm very pleased with the service! Brandon Gill was thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to identify a minor issue that was quickly remedied, and an issue that will need to be addressed sooner rather than later so I don't start having water damage. Thanks Brandon!

Brandon Gill came out to take a look at our roof, after a hailstorm came thru. He was very polite, and informative, all thru the process. Answering any questions I had. While he was there, he found several potential spots that could be causing leaks, and sealed them before leaving. He was the 3rd person on our roof. The claim adjuster said nothing, nor did another roofing company say anything in regards to holes in my vent boxes. Brandon went above, and beyond, to do what he could to ensure no additional damage was caused to our house, before having the roof replaced. These guys are professionals, and care about taking care of customers.
-
We highly recommend Dale's roofing. We had our roof replaced in Republic, MO and had to have some broken and rotten decking replaced. Sammy was our supervisor he was so great to work with, very professional and honest from the start. The whole process went smoothly. I would recommend Dale's to anyone. Great job and thank you Sammy!

New customer. Called Dale's Roofing to come give an estimate for a concern with our house guttering not properly butting up to the roof. Afraid there would be water entering where it should not. Brandon Gill showed up early, was so professional and kind. He got up on his ladder and looked at the issue. Realizing it was no big issue, he called the office and made the repair at no charge. Brandon's honesty has made me a customer for life for future roofing/guttering needs. Thank you!!!

-
The entire team (especially Dale, Nathan, Shane, and Jordan) was very impressive and attentive from top to bottom, and after evaluating three companies, we decided that Dale's was the only company we trusted to address all of the issues that needed upgrading to the best of our needs. The fact that they have a masonry division to address chimney/brick spalling issues was also a huge plus, as they helped remedy an issue that others had not. Brandon Gill was also very helpful and did a great job resolving issues with some damaged shingles on the roof and ridge in a follow-up call.
-

Yesterday I saw a Dale's Roofing truck across the street from my house. I had an inspection for my roof and gutters (the famous Springfield hail storm) scheduled with Dale's Roofing for nearly a month from now. I went over and met Brandon Gill who was doing an inspection on my neighbor's roof. I asked Brandon if he could go ahead and do my inspection since my insurance adjuster is coming in just a few days. He got on the phone with his office and was able to reschedule my inspection for right then. He did a very thorough inspection, even sealing some leaks that I did not know I had. He was thorough and gave me great information. I highly recommend Dale's Roofing and especially Brandon Gill for great service. I look forward to them coming and doing the actual roof replacement.
-
We have a contract for maintaining our roof with Dale’s. So glad we do after the baseball sized hail we had. Our roof was inspected today and we had literally hundreds of divots. Matt and Jared did an amazing job covering the damage to prevent leaks while we wait for a new roof. They used up all of their tarps and everything else they could find to ensure there are no leaks. We highly recommend Dale’s Roofing!
-
We have used Dale's Roofing for repairs and full roof replacement for over 20 years. Recently we noticed squirrel damage to our roof. Dale's immidately sent an inspector and found a serious problem. Within a few days, Dale's sent 2 of the nicest and most efficient repair specialists (Kendall and Hunter) to our home for what turned out to be a pretty serious repair job. The squirrel(s) had done a lot of damage. I could't be more pleased with the service we received from Dale's and the work that Kendall and Hunter did to repair our roof damage. This is just one more reason we have stayed with Dale's for all these years and, absolutely, continue to HIGHLY RECOMMEND their company!
-
Brandon Gill came out to check everything over. He was courteous, professional, and efficient. Great turnaround on the schedule. Looking forward to doing more business with Dale’s.

-
We’ve had Dale’s Roofing inspect our roof a couple times over the last few years for things from a small leak due to high straight line winds, and trying do bat exclusion while the bats were gone in the winter. Never did Dale’s Roofing try to sell us a new roof. This last time we had them out we could clearly see our shingles were no longer lying flat in even moderate winds and we were due for a new roof. Jason was very good at letting us know our options. And Sammy with his great crew were able to install our new roof (detached garage and house) along with some decking repairs in one day before the rain came in. Everyone was communicative from start to finish and we are pleased with our new roof.
-
Appreciate quick response to a couple of roof leaks, Kyle came out and found where the leaks were coming from and gave me a very affordable repair quote. I'm an old retired union laborer and its great to see young men like Kyle who definitely knows what he's doing in the work force. Dale's roofing is the best !!

-
We were on a tight deadline after our insurance company notified us that they were unable to continue coverage unless our roof was replaced within 5 weeks. Kyle from Dale’s was fantastic—he quickly provided a quote and even redid it for a metal roof at our request, making sure all our questions were answered. Loralee in the office was also incredibly helpful. She walked us through all the financing options and made sure we were fully informed before we decided how to pay for the new roof. The entire process, from the initial quote to the finished roof, took only 14 days total. Joe and Brandon handled the actual installation in just 2 days! They even took the time to replace some rotting wood they found so we wouldn’t have to remove our new gutters to fix it later. They did a great job cleaning up and everyone involved made the whole experience stress-free.

Dale's was easy to work with. They kept in touch through every step, even going as far as coming in to discuss options instead of calling. Caleb, James, Brandon and Joe did a great job. Caleb was very professional and made sure we knew exactly what was going on through every step of the way. We definitely recommend their service.
-
Very polite and efficient at their work. Would recommend to friends.
-
Dale roofing r&r my shingled roof due to a damaging hail storm. The job also included replacing the gutters, downspouts, and the existing gutter guards. After completion, there was one roof leak that took two service calls to rectify. I am dissatisfied with the Gutter guards that Dales Roofing's subcontractor installed. They are not near the quality of those that were replaced.
-
Brandon G and MattW did a great job repairing my roof ridge cap. They were able to work me in quickly, explained how they would repair, were fast, cleaned up after the repair. They were careful and put down tarps to protect the deck.

Brandon was so friendly, communicated amazingly about when he was on his way, he arrived, and when he was done and finishing up. He was also very efficient in fixing the patches of the tarp for our roof that was not as strong as before from snow. He secured the new tarp areas and any other areas that needed extra care in under 30 minutes, and he was so helpful about encouraging me to reach out if I ran into any issues or had any questions. I’m very thankful for Brandon and his awesome job he always does!!!

-
I can’t say enough as to how pleased I am with this company from the initiation of the process to the completion of the new roof. I realized my roof was damaged two days before a snowstorm was predicted to hit our area. I called Dale’s Roofing and Shane was at my property the next day. After inspection of the roof he sent photos of damage and clearly explained options as to possible repairs or replacement of roof. He also reattached siding to the house and placed a tent over the most damaged area of roof knowing increased damage could occur from pending storm. Sammy and crew did an amazing job installing the roof! He also went above and beyond on this job. Our neighbors commented as to how kind and professional the crew was during installation process! Thank you to All at Dale’s Roofing for your kindness and expertise!
-
Had to have chimney tuckpointed at roof. Also flashing around chimney needed replacing. Dale's did an excellent job, cleaned up after and kept their vehicles on the driveway. They did not tear up our yard with their trucks and trailers. They are awesome.

-
Brandon was GREAT! He stayed in communication which is to me; great customer service and the job he did was AWSOME!
-
If we could give Dale's Roofing 10 stars, we absolutely would! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The owner went above and beyond—he personally came to our home multiple times to inspect the roof, helped us navigate the insurance process, contacted the insurance company on our behalf, and even showed up when the insurance adjuster came out. This process stretched over several months, and he never once dropped the ball. He also brought physical shingle samples to our house and took the time to help us choose the perfect color, which made a big difference. When it came time for the actual work, Sammy and his crew were outstanding—friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond. The job was done with care and attention to detail. We couldn’t be happier with the service or the results. If you’re looking for a roofing company that is hands-on, honest, and genuinely invested in their customers, Dale’s Roofing is it.
-
Love our new roof! Beautiful! Excellent work!! The crew was super - so efficient & industrious! Everything was cleaned up so nicely afterwards, too. Cory was terrific to work with. He was professional & friendly & kept us informed. A great manager! All-around excellent experience!
-
Both Shane and Cory and the crew were all top notch. Shane was far above the other company reps I had bid the roof. He listened to what I wanted and was way more knowledgeable than other company reps. Cory ran a very efficient crew and was professional in managing the job. I think both likely deserve a raise. Good people are hard to find!
-
Brandon Gill showed up promptly and rearranged my new gutter installation. It had been leaking onto my front porch around the front door area after melting snow. Joe came after I noticed some more problems with the soffit and fascia being open into the attic. Joe did a great job fixing the gaps with the soffit and facial! He was great. I mention I was overcharged $600 for the total/initial fascia work when roof was installed. Nathan, the building inspector had quoted me a total of 635 sqft for decking and fascia, but I was later told that didn't include the fascia. The final bill was $600 more than Nathan had quoted.
-
Brandon completed my yearly roof maintenance. He was very polite, efficient, and trustworthy.
-
Garage had a leak in late 2025. Called Dales as they had put the new roof on before the 07 ice storm and never had an issue. The y came out within a day or 2, found the issue and repaired the area within the next week. Updates were forthcoming with cost, repair est, repair cost, when they were coming etc. Excellent service
-
I am pleased with the roof that Dale's installed on my home and the follow-up warranty work that has been done to insure that it performs as it should. Shout out to both Joe and Brandon for fixing the noisy turbines.

Great experience! Brandon did a great job getting limbs and leaves off my roof. I called serval companies for a maintenance contract to clean the roof annually and could not get any to call back or book an appointment, even the company that installed my roof. Dales roofing came through and took care of me hassle free! Thank you
-

Brandon Gill was awesome at letting me know when he was on his way and he let me know we have some issues with the chimney area. He did a great job cleaning the gutters then cleaning up the patio and sidewalks before he left. I highly recommend Brandon at Dales roofing.
-
We had an issue with one section of gutter always back filling and overflowing instead of emptying into the downspout. Joe & Brandon quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed the angle, and left our home looking like they were never there. They were considerate and respectful and we have had no further issues with overflow! Thank you so much for a job well done. 👍
-
Brandon Gill recently performed the annual inspection of my mother's roof. She was very pleased with his punctuality, friendliness, and communication. Service from Dale's continues to be top notch following installation.
-
During the recent wind storms, we had a limb fall and damage our front porch. The damage looked extremely extensive. There was roofing damage, gutter damage, soffit, and facia damage and what looked to be structural damage. We got three different quotes that arranged from $3000-$5000. We went with Dale’s bid at about $3800. The work was impeccable. The guys sent out, Joe and Brandon, were friendly, experienced, and very helpful. They spent a lot of time listening to our concerns and were very helpful in explaining the process. They also did the work in a timely fashion and once done, made sure everything was cleaned up. I would definitely recommend Dales Roofing to anyone needing Roof replacement or roof repair.
-
Roofing is expensive! Your roofing company has to be willing to explain their quote and even move the price to beat other companies. Dales did that. But the real workman ship came as they repaired the roof and were honest with each piece of decking that really would not have lasted as long as the shingles did. One part of my roof was really bad and they had to do extra. That was not free, but it was priced very fair and came with an explanation and pictures to show what they were doing. Later, I found something that I didn’t think was right. I called and Brandon came out and fixed what my concern was. Service, professionalism and honesty. I recommend Dales Roof for these reasons, not because they have a cutesy jingle.
-
We just had our roof done today. Robert and his team were awesome. They were extra careful and paid attention to detail when prepping to protect the items in our yard. I think my yard was actually cleaner after they left. My biggest concern was nails in the yard and they did a great job.
-
Brandon Gill was our service call today. He was very thorough, neat, friendly. We have always been very pleased with Dale’s Roofing. Thank you again to Brandon for an outstanding service.
-
Hail damage in 2026. Another new roof.. Joe and his team did a great job. Arrived early and completed the job fast. Tradh was pucked up. Debris was hauled away the next morning.
-
After our new gutter & downspout was installed we were missing the last 5% to make it right. Dale's sent Brandon Gill out to do the warranty work and he made it right, and then some. He added the two elbows we needed and then asked my permission to add a safety strap on the 30 ft gutter. Yes, thank you! If the wind had caught that section of gutter it would have been a mess. So, thank you Brandon. Not only did you fix the problem, you went above and beyond to make it better than new. Merry Christmas!
-
Very satisfied with the work. Joe and Brandon did an excellent job and were very friendly and professional. Two thumbs up!
-
Brandon Gill did my annual roof inspection and did a thorough job and was very sure any sticks and leaves were blow away. Highly recommend Dale’s Roofing.

-
Excellent work! It took Joe and Brandon about a day’s worth of work to do the prep work and install the new metal on the steep 9/12 pitch roof on the new 10’ x 12’ shed my son and I are building in Southern Hills. Joe and Brandon, thanks again!
-

-
I recently had my roof replaced by Dale’s Roofing—not due to storm damage or insurance, but simply because my roof had reached the end of its lifespan. From start to finish, the process was seamless. The estimate was quick and straightforward, and Derek was both professional and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions with confidence. The materials arrived exactly on schedule, and the replacement itself went smoothly without a single issue. The crew worked diligently, and while English was not their first language, there was always someone available to communicate with me directly. Their workmanship was superior, and the cleanup exceeded my expectations—my property was left spotless. Two individuals deserve special recognition: Kirby, the supervisor, was meticulous in checking every detail of the work. His experience, knowledge, and kindness gave me complete confidence in the project. Brandon, who came afterward to install a downspout, impressed me with his proficiency, attention to detail, and genuine kindness. Both Brandon and Kirby were extremely courteous, took pride in their workmanship, and clearly took the responsibility of getting the job done correctly very seriously. Overall, Dale’s Roofing delivered outstanding service, quality craftsmanship, and a team that truly cares about their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering roof replacement. I am very pleased with the outcome, proud of my new roof and give Dale's Roofing, Kirby and Brandon 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!
-
Have used their yearly inspections since I bought my house in 2020. Everyone has been very professional and friendly. Every time they perform my inspection, they have called and asked about if it was good to be early. Its not often workers arrive early. Recently Brandon Gill was my roof inspector. He was professional, friendly and explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. As long as Dale's keeps employing these types of workers, I will continue to use them for any of my roofing needs.
-
Brandon was very polite and answered all my concerns

Kendall and Jacob did a great job! They took out an old chimney and replaced a power vent, as well as fix a leak around another old chimney. They were professional and friendly. Kendall was very helpful, informative, and patient when there was confusion about the estimate & repairs to be done. I highly recommend Kendall & Jacob.

I’m very impressed!! Sammy, the inspector, checked on the crew several times a day and kept us updated to make sure everything met our expectations. I was very impressed with the entire crew — great work ethic and attitude! The roof was completed promptly, and the cleanup was outstanding. There wasn’t a single piece of debris left behind — I couldn’t even find one nail in the yard! Highly recommend Dale’s Roofing Inc.
-
Dales Roofing has done some work for us in the past so we knew that is who we would call to replace our roof. They were out last week and did an excellent job. Thank you to Sammy and his crew!

I had quite a bit of roof damage after a storm came through mid summer along with bad roofing with someone else 6 yrs ago prior to house buying. Sammy with Dale roofing came with a crew of 6 to 7 people who worked hard to remove the shingles only to find that more than 400ft of wood underneath was too damaged to secure a new roof. Sammy assured me that they would take care of me and ensure a solid roof and how this step was crucial. Everyone worked diligently in the second day to complete the work prior to gutters, an electric mishap and a chimney fixture as the days followed. Sammy worked along side with the crew and used the opportunity to do some unique training with the chimney flashing that was especially important to seal these areas. Cleanup was quick and nails with the magnet bar was conducted several times to ensure that my yard and garden did not contain loose nails even when they used tarps. To the crew, I am much appreciative of their hard work and kindness. The extra wood is not generally covered by insurance and it cost roughly 1,800.00 extra, however I have the assurance that the roof is guaranteed to last for many years. Their materials are much better quality and they do not use sheets of plywood, they use 1 X 12ft wood to secure shingles and rolls of material for better weather proofing. The area of flat roofing was reshingled and a rubber sealer was used along with a blowtorch to weather seal it properly. All around great, great job by all ! Thank you Sammy for answering all my questions and giving me the confidence I needed with an unfamiliar roofing company. My neighbor was right on with her recommendation!!
-
Brandon Gill and his trainee Orion quickly rectified the problems with my gutters and made sure the rest were in good shape.
-
Great to work with from quote to completion. We had roof and gutters done. Guys came out early on a Monday morning for the roof. They didn't finish in one day as expected, and of course storms were rolling in that night and the next day. They tarped over and Kirby spent much time on our roof and in our attic the next day, adjusting the tarp as necessary to ensure no leaks. Amazing. Gutters were done in one day. Then afterward, there were a couple small adjustments we wanted - re-paint flashing and redo a downspout. Brandon came out and worked on it. He did not leave until he was positive we were satisfied.
-
-
Brandon and Orion came to make a repair on my roof and replace my gutters. They both had great communication and work ethic. These two are great guys. Highly recommended.
-
Dennis & Donnie, what a team! Professional and hard working, great job! Very pleased….
-
The team at Dale's Roofing was first class from start to finish. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job exactly as bid. Joe, Greg and Kyle were the techs on the job and they were very consciousness about working at our home with minimal inconveniences. They took pictures and texted me updates throughout the project because that is what I asked for. Did not make any messes and cleaned up after themselves throughout the day. We used Dale's because of there reputation and longevity in this business and we now have seen first hand why they have earned that reputation.
-
Jesse arrived a bit early, which is always a plus in our book. He identified our issue immediately and fixed it to the best of his ability. We have a squirrel issue and a tile roof, and we knew we could have problems. Jesse blocked all the access he could find to keep us rodent free for as long as possible. When we need a new (non-tile) roof - probably sooner as opposed to later, we won’t hesitate to contact Dale’s Roofing.
-
Brandon Gilhorin and his coworker did a gutter repair on my house and did a very professional job. Both guys very courteous and cleaned up everything. Very enjoyable experience.
-
I’ve had the privilege to work over the years with Dale, Nathan, Emmit, joe and Brandon. Everyone has been excellent to work with and I’m happy to work with Dales Roofing anytime

Very fair and honest locally-owned company. Customer satisfaction is their top priority.
-
Great job !!! Jordon & Brandon
-
I'd had a roof leak for some time. Another company told me it was a siding problem. Turns out it was not. I had worked with that company previously for repairs but no more. Dale's was recommended by 2 different friends so i called and got a reasonable bid. Yesterday and today, my repair was completed by Joe and Kyle. They were pleasant, knowledgable and efficient workers. The cleanup was great, too. Thanks Dale's roofing, Joe and Kyle.

Dale Edmondson. Great Guy! Great asset to Dales roofing Company.
-
Dale’s Roofing Inc. installed the original roof on our house in 2007. They did a small repair in 2022 and after hail damage in the spring of 2025, they installed a completely new roof and gutter system. From setting an appointment to scheduling and completing the work, they were timely, professional, and courteous. We even had the privilege of Dale (the owner) work with his crew comprised of Jordan Foster and Brandon Edmondson to wrap up some complex finishing details. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond our expectations.
-
As always, very pleased with the professional work I received from Dale’s Roofing! Brandon Gill and Orion came to replace a section of my gutters under manufacturer’s warranty, and did an outstanding job! The gutters look “like new” again. They communicated well and cleaned up everything before they left, and also provided me with photos of the work. I’m definitely a satisfied (and repeat) customer of Dale’s Roofing.
-
We had our roof replaced about a week ago. Our entire experience with Dale’s roofing was excellent. They never pushed for us to replace our roof when they inspected it, they gave us examples to drive buy to look at the roof colors so we could get a better idea of what we wanted our house to look like, and the installation crew was quick and efficient. Sammy and his crew did the installation and cleanup. We had them add two exhaust vents in the roof during the replacement and they made sure to climb into the attic to attach the ductwork. Would recommend this entire company from start to finish.
-
Had roof repaired due to storm damage. Brandon and Joe showed up and completed the repairs in a timely manner. Debris was picked up and communication was great from the team as they kept us in the loop as work was being completed. We will use Dale’s Roofing again for any roof repair or replacement that might be needed in the future.
-
Brandon is polite and went above and beyond to fix our Gutters and roof..
-
Dale’s did my roof last year and it looks fabulous and most importantly leak free.
-
Dennis and Donnie did a great job on the storm repairs. Highly recommend this team!
-
I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dales Roofing, specifically Jason R. I called them due to having a leaking roof, anticipating they would show up, telling me I needed a new one installed. Jason showed up, looked over my entire roof, explained in detail why I didn't need a new one, and found a rubber boot that had likely caused my leak. Jason was very respectful and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I will definitely call them again when anything happens relating to a leak or needing a new roof. This kind of honesty and service is hard to find!
-
Cory was in charge of the crew who did my roof. He was very professional and showed in his workmanship. He went out of his way to see the job and quality got done correctly Thanks to Dales Roofing for doing a great job and thanks to Cory for all He done.

-
Brandon Joe oryan Brandon and Jordan did great
-
Dale's Roofing has done work on our home twice. Both times we needed help, Rick came out and was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their team replaced our roof in the fall last year, and did a phenomenal job! Our house looked like a completely different home. Then, when the high wind storm blew through this spring, like many people in town, a large limb damaged our new roof and front gutter. Brandon and Joe came out and repaired the roof and gutter, and they did a fantastic job. They were kind, professional, and did great work! Really appreciate all the help from the team at Dale's Roofing! Thank you!
-

-
Dale's Roofing did an excellent job on a full roof replacement, the crew that did the work did a great job of keeping the worksite clear while the worked, and after job was done they did a final clean up with magnet to get nails a distant of about 15 feet from house. Had used tarps around house to get most of the nails. I had a issue about the flashing around the chimney, but after going to Dale's Roofing I spoke to David who assigned Greg Bowers and Jerry Webb. Greg also did the final inspection on the roof and only found one nail and he caulked it did final inspection for yard. Very professional guys and did a incredible job on the flashing replacement. Thank you, to all Dale's roofing workers on my job site.
-

I called Dale's roofing to replace my roof and gutters because of their known reputation and longevity of a company. I appreciated how Kirby was attentive and great to deal with. There was some issues with the roofing and gutters initially, with further inspection, Dale's sent out Brandon Gill and Joe Sexton to repair any issues that was found with the roof and with gutters. They both were so polite , attentive and did an amazing Job, I appreciate everything that Dale's roofing did to make sure that everything was corrected and that I was satisfied.

-
I recently had my roof and gutters worked on and some of it was replaced. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and overall experience. Brandon and Joe were absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I knew what to expect. The quality of their work speaks for itself and I feel confident knowing it was done right. They were punctual, efficient, and left everything spotless when the job was complete. It’s rare to find a company that cares as much about the details and the customer as these guys do. If you’re looking for honest, hardworking, and reliable roofing professionals (and more), I highly recommend Brandon and Joe with Dale's Roofing Inc. They truly went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!
-
We had a large branch fall on our house that punched a hole through the roof and mangled the gutter and flashing. Brandon Gill and Joe Sexton did an amazing job when doing the work and made it look like the damage never happened.
-
Great guys to work with. Very courteous and prompt. Brandon and Joe were fantastic.
-
Joe Sexton and Brandon Gill were fantastic, polite, courteous, and very helpful! They took the time to explain everything they were going to do, which made the whole process smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend!
-
Really pleased with Dales Roofing. My Mother recently contracted with Dales. We had an issue concerning materials, so Dales sent someone out that same day. Nile took care of the issue and any extra worry on our part. Professional and very nice
-
Brandon Gill and Jo Sexton did a great job putting up the gutter guards on my house here in Republic. They started Monday afternoon but after a freak thunderstorm popped up, it was decided to finish on Tuesday. They let me know that morning they were on the way and over the next 3 hours, they had the gutters/downspouts cleaned and new screens installed. They cleaned everything up and the only way we knew they were there was from the 3-dog barking committee! I highly recommend them and Dale's Roofing!
-
Jordan Foster and Brandon Edmondson did an amazing job fixing our roof! It does not look like any shingles were replaced they matched it so well! Very professional and kind! I would highly recommend Dales roofing!
-
Between the speed, the attention to detail and the professionalism performed by Dennis and Donnie, I can gladly say that the right team was hired. I opened the door to a smile and an amazing introduction before they got to work and for being my first impression it was absolutely amazing. They got straight to work and in no time were done with the job, the new gutters look absolutely amazing and I have no doubt that they’ll last quite a long time. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for any roofing needs!
-
Jason from Dale’s Roofing has been to my house several times for multiple issues. It is such a relief to know you will have the same friendly professional each time you need their help and Jason is a joy with which to work. I highly recommend Dale’s and especially Jason. I truly feel in fair and good hands every time.
-
Did a great job. Cleaned up everything like they were never here!!
-
Jared repaired the roof today August 11, 2025. Thank you so much Jared and everybody at Dale's roofing. You did a great job👍!
-
Dale roofing recently did our roof and gutters! The roofers were very nice and professional and kept everything very clean during the whole process. Kirby was awesome at coming during the days to over see the work being done. The gutter company on the other hand didn't seem to know what they were supposed to be doing. I called Kirby and he came to make sure everything was being taken care of. The gutters ended up being pretty good, but the company that did the gutters had to come back with gutter guards and did a terrible job. Once again Kirby came out when we called him and he personally fixed everything himself. We are so thankful we had Dale's roofing do our roof and for Kirby going above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

We’ve trusted Dales’s Roofing for several years now to take care of our roofs. They replaced our roof about a year ago and we had them replace the guttering as well as the soffits. All done very professionally and to our satisfaction. Recently we had a tree limb come down and pierce our new roof on our shop, completely coming through the decking material. Yesterday, Brandon & ORyan came and repaired the hole and it shows no signs of any previous damage. They also added a downspout that was needed. All of their work was flawless and just as we’ve come to expect from Dale’s, everything to our satisfaction. We couldn’t be more pleased with their work and our interaction with their employees (most of whom have been with Dale’s for many years).
-
Service was great. On time and finished within the time table we discussed. If it wasn’t for a wasp issue when repairing my gutters, probably sooner. Brandon Gill and ORyan S. did a great job. Would recommend Dales to anyone for their next roof issue.
-
Hail damaged my roof and gutters. I had several roofing companies give me estimates. All of the estimates were about the same price. Jason the estimator from Dale's, found where my long time water leak was coming from. My chimney had degraded through the years. They would re-build my chimney and put a customized cap on it. I awarded the contract to Dale's Roofing. The roofing crew were quick and efficient. They cleaned up after the job and were very polite and professional. The gutters were replaced by RainDrains Seamless Guttering of Nixa MO. They were very professional and worked quickly. Dale's sent an inspector, Greg Bowers, to inspect the roofing and guttering installation. Dale's Roofing sent James to do the masonry work on my chimney and install the custom cap. James did a very clean and thorough job. It was a pleasure to do business with a company that was a one stop solution. From the roofing crew to the personnel in the front office who constantly provided my with updates on this project, Thank you for making my decision to do business with you, an easy one.
-
Brandon and Justin were hardworking and professional. They battled the heat and got the job done on time.
-
I had some skylight panels on my barn that had hail damage and wanted to replace them with metal panels. We are not making an insurance claim so I needed a reasonable estimate, which I received including a 1 year workmanship guarantee. No other company offered that since it was an existing roof. Jordan Foster and Brandon Edmondson came out and did the repairs. Both were very professional and made sure everything was done right. They were friendly and wanted to be sure that I was happy with the repair. They took all the damaged panels and debris with them and made sure there were no screws on the ground (I have horses). I would recommend them highly to anyone that needs roof repairs. They told me to call if I had any problems with the repairs.
-
Brandon Gill and Brandon E. Were fast efficient and top notch representatives. Dales has done my roofing for many years. Great company!
-
I would like to give a huge thank you to Dale's roofing! The crew put on a new roof for me yesterday, and it looks amazing! The crew were so hard working and polite and they cleaned up perfectly! Great guys! Also, Sammy Summers, the inspection supervisor, was so great! He periodically checked on the crews progress and answered all my questions! Sammy even came by today to make sure how was happy with everything! I can't wait to recommend Dale's Roofing to family and friends and neighbors! Thank you so much!
-
Rick Gill came to my home owned by Don Daves to repair loose singles from a recent storm. He was helpful, prompt and professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
-
Brandon Gill from Dales Roofing came to install gutters and gutter guards on our shed and had problems with the way the gutters were fitting due to a forming machine issue so rather than going ahead and installing them, he stopped and rescheduled the job. He came back two days later and finished the job. This is what I call excellent customer service!!! The job was done to perfection - the gutters look great! As well, Brandon kept me informed about everything as the project progressed. Great job! Thanks Brandon!!
-
We have been customer's of Dale's Roofing for over 20-25 years, having had 2 complete roofs installed by Dale's due to storm damage, with the last roof being installed about 7 years ago. We also have been Club Member's for a long time, receiving our Annual Roof Inspection and Gutters cleaned out. When we had these 70-80 mph winds a few weeks ago, we developed a small leak (wet Sheetrock but no drips) in the ceiling on the side of the house the wind was blowing from, so I called and scheduled Dale's to come out to take a look, and they sent out Kyle Rose to take a look. Kyle did a great job, he found the source of the leak, a couple shingles that had come loose from the wind, so he made the repair and sealed it up and then explained it all to me. Kuddos to Kyle for taking care of this little issue for us, and with all of the hail of late, he did an inspection of the entire roof to verify no other damage. He was very friendly and professional and in fact the entire staff are always very friendly whenever I call, and when they are out to service the house. I would highly recommend Dale's roofing as over the years we have always been very satisfied with their Service! They really have a Great Team! Thank you Kyle, and Thank you the Dale's Team!
-
Brandon G. was respectful and kept me informed of each step in the process and called before he arrived
-
I had an excellent experience with Dale’s Roofing! From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The inspector, Kirby, was especially impressive — he followed up with me consistently and made sure that every single item on the work bid was addressed thoroughly. His attention to detail and communication gave me complete confidence in the project. The roofing team was equally outstanding. They worked quickly and efficiently, and the end result is a beautiful, high-quality Class 4 roof that really enhances the look of my home. I couldn’t be happier with their workmanship and professionalism. I highly recommend Dale’s Roofing to anyone looking for a dependable, skilled, and customer-focused roofing company. Thank you for a job well done!
-
Following up on an efficient and quality removal and install of new shingles, Dennis and Donnie closed out the job with a great install of gutters and screens. Thanks! Other than being “in the queue” due to the large number of storm-related repairs, Dale’s service was high-quality and great to deal with.
-
Kyle Rose did a roof inspection on a new house and made useful observations with a no-fluff estimate and a link to photos of the concerns. I was very pleased. I've used Dale's for new gutters and roof repairs, and they have earned my trust. Thanks
-
Brandon Gill was awesome! Professional, courteous, and kind. Brandon called to tell us he was on his way. Called when he got here to let us know he was going to introduce himself before starting work. Worked tirelessly in the heat and humidity to repair the hole in my roof and replaced the guttering. Brandon also made sure we were happy not only with the work he did but ran the yard twice to make sure there weren't any nails or screws left on the ground. Can't tell you how thankful we were to have such a great worker. I would absolutely recommend him for any of your roofing or guttering needs. Thank you, Brandon!
-
Brandon G came out after a tree landed on our roof. The tree crew had put tarps up but we still had leaking, Brandon was able to patch it up and made it look much nicer even with the blue tarps until we can get the insurance sorted to have the roof fixed. Communicated with us throughout the process and sent pics so we could see where the issues were! Thank you Brandon!!
-
Brandon Gill just replaced a couple of our gutters yesterday. He did an excellent job. I appreciated how he knocked on my door instead of ringing the bell as to not disturb my children.
-
Jason was very pleasant and knowledgeable of his job and courteous.

Brandon did a great job on a patch job on my roof before I can get a new one. Took and sent me pics of what was the cause of the leak and explained all that he did. Thank you!
-
I have had 2 different Dale's roofing crews doing minor repairs on my roof the last 3 months. All with positive results and professionalism. Yesterday's crew was Brandon Gill and Justin Duff they were very curtious and efficient with their work. Making repairs, cleaning up after themselves and keeping me informed during the process.. I appreciate the service DALE'S TEAM provides.

-
Brandon from Dale’s Roofing was absolutely fantastic! His communication was clear, prompt, and professional every step of the way. Even in the blazing heat, he kept a super positive attitude and worked hard to get the job done right. It’s not easy to stay upbeat in that kind of weather, but Brandon made it look effortless. Truly impressed with his dedication and customer service—highly recommend!
-
Dennis and Donnie done a marvelous job on the gutter, quick friendly and neat. I would call them back anytime for anything. Thank you guys!!

High winds of April 29th cause a tree to fall on my shop. Dale's Roofing came out on May 15th gave me a bid and said would be 4 to 5 weeks due to all the Roof damages in the area. Today June 19th, Dennis and Donnie came out and did a fantastic job of replacing the damaged roof panels and replaced all the guttering. Couldn't ask for two better guys, their manners were awesome and they did the job professionally and expeditiously.
-
I had a great experience with Dale’s Roofing. Everyone was very communicative and responsive. Rick, who gave the estimate, and Brandon, who did the work, gave me heads up they were on the way and arrived on time. Very satisfied with Brandon’s work on my house.
-
They arrived for estimate on time, got the estimate quote in a timely manner and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. Sammy Summers was the inspector for the project. He was easy to deal with and answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend Dale's Roofing!
-
Jason Rekkop with Dales Roofing is amazing! Great customer service, honest and dependable! This is the second time I have called them for help. I had a problem last year with a room addition roof that was not correctly done when the addition was built. They were able to explain what was wrong and put a new roof on just that area. Very reasonably priced. After our recent high wind/tornado I discovered a leak in a bedroom. I called and Jason came out to inspect. I fully expected to need a new roof over the remaining portion of my house. Jason was able to do a quick repair around a roof pipe!! Dales Roofing and Jason Rekkop are a breath of fresh air in a time when most companies are just out for money. I highly recommend them to anyone having roof issues. Thank you!
-

I can understand why Dale's roofing is so successful. I had gutters and roofing installed on my home and am very happy. I had a couple of inside corners that water gushed over the gutters due to long valleys. Brandon Gil came out when I called and took care of the problem right away. We have had three heavy rainfalls since he fixed the problem and the water no longer runs over the gutter. Thank you Dale's Roofing for a super good job.
-
The crew was excellent very hard workers !4 men 2 ladies Thankyou
-
Didn't kill me and the boys when following behind them in the rain. 5 stars
-
EXCELLENT Customer Service....Great Job by all! Everything happened exactly the way it was explained to us. Highly recommend!
-
This is a very professional company. The technician Brandon was very professional and did a very good job.
-
Brandon worked on my roof today and did an amazing job, stopping some leaks and sealing vents as well as cleaning up mess from gutters. Just in time because three days of rain begin tomorrow! Very personable and professional. Helped me before when I had a large tree limb that damaged the roof.
-
Brandan came to cover our church roof leaks. He found more than we knew about. He acted professionally in every way. Thank you.
-
Brandon did a wonderful job fixing our leaky roof from all the recent storms. Thank you for a job well done!

**Five-Star Roof Installation by Dale’s Roofing!** From start to finish, my experience with Dale’s Roofing was exceptional! Every member of their team provided top-notch service, making my roof installation a seamless and stress-free process. Nathan, my salesman, was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through every step with confidence. He was always available to answer my questions and ensured I felt comfortable with every decision. Catherine in the office was equally fantastic—quick to respond, professional, and always ready to assist. Her customer service was second to none. Robert, the inspector, was thorough and attentive, checking in during the installation and following up the next day to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail gave me peace of mind that my new roof was installed flawlessly. The installation itself? Absolute perfection. The workers were efficient, precise, and clearly experts in their craft. My new roof looks amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and care Dale’s Roofing delivered. If you’re looking for a reliable roofing company with a team of dedicated professionals, look no further than Dale’s Roofing. Highly recommend!
-
Brandon Gill replaced missing shingles and repaired the other areas on the roof that needed repair after one of our recent storms.Brandon called to confirm his arrival, as well as letting that the job was completed.
-
We had some difficulties after Dales replaced our roof years ago. They came out right away to fix it and havnt had a problem since. After having some water came in I raised a complaint with Dale's and Dale himself came out, explained things to me. Has great skills in customer service. And am thankful for the help on both sides of the job. Recommend.
-
We had a great experience with Dale's Roofing, everyone we dealt with from the quote, the office for scheduling, material drop off, Fernando and the rest of the installation crew and, of course, Sammy, the inspector. Sammy went above and beyond to be sure everything was perfect and to our satisfaction. He was on-site multiple times to answer questions and just oversee the project. I would highly recommend Dale's to anyone that needs a roof.
-
Excellent communication and service
-
Dale’s Roofing has been the best recommendation I’ve ever gotten. Thank you, Brandon. 3 X customer and fan!
-
We were in the March 14th hail damage area and everyone I asked said to call Dale's. Jason Rehkop was sent out to look it over. He was so very thorough and helpful by explaining insurance claim situations. After our insurance adjustor came, I reached out to Jason again. He again explained the situation. I truly trust Dale's Roofing and recommend you call them first. Don't even open your door to the parade of Door-to-Door roofing companies that prey on people who were in the line of storms! I appreciated our local company and their honesty.
-
I've had Dale's do two roofs for me and both times they've done a very good job. They are quick to respond and have good quality work.
-
Brandon Gill, with Dale's Roofing, repaired our leaky roof swiftly and professionally. Brandon also noticed some loose fascia and soffit and repaired that as well! Thank you Brandon!
-
We had hail damage on our roof and gutters recently and called Dale's roofing. Dale's roofing sent out Jason Rehkop, roofing specialist, right away! He was EXTREMELY helpful and really put us at ease during the entire process. I was at a loss as to what the best roof color for our house would be. Jason helped me pick out the most complimentary color for our brick and siding. We LOVE it!! It really made a huge difference! He also made sure all our guttering and downspouts were replaced. They also look fantastic! The roofing crew and their inspector Sammy did a fantastic job also. They were quick, efficient and very hard working. They went that extra mile making sure that the grounds were very clean before they left of an evening. Again we were very pleased. The guttering crew also did an outstanding job!! The gutters and downspouts put the icing on the cake! Again, a job Very well done!. Jason also really went above and beyond. He totally helped with all the insurance by making sure the insurance company had everything they needed so things went smoothly. Thank you so much Dale's Roofing for sending us Jason to help us. You ALL are the BEST!!
-
Brandon and James are the best !!! Can't say enough about how professional and polite they were and do excellent work. I have always had excellent service with Dales roofing but these guys are the BEST! Thank you all so much!!
-
Cory went above & beyond for us. He truly cares about his clients & he truly wants to make everything right! Thank you Dale’s roofing & Cory.
-
Amazing company and incredible work! Jared came by our house, and worked hard all day! I was very impressed and will only be using Dale's Roofing in the future!
-
We had really bad roof damage from the tornadoes that came through Springfield. A huge tree came down on our house. Dale’s Roofing made it a priority to get the roof tarps within a hour of the tree being removed from the house. Caleb and Brandon were amazing! They were very professional and answered all my questions. They put a tarp up over my damaged roof and fixed my hanging porch. Dale’s Roofing has great customer service and fast response times! A++ business! I would highly recommend!
-
I am so grateful to James helm and corey wolf They came out in a terrible storm and put tarps over the roof where shingles were missing and they also tuck pointed my chimney and did a great job ..I will definitely be using Dale's Roofing to replace the roof well ..thank you Karren Stonehouse .
-
Showed up early, was very quick and efficient, and friendly, will continue to do business with this company.
-
Cory and his crew did a great job
-
I've had them do 4+ roofs for me over the years from simpl to very cut up ones only had one little problem with one and they come out the very next day and got it fixed for me with no problems. I have recommended them several times to friends and family. So I would recommend them to anyone who reads this review.
-
We have used Dales Roofing for many years & they are always professional & efficient. This last time, Brandon & Justin came to replace some shingles and we were very pleased with their work.
-
We have used Dale's Roofing for all of our roofing needs in Ozark for many years. They are professional, timely and do quality work. Importantly, they stand behind their services and work. I want to especially recognize Brandon Gill and Kyle Gegg for their recent services. Following a storm we had need of some facia repair. They did the work in very difficult weather conditions, demonstrating a willingness to go above and beyond to finish the project that day. When some minor fine-tuning was needed Greg immediately followed up. Excellent work and customer service!
-
Had to have a new roof and some siding replaced after the storms in March. Had used Dale's Roofing in the past with good results. Called them and got the estimate, insurance approved and just got it all replaced this week. Shout out to Kirby B the inspector who came back out on Saturday to make sure all the nails and staples were picked up, even hauled off some scrap siding. Awesome company. Richard and Carol Goss
-
Just had Dale’s install new gutters and do some needed roof repairs. Brain, Caleb, and the crew done a fantastic job. Communicated well, showed up on time, and worked extremely hard on a challenging roof. This is my 3rd time using Dale’s and as always they do a great job! I highly recommend them!
-
After Dale’s Roofing replaced my roof two years ago, I knew I would be having them install an exhaust vent through my roof for our kitchen hood vent. Jordan and Brandon arrived on time and got right to work. They were super nice and let me know what was happening. Not only were they extremely professional and courteous, they knew exactly what they were doing and did quality work and quickly. I highly recommend Dale’s Roofing and hope you can get Jordan and Brandon on your next project.
-
We are more than happy to express our satisfaction with the great job Cory has accomplished with our new roof. Going above and beyond in his efforts to resolve all of our concerns, has made working with Dale's Roofing a truly great experience.
-
My feeling of trust began a few years ago when I joined the maintenance plan. It allowed the roof to give me five more years of wear. Thank you Emmett. That trust has not been broken with the new roof. The process from calling the office, getting a quote and scheduling the project has been seamless and totally hassle free. Now that the project has been completed and all the clean up done two names come to mind as giving exceptional communication and service - Brandon and Justin. It’s obvious they are but 2 of the many who installed the roof - many I didn’t have the opportunity to meet and they represent the whole crew positively. Just like the whole experience POSITIVE from start to finish.
-
Received an estimate within 48 hours of calling. Dale did a quick patch to stop when doing the estimate. Brandon and Kyle did a great job on the repair.
-
Brandon and Kyle replaced damaged shingles on our roof this week. Both gentlemen were tops in my book, friendly, courteous, thoughtful, thorough, and cleaned up the job site 100%. Thank you Dale’s Roofing. Your work team is excellent and service exemplary.
-
We had a great experience with Dale's! Our roof was in pretty bad shape and needed completely torn off and replaced including a lot of decking. Sammy and the crew did a fantastic job! The work was completed quickly and looks great. My neighbor even commented on how good it looks. We couldn't be happier!
-
I recently had the pleasure of working with Sammy Summers with Dale’s Roofing to have a new roof installed on my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Jason Davidson and his Team at Dale’s Roofing was professional, courteous, and highly skilled. Sammy took the time to explain the entire process to me, ensuring I understood every step. Their work is outstanding, and my new roof looks fantastic. One of the standout moments was their attention to detail. They meticulously cleaned up after the job was done, leaving my property spotless. I highly recommend Dale’s Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services.
-
They made every step of our roof replacement easy. Sammy made the whole experience painless. They left our yard in great shape, you’d never know we had construction going on.
-
Excellent customer service. Did a wonderful job on our roof. Sammy is Awesome!!
-
We had an amazing experience with Dale's Roofing from the very beginning quote through the financing process (because insurance wouldn't cover due to age), to color choices (we were even given addresses to check out colors in real life), to delivery of the shingles, installation day and installers, final inspection and follow up calls. Each and every person we interacted with was very professional and personable and happy to answer every question we had. I would highly recommend!
-
I called for an estimate, Dale's Roofing promptly came out, they gave me the estimate in 48 hours, and we scheduled the work. The materials arrived on time, and the roofing team arrived the next day. The were on time and began work before I finished my morning coffee. The roofers removed the old roof, installed new ventilators, plumbing vent boots and installed new flashing. It was done in one day. I would have got that wrong on a quiz. There are more details that would make this review too long, but rest assured, that our complicated roofline was done right. The house looks new. Cleanup was thorough and I still have not found a single roofing nail anywhere. They followed up with a phone call to make sure that we were pleased with the work. Dale's Roofing are true professionals in every respect.
-
Great service, fast friendly professional service
-
Did a fantastic job! Would definitely recommend them. Reasonable price and they are reliable.
-
Very pleased with all interactions with Dales Roofing office very helpful with address the have done the same shingles I was looking at it makes a world of difference when you can see an actual roof with the shingles you are considering Plus the install team was a group of very hard working people who moved with extreme efficiency every one knew their job and did it well Plus Dales Roofing has an inspector who travels to the job sites to verify things are being done correctly my guy was Cory and he was amazing with great attention to detail and a focus on my satisfaction plus they cleaned up everything when done couldn’t have asked for anymore I highly recommend Dales Roofing I also had them do all new gutters and down spouts with gutter guard installed all came out perfect!
-
Great experience , very well done, on time , no surprise's , highly recommend Dales Roofing 👍👍👍👍👍
-
I found a small leak in ceiling. They had put current roof on about 14 years ago. Called them to ask them to check it. Thier person was here within 24 hrs. Found loose shingle repaired it and checked rest of roof. There was no charge at all. Worker was nice, polite and courteous. I would recommend to anyone.
-
We were selling our home and had the buyer's inspector, a week before closing, tell us we needed a new roof. Dale's came out and got us done on the weekend before close to keep us from having to delay the close which would have shut down our's and the buyer's move. They did a wonderful job and got the paperwork to our adjuster quickly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this wonderful company for the quality of their work, accomidations they made to get us done in time and competant office staff helping me thru the claims process. Thank you all.
-
I wanted to share that my family and I were discussing customer service experiences with different companies and Mark came up in conversation. We are still speaking highly of his performance. He was the ideal experience for a homeowner and we just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for putting him in that position and thank you to Mark for exceeding our expectations of communication and ensuring all things agreed upon were completed. The crew also were also quick and the roof looks great.
-
Honest folks. I have been in the insurance industry for 8 years. I have seen Dale's take care of countless customers, and be honest with them when they don't need work done.
-
Dale’s Roofing replaced the shingles on our roof in May 2024. We selected them because of their fully detailed estimate that covered every option they offered. Derek sat down with us to complete the paperwork and made sure all our questions were answered. They were able to schedule the work when it fit our schedule, which we appreciated. Cory was our inspector and made sure that we knew what to expect along the way. They were very careful around our plants and left absolutely no debris when they were done. Every employee of Dale’s we spoke with was knowledgeable and courteous. They called us afterwards to be sure we were happy with the work before sending out the bill. Dale’s Roofing gets an A+ from us. We highly recommend them for any roofing work. Thanks Dale’s Roofing!!
-
We recently had storm damage and lost shingles off our roof. Called Dale’s and someone was out within the hour of calling to tarp damaged area. Although they weren’t the lowest bid they had earned our business for being so responsive. Nathan the estimator was helpful with the selection of shingles. Kirby getting the team of roofers and checking in several times make sure everything was done correctly. The roofing team did a good job as well. My husband has been in construction his whole life and if he can be pleased your doing something right! We’d hire Dale’s again in a heartbeat!
-
Amazing ! Thank you Robert and crew for our new roof. We couldn't be more pleased with the amount of professionalism and care you showed us. From start to finish WOW
-
Great company
-
This is the 2nd year we have had to use Dale's Roofing because of hail damage. We would not use any other roofing company. We are very satisfied with a job well done and done in a timely professional way. They make the process easy and answer any questions and concerns you might have. The roofers are well supervised. They work in a speedy proficient manner and they clean up after they are done. We highly recommend Dale's Roofing.
-
I needed a new roof and I found Dale's Roofing on the Internet. I had read the reviews. My experience with them was great. Cory let me know everything that was going on. I love my new roof.
-
Dale's Roofing did a fantastic job with our new roof, gutters, and guards. Derek was super to work with as well as Cory and all the guys who did the roof and gutters. They were all very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. I was impressed with how swiftly and efficiently they worked. You can tell pride in a job done right runs high with these boys. We love our new roof and gutters! Thank you Dale's Roofing.

Great business

-
Did a great job on my parents roof. Would highly recommend for your roofing needs.
-
Dales was responsive, prompt, honest and got the job done quickly and professionally.
-
They were prompt, professional and efficient. Everyone I have spoken with is courteous and considerate. The follow up has also been great. I am asked if I have any concerns or questions. While my project has not been completed, I cannot completely express my appreciation of the work done so far
-
We recently had storm damage to our roof. We called Dale's pretty quickly after the storm and they were here within a half hour. They promptly tarped and secured the roof. We ended up needing a whole new roof. Dale's was here the first thing the next morning to give us an estimate. A week after the insurance approved and we accepted the estimate, the materials were delivered and the roof was finished the next day. The guttering was replaced the following day. Our experience was great. They were prompt and courteous, checking in with us regularly.
-
Excellent roofing company. Work was done, professionally and fast. Highly recommended.
-
We chose Dale's Roofing because when we asked around for recommendations, it was unanimous that Dale's was the best choice. Everyone I spoke with, without exception, were kind, friendly, and professional. Any and all questions I had were answered without an issue. It was very apparent in all our dealings that they really cared about their work and their customers. We expected a wait of several months, and were blown away with the response time we received. Three weeks after our initial contact, our roofs are finished and good to go. I can't speak highly enough about Cody, our job supervisor. He was really determined to keep us apprised of how things were going and sweated the details to make sure the finish was to standard. I really appreciate the efforts of Dale's Roofing, Inc. and highly recommend them not only for the excellent work they perform, but also for their impeccable customer service. 5 stars all the way.
-
Dales Roofing is my go to roofing professionals. Jason our local rep has replace roofs on two rental houses, my personal house and my office building. That's 4 roofs in 3 years. The entire process from bidding, to scheduling, the actual roof replacement and then follow up after the work is done has always been top notch. I highly recommend them!!
-
After recent storms in our area and seeing multiple neighbors get new roofs, we called Dale's Roofing, who installed our current roof in 2009 and provided excellent service then, to come out and check our roof for damage. From the first call when I spoke to Mary, the service was outstanding. Jason, the same representative who came out in 2009, came out again to inspect. He then took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns about the type of roofing we have and homeowner's insurance issues and procedures. When he left I felt even more confident that Dale's Roofing is the best in the roofing business! Highly recommended!
-
Dale's roofing crew did a nice job roofing my detached garage project. The roof was done in about 4 hours. Cory who is working on the fascia and soffit is doing a nice job, and communicates well. Dale's roofing previously roofed my parent's home in Nixa and my Dad liked their work... and he doesn't like anything.
-
Great job on the new roof so far. They were quick to get the material and crew to the house. Had a few hiccups with shingles, due to cold weather...but my inspector was quick to react and took care of it that day. Communication was great as was the work!
-
Dale's roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof and gutter guards. Everyone that we spoke to was kind, professional, and did a great job start to finish. Our roof looks great. We will be using them for all our roofing needs.
-
*(READ!) Excellent work, excellent people to work with! They did two separate job orders for us - our home, and our detached garage. *(READ!) We would have loved to give a 5-star rating, but on our estimate and on BOTH JOBS, they incorrectly billed us for work and materials we DID NOT request or receive. READ YOUR ESTIMATES AND INVOICES before signing or paying for anything. They were polite about it, and they did correct their "mistakes." But it seems a stretch to call it "MISTAKES" when it happens three times in a row. I don't know if it's sloppy bookkeeping or deliberate fraud? Either way, it's NOT GOOD BUSINESS, and they need to do better.
-
From start to finish, I was so glad I contracted with Dale's Roofing! My job inspector, Mark, communicated with me every step of the way throughout the process, took time to explain other issues found during the roofing process (which they fixed for me) and was simply wonderful to deal with. The team that installed the roof were pleasant and professional, arriving on time each morning. I couldn't be more pleased with the final outcome! I got 4 bids and theirs was the most affordable and provided the quality service I had hoped for! If you're in doubt, Dale's Roofing is your best choice! You won't be disappointed!
-
I had my roof replaced by Dale's recently and couldn't be happier. All communications with Jason the estimator were prompt and informative. When they did the job, someone on the crew made a mistake and it needed to be dealt with. Sammy, my contact, was there within the hour, immediately said they would take care of it, and was on the phone making arrangements to solve the problem. The problem has since been resolved to my satisfaction. On final inspection he dealt with some details that needed to be addressed as well. This is the third roof on my house in 21 years. Both replacements because of hail. The difference between the last roofing company and Dale's is night and day. On final inspection with the last company in 09, they never did deal with some final details. Bottom line, what I see when I work with Dale's is integrity. Something I feel is not nearly as common as it should be, or used to be. They will be my first call for any future roofing needs. Ken S
-
Dales saved the day! My general contractor used a “low-bid” roofer. Since then I have had two major leaks. Dale’s promptly came each time, explained the problem and then performed the repairs. The repairs were effective (no more leaks) and professionally performed. Recently, we had a large tree limb fall on our roof. Jesse( a real Pro), came today and made the repair. It looks like it never happened! Life is too short to deal with bad roofing workmanship. Call Dale’s! You’ll be glad you did!
-
-
We are very pleased with the roof that was recently installed by Dale's roofing. They communicated well with us throughout the entire process. The installation crew was courteous and professional. We would not hesitate to use them again.
-
Just got info, but nice people
-
-
Dale’s is a fantastic company and asset to our area! They were promp and professional with their service. Also and honest company that guaranteed their work and came back to check the roof when I had a question! Would definitely recommend!
-
Just purchased a different home. Had some roof concerns. Called Dale's Roofing and they had an inspector out in a couple of days. Found a few area of concerns and explained each to me in clear terms and why fix was recommended. Their bid came in almost $300 less than a competitor for the same amount of work. We have used Dale's for years and will continue to do so. Rick was the inspector and was very knowledgeable and personable.
-
Just had my shop roof done by Dales. Excellent work overall, looks fantastic. Sales guy (jeff elam i believe) was easy to talk to and work with. Crew was quick and cleaned up everything and i have no complaints. Will definitely hire them to do my house roof when i can afford to
-
Jessie and Mark came out to do a repair to our roof that Dale's found on inspection as part of the DRI program. They found some poorly done work by the roofer that worked for the previous owners. Jessie and Mark fixed it all up and kept us in the loop about what was happening. They are perfect examples of why I trust Dale's with my home. Well done Jessie and Mark!!
-
I have been a customer for many years and their service has always been spot on. Thanks Dale!
-
Amazing service!
-
Updated: I called Dale’s to come out and check my roof after the crazy hail storm this past April. Damage was obvious and I can’t say enough great things about this company!! The whole process was amazing and stress free, and my new roof looks amazing!! I appreciate them so much and will definitely be a lifelong customer! They are honest, reliable, and I definitely recommend signing up for the DRI club too! They are amazing- A+++++!!!!! Thank you, Dale’s!!! Have used Dale’s Roofing a couple of times to check my roof, and today I had them come out for the yearly maintenance deal they offer. Very pleased, honest, professional, will definitely keep using in the future! Thank you!
-
I called Dale’s Roofing Inc. based on customer reviews and while they had their share of negative reviews, the good outnumbered the bad and mine was a very small job. During a couple of torrential downpours, I discovered that Best Buy’s Geek Squad had drilled a hole through my roof while installing our new home theatre system. Water was leaking down from the ceiling speaker mount onto the speaker and the floor. Taylor came out for an estimate and confirmed the cause of the leak and showed it to me. I approved the estimate and two days later, Fred and James came out and repaired the hole in nothin’ flat! They were in and out. From my interaction with Dale’s Roofing, I would recommend them. It hasn’t rained yet, but I’m confident based on their explanations and photos, that the leak is fixed.
-
-
Dale’s put a new roof on a home I owned in 2013. They did a superb job! In my new home I bought almost 2 years ago I had a leak and I called Dale’s first. They were out within the week and the repair was taken care of. I like how Dale’s stands by their work and offers reasonable pricing.
-
Quoted me higher than others and wouldn't negotiate price.
-
The best and most professional roofers I have ever used. I would never use anyone else. And they back up there product, which you don't always find!
-
Dale's prices are great. I am concerned that I am wanting to book the job but have not heard back from them. This review is for the estimate only. Will edit after I hear back.
-
-
Update; I forgot to add a note some time later I had them do a complete replacement. They did an amazing job! Communation and scheduling was on point. The work was so so quickly, they had my house done in like two days the team working cleaned up the mess and magnet swept my yard and drive for nails. Never had any issues afterwards. Wonderful contractor. Great quality work. Had a small roof leak, Dales was recommended by a General Contractor in the family. Can say I am very happy with them- they got me on the calendar and the gentleman who quoted my work even did a quick tar patch to try and help me out before he handed me the quote for the proper fix. When my roof finally needs replacement I know who I am going to call. Great company. Great people.

-
We have used Dale's twice. The second time was when we had the latest ice storm. We had tree damage, one 3.5 ft. limb come through the ceiling. We called Dale's and said they would be out. They had about a two hour window between the ice and the snow storm. David came out to patch the roof. He did a great job with no leaks. A second worker came out after things had melted to reinforce the patches. They set things up for two weeks out. They came out today ready to start work at 8:30 am and cleared, had decking down, and had shingles done on the side of the house that was damaged all in three hours. It looks great! Every one we worked with was a pleasure and professional. Hope we don't have to use them for a while but will use Dale's again. Adding to this. We have had a couple of leaks ( Not on the side that Dale's replaced), Fred came out and was very polite and professional. Fixed our leaks in a timely manner. He is a real credit to the Dale's family.
-
Called and inquired about some roofing materials. Very polite and informative over the phone.
-
Picked gutter and soffet colour, she was very nice and helpful. Got what I needed.
-
Dales roofing replaced our roof in 2021. They were professional, super easy to work with, and got the job done as promised. Would highly recommend.
-
We used Dales back years ago at that time we were in Springfield. Since then we moved to Marionville. Having leakage issues on our house Derek came out to inspect. He informed us that the shingles were good, insulation was blocking the air vents causing the leakage issue. He returned with Jeff to verify his inspection. And recommended a company for the repair. We highly recommend Dales Roofing, Thanks
-
Dale's replaced our roof. They bid the job with quality shingles and were very professional in all our interactions. When the crew arrived on site they quickly got the job done and did a very good job. Very happy with their service. I would definitely recommend their company to others.
-
-
Dale's put on a roof at my house and I thought they were great especially Kirby the finished inspector who touched up any flaws, the whole experience was great. It's nice dealing with professionals
-
Could not have been more pleased with Dale's Roofing. Project Estimater Robert was cordial, extremely knowledgeable, and quick to identify the issue. Then another Robert came out to make the repairs. I highly recommend.
-
Dale's responded to our issue immediately and fixed it to our full satisfaction. They were professional and extremely polite throughout the job. They were extremely clean and left no debris, trash, or shingles laying around. Outstanding work overall. My family would highly recommend Dale's for your roof installation or repair.
-
-
Installers did a great job, roof looks great, cleaned up after themselves every day, gutters and gutter guards look great, huge improvement. Shout out to Chris F. and Dennis who installed our gutters, wish I had everybody's name on the roof crew. And David M picked our project up midstream because of Covid, never missed a beat. Hope we don't have to do it again, but if we do, we'll call Dale's first.
-
Have used Dale's in the past and will continue to use in the future. Although covid supply line slowdowns were frustrating, none of this was caused by Dale's. Once the shingles arrived tear off and reroofing went without a hitch. After the job was done, noticed just a couple of tweaks that needed to be done. After I called the office, a crew was out within the week to make the necessary adjustments. They even took care of filing all the insurance paperwork. Cannot say enough good things about Dale's Roofing.
-
-
Dale senior came out years ago and helped me with a minor repair and did not charge me anything. I developed a leak from the roof they put on a couple of years ago it wasn't easy to track down. Jessy, worked probably half a day. No more leak. They have roofed for two members of my family. They stand behind their work. Highly recommend.
-
Chris came out and did a fabulous job of repairing problems that we had with the gutter repair he couldn’t have been more helpful and his assistant was very nice also. We are very satisfied.
-
Chris and Dennis were great at realigning my gutter screens and mending some shingles which were not laying down well. Very friendly, polite, and informative.
-
It was in the midst of a big rain - lots of rain. We called Dales because our roof was leaking and we needed an emergency tarp put up. Sam came very quickly. He was extremely professional, but friendly (the two don't always come together). The roof area that was leaking was steep. Sam saved the day. Not a single complaint about being wet, or steep, or in a tough to get at spot. Just smiles and courteous. He took pictures, and patiently explained what was happening - which made it easier for me to talk to the insurance adjuster when he came out. I know they were busy that day. But Sam treated us as if we were friends, and this was the ONLY thing he had to do all day. When he left, the tarp did the job. This was not our first experience with Dales, a tornado two years ago brought them out for some shingle repair. All our encounters with them have been great. When your roof is needing help, having someone come out with compassion and a smile sure help get you through the tough spot. Thank you Sam! Thank you Dales!

Thank you, Dale’s Roofing! We were unsure about what roofing company to use. Our roof was in bad shape and had never been roofed correctly. Dale’s had to do a lot of intensive work to fix and replace much of our roof. We were pleased with the first crew who came in and quickly and efficiently roofed 1/2 the house. Thank you, Rick! The other part of the house required much more time and expertise. Brett Walker was the lead man for this complicated job! What a hardworking, attention to detail professional he is! The end result is better than we could have ever expected. Brett made sure of that! Brett did not mind me calling with questions or concerns. He would get back to us in a kind, professional manner. Brett gave attention to the smallest of details. If you are unsure of whom to hire as your next roofer-call Dale’s. With professionals like Brett, you will pleased that you did!
-
Jamie Garrison met with me about my roof and possible damage. He was very professional, straightforward/honest and I felt like he really listened to my concerns. I will definitely call Dale’s Roofing back out for inspections and when I’m ready for a new roof!

We had a storm do damage to our metal roof. Dale's replaced it and put proper foam closures on that corrected an occasional leak. Garrett and Brandon came out to install the front (very long) seamless gutter on yesterday. It looks great! They were easy to work with and did a wonderful job. There were some delays for the whole project that I think were due to supply chain issues/Covid.
-
We contacted Dale's Roofing to fix perplexing and frustrating water leaks that we were having during storms approaching from the South or East. Dale's sent Jessy Dawson to make the roof repairs, which included building and installing a new large metal spark arrester at the top of our gas fireplace. Jesse was fantastic. He was very friendly, conscientious and focused on doing a great job. Jessy worked hard and was very easy to talk with when I was asking questions about the work. We are very impressed with Jessy Dawson and also Mary, their office coordinator. Both made a great impression on us and we are happy to recommend Dale's Roofing. They were professional and their prices were fair.
-
Pretty much these guys did a great job. Good enough to get me to write about it here which I don’t normally do. From the inspection to the new roof to the new gutters I had 0 issues. I got a real person on the phone whenever I called in to bother them with questions. They showed up and finished when they said. They were always friendly (communicating like real honest friendly people) and professional. They finished my gutters yesterday. I walked out to check on things and they were finishing cleaning up the yard making sure no stray screws or other objects were in the grass with a magnet roller. We can all normally usually find at least 1 thing to pick at when it comes to criticizing whatever we’re spending money on, but I honestly can’t think of anything here. Good enough for me to come right this review, and good enough that I would definitely call them again if I need to and not worry about the job after that.
-
Fred did an amazing job with the repair of a roof!
-
Dale's staff conducted themselves in a professional manner regarding their business practices and roof replacement. I would use them again.

My mom Ruth Busche used Dales Roofing Many years ago and was very satisfied that when her roof got damaged by bad storms she went back to them because of the value, professionalism, quality work she received. She highly recommends Dales Roofing to anyone looking for excellent work and a pleasant experience and wonderful customer service.
-
Everyone we dealt with at Dale's roofing was very professional and caring. They missed the estimated time to start job by quite a bit. They told us they were having problems with getting materials which we understood. Their workmanship was very good. We will certainly do business with them again.
-
Brady Kruger was very helpful and knowledgeable about the job that I needed taken care of.

The Travis and Cori crew from Dale's Roofing did an AMAZING job today replacing our fascia and guttering, going above and beyond to give us piece of mind with a beautiful look and functionality. Thanks guys for not only doing this on a Saturday, but for being incredibly kind and professional. We are Dale's Roofing customers for life now!

The roof was done in a couple days. They did a great job, it looks fabulous and they cleaned up after themselves.
-
Dales did an excellent job of shingle/roof replacement after severe hail storm damage. Roof was done perfectly with extra attention to details. Jeff Elam was particularly helpful in setting up this process and material selection. So professional and easy to work with. David (don’t know his last name) replaced without charge 2 turbine spinner vents that I had purchased from big box that failed within months. Brandon installed new gutters and downspouts and was exceptional as well. Discussed all aspects of the job and corrected problems from previous installation. He went above and beyond to insure our satisfaction and explained everything. Dale’s will remain my go to company for anything involving roofing or seamless gutters. Thanks guys!!
-
Thank you guys for my new roof and guttering.
-
Nice honest folks
-
Update:The owner contacted me and got the mess cleaned up and took care of the issue. You should Never use this company. They charged over $180 to clean gutters and left my yard a mess! The worker was polite and helpful, but I paid l too much for how little they did. You would think a company that does roofs would know how to clean up guttters.
-
Best roofing company plus theres a good looking man working tgere named jacob hes h🔥t

Dale's Roofing did a great job on my roof. They gave me a fair price on my roof, the workers were quick and professional, and they didn't leave any mess behind. I would recommend them if you are looking for a good roofer.

Dale's did a super job on replacing our asphalt roofing shingles Nov'2019. The icing on the cake was their great job on correcting a leak around our chimney this past month, March 2019 -- they quickly came out and tarped it off till they could get to it (because of all the rain storms), then did a great repair job the next week. A special shout out to Sammy, Jason and David for their responsiveness and exceptional work. I would highly recommend Dale's for roofing work.
-
Had a leaky Barn roof installed. Called in for a 5th time for more repairs. They came out to look at it. Documented everything. Called me back and they are replacing the entire roof to fix the issue. They did the right thing and they standing behind their work. Even though I wish it would have been done right the first time. I’m glad it’s getting fixed correctly. I would use them again just because of how they handled the situation.
-
-
Always friendly. Always on time for appts. Work is quality and fair pricing. I have used them for several projects.
-
So far so good. Called them and got a free estimate for repairs. They scheduled quickly and were flexible with my schedule.
-
Very honest people and on time. We just needed an inspection but if I ever get to the place that I need a new roof I will definitely use them.
-
They do a good job definitely i recommend them
-
-
We have had a leak in our roof for 26 years. I have tried so many different roofers, trying to get the problem fixed. Dale's came out, identified the problem, and fixed it with a minimum of fuss and at a very good price. When it's time to replace our roof there is no other choice for who we will call.
-
What a great company! They took care of some small issues with our roof and when a issue came up after they initially finished the project. It took one call and they showed up and made it right and got it fixed with no other issues! Thank you David and Sammy!
-
They replaced our roof and our gutters. The estimate was free. The contract was easy to understand and straight forward. The price was right on with what my insurance adjuster said. Only cost us our home deductible. Everyone that showed was nice and friendly. The job was done quickly and they cleaned there mess up. Also someone called and followed up after the job was done. Very happy and satisfied with the job done.
-
They really took care of us.
-
Our roof sustained wind and hail damage. Dale's responded very quickly. Very reasonable price to do the work. Excellent crew who performed the work, very professional quality job and cleanup. Would strongly recommend these folks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dale's Roofing is always very helpful and expedient and getting any work done that we need
-
Provided a detailed estimate and showed up within the scheduled window to do such. Would have preferred some pics; rather, my agent would have. It was a pretty nasty day with a bit of frost in mid spring, so I wasn't overly concerned.

Helping mom with financing for a new roof

We had a leaking roof and Dale's was one of the first companies that would make time to come assess our damage during a holiday break. Robert came out and applied some sealant and treated our home as if it were his own. He gave us sound advice on what to do in the future and was excellent to deal with. We will use Dale's for all of our homes.
-
Dale’s exceeded our expectations. Right from the beginning, they were professional and prompt. When they came over to give us a quote, there was no “upselling”, only a clear price, which also happened to be 50 percent lower than the other quote we had received. When the roofers came over, they were kind and worked quickly. It took them just over a day to put our roof on and there was absolutely not one nail or piece of debris left anywhere. They called to update us on their progress and again when they were done to make sure we were satisfied. Really great, stress-free experience.
-
We are very pleased with our new roof. Dale's took off our old roof and put on a new one in one day and right before a big rain. So grateful! They cleaned up all of the debris and left everything in pristine condition. We highly recommend Dale's Roofing!
-
I am so pleased with my new roof from Dales roofing! They did such a great job! They covered all my plants and landscaping, and the clean up was excellent! I highly recommend them! Thank you Dales roofing!
-
Awesome job for a reasonable price done in a timely manner. The crew was fantastic. When they got done it never looked like they had been there except for the wonderful new roof!
-
We experienced hail damage earlier this year, and the Insurance company "totaled" the roof which was only 2 years old. After getting several bids from other contractors, Jamie from Dale's came by to give us a bid. Not only did Jamie seem much more professional than the other contractors, but took the time to explain what he saw, and how he would put the bid together. Dale's had the best price out of the 4 bids we received. When the actual work started on the roof the crew was very good, and fast. There was a quick shower that day, and they got everything covered to keep it dry. Also, they found several places on the roof that had old, and new water damage, and replaced/repaired everything they found without hesitation.( I'm still mad about the previous roofing contractors that roofed over the existing damage, and created new leaks.) The Dale's crew went over, and above, and fixed problems I didn't know I had yet. My experience with Dale's, from the bid process, to the installation, to the follow-up quality checks has been pleasant, and exactly how business should be performed. I will use Dale's in the future, and recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
-
We are very pleased with the new roof installed by Dale's Roofing. The entire experience of having our hail-damaged roof replaced was without a hitch. We would not hesitate to use Dale's again.
-
Had a great, stress-free experience with Dale's Roofing when we recently had our roof replaced due to hail damage. Everyone, from Jason in sales to Jill in the office, was professional and pleasant to work with. I had a lot of questions, both before, during and after the replacement, and each person took the time to answer them to my satisfaction. Tony and Daniel, the roofers, Evi who finished the chimney work, and Kirby who did the final inspection, were extremely diligent and barely stopped to take a break. Junior, who picked up their trailer, couldn't have been nicer. The roof, and yard, both looked wonderful when the work was completed. I have yet to find a stray nail. Dale's replaced a flat portion of roof on our home three years ago, and not one leak since after years of problems. Dale's stands behind their work and I feel confident the quality of the recent replacement will stand the test of time also. Thank you to everyone at Dale's Roofing.
-
Dale’s price was competitive, they were prompt, they did what they said they would do, and the finished product looked great. Even more, we were under contract to sell our house and they accommodated to get this accomplished prior to closing. I highly recommend them!
-
Dale's Roofing, Inc. replaced our house's roof. The workers were professional and courteous. The roof looks amazing!
-
I had to replace my old shake roof and had three companies bid the job. Dale's bid was similar in price to the others - the difference in Dale's was the professional service, the promptness, the going over and beyond to make sure the job was done right. We had problems with my neighborhood C&R and Dale's went over and beyond to make the HOA Board happy and get the job finalized to approval. Also, Dale's helped me with financing the roof which made the upgrade possible. I would highly recommend Dale's Roofing and will use them with any future roofing projects.
-
We are very impressed with quality, workmanship, and timely manner in which the whole job was done. We were not in town and relied on several different employees to coordinate and get everything accomplished. The end result looks fantastic. Thank you very much, Donna
-
We have used Dales Roofing in the past for my Mom and step-Dad's home, we were pleased with their service then! We had a little mix up about drip edge at the time, but it didn't take much time at all and it was corrected! They communicate! They are not afraid to listen! They clean up the debris and nails! They took care that the job was done correctly! Using them for our home? Jamie worked for us, with the insurance adjuster in ways that you really don't expect in these times. Most companies now days have their bottom line- making money, regardless of the care and concern for their customers or clients. Not Jamie, he works for his customers first, as he is working for his company. He knows the art of doing what is right for his customers and he puts himself right out there for us! In turn bringing his company happier and grateful clients!
-
Great service!
-
The work was done quickly and I especially liked having the quality control person coming later to see if all the roofing job aspects were done properly (Kirby) and he corrected anything that needed touching up. The roof looks great now and the gutters also will drain better now, thanks to Kirby.
-
Jason called as asked to before coming by to inspect my roof. He let me know that there was no problem found. And also let me know what he thought my problem is up in the attic. I feel that Dale's Roofing is a honest company to do business with. If I have issues agian I will call them. Thanks
-
One of the best experiences I have had since I moved to Springfield. All of the persons I dealt with were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Dale's Roofing.
-
Taylor at Dale's was very responsive when I requested a quote. I did not immediately place a work order, but when I did, Dale's got me on the schedule quickly. That was important as I was selling that house and had a closing date much sooner than I had expected. The work was done quickly and the new roof looks great! I really appreciate Dale and Jill and Brandy working with me to get the work done on time. They communicated with me regularly, too, so I knew where we were in the process. Thanks a million!
-
I needed a new roof after hail damage. My new roof was completed in 2 days. They did a great job! They did a good job cleaning up after the roof was finished. They went above and beyond to help me with the insurance process. Everyone I came in contact with at Dale's Roofing were friendly and helpful. They contacted me after installation to make sure I was satisfied. Great company, very professional, and great communication. I highly recommend them for anyone needing a replacement roof.
-
Dales Roofing went above and beyond. I had 4 layers asphalt and 1 layer shake. The crew showed up at 645am and worked till after 8pm for 2 days. New roof looks great. Price was good considering the tare off required. Highly recommend Dales Roofing! Thanks for a job well done.
-
Dale's Roofing just put our new roof on last week and we couldn't be happier. We went from shake to composite and their estimate was the most reasonable. Caesar and his crew were fast and kept the debris to a minimum. Sam called and visited multiple times in the 2 days it took for them to complete our project to check progress and our satisfaction. A++
-
I needed a new roof after hail damage. The team installed my new roof in a day and a half, very hard workers. No debris left in the yard, very close attention to detail. They kept me up to date on progress. They contacted me after installation to make sure everything went well and I was satisfied. Great company, very professional, and great communication. Highly recommended for anyone needing a replacement roof.
-
Dale's Roofing recently replaced my roof - the entire experience was zero stress. Dale's Team (roofing specialist, roofers, and finish inspector) were all professionals. The roofing crew made quick work of replacing my roof and kept the entire workplace clean throughout the 2.5-day process. Very impressed - and very happy that I chose Dale's.
-
Fast and efficient service. Did a good job cleaning up afterwards. Our new roof looks great.
-
Dale's was very professional from the time of the estimate to the completion of the project. They worked well with the insurance company and finished my roof in record time. I would recommend them to anyone.
-
Very pleased with the service from Dale's Roofing. From start to finish, I was notified about what was going on, when to expect delivery of the shingles, when they would start the work, etc. The work was done efficiently and quickly. Clean up was great. No debris left. And then after it was finished, I was contacted again to make sure we were satisfied.

If anyone is looking for a roofing company, you need look no further than Dale''s Roofing. After a horrible experience with another local roofer, we had Dale's come out to provide an estimate. Jason arrived for his appointment on time, was very professional and helpful, and as promised, emailed his estimate within a couple of days (considerably less expensive than the other company's estimate too). He made another visit to help us select the right color of shingles, filled out the paperwork, and told us when to expect a call to get the actual work started. Again, just as promised, they called to say when they would be here, they actually showed up on time, and completed the work in 2.5 days. The work is EXCELLENT and we are very satisfied with our new roof. So, this is a company that follows through with their promises AND does excellent work. We could not have been happier, and recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof and doesn't want the runaround we experienced with the first company we called. Just an all-around positive experience!
-
My Grandmother owns a rental house in Joplin, Missouri that needed the roof replaced due to Hail Damage and General Age related issues. Dale's Roofing did a wonderful job.
-
Did a great Job very easy to deal with.
-
We are very pleased with our new roof. The installation went smoothly with no debris left in the yard. They contacted us several times to make sure we were happy with our new roof. They were very nice and professional to work with. We would recommend them to anyone needing a replacement roof.
-
We had our home completely redone by Dale's Roofing. They were fantastic. First, they were willing to adjust our install start date back a bit due to a newborn in the house. Second, they removed an old Satellite Dish that was no longer used and even disposed of it for me. I appreciate their hard work and am glad we went with Dale's.
-
I had damage from a storm that blew off a couple shingles. Jason D came out and gave me a bid. He worked with me and the insurance to come within reason of the insurance bid. Once accepted, I got put on the calendar for replacement. With it being the end of December you can imagine the weather in Southwest Missouri wasn't too cooperative but they were able to get my roof replaced on the 1st of February. They did it all in one day. They sent an inspector by today and he applied a little more sealant to a couple places that he just didn't think met his expectations. They did a great job! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roof repair!
-
Dale's Roofing just completed putting a roof on my house last week. We were very pleased with the people we worked with at Dale's as well as the work done. They were very professional, worked well with our insurance company and were thorough. The guys we connected with initially and the installers were kind, hard working and responsive to our needs and questions. Great folks! We highly recommend them!
-
Recently hired Dale's Roofing to put on my new roof and am very pleased with the quality of the work completed. From the very start to the end everyone was very pleasant, helpful and professional. I would utilize Dale's roofing again in a heartbeat.
-
Dale's Roofing did a wonderful job on replacing our roof after we had hail damage. Mario and his crew did a fantastic job and was very timely. They made sure to clean up any debris that was left and went around our house and yard many times looking for stray nails. Kirby was the inspector that came out after the job was finished, he was very nice and thorough. Everyone I spoke to at Dale's went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed.
-
Every step of the way from estimating to completion was friendly and easy. I was especially delighted when a supervisor came by a couple of weeks after the new roof was installed to say that he was not happy about a couple spots and that he would be sending out a crew to fix it. Integrity.
-
I was really impressed with the whole process of having our roof and guttering replaced by Dale’s Roofing. The roofing crew was able to tear off the old roof and put on the new in just two days, and they did a pretty thorough job of cleaning up all the old debris. I inspected the roof before the inspector came and found a few things of concern. After sharing those concerns with the inspector, he took care of them immediately or they were taken care of the next day by one of Dale’s guys. I was most impressed with Brandon and Eric who installed the new guttering system. They were very knowledgeable, professional and skillful in their work and did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend them for any guttering job! Our new roof and gutters look great!
-
We had repairs done in 2016, and noticed a small leak in 2018. A quick email to Dale's Roofing and they had someone out right away. Robert was here early, and was quick and efficient. He and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes and the cost was covered under our original warranty from 2016. Thanks, Dale's Roofing!
-
I have not had them do my roof yet, but I would like to speak on how professional and timely they were with my quote. I am in the process of buying a house that requires a new roof and I have to get several roof quotes before I can move forward on my loan. It just so happened that one of the employees from Dales Roofing came into my place of work. His name was Taylor Holland. I explained my situation to him and told him I needed a quote like yesterday and he said, “I have an appointment I need to get to, but after that I would be happy to quote you.” He not only got me the quote faster then any other roofer I have dealt with, but he also hand-delivered it to my work as a courtesy knowing that I was short on time. I cannot say enough about the great experience I have had with Taylor and his company so far. I will be sure to give a full review after I hire them to do my roof! Thanks Dale’s Roofing and Taylor H.!
-
They are the best. The girls in the office are friendly and professional. My house roof looks great and you would never know they had been there. They cleaned up everything and left no mess. They even sealed up my barn roof from the storms. I will never use anyone else. I received calls on their arrivals. They are good people and top professionals. Thank you.
-
We just had Dale's Roofing re-roof our home. They also did this almost 20 years ago, and we didn't have any problems, and we called on them again to re-roof our home. You can count on them for great, dependable service.
-
Dales crew were on time, clean and did a follow up visit. We have not had any reason not to recommend them to anyone! Plus they made dealing with the insurance company easy( Hail damage) Thanks again,Larry Wayt
-
After some wind damage this year, I asked a friend of mine, who's an insurance adjuster (not with my insurance company) how to proceed. He suggested calling a reputable roofing company first, to have them do an evaluation. When I asked him who he recommended, he suggested Dale's Roofing, (whom he had chosen to do his own roof). From the initial evaluation, to the end of the job, every person I dealt with at Dale's has been professional, responsive, and pleasant to deal with. The roofers are well experienced, showed up early, and stayed late. Having only had one roof replaced in my life prior to this, I was impressed by the level of professionalism in taking care of my needs every step of the way. There was constant communication along the way, so I always knew what was going on and why. The final result is great. And, the attention to detail was over and above any expectations I had. Plus, they left the property better than they found it, in terms of cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend Dale's Roofing to anyone who has need of a roofing company... Thanks for a job well done... That's often hard to find nowadays...
-
What a wonderful company to hire! I received hail damage and needed a new roof placed on my home. Dale’s Roofing had replaced my mom’s roof after a tornado a few years ago and did a great job so I called them for a bid. The men and women I had the pleasure of making contact with were all friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered promptly and they helped me understand the claim process, as this was my first home claim. When the roofers arrived, they made sure to let me get my truck out of the garage so they wouldn’t block me in and they got to work right away. They were fast and worked hard, even in the cold weather, and I had a complete tear off and new roof in less than 2 days! They were even mindful that I had a dog and closed the fence when I was home. They did a great job cleaning up all the debris and nails! I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing their roof replaced.
-
The work done by Dale's Roofing was superior! After clean up we never could tell they was there, besides the beautiful new roof!
-
Dale's Roofing recently installed a DaVinci roof at our home. My experience with Dale throughout this job has been outstanding. He does what he says he will do, when he says he will do it, and stays at it until the job is done. He gives the job his personal attention and is both personable and professional. I would not hesitate to hire Dale's on any roofing job and recommend them/him wholeheartedly. I can't imagine a better roofer. Phil Garrison

We encountered some hail and wind damage to our roof this past spring and needed to get a company we could trust to make the repairs. We are new to the Branson area and had very little knowledge about who did excellent work or who to avoid. So, I consulted with our community's maintenance crew to get some answers. Without hesitation, they all recommended Dales Roofing. Then I talked to some home owners. The name of Dales Roofing kept coming up. So, I called and they agreed to take the job. They did a very professional, quality job and we are very pleased with the result. Scheduling was the only issue we had. Being in such demand and having such an unusually stormy Spring in Southwest Missouri this year, they were booked up for months. However, they promptly arrived to make an emergency repair to hold us over until they could complete the work. And like one reviewer said, when they finished the job---"it was like they had never been here". The whole area around the house had been completely cleaned! I would highly recommend Dales Roofing, Inc. in Rogersville, Mo.
-
Very professional. No fuss-no mess-just a very good job. On time. Very good office staff, estimator, installers, and final inspectors Neil and Karen Murphy Hollister Mo

Fantastic job by the roofing crew! Our house was completed in one day and the results are stunning. Mr. Dawson, Quality Control Specialist, inspected our roof upon completion to ensure we were pleased with the work that was done. I would recommend Dale's to all of my family and friends. They are the best!

Great job by the guys at Dale's Roofing. The new roof looks really nice. They worked past dark the first day, finished and cleaned up impeccably the second day. They even remounted my satellite dish and I was able to watch Game 7 of the World Series that night, rather than have DirecTV come out the next day to remount the dish. Thank you, Dale's Roofing!!

They did an excellent, quality job. Once they got on site they were able to complete the job in a week and sent out their own inspector within another week. I called during a high volume time so it took a while for them to be able to work on the roof, but mine was not high need. The roof had some issues that had led to a leak, but it was not consistent so it was not a problem for me to wait. Overall, I am very happy with the quality and cost for the work.

From the original estimators , installers to the inspectors we were very pleased with their work and service. They did an excellent job quickly and we are happy with our new roof! We would highly recommend to anyone.

Aaron came and instead of replacing the spots in the valley that were done wrong he replaced the entire valley and check the whole roof for any other problems! Aaron was very understanding and wanted to get the problem fixed as much as we did. If I have any more problems with my roof I'm calling and asking for Aaron by name he was wonderful!

No one beats their service, No One.

Great experience! Done everything they said they would. Got my whole roof replaced in one day I wouldn't have even know they was there if I hadn't come home a hour early from work. This is the first roofing crew I've seen that cleaned up after themselves. Good Job.. G Dedmon

Sammy Vickers came out to do an inspection of our roof as we had a couple of leaks but were dreading the though of having to repair the entire roof as it's getting old. I'm so glad we called Dale's Roofing, Sammy came out and fixed some minor repairs and also took a look at our chimney and noted some fixes that needed that would help with the leaks we were having and got us in contact with a masonry. He as incredibly helpful and gave us his honest opinion that with the fixes he did that day that we would not need to replace. phew! We've had no problems with the roof since.

I like the integrity of this company. They do what they say when they say. Only down side is they are busy and there can be a wait. But they tarped for me until the could get back.

Great service , reasonable price

I've now have had Dale's Roofing managing our home and commercial property since 2010. I can't say enough about my experience. There is a reason I stay local with projects when I need service. Today, I had another great experience with Brandon Gill providing a roof assessment for a leak issue and troubleshooting. He was able to identify the source of the issue and resolve the problem. As an owner, that's all you want. Problem identified, fixed with a positive service experience. This goes from the scheduler to the repair team. Keep it UP!!!!!

Honest and fair. Only company that did not try to sell me a (highly expensive) rail replacement (that did not need replacing), so I went with them. They immediately addressed all issues.

Pros: professional in handling customers Cons: I've had to have them come out a total of 4 times in 4 months to put on ridge vents that were not done (two areas of the house), a gutter was put on the wrong side of the house, and the most recent when a gutter became dis-attached from the house. Side note: I went with Dales due to BBB ratings and speaking with a couple people who had good experiences with them. They are on the upper end of cost but I was OK with that due to their reputation. However, I'm a bit disappointed. If I had not been up on my roof cleaning the gutters, I never would have noticed two areas of my house were missing the ridge vents. I wonder how is that even possible unless they are looking to cut corners and save money.

Had storm damage on my roof and Dale's took care of working with my insurance adjustor and getting a new roof though my home owner's insurance. All I had to pay was my deductible. My roof looks awesome! Thanks for the help Dale's!

After having an awful experience with a leaking roof, we met with Jamie Garrison of Dale's Roofing, Inc. at our home this week. Jamie was a refreshing face of hope for our home repairs. He was knowledgeable, personable and gave us the time and attention that we needed. He left us confident in recommending Dale's Roofing to all of our friends and family as well as to strangers who will read our various reviews on the different platforms. Thanks again Dale's Roofing! It might've been a small job this time but you've definitely gained all of our future business and we'll continue to pass along our experience.

I have dealt with a lot of people and companies over the years and this is the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with. They have replaced roofs for me and other members of my family and the work was beyond compare. But if you are looking for a small roof repair they will make an appointment to do the repair, they will cancel and not call you and tell you so or reschedule. The last repair I had done was only 750 dollars, they cancelled 5 times, 3 of them they didn't even call and tell me they couldn't make it they just didn't show up. I had to make a trip to their office and talk to them in person to get them to come out. On the sixth time they finally showed up, the repair looked very nice. Now I am needing a repair that was going to be 250 dollars, the estimate was done on 7/15, today is 7/23 and they have not even called to set a time to make the repair. I give up, if you are not going to spend a ton of money with them they will not be willing to help you. update, on the 24th Dales finally called and said they would be out the 27th or the 28th to do the repair. they did show up the afternoon of the 28th and as usual did a very nice job.

I used Dales Roofing about six years ago and recently the wind blew up some of my shingles. I called Dales to come out and access the damage. A young man came out and repaired the shingles at no cost, and told me the rest of the roof should last several more years. What a great roofing company!!! Where do you find honest and dependable people these days? I know, Dales Roofing... Thank you so very much. George Atkinson Republic MO.

We had to have our roof replaced due to storm damage. After getting 2 other bids and reviewing the pro's and con's of each bid. We choose Dales because of their knowledge in our needs and the way they presented themselves and their company. I feel it was the best choice, concering your roof is one of the biggest investment you can make for your home. They did a great job from start to finish. I would recommend Dales to any one who wants a company that stands behind their work.

My neighbors were getting new roofs. Called Dales Roofing for estimate. The roofing specialist came out within 2-3 days. He answered all my questions and explained the estimate to me. He was great and not only that the estimate was free. Crew came out within 2 weeks as I was told and did a great job. Roof is beautiful and the crew did an excellent job on the clean up. Couldn't tell anyone had been out. I would recommend Dales to anyone with any roofing issues.

We needed a new roof, we called Dale's. The salesman came out the next day. He was so nice and knowledgeable. When the crew started they kept everything so clean, they answered any questions we had. I was so impressed I highly recommend them.

Had a wonderful experience, from the sales presentation all the way through completion of my roofing project. The salesman was very knowledgable, prompt and courteous. The crew worked very hard and were also very polite and courteous. The roof looks amazing and the clean up was perfect. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

New roof installed in July of 09. They did a great job took out my old vents and installed a roof cap. So I get better ventalation in the attic, they also installed a new roof on my almost flat screened porch with roll roofing in the matching color. We had a drip in Aug. on the flat roof after a big down pour, they came out in a day or two and found the problem and it was fixed. Today is Febuary 16, 2010 no drips anywhere to date. Will use them again if and when we move to a new home. Thanks guy's

I have used dales roofing on several roof jobs and been happy with the work they have done on the roofs. The crews are generally prompt and professional though there have been a few down sides. The guttoring on one house was not put back very well and there was damage to a garage door from the cleanup trailor. Neither one a huge problem but could have been done better. The only other thing is they are not very fast at getting to you for the job but once there I have been happy with the roof work.
