I contacted Dale’s Roofing to have our chimney cap reinstalled after it blew off in a storm. I talked to Brandy, and she had our information on file from previous repairs they had done. Yesterday I saw a Dale's Roofing truck across the street from my house. I had an inspection for my roof and gutters (the famous Springfield hail storm) scheduled with Dale's Roofing for nearly a month from now. I went over and met Brandon Gill who was doing an inspection on my neighbor's roof. I asked Brandon if he could go ahead and do my inspection since my insurance adjuster is coming in just a few days. He got on the phone with his office and was able to reschedule my inspection for right then. He did a very thorough inspection, even sealing some leaks that I did not know I had. He was thorough and gave me great information. I highly recommend Dale's Roofing and especially Brandon Gill for great service. I look forward to them coming and doing the actual roof replacement.

We have a contract for maintaining our roof with Dale’s. So glad we do after the baseball sized hail we had. Our roof was inspected today and we had literally hundreds of divots. Matt and Jared did an amazing job covering the damage to prevent leaks while we wait for a new roof. They used up all of their tarps and everything else they could find to ensure there are no leaks. We have used Dale's Roofing for repairs and full roof replacement for over 20 years. Recently we noticed squirrel damage to our roof. Dale's immidately sent an inspector and found a serious problem. Within a few days, Dale's sent 2 of the nicest and most efficient repair specialists (Kendall and Hunter) to our home for what turned out to be a pretty serious repair job. The squirrel(s) had done a lot of damage. I could't be more pleased with the service we received from Dale's and the work that Kendall and Hunter did to repair our roof damage. This is just one more reason we have stayed with Dale's for all these years and, absolutely, continue to HIGHLY RECOMMEND their company!

We’ve had Dale’s Roofing inspect our roof a couple times over the last few years for things from a small leak due to high straight line winds, and trying do bat exclusion while the bats were gone in the winter. Never did Dale’s Roofing try to sell us a new roof. This last time we had them out we could clearly see our shingles were no longer lying flat in even moderate winds and we were due for a new roof. Jason was very good at letting us know our options. And Sammy with his great crew were able to install our new roof (detached garage and house) along with some decking repairs in one day before the rain came in. Everyone was communicative from start to finish and we are pleased with our new roof.

Appreciate quick response to a couple of roof leaks, Kyle came out and found where the leaks were coming from and gave me a very affordable repair quote. We were on a tight deadline after our insurance company notified us that they were unable to continue coverage unless our roof was replaced within 5 weeks. Kyle from Dale’s was fantastic—he quickly provided a quote and even redid it for a metal roof at our request, making sure all our questions were answered. Loralee in the office was also incredibly helpful. She walked us through all the financing options and made sure we were fully informed before we decided how to pay for the new roof. The entire process, from the initial quote to the finished roof, took only 14 days total. Joe and Brandon handled the actual installation in just 2 days! They even took the time to replace some rotting wood they found so we wouldn’t have to remove our new gutters to fix it later. They did a great job cleaning up and everyone involved made the whole experience stress-free.

Dale roofing r&r my shingled roof due to a damaging hail storm. The job also included replacing the gutters, downspouts, and the existing gutter guards. After completion, there was one roof leak that took two service calls to rectify. I am dissatisfied with the Gutter guards that Dales Roofing's subcontractor installed. They are not near the quality of those that were replaced.

Joe came after I noticed some more problems with the soffit and fascia being open into the attic. Joe did a great job fixing the gaps with the soffit and facial! He was great. I mention I was overcharged $600 for the total/initial fascia work when roof was installed. Nathan, the building inspector had quoted me a total of 635 sqft for decking and fascia, but I was later told that didn't include the fascia. The final bill was $600 more than Nathan had quoted.

Brandon completed my yearly roof maintenance. He was very polite, efficient, and trustworthy.

Garage had a leak in late 2025. Called Dales as they had put the new roof on before the 07 ice storm and never had an issue. The y came out within a day or 2, found the issue and repaired the area within the next week. Updates were forthcoming with cost, repair est, repair cost, when they were coming etc. Excellent service

We had an issue with one section of gutter always back filling and overflowing instead of emptying into the downspout. Brandon Gill recently performed the annual inspection of my mother's roof. She was very pleased with his punctuality, friendliness, and communication. Service from Dale's continues to be top notch following installation.

During the recent wind storms, we had a limb fall and damage our front porch. The damage looked extremely extensive. There was roofing damage, gutter damage, soffit, and facia damage and what looked to be structural damage. We got three different quotes that arranged from $3000-$5000. We went with Dale’s bid at about $3800. The work was impeccable. The guys sent out, Joe and Brandon, were friendly, experienced, and very helpful. They spent a lot of time listening to our concerns and were very helpful in explaining the process. They also did the work in a timely fashion and once done, made sure everything was cleaned up. I would definitely recommend Dales Roofing to anyone needing Roof replacement or roof repair.

Roofing is expensive! Your roofing company has to be willing to explain their quote and even move the price to beat other companies. Dales did that. But the real workman ship came as they repaired the roof and were honest with each piece of decking that really would not have lasted as long as the shingles did. One part of my roof was really bad and they had to do extra. That was not free, but it was priced very fair and came with an explanation and pictures to show what they were doing. Later, I found something that I didn’t think was right. I called and Brandon came out and fixed what my concern was. Service, professionalism and honesty. I recommend Dales Roof for these reasons, not because they have a cutesy jingle.

We just had our roof done today. Robert and his team were awesome. They were extra careful and paid attention to detail when prepping to protect the items in our yard. I think my yard was actually cleaner after they left. My biggest concern was nails in the yard and they did a great job.

Hail damage in 2026. Another new roof.. Joe and his team did a great job. Arrived early and completed the job fast. Tradh was pucked up. Debris was hauled away the next morning.

After our new gutter & downspout was installed we were missing the last 5% to make it right. Dale's sent Brandon Gill out to do the warranty work and he made it right, and then some. He added the two elbows we needed and then asked my permission to add a safety strap on the 30 ft gutter. Yes, thank you! If the wind had caught that section of gutter it would have been a mess. So, thank you Brandon. Not only did you fix the problem, you went above and beyond to make it better than new. Merry Christmas!
