Conrad was great, came and got the job done really fast and efficiently and last minute no less! Communication was good. He had installed a solar fan on my new roof after I was having a lot of problems with upstairs being extremely hot and not cooling down. Went from a 7 to 8° difference to no more than 2°. Would recommend!

Conrad and his team installed 3 Sun Tunnels for us. One in the kitchen and two in the living room. What a difference! What was a dark and somber house is now bathed in beautiful light. Of all the improvements we have made which are numerous indeed, these Sun Tunnels beat them all for giving us a well lit environment which we value very highly. Thanks Conrad!

Conrad installed our skylights a few years ago, two lights in the kitchen, and one in the master bathroom. Recently, he replaced a motor on one. Other than that, I’ve had no problems with the lights and highly recommend them. Conrad quickly responded for the repair and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommended this company!!

Conrad came and installed 6 Tubular Skylights in our office and i absolutely love them. Natural light is great for productivity and energy. Not only do I not need to turn on the light switch but even in overcast sky's i still have plenty of light to see what i'm doing. Amazing job and we will be doing more with them in the future.

Conrad did a wonderful job replacing and installing skylights for one of our properties. He was quick, efficient, and great to work with. He was highly recommended by several roofing companies and I can see why! Very happy with the product in the service.

Conrad added two tunnel lights in my living room. Wonderful. Great sunlight during the day, at night the moon glow solar night lights are awesome as well. Highly recommended.

Very happy with my new skylights! I had very old leaky skylights. Conrad came out, gave me a great price and had the new ones installed in just a couple weeks. The installer even identified some rotten decking and replaced it during the install for a very minimal additional charge. Overall, very happy and looking towards more improvements in the future.

No need to call anyone else! Honest, Timely, wonderful to work with.

Tubular Skylights by Conrad is a a very good company. We love our skylights and the customer service is great!

We love our skylights and we get many compliments.Conrad is a good worker and very helpful if you have any questions. We would recommend him anytime.

Conrad and his partner came out today to service the skylights we had installed before we moved in. We also received a quote for two attic fans and another skylight that we’ll be getting installed soon. Also the tax credit!!!! These things are cool. 👍

We are so pleased with the fantastic job Conrad did installing our new skylights! After several unsuccessful attempts to repair our leaking skylights, we were referred to Tubular Skylights—and we’re so glad we found them. Conrad was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Thanks to his excellent work, our skylights are no longer leaking, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend Tubular Skylights and especially Conrad for anyone looking for quality work and peace of mind.

We have 2 solar attic/roof fans!! If you don’t have any you need to talk to Conrad. We had 2 put in several years ago and WOW what a difference in the temperature upstairs! Conrad was just here today again! We switched out to tge newer models. Our house was hit by lightning and I called Conrad to have him come and check the fans out. They were fine, however we decided to upgrade them. Conrad and his team are polite and very professional ! Give him a call 😀😉

Everything from initial estimate to final installation was exceptionally good. Clean up was done well and we are exceedingly happy with the final two Skylite Tubes in our living room.😁👍

Conrad installed three solar tubes and a solar attic fan in my new home. I have more natural light than I could have predicted and am very satisfied with his suggestions and work. I have been working with him in three different homes and have always been extremely satisfied. I highly recommend Conrad.

Conrad did a fabulous job for me. Made a very dark kitchen bright. Love getting these. Highly recommend him

Conrad installed 2 tubular skylights in our kitchen and hallway. Very attractive and beautiful light shines in our home now. He is very knowledgeable and meticulous in his work.

Conrad installed two Velux Tubular Skylights in our living room. We are very pleased with the result. He accomplished the installation in about four hours. Conrad is very personable and easy to work with. We highly recommend working with him.

I have had a skylight and a solar fan by Conrad for over a year. Both have held up greatbduring torrential storms. Liked the results soo much I've had him install another solar attic fan

We had two solar tubes installed by Conrad. He stopped by to offer an estimate and did the install later the same day. You can't beat same day service! He did a great job. He works clean and had a pleasant demeanor.

Our kitchen and family room were so dark we had to turn the lights on during the day. Conrad was scheduled for the end of April to install solar tubes. He had an opening the middle of April and came early. So glad he did! Conrad and his helper were very professional and worked cleanly installing the two solar tubes. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! We keep trying to turn the lights off and there aren’t any lights on! He also put the night lights in them so there is a soft glow in the rooms at night. WE LOVE OUR SOLAR TUBES! Thank you Conrad!

I can’t begin to tell you how pleased we are with Conrad and the beautiful skylight he installed for us. He also installed a solar tube. Both times we received highly professional care and the results are breath taking. Conrad is very knowledgeable and provided a thorough consult prior to instillation and his work is of the highest quality. We are grateful for his hard work, professionalism, and dedication to bringing more light into our home. Thank you, Conrad!!!

The skylights my Dad had gotten installed 30 years ago were starting to leak pretty bad, Conrad came over and did a wonderful job in getting them replaced and in pouring down rain there is no more running for buckets to catch the drips. Peace of mind is a wonderful feeling!

We were impressed with Conrad's attention to detail and prompt response to our request for information regarding the attic fans. We're hoping to see lasting benefits from the installation of two attic fans. As we just had them put in our attic today, we don't have actual cost reductions in our cooling costs yet but we're anticipating noticeable results. Thanks Conrad, The Christensen's

We had Conrad install a Sun Tunnel and solar fan for us. The Sun Tunnel brought in so much light in the room. It was amazing. The solar fan was a real delight. Our house was hot. The attic didn't have adequate ventilation. Conrad installed the fan. The very next day we could tell a big difference. Our upstairs rooms were cooler and the air condition didn't have to work so hard. Three solar fan doesn't even make noise. I highly recommended Conrad. He's a great guy and very professional!

Had a solar attic fan installed..doing a wonderful job, especially in this miserable heat!! Tim was great to work with..Thank you Conrad...

Excellent service and product. Conrad has installed 2 skylights for us.He gave us a great price and they were installed in a timely manner. I recommend their work.

Conrad and Tim did a nice job installing my 5 solar tubes, conscientiously and respectful of my property. Its a great and positive change in my house.

Conrad installed 2 skylights for us…both look great…I have wanted a skylight for so long..it has done exactly what I thought it would do, opened up the whole room…they came when they said they would come and did what they said they would do…very pleased and happy!

Contacted Conrad to reinstall a botched Velux flashing and to finish the interior of the skylights. His work was exceptional. Resolved the flashing issue and did a stellar job on the interior finish.

Due to our home's orientation, topography, and surrounding trees, the interior was always dim even on the brightest day. Conrad and Tim installed Sun Tunnels (tubular skylights) in two bathrooms, a hallway, an entry way, the kitchen, and the mudroom. We can't get over the difference they are making in our light levels. Now instead of having to turn lights on every time we enter a room, we don't turn them on until the sun goes down. Even on overcast days, the additional light is enough. And the solar nightlights are terrific: bright enough to navigate by, blue to calm the eyes and brain, and eligible for the solar tax credit. Conrad is tops to work with; we're so grateful to him. Now if we could just stop thinking we have to turn lights off, lol!

Conrad installed our Tubular skylights and attic fan. The solar attic fan takes out a tremendous amount of heat that was keeping our bonus room extremely Hot. I can’t say enough about our skylights, we save so much energy not having to turn on kitchen lights. He is very courteous and professional....Highly recommend.

We wanted skylights since moving in our home. Being from Florida just can't get enough of the sunshine. Conrad gave information on the solar powered attic fan and we were sold. Not only did we get skylights also purchased the attic fan. What a difference the attic fan makes in keeping the home at comfortably level without running constantly. Conrad did a great job and very considerate on cleaning up after the work. Highly recommend Conrad for the job and definitely the skylights and attic fan. Oh, and the icing on the cake is there is a TAX CREDIT! Recommend, recommend, recommend!!!!!!!

Excellent to work with

I had Conrad update my skylight with the new VeLux that is low E glass, and I’ve noticed my room stays cooler than it was before so I am happy with it, and I recommend Conrad

I feel that these tubular skylights are my best purchase ever! I have more natural light in my home and save on electric cost. Conrad knows exactly what he is doing and is very professional, patient and informative. I had him place tubular skylights on our metal roof over 14 years ago with zero problems. He gladly and promptly came back to reseal the old seals.

We had Conrad install a solar attic fan ,it definitely keeps our attic cooler enough so that we noticed our electric bill is lower, we also think th suntunnels is th best thing we've done to our house, and we really appreciated th solar nite kites especially when our power went out one nite, we recommend him

I would like to thank Conrad Miller of Tubular Skylights by Conrad, for a wonderful job done on my 3 tubular skylights. Wow, what a difference! There is so much natural light now in my home. I can't believe I waited so long to have them installed. Anyone thinking about getting skylights in their home, I highly recommend this company. He installed 3 skylights in one afternoon and he was so neat, I didn't even have to vacuum after he left. He's been in business for over 25 years and uses the highest quality of materials. He is so pleasant to work with and another really good thing about having them installed this year is that you can get a 30% tax credit for 2019. It goes down a little for 2020. Conrad is the BEST!!

Outstanding service and professional installation. We had a solatube added and decided on a solar attic fan also. Daniel did a great job on the install and was knowledgeable about all aspects of the product, install, and warranty. Worked like a maniac and got everything done in about 3 hours. He also took great care not to leave any construction mess in the house. If you're looking for Professionalism and expertise, these are the guys to get.

Conrad installed two much needed attic fans, two solar blinds for our living room skylights and just recently, a Sun Tunnel for our very dark hallway laundry area. We are very pleased with his work and would not hesitant to recommend him. He's a very dependable guy.

Since Conrad installed a solar attic fan in my attic I noticed a definite decreasing attic temperatures when I open my attic enclosure and just going into my garage I notice it is also staying cooler in the summer which I am sure is helping my air conditioning bill and making my shingles last longer as well so I am very well pleased thank you Conrad

Conrad installed our suntunnel in two hours flat and it looks great. Excited to have some natural light in our hall bath.

The skylights are wonderful. The installation is seamless. And the company has great integrity. I would recommend this product and these people without hesitation! I still get up every morning and I'm grateful to have my tubular Skylight in my bathroom. Check them out!

Our home had some areas that was short on natural light and Conrad came to the rescue. He very patiently explained the options and gave us reasonable prices. His work was neat and timely. He installed four 14 inch tubular suntubes, one in the den, two in the dining room and one in the kitchen. We can’t believe how many times we’ve gone to turn the lights off when indeed they were not on. The daylight that is provided by these tubes have greatly lifted the mood of the entire dwelling. Not only are we very pleased with the increase of daytime daylight, but we opted to have him also install the solar night lights as well and now we can safely navigate those areas at night, on the darkest of nights, without having to turn on any lights. What an added plus. We are so glad we chose that option. These upgrades are the best money we have spent on this house since we purchased the property. If you have any poorly lighted areas in your dwelling or business, we would highly recommend your contacting Conrad to help you solve that problem. A quiet, honest, timely, quality workmanship business man.

Conrad installed two skylights in our living room. Conrad reviewed the job, made recommendations on placement, and gave us a quote. The skylights were installed in a few days, with Conrad working very hard to beat the rain. The job was done to our complete satisfaction. The electrician (Rueben) Conrad used was excellent, as was the drywall finisher, Johnny LaRue. We have now had the skylights for three months. No problems or issues with them. They have made a world of difference in our living room. We highly recommend Conrad for skylight installation.

We have 3 tubular units and solar attic vent fan installed by Conrad over the past 10 years and yet he came out promptly when one skylight had a problem, and repaired at no cost. Thanks Conrad..

Conrad installed 5 tubular skylights in our new home last June. We highly recommend his skylights in any room without a window, and we highly recommend Conrad for a professional installation.

Conrad Miller has replaced 3 Skylights at our home that were originally installed in 1983, we will soon be having a 4th replaced. Conrad installed the self cleaning glass in these skylights and they are wonderful to say the least. It is amazing how clean the glass becomes after a rain, it looks like there is no window at all. Thank You Conrad for telling us about this fantastic glass. Jerry and Marlene Badgerow

We are very happy with the workmanship, quality and professionalism of Mr. Miller. I highly recommend this company.

Several areas of our home were extremely dark, including the kitchen. We had 4 tubular skylights installed. The difference is amazing. One went in the laundry area which had no natural light. Now I can do laundry without turning on a light. We put two in the kitchen and the transformation is astounding. Conrad is very easy to work with. He made excellent suggestions. Just sorry we didn't do this sooner.

Conrad's skylight work was amazing! Efficient, thorough, and superb installation. But the really amazing thing is the skylights themselves. Wonderful daylight comes streaming into our kitchen area via two skylights strategically placed! Has transformed the feel of the space. Also have one in the master closet and a windowless bath. Resources well spent!

Conrad was polite, thorough and efficient. He gave us a very fair price. We are extremely pleased with his work and service.
