I can’t say enough good things about Dale’s Roofing, especially Emmit J.! He has been incredibly helpful and consistently goes above and beyond every time we work with him. He put a temporary fix on a chimney for us back in November 2025, and here we are in August 2026, and that temporary repair is still holding up perfectly! Emmit recently came back out to update our quote for hail damage so we can move forward with the repairs. He is always punctual, professional, and his communication is absolutely immaculate. Joe and Brandon came redo one of the vents that the inspector from Dale’s roofing found after roofers put on new roof. They effectively communicated with and were very friendly and to the best of my knowledge fixed the problem. Thanks to Dale, Joe and Miguel for replacing the roofs on the sanctuary and fellowship hall at Republic First Baptist Church. We have used Dale's Roofing for repairs in the past and when the hail storm destroyed our shingled roofs, we reached our to Dale's for help. Dale is prompt and easy to reach when I have questions about their bid. Dale also replaced the roof on my home and also my mom's house. You won't be disappointed with their service.

Vanessa and I have lived in our home for 37 years and have only trusted Dale's Roofing to keep us in the DRI. It was time for a new roof, so we contacted Dale's for a for the information needed for the insurance company. We were required to get a couple prices for the roof, and as always, the best in the area also had the best pricing. Sonny and the roofing crew are top notch as Dale's crew always are. Sonny made sure that if there were any deficiencies in the decking that it would get it taken care of. I was impressed how he did the little things to make sure the install was at the level we expect from Dale's crews. Recently we had Joe and Brandon out for some gutter work and once again exceptional work from these guys. Great communication and very clean work. Brandon Gill was the contractor that came out to give me a quote. He called ahead of time, arrived on time and was very professional. He went on the roof and took pictures, showed me the issue, explained what the fix entailed, and sealed it temporarily untill they can get me scheduled. Some patch ups that were done on our roof while we wait for the full fix. Brandon was very friendly and explained clearly what temporary fixes he did before our roof is redone. They are also doing patch ups/repairs and full roof fixes in case you need either/or.

My neighbor's tree fell and took out a corner of my roof, soffit, fascia, and gutters. A complicated repair down to the rafters. Joe and Brandon performed an amazing repair. The repairs were done quickly and very professionally. They even came out and reinforced the tarping until they could get to the repair. Dale's roofing company is phenomenal. I contacted Dale’s Roofing to have our chimney cap reinstalled after it blew off in a storm. I talked to Brandy, and she had our information on file from previous repairs they had done. Dales roofing installed our roof a couple years ago. We recently noticed a leak and Ethan came out to fix it. He did an amazing job in 100+ degree temps. He dug in and found the root of the problem, fixed it, and I’m confident we won’t have issues there anymore. While he was there, he found several potential spots that could be causing leaks, and sealed them before leaving. He was the 3rd person on our roof. We had a minor leak start from a skylight after the hard rains over the weekend. We called Dale's and they were able to stop by super quickly. The entire team (especially Dale, Nathan, Shane, and Jordan) was very impressive and attentive from top to bottom, and after evaluating three companies, we decided that Dale's was the only company we trusted to address all of the issues that needed upgrading to the best of our needs. The fact that they have a masonry division to address chimney/brick spalling issues was also a huge plus, as they helped remedy an issue that others had not. Yesterday I saw a Dale's Roofing truck across the street from my house. I had an inspection for my roof and gutters (the famous Springfield hail storm) scheduled with Dale's Roofing for nearly a month from now. I went over and met Brandon Gill who was doing an inspection on my neighbor's roof. I asked Brandon if he could go ahead and do my inspection since my insurance adjuster is coming in just a few days. He got on the phone with his office and was able to reschedule my inspection for right then. He did a very thorough inspection, even sealing some leaks that I did not know I had. He was thorough and gave me great information. I highly recommend Dale's Roofing and especially Brandon Gill for great service. I look forward to them coming and doing the actual roof replacement.

We have a contract for maintaining our roof with Dale’s. So glad we do after the baseball sized hail we had. Our roof was inspected today and we had literally hundreds of divots. Matt and Jared did an amazing job covering the damage to prevent leaks while we wait for a new roof. They used up all of their tarps and everything else they could find to ensure there are no leaks. We highly recommend Dale’s Roofing!

We have used Dale's Roofing for repairs and full roof replacement for over 20 years. Recently we noticed squirrel damage to our roof. Dale's immidately sent an inspector and found a serious problem. Within a few days, Dale's sent 2 of the nicest and most efficient repair specialists (Kendall and Hunter) to our home for what turned out to be a pretty serious repair job. The squirrel(s) had done a lot of damage. I could't be more pleased with the service we received from Dale's and the work that Kendall and Hunter did to repair our roof damage. This is just one more reason we have stayed with Dale's for all these years and, absolutely, continue to HIGHLY RECOMMEND their company!

We’ve had Dale’s Roofing inspect our roof a couple times over the last few years for things from a small leak due to high straight line winds, and trying do bat exclusion while the bats were gone in the winter. Never did Dale’s Roofing try to sell us a new roof. This last time we had them out we could clearly see our shingles were no longer lying flat in even moderate winds and we were due for a new roof. Jason was very good at letting us know our options. And Sammy with his great crew were able to install our new roof (detached garage and house) along with some decking repairs in one day before the rain came in. Everyone was communicative from start to finish and we are pleased with our new roof.

Appreciate quick response to a couple of roof leaks, Kyle came out and found where the leaks were coming from and gave me a very affordable repair quote. I'm an old retired union laborer and its great to see young men like Kyle who definitely knows what he's doing in the work force. Dale's roofing is the best !!

We were on a tight deadline after our insurance company notified us that they were unable to continue coverage unless our roof was replaced within 5 weeks. Kyle from Dale’s was fantastic—he quickly provided a quote and even redid it for a metal roof at our request, making sure all our questions were answered. Loralee in the office was also incredibly helpful. She walked us through all the financing options and made sure we were fully informed before we decided how to pay for the new roof. The entire process, from the initial quote to the finished roof, took only 14 days total. Joe and Brandon handled the actual installation in just 2 days! They even took the time to replace some rotting wood they found so we wouldn’t have to remove our new gutters to fix it later. They did a great job cleaning up and everyone involved made the whole experience stress-free.

Dale roofing r&r my shingled roof due to a damaging hail storm. The job also included replacing the gutters, downspouts, and the existing gutter guards. After completion, there was one roof leak that took two service calls to rectify. I am dissatisfied with the Gutter guards that Dales Roofing's subcontractor installed. They are not near the quality of those that were replaced.

Brandon was so friendly, communicated amazingly about when he was on his way, he arrived, and when he was done and finishing up. He was also very efficient in fixing the patches of the tarp for our roof that was not as strong as before from snow. He secured the new tarp areas and any other areas that needed extra care in under 30 minutes, and he was so helpful about encouraging me to reach out if I ran into any issues or had any questions. I can’t say enough as to how pleased I am with this company from the initiation of the process to the completion of the new roof. I realized my roof was damaged two days before a snowstorm was predicted to hit our area. I called Dale’s Roofing and Shane was at my property the next day. After inspection of the roof he sent photos of damage and clearly explained options as to possible repairs or replacement of roof. He also reattached siding to the house and placed a tent over the most damaged area of roof knowing increased damage could occur from pending storm. Had to have chimney tuckpointed at roof. Also flashing around chimney needed replacing. Dale's did an excellent job, cleaned up after and kept their vehicles on the driveway. They did not tear up our yard with their trucks and trailers. They are awesome.

Both Shane and Cory and the crew were all top notch. Shane was far above the other company reps I had bid the roof. He listened to what I wanted and was way more knowledgeable than other company reps. Cory ran a very efficient crew and was professional in managing the job. I think both likely deserve a raise. Brandon Gill showed up promptly and rearranged my new gutter installation. It had been leaking onto my front porch around the front door area after melting snow. Joe came after I noticed some more problems with the soffit and fascia being open into the attic. Joe did a great job fixing the gaps with the soffit and facial! He was great. I mention I was overcharged $600 for the total/initial fascia work when roof was installed. Nathan, the building inspector had quoted me a total of 635 sqft for decking and fascia, but I was later told that didn't include the fascia. The final bill was $600 more than Nathan had quoted.

Garage had a leak in late 2025. Called Dales as they had put the new roof on before the 07 ice storm and never had an issue. The y came out within a day or 2, found the issue and repaired the area within the next week. Updates were forthcoming with cost, repair est, repair cost, when they were coming etc. Excellent service

During the recent wind storms, we had a limb fall and damage our front porch. The damage looked extremely extensive. There was roofing damage, gutter damage, soffit, and facia damage and what looked to be structural damage. We got three different quotes that arranged from $3000-$5000. We went with Dale’s bid at about $3800. The work was impeccable. The guys sent out, Joe and Brandon, were friendly, experienced, and very helpful. They spent a lot of time listening to our concerns and were very helpful in explaining the process. They also did the work in a timely fashion and once done, made sure everything was cleaned up. I would definitely recommend Dales Roofing to anyone needing Roof replacement or roof repair.

Roofing is expensive! Your roofing company has to be willing to explain their quote and even move the price to beat other companies. Dales did that. But the real workman ship came as they repaired the roof and were honest with each piece of decking that really would not have lasted as long as the shingles did. One part of my roof was really bad and they had to do extra. That was not free, but it was priced very fair and came with an explanation and pictures to show what they were doing. Later, I found something that I didn’t think was right. I called and Brandon came out and fixed what my concern was. Service, professionalism and honesty. I recommend Dales Roof for these reasons, not because they have a cutesy jingle.

We just had our roof done today. Robert and his team were awesome. They were extra careful and paid attention to detail when prepping to protect the items in our yard. I think my yard was actually cleaner after they left. My biggest concern was nails in the yard and they did a great job.

After our new gutter & downspout was installed we were missing the last 5% to make it right. Dale's sent Brandon Gill out to do the warranty work and he made it right, and then some. He added the two elbows we needed and then asked my permission to add a safety strap on the 30 ft gutter. Yes, thank you! If the wind had caught that section of gutter it would have been a mess. Have used their yearly inspections since I bought my house in 2020. Everyone has been very professional and friendly. Every time they perform my inspection, they have called and asked about if it was good to be early. Its not often workers arrive early. Recently Brandon Gill was my roof inspector. He was professional, friendly and explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. I had quite a bit of roof damage after a storm came through mid summer along with bad roofing with someone else 6 yrs ago prior to house buying. Sammy with Dale roofing came with a crew of 6 to 7 people who worked hard to remove the shingles only to find that more than 400ft of wood underneath was too damaged to secure a new roof. Sammy assured me that they would take care of me and ensure a solid roof and how this step was crucial. Everyone worked diligently in the second day to complete the work prior to gutters, an electric mishap and a chimney fixture as the days followed. Sammy worked along side with the crew and used the opportunity to do some unique training with the chimney flashing that was especially important to seal these areas. Cleanup was quick and nails with the magnet bar was conducted several times to ensure that my yard and garden did not contain loose nails even when they used tarps. To the crew, I am much appreciative of their hard work and kindness. The extra wood is not generally covered by insurance and it cost roughly 1,800.00 extra, however I have the assurance that the roof is guaranteed to last for many years. Their materials are much better quality and they do not use sheets of plywood, they use 1 X 12ft wood to secure shingles and rolls of material for better weather proofing. The area of flat roofing was reshingled and a rubber sealer was used along with a blowtorch to weather seal it properly. All around great, great job by all ! Thank you Sammy for answering all my questions and giving me the confidence I needed with an unfamiliar roofing company. My neighbor was right on with her recommendation!!

Great to work with from quote to completion. We had roof and gutters done. Guys came out early on a Monday morning for the roof. They didn't finish in one day as expected, and of course storms were rolling in that night and the next day. They tarped over and Kirby spent much time on our roof and in our attic the next day, adjusting the tarp as necessary to ensure no leaks. Amazing. Gutters were done in one day. Then afterward, there were a couple small adjustments we wanted - re-paint flashing and redo a downspout. Brandon came out and worked on it. He did not leave until he was positive we were satisfied.

Jesse arrived a bit early, which is always a plus in our book. He identified our issue immediately and fixed it to the best of his ability. We have a squirrel issue and a tile roof, and we knew we could have problems. Jesse blocked all the access he could find to keep us rodent free for as long as possible. When we need a new (non-tile) roof - probably sooner as opposed to later, we won’t hesitate to contact Dale’s Roofing.

They did a small repair in 2022 and after hail damage in the spring of 2025, they installed a completely new roof and gutter system. We had our roof replaced about a week ago. Our entire experience with Dale’s roofing was excellent. They never pushed for us to replace our roof when they inspected it, they gave us examples to drive buy to look at the roof colors so we could get a better idea of what we wanted our house to look like, and the installation crew was quick and efficient. Sammy and his crew did the installation and cleanup. We had them add two exhaust vents in the roof during the replacement and they made sure to climb into the attic to attach the ductwork. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dales Roofing, specifically Jason R. I called them due to having a leaking roof, anticipating they would show up, telling me I needed a new one installed. Jason showed up, looked over my entire roof, explained in detail why I didn't need a new one, and found a rubber boot that had likely caused my leak. Jason was very respectful and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I will definitely call them again when anything happens relating to a leak or needing a new roof. Dale's Roofing did an excellent job on a full roof replacement, the crew that did the work did a great job of keeping the worksite clear while the worked, and after job was done they did a final clean up with magnet to get nails a distant of about 15 feet from house. Had used tarps around house to get most of the nails. I had a issue about the flashing around the chimney, but after going to Dale's Roofing I spoke to David who assigned Greg Bowers and Jerry Webb. Greg also did the final inspection on the roof and only found one nail and he caulked it did final inspection for yard. Very professional guys and did a incredible job on the flashing replacement. Thank you, to all Dale's roofing workers on my job site.

Brandon Gill and Jo Sexton did a great job putting up the gutter guards on my house here in Republic. They started Monday afternoon but after a freak thunderstorm popped up, it was decided to finish on Tuesday. They let me know that morning they were on the way and over the next 3 hours, they had the gutters/downspouts cleaned and new screens installed. Dale roofing recently did our roof and gutters! The roofers were very nice and professional and kept everything very clean during the whole process. Kirby was awesome at coming during the days to over see the work being done. The gutter company on the other hand didn't seem to know what they were supposed to be doing. I called Kirby and he came to make sure everything was being taken care of. The gutters ended up being pretty good, but the company that did the gutters had to come back with gutter guards and did a terrible job. Once again Kirby came out when we called him and he personally fixed everything himself. We are so thankful we had Dale's roofing do our roof and for Kirby going above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

We’ve trusted Dales’s Roofing for several years now to take care of our roofs. They replaced our roof about a year ago and we had them replace the guttering as well as the soffits. All done very professionally and to our satisfaction. Recently we had a tree limb come down and pierce our new roof on our shop, completely coming through the decking material. Yesterday, Brandon & ORyan came and repaired the hole and it shows no signs of any previous damage. They also added a downspout that was needed. All of their work was flawless and just as we’ve come to expect from Dale’s, everything to our satisfaction. Hail damaged my roof and gutters. I had several roofing companies give me estimates. All of the estimates were about the same price. Jason the estimator from Dale's, found where my long time water leak was coming from. My chimney had degraded through the years. They would re-build my chimney and put a customized cap on it. I awarded the contract to Dale's Roofing. The roofing crew were quick and efficient. They cleaned up after the job and were very polite and professional. The gutters were replaced by RainDrains Seamless Guttering of Nixa MO. They were very professional and worked quickly. Dale's sent an inspector, Greg Bowers, to inspect the roofing and guttering installation. Dale's Roofing sent James to do the masonry work on my chimney and install the custom cap. James did a very clean and thorough job. It was a pleasure to do business with a company that was a one stop solution. From the roofing crew to the personnel in the front office who constantly provided my with updates on this project, Thank you for making my decision to do business with you, an easy one.

I had some skylight panels on my barn that had hail damage and wanted to replace them with metal panels. We are not making an insurance claim so I needed a reasonable estimate, which I received including a 1 year workmanship guarantee. No other company offered that since it was an existing roof. Jordan Foster and Brandon Edmondson came out and did the repairs. Both were very professional and made sure everything was done right. They were friendly and wanted to be sure that I was happy with the repair. They took all the damaged panels and debris with them and made sure there were no screws on the ground (I have horses). Brandon Gill from Dales Roofing came to install gutters and gutter guards on our shed and had problems with the way the gutters were fitting due to a forming machine issue so rather than going ahead and installing them, he stopped and rescheduled the job. We have been customer's of Dale's Roofing for over 20-25 years, having had 2 complete roofs installed by Dale's due to storm damage, with the last roof being installed about 7 years ago. We also have been Club Member's for a long time, receiving our Annual Roof Inspection and Gutters cleaned out. When we had these 70-80 mph winds a few weeks ago, we developed a small leak (wet Sheetrock but no drips) in the ceiling on the side of the house the wind was blowing from, so I called and scheduled Dale's to come out to take a look, and they sent out Kyle Rose to take a look. Kyle did a great job, he found the source of the leak, a couple shingles that had come loose from the wind, so he made the repair and sealed it up and then explained it all to me. Kuddos to Kyle for taking care of this little issue for us, and with all of the hail of late, he did an inspection of the entire roof to verify no other damage. He was very friendly and professional and in fact the entire staff are always very friendly whenever I call, and when they are out to service the house. I would highly recommend Dale's roofing as over the years we have always been very satisfied with their Service! They really have a Great Team! Thank you Kyle, and Thank you the Dale's Team!

High winds of April 29th cause a tree to fall on my shop. Dale's Roofing came out on May 15th gave me a bid and said would be 4 to 5 weeks due to all the Roof damages in the area. Today June 19th, Dennis and Donnie came out and did a fantastic job of replacing the damaged roof panels and replaced all the guttering. Couldn't ask for two better guys, their manners were awesome and they did the job professionally and expeditiously.

Jason Rekkop with Dales Roofing is amazing! Great customer service, honest and dependable! This is the second time I have called them for help. I had a problem last year with a room addition roof that was not correctly done when the addition was built. They were able to explain what was wrong and put a new roof on just that area. Very reasonably priced. After our recent high wind/tornado I discovered a leak in a bedroom. I called and Jason came out to inspect. I fully expected to need a new roof over the remaining portion of my house. Jason was able to do a quick repair around a roof pipe!! Dales Roofing and Jason Rekkop are a breath of fresh air in a time when most companies are just out for money. I highly recommend them to anyone having roof issues. Thank you!

I can understand why Dale's roofing is so successful. I had gutters and roofing installed on my home and am very happy. I had a couple of inside corners that water gushed over the gutters due to long valleys. Brandon Gil came out when I called and took care of the problem right away. We have had three heavy rainfalls since he fixed the problem and the water no longer runs over the gutter. Thank you Dale's Roofing for a super good job.

We had some difficulties after Dales replaced our roof years ago. They came out right away to fix it and havnt had a problem since. After having some water came in I raised a complaint with Dale's and Dale himself came out, explained things to me. Has great skills in customer service. We were in the March 14th hail damage area and everyone I asked said to call Dale's. Jason Rehkop was sent out to look it over. He was so very thorough and helpful by explaining insurance claim situations. After our insurance adjustor came, I reached out to Jason again. He again explained the situation. I truly trust Dale's Roofing and recommend you call them first. Don't even open your door to the parade of Door-to-Door roofing companies that prey on people who were in the line of storms! I appreciated our local company and their honesty.

We had hail damage on our roof and gutters recently and called Dale's roofing. Dale's roofing sent out Jason Rehkop, roofing specialist, right away! He was EXTREMELY helpful and really put us at ease during the entire process. I was at a loss as to what the best roof color for our house would be. Jason helped me pick out the most complimentary color for our brick and siding. We LOVE it!! It really made a huge difference! He also made sure all our guttering and downspouts were replaced. They also look fantastic! The roofing crew and their inspector Sammy did a fantastic job also. They were quick, efficient and very hard working. We had really bad roof damage from the tornadoes that came through Springfield. A huge tree came down on our house. Dale’s Roofing made it a priority to get the roof tarps within a hour of the tree being removed from the house. Caleb and Brandon were amazing! They were very professional and answered all my questions. They put a tarp up over my damaged roof and fixed my hanging porch. Dale’s Roofing has great customer service and fast response times! Had to have a new roof and some siding replaced after the storms in March. Had used Dale's Roofing in the past with good results. Called them and got the estimate, insurance approved and just got it all replaced this week. I called for an estimate, Dale's Roofing promptly came out, they gave me the estimate in 48 hours, and we scheduled the work. The materials arrived on time, and the roofing team arrived the next day. The were on time and began work before I finished my morning coffee. The roofers removed the old roof, installed new ventilators, plumbing vent boots and installed new flashing. It was done in one day. I would have got that wrong on a quiz. There are more details that would make this review too long, but rest assured, that our complicated roofline was done right. The house looks new. Cleanup was thorough and I still have not found a single roofing nail anywhere. They followed up with a phone call to make sure that we were pleased with the work. Dale's Roofing are true professionals in every respect.

I found a small leak in ceiling. They had put current roof on about 14 years ago. Called them to ask them to check it. Thier person was here within 24 hrs. Found loose shingle repaired it and checked rest of roof. There was no charge at all. Worker was nice, polite and courteous. I would recommend to anyone.

We were selling our home and had the buyer's inspector, a week before closing, tell us we needed a new roof. Dale's came out and got us done on the weekend before close to keep us from having to delay the close which would have shut down our's and the buyer's move. They did a wonderful job and got the paperwork to our adjuster quickly. Dale’s Roofing replaced the shingles on our roof in May 2024. We selected them because of their fully detailed estimate that covered every option they offered. Derek sat down with us to complete the paperwork and made sure all our questions were answered. They were able to schedule the work when it fit our schedule, which we appreciated. Cory was our inspector and made sure that we knew what to expect along the way. They were very careful around our plants and left absolutely no debris when they were done. We recently had storm damage and lost shingles off our roof. Called Dale’s and someone was out within the hour of calling to tarp damaged area. Although they weren’t the lowest bid they had earned our business for being so responsive. Nathan the estimator was helpful with the selection of shingles. Kirby getting the team of roofers and checking in several times make sure everything was done correctly. The roofing team did a good job as well. My husband has been in construction his whole life and if he can be pleased your doing something right! We’d hire Dale’s again in a heartbeat!

We recently had storm damage to our roof. We called Dale's pretty quickly after the storm and they were here within a half hour. They promptly tarped and secured the roof. We ended up needing a whole new roof. Dale's was here the first thing the next morning to give us an estimate. A week after the insurance approved and we accepted the estimate, the materials were delivered and the roof was finished the next day. The guttering was replaced the following day. Our experience was great. They were prompt and courteous, checking in with us regularly.

After recent storms in our area and seeing multiple neighbors get new roofs, we called Dale's Roofing, who installed our current roof in 2009 and provided excellent service then, to come out and check our roof for damage. From the first call when I spoke to Mary, the service was outstanding. Jason, the same representative who came out in 2009, came out again to inspect. He then took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns about the type of roofing we have and homeowner's insurance issues and procedures. Dale's roofing crew did a nice job roofing my detached garage project. The roof was done in about 4 hours. Cory who is working on the fascia and soffit is doing a nice job, and communicates well. We would have loved to give a 5-star rating, but on our estimate and on BOTH JOBS, they incorrectly billed us for work and materials we DID NOT request or receive. READ YOUR ESTIMATES AND INVOICES before signing or paying for anything. They were polite about it, and they did correct their "mistakes." But it seems a stretch to call it "MISTAKES" when it happens three times in a row. I don't know if it's sloppy bookkeeping or deliberate fraud? Either way, it's NOT GOOD BUSINESS, and they need to do better.

I had my roof replaced by Dale's recently and couldn't be happier. All communications with Jason the estimator were prompt and informative. When they did the job, someone on the crew made a mistake and it needed to be dealt with. Sammy, my contact, was there within the hour, immediately said they would take care of it, and was on the phone making arrangements to solve the problem. The problem has since been resolved to my satisfaction. On final inspection he dealt with some details that needed to be addressed as well. This is the third roof on my house in 21 years. Both replacements because of hail. The difference between the last roofing company and Dale's is night and day. On final inspection with the last company in 09, they never did deal with some final details. Bottom line, what I see when I work with Dale's is integrity. Dales saved the day! My general contractor used a “low-bid” roofer. Since then I have had two major leaks. Dale’s promptly came each time, explained the problem and then performed the repairs. The repairs were effective (no more leaks) and professionally performed. Recently, we had a large tree limb fall on our roof. Jesse( a real Pro), came today and made the repair. It looks like it never happened! Life is too short to deal with bad roofing workmanship. Call Dale’s! You’ll be glad you did!

Just purchased a different home. Had some roof concerns. Called Dale's Roofing and they had an inspector out in a couple of days. Found a few area of concerns and explained each to me in clear terms and why fix was recommended. Their bid came in almost $300 less than a competitor for the same amount of work. I called Dale’s Roofing Inc. based on customer reviews and while they had their share of negative reviews, the good outnumbered the bad and mine was a very small job. During a couple of torrential downpours, I discovered that Best Buy’s Geek Squad had drilled a hole through my roof while installing our new home theatre system. Water was leaking down from the ceiling speaker mount onto the speaker and the floor. Taylor came out for an estimate and confirmed the cause of the leak and showed it to me. I approved the estimate and two days later, Fred and James came out and repaired the hole in nothin’ flat! They were in and out. From my interaction with Dale’s Roofing, I would recommend them. It hasn’t rained yet, but I’m confident based on their explanations and photos, that the leak is fixed.

Dale’s put a new roof on a home I owned in 2013. They did a superb job! In my new home I bought almost 2 years ago I had a leak and I called Dale’s first. They were out within the week and the repair was taken care of. I like how Dale’s stands by their work and offers reasonable pricing.

Update; I forgot to add a note some time later I had them do a complete replacement. They did an amazing job! Communation and scheduling was on point. The work was so so quickly, they had my house done in like two days the team working cleaned up the mess and magnet swept my yard and drive for nails. Never had any issues afterwards. Wonderful contractor. Great quality work. Had a small roof leak, Dales was recommended by a General Contractor in the family. Can say I am very happy with them- they got me on the calendar and the gentleman who quoted my work even did a quick tar patch to try and help me out before he handed me the quote for the proper fix. When my roof finally needs replacement I know who I am going to call. Great company. Great people.

We have used Dale's twice. The second time was when we had the latest ice storm. We had tree damage, one 3.5 ft. limb come through the ceiling. We called Dale's and said they would be out. They had about a two hour window between the ice and the snow storm. David came out to patch the roof. He did a great job with no leaks. A second worker came out after things had melted to reinforce the patches. They set things up for two weeks out. They came out today ready to start work at 8:30 am and cleared, had decking down, and had shingles done on the side of the house that was damaged all in three hours. It looks great! Every one we worked with was a pleasure and professional. Hope we don't have to use them for a while but will use Dale's again. Adding to this. We have had a couple of leaks ( Not on the side that Dale's replaced), Fred came out and was very polite and professional. Fixed our leaks in a timely manner. He is a real credit to the Dale's family.

Installers did a great job, roof looks great, cleaned up after themselves every day, gutters and gutter guards look great, huge improvement. Have used Dale's in the past and will continue to use in the future. Although covid supply line slowdowns were frustrating, none of this was caused by Dale's. Once the shingles arrived tear off and reroofing went without a hitch. After the job was done, noticed just a couple of tweaks that needed to be done. After I called the office, a crew was out within the week to make the necessary adjustments. They even took care of filing all the insurance paperwork. Cannot say enough good things about Dale's Roofing.

Dale senior came out years ago and helped me with a minor repair and did not charge me anything. I developed a leak from the roof they put on a couple of years ago it wasn't easy to track down. Jessy, worked probably half a day. No more leak. They have roofed for two members of my family. They stand behind their work. Highly recommend.

It was in the midst of a big rain - lots of rain. We called Dales because our roof was leaking and we needed an emergency tarp put up. Sam came very quickly. He was extremely professional, but friendly (the two don't always come together). The roof area that was leaking was steep. Sam saved the day. Not a single complaint about being wet, or steep, or in a tough to get at spot. Just smiles and courteous. He took pictures, and patiently explained what was happening - which made it easier for me to talk to the insurance adjuster when he came out. I know they were busy that day. But Sam treated us as if we were friends, and this was the ONLY thing he had to do all day. When he left, the tarp did the job. This was not our first experience with Dales, a tornado two years ago brought them out for some shingle repair. All our encounters with them have been great. We had a storm do damage to our metal roof. Dale's replaced it and put proper foam closures on that corrected an occasional leak. Garrett and Brandon came out to install the front (very long) seamless gutter on yesterday. It looks great! They were easy to work with and did a wonderful job. There were some delays for the whole project that I think were due to supply chain issues/Covid.

We contacted Dale's Roofing to fix perplexing and frustrating water leaks that we were having during storms approaching from the South or East. Dale's sent Jessy Dawson to make the roof repairs, which included building and installing a new large metal spark arrester at the top of our gas fireplace. Jesse was fantastic. He was very friendly, conscientious and focused on doing a great job. Jessy worked hard and was very easy to talk with when I was asking questions about the work. We are very impressed with Jessy Dawson and also Mary, their office coordinator. Both made a great impression on us and we are happy to recommend Dale's Roofing. Pretty much these guys did a great job. Good enough to get me to write about it here which I don’t normally do. From the inspection to the new roof to the new gutters I had 0 issues. I got a real person on the phone whenever I called in to bother them with questions. They showed up and finished when they said. They were always friendly (communicating like real honest friendly people) and professional. They finished my gutters yesterday. I walked out to check on things and they were finishing cleaning up the yard making sure no stray screws or other objects were in the grass with a magnet roller. We can all normally usually find at least 1 thing to pick at when it comes to criticizing whatever we’re spending money on, but I honestly can’t think of anything here. Good enough for me to come right this review, and good enough that I would definitely call them again if I need to and not worry about the job after that.

Jeff Elam was particularly helpful in setting up this process and material selection. So professional and easy to work with. David (don’t know his last name) replaced without charge 2 turbine spinner vents that I had purchased from big box that failed within months. Brandon installed new gutters and downspouts and was exceptional as well. Discussed all aspects of the job and corrected problems from previous installation. Update:The owner contacted me and got the mess cleaned up and took care of the issue. You should Never use this company. They charged over $180 to clean gutters and left my yard a mess! The worker was polite and helpful, but I paid l too much for how little they did. You would think a company that does roofs would know how to clean up guttters.

Dale's did a super job on replacing our asphalt roofing shingles Nov'2019. The icing on the cake was their great job on correcting a leak around our chimney this past month, March 2019 -- they quickly came out and tarped it off till they could get to it (because of all the rain storms), then did a great repair job the next week. A special shout out to Sammy, Jason and David for their responsiveness and exceptional work. I would highly recommend Dale's for roofing work.

Had a leaky Barn roof installed. Called in for a 5th time for more repairs. They came out to look at it. Documented everything. Called me back and they are replacing the entire roof to fix the issue. We experienced hail damage earlier this year, and the Insurance company "totaled" the roof which was only 2 years old. After getting several bids from other contractors, Jamie from Dale's came by to give us a bid. Not only did Jamie seem much more professional than the other contractors, but took the time to explain what he saw, and how he would put the bid together. Dale's had the best price out of the 4 bids we received. When the actual work started on the roof the crew was very good, and fast. There was a quick shower that day, and they got everything covered to keep it dry. Also, they found several places on the roof that had old, and new water damage, and replaced/repaired everything they found without hesitation.( I'm still mad about the previous roofing contractors that roofed over the existing damage, and created new leaks.) The Dale's crew went over, and above, and fixed problems I didn't know I had yet. My experience with Dale's, from the bid process, to the installation, to the follow-up quality checks has been pleasant, and exactly how business should be performed. I will use Dale's in the future, and recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I had damage from a storm that blew off a couple shingles. Jason D came out and gave me a bid. He worked with me and the insurance to come within reason of the insurance bid. Once accepted, I got put on the calendar for replacement. With it being the end of December you can imagine the weather in Southwest Missouri wasn't too cooperative but they were able to get my roof replaced on the 1st of February. They did it all in one day. They sent an inspector by today and he applied a little more sealant to a couple places that he just didn't think met his expectations. They did a great job! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roof repair!

Dale's Roofing did a wonderful job on replacing our roof after we had hail damage. Mario and his crew did a fantastic job and was very timely. They made sure to clean up any debris that was left and went around our house and yard many times looking for stray nails. Kirby was the inspector that came out after the job was finished, he was very nice and thorough. Everyone I spoke to at Dale's went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed.

Every step of the way from estimating to completion was friendly and easy. I was especially delighted when a supervisor came by a couple of weeks after the new roof was installed to say that he was not happy about a couple spots and that he would be sending out a crew to fix it. Integrity.

I was really impressed with the whole process of having our roof and guttering replaced by Dale’s Roofing. The roofing crew was able to tear off the old roof and put on the new in just two days, and they did a pretty thorough job of cleaning up all the old debris. I inspected the roof before the inspector came and found a few things of concern. After sharing those concerns with the inspector, he took care of them immediately or they were taken care of the next day by one of Dale’s guys. I was most impressed with Brandon and Eric who installed the new guttering system. They were very knowledgeable, professional and skillful in their work and did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend them for any guttering job! Our new roof and gutters look great!

We had repairs done in 2016, and noticed a small leak in 2018. A quick email to Dale's Roofing and they had someone out right away. Robert was here early, and was quick and efficient. He and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes and the cost was covered under our original warranty from 2016. Thanks, Dale's Roofing!

I have not had them do my roof yet, but I would like to speak on how professional and timely they were with my quote. I am in the process of buying a house that requires a new roof and I have to get several roof quotes before I can move forward on my loan. It just so happened that one of the employees from Dales Roofing came into my place of work. His name was Taylor Holland. I explained my situation to him and told him I needed a quote like yesterday and he said, “I have an appointment I need to get to, but after that I would be happy to quote you.” He not only got me the quote faster then any other roofer I have dealt with, but he also hand-delivered it to my work as a courtesy knowing that I was short on time. They are the best. The girls in the office are friendly and professional. My house roof looks great and you would never know they had been there. They cleaned up everything and left no mess. After some wind damage this year, I asked a friend of mine, who's an insurance adjuster (not with my insurance company) how to proceed. He suggested calling a reputable roofing company first, to have them do an evaluation. When I asked him who he recommended, he suggested Dale's Roofing, (whom he had chosen to do his own roof). From the initial evaluation, to the end of the job, every person I dealt with at Dale's has been professional, responsive, and pleasant to deal with. The roofers are well experienced, showed up early, and stayed late. Having only had one roof replaced in my life prior to this, I was impressed by the level of professionalism in taking care of my needs every step of the way. There was constant communication along the way, so I always knew what was going on and why. The final result is great. And, the attention to detail was over and above any expectations I had. What a wonderful company to hire! I received hail damage and needed a new roof placed on my home. Dale’s Roofing had replaced my mom’s roof after a tornado a few years ago and did a great job so I called them for a bid. The men and women I had the pleasure of making contact with were all friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered promptly and they helped me understand the claim process, as this was my first home claim. When the roofers arrived, they made sure to let me get my truck out of the garage so they wouldn’t block me in and they got to work right away. They were fast and worked hard, even in the cold weather, and I had a complete tear off and new roof in less than 2 days! They were even mindful that I had a dog and closed the fence when I was home. They did a great job cleaning up all the debris and nails! I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing their roof replaced.

We encountered some hail and wind damage to our roof this past spring and needed to get a company we could trust to make the repairs. We are new to the Branson area and had very little knowledge about who did excellent work or who to avoid. So, I consulted with our community's maintenance crew to get some answers. Without hesitation, they all recommended Dales Roofing. Then I talked to some home owners. The name of Dales Roofing kept coming up. So, I called and they agreed to take the job. They did a very professional, quality job and we are very pleased with the result. Scheduling was the only issue we had. Being in such demand and having such an unusually stormy Spring in Southwest Missouri this year, they were booked up for months. However, they promptly arrived to make an emergency repair to hold us over until they could complete the work. And like one reviewer said, when they finished the job---"it was like they had never been here". The whole area around the house had been completely cleaned! Great job by the guys at Dale's Roofing.The new roof looks really nice. They worked past dark the first day, finished and cleaned up impeccably the second day. They even remounted my satellite dish and I was able to watch Game 7 of the World Series that night, rather than have DirecTV come out the next day to remount the dish. Thank you, Dale's Roofing!!

They did an excellent, quality job. Once they got on site they were able to complete the job in a week and sent out their own inspector within another week. I called during a high volume time so it took a while for them to be able to work on the roof, but mine was not high need. The roof had some issues that had led to a leak, but it was not consistent so it was not a problem for me to wait. Overall, I am very happy with the quality and cost for the work.

Aaron came and instead of replacing the spots in the valley that were done wrong he replaced the entire valley and check the whole roof for any other problems! Aaron was very understanding and wanted to get the problem fixed as much as we did. If I have any more problems with my roof I'm calling and asking for Aaron by name he was wonderful!

Sammy Vickers came out to do an inspection of our roof as we had a couple of leaks but were dreading the though of having to repair the entire roof as it's getting old. I'm so glad we called Dale's Roofing, Sammy came out and fixed some minor repairs and also took a look at our chimney and noted some fixes that needed that would help with the leaks we were having and got us in contact with a masonry. He as incredibly helpful and gave us his honest opinion that with the fixes he did that day that we would not need to replace. phew! We've had no problems with the roof since.

I've now have had Dale's Roofing managing our home and commercial property since 2010. I can't say enough about my experience. There is a reason I stay local with projects when I need service. Today, I had another great experience with Brandon Gill providing a roof assessment for a leak issue and troubleshooting. He was able to identify the source of the issue and resolve the problem. As an owner, that's all you want. Problem identified, fixed with a positive service experience. This goes from the scheduler to the repair team. Keep it UP!!!!!

Honest and fair. Only company that did not try to sell me a (highly expensive) rail replacement (that did not need replacing), so I went with them. They immediately addressed all issues.

Pros: professional in handling customers Cons: I've had to have them come out a total of 4 times in 4 months to put on ridge vents that were not done (two areas of the house), a gutter was put on the wrong side of the house, and the most recent when a gutter became dis-attached from the house. Side note: I went with Dales due to BBB ratings and speaking with a couple people who had good experiences with them. They are on the upper end of cost but I was OK with that due to their reputation. However, I'm a bit disappointed. If I had not been up on my roof cleaning the gutters, I never would have noticed two areas of my house were missing the ridge vents. I wonder how is that even possible unless they are looking to cut corners and save money.

Had storm damage on my roof and Dale's took care of working with my insurance adjustor and getting a new roof though my home owner's insurance. All I had to pay was my deductible. My roof looks awesome! Thanks for the help Dale's!

I had kind of a nightmare fighting insurance and instead of making me deal with it on my own, Dales Roofing owned the situation and helped me get the roof I needed. I have dealt with a lot of people and companies over the years and this is the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with. They have replaced roofs for me and other members of my family and the work was beyond compare. But if you are looking for a small roof repair they will make an appointment to do the repair, they will cancel and not call you and tell you so or reschedule. The last repair I had done was only 750 dollars, they cancelled 5 times, 3 of them they didn't even call and tell me they couldn't make it they just didn't show up. I had to make a trip to their office and talk to them in person to get them to come out. On the sixth time they finally showed up, the repair looked very nice. Now I am needing a repair that was going to be 250 dollars, the estimate was done on 7/15, today is 7/23 and they have not even called to set a time to make the repair. I give up, if you are not going to spend a ton of money with them they will not be willing to help you. update, on the 24th Dales finally called and said they would be out the 27th or the 28th to do the repair. they did show up the afternoon of the 28th and as usual did a very nice job.

I used Dales Roofing about six years ago and recently the wind blew up some of my shingles. I called Dales to come out and access the damage. A young man came out and repaired the shingles at no cost, and told me the rest of the roof should last several more years. What a great roofing company!!! We had to have our roof replaced due to storm damage. After getting 2 other bids and reviewing the pro's and con's of each bid. We choose Dales because of their knowledge in our needs and the way they presented themselves and their company. I feel it was the best choice, concering your roof is one of the biggest investment you can make for your home. They did a great job from start to finish. I would recommend Dales to any one who wants a company that stands behind their work.

My neighbors were getting new roofs. Called Dales Roofing for estimate. The roofing specialist came out within 2-3 days. He answered all my questions and explained the estimate to me. He was great and not only that the estimate was free. Crew came out within 2 weeks as I was told and did a great job. Roof is beautiful and the crew did an excellent job on the clean up. Couldn't tell anyone had been out. I would recommend Dales to anyone with any roofing issues.

New roof installed in July of 09. They did a great job took out my old vents and installed a roof cap. So I get better ventalation in the attic,they also installed a new roof on my almost flat screened porch with roll roofing in the matching color. We had a drip in Aug. on the flat roof after a big down pour, they came out in a day or two and found the problem and it was fixed. Today is Febuary 16, 2010 no drips anywhere to date. Will use them again if and when we move to a new home. Thanks guy's

I have used dales roofing on several roof jobs and been happy with the work they have done on the roofs. The crews are generally prompt and professional though there have been a few down sides. The guttoring on one house was not put back very well and there was damage to a garage door from the cleanup trailor. Neither one a huge problem but could have been done better. The only other thing is they are not very fast at getting to you for the job but once there I have been happy with the roof work.
