I admit to feeling overwhelmed at the extent of hail damage to my property. I had no prior experience with roofing but am extremely pleased with Dale's. Shane helped with our estimate and stayed connected until the contract was signed. He explained all our options and answered all our questions. Jordan was the manager overseeing our actual installation. He even took my call on a Saturday when the work crew was here and we had a problem. He persisted with our skylight challenge and made certain everything was done to our satisfaction. Joe and Richard came back to do the actual install of the troublesome skylight and did a fantastic job. They hauled off the remaining debris and left our property neat and tidy. After the hail storm in April I needed a new roof and chimney cap. Dale's made this process wonderful. With an estimate, beyond any new boards, I new what financially I would be looking at. The crew arrived at 6am and was done by 3pm. Jessie was amazing. He throughly measured my chimney, for chimney cap then returned a few days later to install. He also suggested that at some point I get a flue cap. He went to lunch, picked it up and returned to install. Jessie went above and beyond with customer service even in these hot hot summer days. Thanks to Dale, Joe and Miguel for replacing the roofs on the sanctuary and fellowship hall at Republic First Baptist Church. We have used Dale's Roofing for repairs in the past and when the hail storm destroyed our shingled roofs, we reached our to Dale's for help. Dale is prompt and easy to reach when I have questions about their bid. Dale also replaced the roof on my home and also my mom's house. You won't be disappointed with their service.

On August 7th 2026 Joe and Braden were out again to address a small leak on the deck covering. Some patch ups that were done on our roof while we wait for the full fix. Brandon was very friendly and explained clearly what temporary fixes he did before our roof is redone. They are also doing patch ups/repairs and full roof fixes in case you need either/or.

My neighbor's tree fell and took out a corner of my roof, soffit, fascia, and gutters. A complicated repair down to the rafters. Joe and Brandon performed an amazing repair. The repairs were done quickly and very professionally. They even came out and reinforced the tarping until they could get to the repair. Dale's roofing company is phenomenal. Brandon came out to look at my roof and gutters for hail damage. He was a nice guy and did a thorough job. He even offered to blow my gutters out while surveying the roof, which I gladly accepted. Very professional.

Joe and Brandon came out to patch up the roof until it gets replaced within a few hours of my call. They were quick and friendly and let us know exactly what they fixed. Great experience overall.

We had a minor leak start from a skylight after the hard rains over the weekend. We called Dale's and they were able to stop by super quickly. They diagnosed the problem (minor luckily) and got it fixed in about an hour. Joe and Brandon very friendly and knocked it out immediately and I barely noticed they were there. The entire team (especially Dale, Nathan, Shane, and Jordan) was very impressive and attentive from top to bottom, and after evaluating three companies, we decided that Dale's was the only company we trusted to address all of the issues that needed upgrading to the best of our needs. The fact that they have a masonry division to address chimney/brick spalling issues was also a huge plus, as they helped remedy an issue that others had not. Brandon Gill was also very helpful and did a great job resolving issues with some damaged shingles on the roof and ridge in a follow-up call.
