Conrad came and installed 6 Tubular Skylights in our office and i absolutely love them. Natural light is great for productivity and energy. Not only do I not need to turn on the light switch but even in overcast sky's i still have plenty of light to see what i'm doing. Amazing job and we will be doing more with them in the future.

Very happy with my new skylights! I had very old leaky skylights. Conrad came out, gave me a great price and had the new ones installed in just a couple weeks. The installer even identified some rotten decking and replaced it during the install for a very minimal additional charge. Overall, very happy and looking towards more improvements in the future.

We have 2 solar attic/roof fans!! If you don’t have any you need to talk to Conrad. We had 2 put in several years ago and WOW what a difference in the temperature upstairs! Conrad was just here today again! We switched out to tge newer models. Our house was hit by lightning and I called Conrad to have him come and check the fans out. Our kitchen and family room were so dark we had to turn the lights on during the day. Conrad was scheduled for the end of April to install solar tubes. He had an opening the middle of April and came early. So glad he did! Conrad and his helper were very professional and worked cleanly installing the two solar tubes. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! The skylights my Dad had gotten installed 30 years ago were starting to leak pretty bad, Conrad came over and did a wonderful job in getting them replaced and in pouring down rain there is no more running for buckets to catch the drips. Peace of mind is a wonderful feeling!

We had Conrad install a Sun Tunnel and solar fan for us. The Sun Tunnel brought in so much light in the room. It was amazing. The solar fan was a real delight. Our house was hot. The attic didn't have adequate ventilation. Conrad installed the fan. The very next day we could tell a big difference. Our upstairs rooms were cooler and the air condition didn't have to work so hard. Three solar fan doesn't even make noise. I highly recommended Conrad. He's a great guy and very professional!

Contacted Conrad to reinstall a botched Velux flashing and to finish the interior of the skylights. His work was exceptional. Resolved the flashing issue and did a stellar job on the interior finish.

Due to our home's orientation, topography, and surrounding trees, the interior was always dim even on the brightest day. Conrad and Tim installed Sun Tunnels (tubular skylights) in two bathrooms, a hallway, an entry way, the kitchen, and the mudroom. We can't get over the difference they are making in our light levels. Now instead of having to turn lights on every time we enter a room, we don't turn them on until the sun goes down. Even on overcast days, the additional light is enough. And the solar nightlights are terrific: bright enough to navigate by, blue to calm the eyes and brain, and eligible for the solar tax credit. Conrad is tops to work with; we're so grateful to him. Now if we could just stop thinking we have to turn lights off, lol!

Conrad installed our Tubular skylights and attic fan. The solar attic fan takes out a tremendous amount of heat that was keeping our bonus room extremely Hot. I can’t say enough about our skylights, we save so much energy not having to turn on kitchen lights. He is very courteous and professional....Highly recommend.

We wanted skylights since moving in our home. Being from Florida just can't get enough of the sunshine. Conrad gave information on the solar powered attic fan and we were sold. Not only did we get skylights also purchased the attic fan. What a difference the attic fan makes in keeping the home at comfortably level without running constantly. Outstanding service and professional installation. We had a solatube added and decided on a solar attic fan also. Daniel did a great job on the install and was knowledgeable about all aspects of the product, install, and warranty. Worked like a maniac and got everything done in about 3 hours. Conrad installed two much needed attic fans, two solar blinds for our living room skylights and just recently, a Sun Tunnel for our very dark hallway laundry area. We are very pleased with his work and would not hesitant to recommend him. He's a very dependable guy.

Our home had some areas that was short on natural light and Conrad came to the rescue. He very patiently explained the options and gave us reasonable prices. His work was neat and timely. He installed four 14 inch tubular suntubes, one in the den, two in the dining room and one in the kitchen. We can’t believe how many times we’ve gone to turn the lights off when indeed they were not on. The daylight that is provided by these tubes have greatly lifted the mood of the entire dwelling. Not only are we very pleased with the increase of daytime daylight, but we opted to have him also install the solar night lights as well and now we can safely navigate those areas at night, on the darkest of nights, without having to turn on any lights. What an added plus. We are so glad we chose that option. These upgrades are the best money we have spent on this house since we purchased the property. Conrad installed two skylights in our living room. Conrad reviewed the job, made recommendations on placement, and gave us a quote. Several areas of our home were extremely dark, including the kitchen. We had 4 tubular skylights installed. The difference is amazing. One went in the laundry area which had no natural light. Now I can do laundry without turning on a light. We put two in the kitchen and the transformation is astounding. Conrad is very easy to work with. He made excellent suggestions. Just sorry we didn't do this sooner.

Conrad's skylight work was amazing! Efficient, thorough, and superb installation. But the really amazing thing is the skylights themselves.
