Outstanding service from the first visit with Laureyn to the guys who did the installation! We were always notified about weather changes to the schedule, yet they were only a day off from initial scheduling and that was due to a rain storm here in Hudson MA. The install crew was very friendly and VERY clean. Knowing we have a dog, the install crew even asked if they could vacuum, checking to see if our pup would be afraid of the vacuum! I have zero hesitancy recommending Laureyn and Synergy.

Excellent service
-
Price was lower than other estimates I received for the same product. The process was seamless and faster than estimated. The end result looks great. Very satisfied customer!
-
Very excited about my skylight. Gorgeous and quick install. AND they were very helpful with the documentation required for approval from My HOA. Returned calls promptly - met their commitments. I could not be more pleased having worked with them. Thank you!
-
We had a leak in the corner of our skylight and they took time to find the cause, discussed options answered all our questions and we decided on replacement. They came on time and did a through cleanup before they left. A great experience !
-
Lauren and Nick make a fantastic team.. Lauren in the planning and Nick in the installation.. strongly recommend them
-
Great job with the roof and skylights. Very professional throughout the project and I highly recommend this company.
-
Synergy did an excellent job replacing 3 skylights. Laureyn explains technical details and expectations clearly during the proposal process. Nick managed a perfect installation and Andrew completed the finish work on time. Everyone at Synergy is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.
-
Working with Laureyn and Nick was a great experience from first visit to final install. Professional, timely and skilled. Our new skylights look great and the process was very easy thanks to Laureyn and the install team.
-
Professional, communication, courteous, clean & knowledge of product.
-
Synergy provided great guidance in helping us select the right windows for us and had excellent communication, start to finish. Our new skylights appear well installed and are working (opening/closing and shades) very well. The installation crew was very professional and seemed to install the skylights correctly - no leaking so far! We wished that the new/replacement shingle color was a closer match to our existing roof color but understand that is difficult to achieve. All in all very happy with the job and would strongly recommend Synergy.
-
Synergy are knowledgeable, professional and efficient. We had a complicated problem with our roof and they alone gave a diagnosis I believed in. They finished in one day and cleaned up very nicely. I would definitely have them back. I consider their price fair. As they worked I was shown photos of what things looked like below the surface with complete explanations. I believe they try to be the best and succeed.

I had a great experience with Laureyn and Nick of Synergy Skylights. They replaced my skylight. They spent time patiently answering my questions and working with my budget. The installation was smooth. The installers were prompt, pleasant and left a clean space. I have already recommended them to my neighbors.
-
Had a positive experience with Synergy from start to finish. Lauryn and Nick are a pleasure to work with, professional, and reliable. The repair/reglazing job caused no stress from contract to completion and this is how it should be. Would recommend for Wasco/Velux skylight repairs.
-
We are very pleased with the new skylights and their functionaloity. All work was completed and cleaned up and the installer ( I am sorry to not remember his name) was professional and explained all the work and how the skylights work.
-
I love our new skylights from Synergy! The whole process was smooth and efficient. Laureyn was extremely responsive and was always available to answer any of my questions. She explained the whole process and I felt very comfortable doing business with Synergy. The website has great informational videos about the products. Everyone on the team always arrived perfectly on-time (very rare these days) and was courteous and kind. Nick and Andrew explained the installation progress and left everything clean and tidy both days. I love our solar-powered skylights and that they can be used with remote control. I would recommend Synergy to anyone wanting skylights.
-
From our first interaction with Laureyn discussing our options for skylight replacement to the final installation, we were 100% pleased! Laureyn walked us through our options, sent multiple proposals and answered all of our questions. The Velux solar powered shades have been a godsend over the past couple of weeks, especially since our air conditioner sprung a coil leak just a couple of days before the installation. The installation crew was fantastic! Andrew and Nick were meticulous getting those new skylights in place and finishing the inside near the drywall (that was all Andrew). Laureyn was able to get a super close match on our shingles-we have some black fungus growing on the roof and were not able to get the roof cleaned before the install. I’m hoping once the roof is cleaned the match will be just about perfect! The husband, wife, and cousin team who scraped the old shingles and reroofed the area around the skylights did a meticulous job, including cleanup! They all assisted in getting those large skylights placed safely and ensuring there will be no leaks. The building inspector was also very impressed with the job they did, inside and out! After seeing how hard they all worked on one of the steamiest hottest summer days, I can tell you we’d hire them again if we ever needed! You should not hesitate! Their pricing was fair all around, offering discounts for multiple skylights. It was a big expense but we knew we were living on borrowed time with our 40+ year old skylights. Thanks again to Laureyn and the full installation team!
-
We were very pleased with the work done for us recently on our Sun Tunnel! Synergy Skylights came just a few minutes late and got to work right away and had the project done in very quick order. They also gave us some advice on dealing with bugs with out Sun Tunnel. Great work guys!
-
Laureyn was fantastic from the start. She was extremely thorough during her initial assessment, which meant zero surprises when it came time for the work to be done. She was super responsive before, during, and after the project and really went out of her way to make everything stress-free. The crew showed up right on time, worked fast, and were very friendly. The entire project was completed right on schedule with no delays or hidden hitches. I couldn't be happier with how smoothly it all went—I’ll definitely be using them again for any future roof or skylight needs!

Synergy Skylights and Roofing did an outstanding job installing our new Velux skylight. The installation included perfectly matching interior trim, which made the finished work look clean and seamless. The crew was excellent, professional, and did a great job cleaning up afterward. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Synergy Skylights and Roofing.
-
Great service, communication and attention to detail. The crew was very thorough and did a great job.
-
Laureyn and the team at Synergy Skylights did an outstanding job on the Velux Skylights replacement. They showed up on-time and were able to complete the project in about three (3) hours. The product with the shades that can be operated with a remote has my wife over the top excited. The room temperature is about 7 degrees cooler with the shades down during a full sun day. The team left our family room spotless after installation. I would highly recommend Synergy Skylights both on workmanship and value.

-
Great company to work with. The process was easy from start to finish.
-
Very professional, great communication and transparency. No stress. Overall, wonderful experience.
-
From start to finish Synergy Skylights did an amazing job replacing our roof. They managed the project professionally and completely and were a pleasure to work with. I recommend them 100%.
-
Outstanding roofing and skylights experience with the Synergy team - from initial communication to permitting assistance to install to cleanup, this team is top notch! Laureyn is one of the best communicating vendors I have ever worked with. We feel lucky to have found her (and the whole team) and are so pleased with how this project went! Thank you, Synergy team!!!!
-
Great experience with Synergy Skylights! They were professional, clean and did wonderful work replacing our 37 year old outdated skylights. Their communication was constant and ever step was explained in detail. I would highly recommend.
-
From the consultation and introduction with Laureyn to the finished product with Nick, Andrew and their crew this process was flawless. The communication pre and post project was exceptional. Their attention to detail and quality of work made for very happy homeowners. Synergy runs a very well oiled machine from beginning to end. Roof replacement and skylight installation is a messy project…when they left there was no sign that they were ever there. I would shout from my newly installed roof that SYNERGY is the way to go!
-
My 3 skylights installed are wonderful. I waited a long time (because of winter weather). Workers were neat and tidy and took pride in there abilities to fit them to my openings. Cleaned up all debris and even washed the windows. They wanted to make sure that I understood how to operate them, and care for them. Very very satisfied, would refer this company and workers to anyone looking for skylights.
-
Synergy replaced 4 skylights and 2 side roofs for us, and they did an amazing job! They are incredibly professional, organized, detailed in what they promise and deliver, friendly and have clear expertise in what they do. They came recommended to by a close friend, and I highly recommend them to you!
-
Perfect experience. Synergy was able to complete the job in a quick timeframe and professionally.
-
We had several skylights replaced by the Synergy team and we couldn't be happier with them! Laureyn responded very quickly to my initial inquiry with a call and clear expectations regarding the timeline and relevant info for the job. From the first call, I greatly appreciated her ability to communicate. But her value didn't end there. She is trustworthy, smart and dedicated to providing a top tier product and installation. You can absolutely trust all the people raving about this company. They've earned the stellar reputation. Thanks so much!
-
To Laureyn & the Synergy Team: Thanks so much for your communication skills, professionalism, knowledge, follow up & your energy! I'd use you guys again in a heartbeat and will recommend you to anyone who asks. ... Happy holidays!
-
Start to finish this company is amazing. First emails to last! Crew professional and would not have changed a thing. Had 2 sky lights installed and they look great , the solar shades are helping with the heating and I am sure the ac in the summer. The room has more light and and a more modern feel!
-
Received estimate with options for replacing two skylights and had them installed per our preferences. Outstanding experience in all respects: clear explanation of option pros and cons, ease of communicating our constraints on accessing roof while other work was being done, prompt response in all communications, skillful and efficient installation work, careful matching of roof shingles, flawless operation and appearance of new skylights. Highly recommended!
-
I contacted Synergy to replace my 35 year old skylights. They were responsive and very professional. They gave great details about what they were going to do and cleaned up before leaving the job site. The work they performed was high quality.
-
Lauryn, Nick & the team did an incredible job with the entire Skylight installation process. I hire many services as part of my job and rarely get this level of competance and customer care. I would have no hesitation hiring them for any future work as well as referring them to others in need of such services. Thank you
-
We love the new skylights that Synergy Skylights added to our daughter's room. Laureyn explained the processed clearly and helped us make decisions about what options would work best for our space. We are thrilled with the outcome. It really transformed the room,.
-
What a great company to do business with. Communication was clear and timely. The work they did was terrific. I’m so happy with my new skylight blinds!
-
Work was done neatly and with perfection!! Would definitely recommend ❤️
-
Great experience. Beautiful work. We had 8 forty year old skylights replaced on a cedar roof. The exterior and interior finish work is perfect. It's a pleasure to watch experts who know what they are doing.
-
Laureyn and Nick were great to work with. Very responsive and helpful. I was impressed at how they have set up their business to utilize technology where it makes most sense, while maintaining a personal connection to the customer. An informative website, automated quoting billing and payment plus Laureyn answering the phone and spending time with me to explain the options made for a seamless installation experience that was completed ahead of schedule! I was out of town for the installation, but the house was left spotless. I would highly recommend Synergy Skylights.
-
We knew we wanted to add skylights to our upstairs bedrooms but had held off for a long time thinking it would be a major disruption for our family. On the contrary, the team at Synergy quickly and efficiently framed openings and installed skylights in less than a day without leaving a speck of dust behind! From the first sales meeting to completion, everyone at Synergy impressed us with their professionalism and courteousness . I would only ever consider them for skylight installation in the future.
-
Synergy responded very quickly to my request for a quote. I was surprised how soon they fit us in for an initial quote since we live in a rural part of southern NH. The price was very reasonable, and they were all pleasant to work with. They got an early start on the actual skylight replacement, finished in half the expected time, and left a clean living room when they were done. Beautiful work!
-
Super easy to work with! I had one old skylight replaced and it was done quick + correct. We had some bad weather roll through at install time. They were able to pivot and schedule for a different day. 10/10 would recommend
-
The staff at Synergy Skylights and Roofing are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and responsive. Laureyn, Nick, Andrew and the crew did a great job. I am very pleased with the two replacement Velux skylights. -Joel B
-
Quality workmanship, excellent communication, detailed project estimate with photos, every question answered, expert guidance and support throughout the process, I highly recommend this company!
-
I had a great experience with Synergy Skylights from the sales process, to installation, cleanup and current day product satisfaction. Laureyn was very knowledgeable, communicative, and organized. Nick and team was quick, professional, clean and made sure I knew how to use the skylights and remotes. Everyone answered my questions and there were lots of them! Would definitely recommend Synergy. Thanks again for the great work!
-
-
Laureyn and Nick were excellent. Easy to work with, very attentive, and informative. Crew was neat and tidy. Excellent experience. Will definitely be using Synergy when we need to replace the roof!
-
Synergy Skylights and Roofing did a great job from the initial contact and explanation of what they will do for us through the completed job in two days. I recommend them to anyone looking for skylights and or roofing.
-
Great experience, from the estimate through to the finished job. On time, courteous (they took off their shoes before coming in the house, unprompted), and very quick to answer questions. They replaced 5 skylights, and we're quite pleased with the results. We had a few estimates that were cheaper, but we didn't have the same level of confidence that we did with Synergy. It's worth having the peace of mind knowing the job is being done right, and with concern for one's property (clean-up was thorough).
-
Laureyn and Nick are great to work with! We originally worked with them when we needed a skylight replaced a few years ago, and then we called on them again when it was time to replace the roof. The crew did great work - thorough and efficient. Laureyn did a wonderful job of walking us through the process and explaining all our options to us. Our new roof will keep our house safe for years to come.
-
Highly recommend; Laureyn and Nick are extremely thorough, did not overpromise, and followed through on all the job details, large and small--which is uncommon in my experience. This was probably the most smoothly handled large remodeling project we've contracted for.
-
Excellent experience from start to finish on my skylight and roof project. The crew worked hard in extreme heat, handled every detail — even porta potty and dumpster removal — and kept the process stress-free. The skylight works perfectly, and the craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this team!
-
Synergy Skylights was great to deal with from start to finish. We had Laureyn and her team replace a nearly 35 year old Velux skylight that had finally failed with a "Fresh Air" solar powered venting skylight. Laureyn's team did a great job! They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and kept us updated throughout the installation. Once installation was complete, Andrew from Laureyn's team went over the operation of the skylight remotes (venting and solar shade) with us and made sure we were completely happy with the whole installation. When the team had finished cleaning up, you couldn't even tell they were ever there!
-
WOW. this company is absolutely amazing. My sky lights replacements were unbelievable. From the evaluate, estimate and actual installation you could not ask for a more professional, polite and honest hard working crew. If it wasn’t for the outstanding new skylights you would never know they were here. Thank You Synergy.
-
I highly recommend the Synergy team. We had 4 skylight replacements and are very happy with them. Laureyn, Nick and Andrew were great, and their team such hard workers. They got the job done in a day which was great as we had an event at our house that weekend. Thank you again, Team Synergy!
-
Thank you so much, I am already enjoying the skylight, especially today! It's open and the blind is keeping the sun out. I must compliment you and Nick and the rest of the team as well. So very professional, pleasant and clean. It was like they weren't even here. I know that I will be loving this for as long as I am here. You and your team are Number 1!
-
I had them install four Sun Tunnels. They managed to install them in less than a full day, and the work looks great so far. All in all, it was a very positive experience.
-
We had a local roofer re-shingle our home a couple of years ago. As part of that project he installed a new Velux roof window that we provided. The mistake we made was assuming that any roofer could also install a skylight or roof window correctly . Long story short….. they made a mess of it, which resulted in an installation that voided the Velux warranty, and likely would have led to future problems/leaks. Fortunately, at some point we connected with Synergy Skylights and Roofing. The partners (Laureyn and Nick) inspected the bad installation and came up with a plan to correct the issues, bringing it back into warranty condition. They had to remove and reinstall it completely. At the same time they trimmed out the interior of the window and installed a factory Velux shade. Every part of the process was perfect, and now I don’t cringe as I walk down the stairs and glance at that skylight 😁. It was one of the best construction type experiences we’ve ever had. The lesson we learned from this experience was that when it comes to skylights, use a specialist. If it’s not done right, it can ruin your entire project. Our experience makes it very easy to recommend Synergy Skylights and Roofing. You won’t regret it.
-
Working with Synergy Skylights was very easy. They were on-site both for the original estimate and for installation exactly when they said. The work was completed neatly and on-time. The skylights function just as they are supposed to. We're very happy with the outcome.
-
Had the best experience with Synergy. Laureyn and team were so professional and responsive. They showed up on time and spent time with my elderly parents to make sure they knew how to run the skylights. They even called our gutter guard company to make sure that was all set. Could not be happier with the work. Highly recommend, and pricing is competitive...we got multiple quotes and we were far and away most impressed by Synergy.
-
Laureyn and Nick were great to partner with in replacing 3 old Andersen skylights - they explained and provided options, and the crew did an incredible job not only installing but cleaning up. I had no idea it would go so fast for such a thorough job - they knew what they were doing for sure! I'd recommend Synergy Skylights and Roofing for any skylight or roofing project. I'd also highly recommend using beige shingles on any roofing jobs - despite my roof being over 14 years old, the new shingles blended quite well with the old. Laureyn had suspected that might be the case, so she actually saved me money!
-
Having our roof and skylights replaced was a big financial decision. From the beginning of the process of choosing a company, Synergy stood out to us as the company to hire. Nick and Laureyn are knowledgeable about roofing , as well as about skylights. They remained professional and available to answer any questions throughout the process. The installation was smooth, great care was taken by this company from planning, to permits, to installation and cleanup. We were very impressed. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof and highly recommend Synergy. Thank you Nick, Laureyn and crew. 5 stars +
-
Very professional and very well executed service!!
-
Very professional from estimate to job completion. Enjoyed working with this team. Skylights look great. Very neat and very qualified. Prices were very competitive, and the customer service was superb. Thank you!
-
I had Synergy Skylights and Roofing install a skylight for me and I was very satisfied with their work. They were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.
-
We've been living with our new skylights for about a month now and we couldn't love them more!!! We got the solar powered ones with the integral shades, and they make such a difference! I don't know how we lived here for 20 years without them. Our old skylights leaked badly and had completely inadequate shades. Two of the shades we couldn't even open and one we couldn't close. We're very interested to see how much cooler the house is in the summer, just by being able to close the shades during the day and open the skylights for ventilation at night. We're confident we won't need to use the AC as much. Our new skylights were installed in December so we thought we'd have to wait until spring to see what it's like to have skylights that don't leak, but nature had other plans. Within a week we had a rainstorm that brought more than 2.5 inches of rain in a day....without a leak in sight! We put the project off for so long, partly because the whole thing seemed very daunting, but the process with Synergy couldn't have been easier. Laureyn and Nick were great to work with. Laureyn was always available to answer our questions and Nick and the crew were courteous, friendly and did a spectacular job. The largest standard skylight available still didn't fit the opening of our old skylights, so Nick and co framed them in to fit so we didn't have to pay for custom sized skylights. I can't even imagine what that would have cost. We just wish Synergy offered other services besides roofing and skylights. It's not easy to find contractors you can trust. We would have them back here for all of our projects. We couldn't recommend them more highly.
-
Synergy Skylights & Roofing does offer the best customer service and work you can find. Laureyn showed professionalism and communicates very well, she keeps you in the loop at all times. Nick and his team were very clean, organized and delivered excellent work on our roof and skylights. Job was done sooner than expected. Thank you Synergy Team! Well Done 👍🏽
-
HIGHLY recommend them! Laureyn returned my email immediately to set up an appointment. She arrived on time with a full working skylight for us to see. She was informative and not pushy. They ordered the skylights and gave us a tentative install week and they were earlier than expected. Install day was a breeze it was completed in 5 hours they were all respectful of our house and floors removing their shoes every time they entered even though we said not necessary! Nick showed us the new roofing tiles and how the color wasn’t a complete match ( Laureyn warned us) he had the big roofing tile which he thought was a match and a small swatch of one that I felt matched better so he called Laureyn and had her bring them. He then went up on the roof with both tiles to show me and let me choose what I thought matched best… if you look closely you can tell but barely and I’m anal! Work area inside and out was cleaned immaculately. Would definitely use them again and recommend to everyone!
-
The work was done very professionally. I am very happy with my new skylights. The workmen were very friendly and quite neat. Overall a job well done.
-
High Quality and efficient job with skylight. I appreciated the attention to detail throughout. Communication before, during and after work was excellent.
-
Highly recommend Synergy for skylights. Laureyn and Nick were both very professional, understood the products, the quote process was detailed, the pricing was very competitive and the install was perfect. Since the install I've posted a "highly recommend" message to our neighborhood group email of roughly 80 homes. Happy to provide this recommendation.
-
Synergy Skylights and Roofing are a five-star company! They replaced ceiling rings for our Velux Sun Tunnels. They were quick to provide us a quote; were able to take care of the work sooner than estimated; and did an excellent job! Laureyn, Nick and Andrew are very knowledgeable and were great to work with! We highly recommend them!
-
A joy to work with! Everything went according to plan. Zero complaints.
-
Synergy Skylights provided motorized blinds for 4 new skylights previously installed. They were excellent to work with and responded quickly to questions, provided great advice, and perfect communication. The blinds came in quicker than originally expected and were installed almost immediately. The quality was top shelf. Thank you.
-
We love our new skylights!
-
Synergy Skylights was very responsive, excellent follow up and able to replace my skylight quickly and neatly.
-
Great experience from start to finish working with Laureyn and the team at Synergy to replace 2x 40 yr old skylights; highly recommend.
-
We recently purchased a new property that had two Sun Tunnels that needed to be replaced. We didn't know what Sun Tunnels were before this and we're glad we came across Laureyn and Nick with Synergy Skylights. They were very knowledgeable and professional to work with. They replaced them ahead of schedule and they are better than we expected. Highly recommend!
-
Communication was good throughout, the installation went smooth, the crew were very professional and the final product looks very good.

Definition of SYNERGY The combined power of a group of things when they are working together that is greater than the total power achieved by each working separately: Team work at its best results in a synergy that can be very productive. ++++++++++++ SYNERGY Skylights and Roofing... A perfect name for a company whose partners and employees are in sync with one another AND quite clearly working well with their customers. I now join with others who have posted reviews to say they were outstanding from the get go. Laureyn was responsive to my initial inquiry and was quick to get me on her calendar for a visit to assess my needs. She was one of four companies I called and the only one who got up on my roof to thoroughly inspect it. She was patient with all my questions; she knows her stuff!! Their pricing was not much higher than the lowest quote I received. Two others were significantly higher. Nick, Andrew and their crew arrived early, communicated exceptionally well as the project moved through to completion, cleaned up and left no trace behind. Polite, respectful and great company to have in my home and on my roof. I could not be happier that I chose to work with Synergy Skylights and Roofing. Just an exceptional experience.
-
Synergy was great. They replaced 2 failing 30 year old skylights in our home with updated Velux models. The main point of contact, Laureyn, was responsive, and exceedingly knowledgeable on all roofing and skylight details. She also helped me understand the tax incentives on some solar powered options. The crew that did the installation were polite and professional. They took their shoes off and even played with my dog. They were in and out in a single afternoon and did great work! Highly recommend!
-
Synergy Skylights recently completed a roof replacement and skylight installation for the attic in my home. Throughout the process they delivered exceptional service and quality work. My main contact was Laureyn, one of the co-founders, and from the initial consultation to the completion of the project, the entire team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Laureyn visited my home for the initial assessment to ensure she understood my preferences and requirements. Weather was a factor, as we made the decision to do the installation in late fall. Laureyn helped me understand the timing and dependencies about doing the work as the temperature dropped and snow became a potential factor. Due to good weather fortune, and fast work by their team, we were able to finish the project in late December. The installation process itself was seamless and efficient. The supplies showed up the day before the work, and the installation team worked like a well-oiled machine. They paid meticulous attention to detail, leaving no room for error. The result is a set of skylights which triple the natural light in my attic and also add sophistication to the overall design. The installation crew were truly first rate. They arrived early, worked exceptionally hard, and cleaned work area throughout the installation process. In addition to their outstanding workmanship, Laureyn, Nick, and the entire crew demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction which set them apart. Overall, my experience with Synergy Skylights was excellent. I recommend them to anyone in need of skylight installation services, as they combine top-notch craftsmanship with outstanding customer service.

I would give them 500 stars if I could. Here is what happened. We had 40 year old skylights that began to leak. This was the week before Christmas. Laureyn basically came right out the next day, gave us an amazing quote to replace 5 skylights, we agreed to the price and told her we were getting our kitchen remodeled and needed this done asap. By some miracle she called a couple of days later and said they could do the job a couple of days later on the Saturday before Xmas. The skylights are beautiful and her entire team did a fantastic job. They even matched our 5 year old shingles so well that you'd never know it happened. Save yourself the trouble and don't even think about looking somewhere else for a quote. You are not going to deal with a better company than Synergy Skylights and Roofing.
-
I wish that I could give 10+ stars to Synergy Skylights and Roofing, not just 5 allowed here. We would recommend them for your project without reservation! Working with Synergy Skylights and Roofing was terrific from start to finish. We were given Synergy Skylights’s name by Velux when we decided to replace our skylights. Laureyn contacted us right away, came to see what we needed, educated us about the options to choose among, showed us how the new skylights would work, told us how to take advantage of the tax credits that make a huge difference now, managed the schedule and details of the order (including being super patient when we changed our minds on a few things), and made the selection process incredibly easy. The installation team came when they said they would. They were efficient, considerate, incredibly tidy, and worked together beautifully. Once the skylights were installed, they set up the remote controllers for us, instructed us on how to use them, and answered all our questions. They did superior work AND were a pleasure to work with.
-
Could not recommend Synergy more; from quote to installation they were flawless. I got quotes from 3 companies and decided it did not even matter how the pricing came in, Synergy was most organized and thorough and were the ones for the job. As it turns out their pricing did happen to be competitive and lower than the other two quotes, but again would've gone with them anyways. Laureyn also talked me through getting a solar powered skylight which will be a big tax deductible, the other companies never mentioned this option.
-
Synergy replaced half of our roof, and two skylights this past summer. They were awesome to work with! They were very knowledgable, and professional. They arrived on time and cleaned up very nicely. We would highly recommend them! Greg & Bernadette Engvall
-
What did I like about Synergy? EVERYTHING I was contacted within hours of my request for a quote. Looking at the job was scheduled within 2 days. Estimate was received promptly. Crew arrived at the time scheduled and immediately got to work. Everyone knew their job. They worked efficiently. Original Velux skylights lasted 30+ years. Very happy they work with Velux windows. Outside and inside finish work was top notch. Everything was explained very well by Laureyn, Nick & Andrew and the Energy Tax Credit was a bonus. When I need a new roof they will be my 1st call.
-
I recently had two skylights replaced in my house. Laureyn was great to deal with kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Nick and his crew were professional and did a great job with the installation. I would definitely recommend them.
-
Pleasure to deal with, at all stages - estimate, install, cleanup and answering any and all questions. Mark M.
-
Fantastic people to work with. Finished the job on time and very meticulous on the installation and cleanup
-

We decided to go with Synergy partially based on their reviews but most importantly, the impression i got after they stopped by to look at the skylights. The discussion was strictly about what the new ones could and could not do, the advantages solar powered ones (we ended up getting those), and a lot of time on what may go wrong with matching the color of the roof. Very open and honest discussion. The installation took about 5 hours and at the end, they even used a magnet to pick up nails from the side of the house. The place was left impeccably clean; The installers were very courteous and professional and respectful towards the property. Hats off to them. The skylights are wonderful, now that the days a getting shorted the extralight is a big plus. We are very happy with our decision to hire them.
-
The synergy group did exceptionally good work, on time, informative about the product and a pleasure to work with throughout process.
-
We can't say enough about our experience. Lauren responded promptly to our inquiry and an inspection date was set. She was super knowledgeable and the quote we received was professionally done. The workers on site were great too - on time, cleaned up after, matched shingle color closely. Would recommend!
-
A great product and a superb team!
-
I'm glad we went with Synergy for our job, which involved replacing our roof and two old skylights. Everything went according to plan, with minimal disruption to us, pleasant and professional interactions from start to finish, and excellent results. I feel like we really lucked out when Synergy popped up in a google search for skylights!
-
SYNERGY SKYLIGHTS AND ROOFING is a top notch contractor to work with from start to finish. Their work ethics are A1, costs were reasonable and they were sensitive to our schedule and considerate in all other aspects. We love our new roof. Thank you to Laureyn, Nick and the crew who made our experience phenomenal.
-
From the initial visit to the finished project, they were great. Laureyn explained the whole process and within a couple of weeks Nick, Andrew and crew were on site and a few hours later they were done. Fantastic experience for us.
-
From start to finish, this dynamic duo totally wowed us. Laureyn and Nick run an incredibly fluid and efficient business. They know their products and desire to meet every expectation of their clients. They replaced 5 skylights for us that were original to our thirty-four year old home. Care for our home and attention to detail with the finishing of the installation left nothing for us to do. We are thrilled with our new remotely operated skylights and shades!
-
This small business certainly knows what they're doing and goes out of their way to do it right. Very knowledgible, very professional, and very customer oriented. I was impressed by their operation and would not hesitate to use them again.
-
Everything went perfect and smooth start to finish. Installers were right on time. Stress free install and great job with cleanup. We have already decided on them for future work.

-
Synergy was amazing to work with. I ordered 5 replacement skylights and shades and had my new skylights installed in no time at all. Very professional and great people to work with. I highly recommend synergy skylights for anyone in the market. Laureyn was amazing to work with. Thank you

We can't thank Laureyn & Nick enough from Synergy Skylights along with Andrew and the rest of the team. We are throughly impressed with the excellent customer service and quality work that they provide. We had Velux Skylight that were 30 years old and we could not find replacement parts. We called Synergy and Laureyn was at our house the next day trying to help. The team at Synergy has extensive experience with Skylights and Roofs and was happy to answer all our questions. So happy with our new Velux solar power skylights and shades. Thanks again to Nick & Layreyn along with the Synergy team! I'll be using them for any future repair and roof issues and have highly recommended them to all our friends and neighbors. It's not an easy job doing what they do but they go above and beyond and is truly appreciated.
-
Fantastic customer interaction/service, from the initial estimate visit to the installation. Truly...exceptional experience, and we would highly recommend. Plus....what can I say...almost 14 inches of rain in the month after installation, and the skylights are working as they should!
-
We had a complicated project that was difficult to find someone competent to work with. When I found Synergy I called one evening and Laureyn answered immediately and talked me through some possibilities. I sent some pictures and she and Nick came out to visit and provided an estimate in the following days. They were very knowledgeable and responsive and worked with us on the project scope to fit our needs and budget. They had great recommendations and advice. We really appreciated their response time, craftsmanship, and expertise. Laureyn and Nick are a great team to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
-
Synergy Skylight is awesome! Laureyn came prepared and demonstrated the skylight to me. She answered all my questions and her partner and team got the job done quickly which was so helpful to my project timeline. I had a great experience and the product is top notch!
-
There is absolutely nothing negative to share about our experience with Synergy. They did what they told us they were going to do, the price they quoted was the price we paid, the product was top shelf and the cleanup was better than I could do. Highly recommend them !!!
-
Everyone in the crew was delightfully pleasant. They were well organized, efficient and did a perfect job. They were VERY tidy; there was no aftermath of cleaning once they had finished and picked up . And they were great about watching for two sneaky cats and not letting them get out. Can't say enough wonderful things about your guys. We love the window, too!
-
Fantastic experience with Synergy Skylights from the start. Laureyn was very easy to communicate with, and she explained the entire process very clearly. The install went exactly as they said it would, and Nick and his team were in and out in less time than I thought possible. Everyone was very clean and respectful of our space, hands down the best experience we've had with a home contractor!
-
Lauryn and Nick did a great job replacing our two skylights. They communicated well and left no mess at all behind. We love the clarity of our new skylights and it's a real upgrade to be able to open them and get more air into the house. And it's fun to hear them close when it rains!
-
Great company who is very efficient in installing and at all times they explain everything about the skylights and tax credits.
-
Lauren is a great communicator. Nick and his crew are great craftsmen. Lauren made sure we understood the whole process and milestones of the project and didn’t miss any details. We were concerned about the roof shingles not matching, but they took the time to find the perfect match. Their team showed up on time and did a very clean job. We are very pleased to have chosen Synergy Skylights! Highly recommend!
-
Great company to work with, very professional. I would not hesitate to hire Laureyn and her crew in the future. Great job.
-
Synergy Skylights is fantastic. They handled all my extremely detailed questions thoroughly and quickly, and did great work to install the skylights. I recommend them to anyone.
-
Laureyn and Nick were absolute professionals. From the initial site visit to the completion of the installation this company was a joy to work with.
-
You don't need to bother calling anyone else. Synergy Skylights is the best! Laureyn comes by first to help you determine the best product for your needs, and provide an estimate. She explains everything clearly and thoroughly and is incredibly knowledge. She's all about the physics of air flow! Nick follows up for the installation and his work is impeccable. A few months after the installation, I thought I was having an issue with them and he and a partner came back, did some diagnostic work, and provided additional insulation at no charge for their materials or labor, despite not being able to replicate the issues that I had been having. Turns out, the problem was a window and not the skylight! Nick spent time with me problem solving the situation to try and figure it out. He went above and beyond what most companies would have done. They truly care about their customers. Prices were very reasonable when I compared them to other companies. I wish I needed more skylights because I'd love to give them more business!
-
Laureyn Was so prompt, friendly, and we had our shade in very short order. Definitely, I would refer her business to everyone.
-
Laureyn and her team were awesome to work with. They're professional, quick, and informative. A++++
-
In July 2022, we bought an 1890 colonial just a block from Natick center and needed to replace 5 skylights and add another in the kitchen. I spent a good week researching companies, but all were either too big/expensive or too small/mixed quality. Synergy was an excellent blend of quality, price and professionalism. Within a few days of reaching out, Laureyn came by to demo some of the skylight options in person. We discussed features, proper sizing and placement, as well as the amazing tax credits which we received this year (roughly 30% cash back, actually). Along the way, discussions were made together to modify existing plans to suit our needs, all within a very reasonable extra cost (or none at all). They also worked very well with plasterers that we had that took over the inside sheetrock and closure once the skylights were framed in and sealed. Highly recommend!
-
Synergy Skylights is knowledgeable of the product and recommended the right skylights for us. Excellent installation. Since installed a year ago there have beeb no leaks, which we experienced with older skylights. This is a very professional company with excellent products and service. Highly recommended!
-
Great company to work with. We are so pleased with their professional work. Clean and efficient.
-
Synergy skylights; they made the process of getting new skylights easy. They are very professional. We would use them again. I would highly recommend you call them and have them put your skylights in.
-
I got multiple estimates and synergy was not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. I went with them as they were reasonable and lauryn the owner came to our house very prepared and professional and explained exactly what needed to be done as our skylights were old and our area needed to be rebuilt in order for the new skylights to fit correctly. I felt very comfortable with Lauryn from the beginning as I knew she knew what she was doing. She also brought in her partner and he was just as knowledgeable and professional. We have had a lot of work done at our home and synergy was one of the only companies that didn’t try to rip us off. I would HIGHLY recommend Synergy to anyone looking for a responsible, reasonable, professional and Quality Company. There aren’t many out there!
-
We love our skylights and happy that we picked Synergy Skylights! Laureyn and Nick were responsive, professional, friendly and they completed the whole job (exterior and interior). Nick has experience roofing & other projects and he removed our shingles, installed and sealed the windows, added the new shingles & added trim around the interior of the window for a finished and clean look. Laureyn has a lot of knowledge with skylights and demonstrated the different types of windows & helped with our selection. They make a great team! We had three skylight installed and the work was completed on time and professionally. We highly recommend Synergy Skylights.
-
Laureyn was a pleasure to work with through the entire process of replacing our skylight. I definitely recommend Synergy!
-
Synergy replaced one skylight a few years ago and did such a great job I had them back to replace the other two skylights . They look awesome and add so much more ventilation in this hot weather . The guys were friendly professional and so clean I didn’t even have to vacuum when they were finished ! I love looking g through nice clear glass and they open with a touch of a button , no more cranking ! Yay!
-
Can't say enough good about doing business with Synergy. They were a pleasure in all ways, responsive and reactive. Refreshing! Laureyn made my shade install quickly and efficiently, thank you Synergy!

We had two sun tubes installed by Synergy. They really brightened up the spaces they were installed in and the install was very well done.
-
Synergy Skylights did a GREAT job removing our very old 6 skylights and replaced them with 6 beautiful new Vellux skylights. When first meeting Laureyn, it was clear she is super knowledgeable about skylights and roofing, very down to earth and provided a thorough explanation of the process. Nick and the crew were incredible - worked 7 am to 6 pm with great care and professionalism, then cleaned up the entire perimeter of our house leaving no trace of nails or debris. Great people. We love our new skylights!! Thank you and we recommend Synergy whole-heartedly! P & M Deery - Boston MA
-
Can't say enough about this company! They know what they are doing! Still can't stop looking at my beautiful new solar powered skylights & it's been 2 years!
-
Hiring Synergy Skylights was one of the best decisions I made in 2021-2022 before selling my home. I obtained several quotes for skylight window replacements, including a bubble domb in my 30' foyer, and chose Synergy Skylights because of their superior products and outstanding customer service. Laureyn & Nick were simply fantastic, and I'd hire Synergy Skylights all over again - hands down!
-
Had our skylights replaced after leaking developed following heavy rains. Laureyn was quick to reply to my initial contact, provided information clearly when she came to the house and provided detailed breakdowns of the options we could choose from including the actual bottom line costs. When the crew arrived to do the work everything came together without issues. Clean, respectful of property and friendly. Would definitely recommend Synergy Skylights if you are in need of this type of service.
-
We’ve had Synergy skylights for two years now. They work beautifully, and have improved the ventilation and light in the master bedroom.
-
We had a great experience with Synergy, replacing many old skylights and installing a new roof. They were extremely professional, easy to work with, and did excellent quality work. Soon after completing the job, we were speaking to them about doing additional work for us. I would highly recommend them.
-
Professional, easy to work with and a great product. Very happy with the product and process.
-
Hiring Synergy Skylights for my skylight replacement was a very positive experience from beginning to end. The team is knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this team.
-
One of the best upgrades I've purchased for my house. I had a old skylight that I was worried about and I got the version that can open and has a movable blind on it. I've been using it for over a year now and I just am very glad I did It helps the air exchange in my house very well. They were recommended by my neighbor who had it done. And working with Laureyn to demo the skylight and what I wanted for my skylight. Overall the installation was great. The team was quick and efficient, clean and just great to work with. I have recommended to several of my neighbors who have now gotten their skylights done by Synergy.
-
Best experience from start to finish. The product speaks for itself and the Synergy team understands this. Overpitching is unecessary. Highly recommended!
-
After purchasing my most recent home, the first thing on my list was to replace my second story, seal leaking wooden skylights with updated Velux skylights. After a quick search for Greater Boston companies that handled Velux, there were only a few with great reviews. One of the options was Synergy Skylights. A quick visit to the website looped me into Laureyn's background with Velux. This gave me the peace of mind to reach out for an estimate. That connection led to Velux units being ordered with solar power blinds and the install was on time and no mess left behind. Nick did a great job boxing in the units and creating a complete look. The whole process was very easy. I would recommend Synergy to anyone looking to update their skylights or even add skylights into their home who may want more light. Thanks for a job well done.
-
Synergy did a great job on four skylights in our sunroom, one in LR and one in bathroom all with remote shades and UV glass. Some roof work was necessary and they did it all perfectly! Very nice people too!
-
The skylight was as ordered the team that came to install it was professional and when they were finished you would have never known they were there other than having a beautiful new solar skylight that worked!
-
High quality work and very professional! Very satisfied. Would definitely recommend.
-
I had an excellent experience with Synergy Skylights. I needed to make sure 3 skylights were in good shape for a sale of our property. Laureyn was so knowledgable and gave me great quotes to compare -- ulimately helping me to decide to renovate, rather than replace the skylights -- which was much cheaper -- and reasonable. Nick came out to look at the property right away -- and when the day came for the work to be done, it was done quickly, professionally, and cleanly -- and he answered all of my questions! I couldn't have been happier.
-
We loved Synergy’s professional job on our skylight! Highly recommend them!
-
I was in desperate need of replacing 4 skylights. I contacted 3 velux representatives for quotes. One company sent a quote sight unseen. One company gave an unrealistic quote but Synergy came to my home and answered all my questions and scheduled an installment date. They were professional courteous and fair. I would not hesitate to use them again.
-
These folks did a great job installing skylights in my commercial building, very happy!
-

Our skylight is beautiful and the quality is excellent. Laureyn followed up after installation to ensure we were totally happy with the product and the work. We are totally happy with the job Synergy Skylights did for us and highly recommend them.

I had 2 skylights replaced. Laureyn came up to NH took the info and sent me the quote. Even having to pay MA tax they were still cheaper than anybody else. They did the work while I was at work. Came out beautiful. Highly recommend.

We had leaky skylights on our porch and after Synergy came out to replace them, they don't leak anymore. It is so nice to not have to worry when a large rainstorm comes through.

No complaints-one skylight replacement They did what they said, on time, showed up when they said they would, and were very responsive otherwise. Recommended
-
I had Synergy Skylights replace a leaking skylight last year and just had them do my roof. Laureyn went out of her way to communicate status updates via text almost every day leading up to the scheduled work and then Nick followed up to explain how the project went and to answer any of my remaining questions afterwards. Honestly one of the best experiences I've had with hiring contractors to work on my house, I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
-
Very friendly interactions with competitive pricing. We are so happy with our new sky light. It was a direct replacement of our old Velux. Highly recommend.

Synergy Skylights are a truly professional and knowledgeable team. When it comes to Skylights- there's no question in my mind that these guys are the best choice in Massachusetts. They really know their business and are great to work with !
-
We had 3 Sun Tunnels installed May of this year with Synergy Skylights, and Laureyn and Nick were great. They were by far more knowledgable than everyone else that we spoke with, they were professional and did the job well and very fast. There prices are also competitive, and I would definitely recommend them for any of your Sun Tunnel/skylight projects. The Sun Tunnels, made a huge difference in the space, bringing in a lot of nice natural light, especially into our windowless bathroom. Thanks Laureyn and Nick!
-
I don't usually write reviews but the experience I had with Synergy Skylights has been so exceptional that it warranted a review. I was in need of replacing two skylights and after researching online I decided to contact Synergy Skylights via their website. I chose Synergy based on the number of positive reviews I read. I received a response almost immediately from Laureyn and scheduled an appointment. After reviewing my project Laureyn provided me with three written estimates detailing my options. We chose to go with Fixed Skylights with a solar shade. Lauryen was extremely responsive and stayed in contact throughout the project. On the day of installation Nick, Andrew and their crew showed up at the scheduled time. They worked quickly and professionally. The entire time they were at our house they were polite, answered my numerous questions, and respected our property. Nick did a great job matching the shingles and when the installation was complete they left our property as clean as it was when they arrived. I am pleased to give Synergy Skylights my highest endorsement and can state without reservation that if you are looking for a company for this type of project you will be hard-pressed to find one better! Thanks again Lauryen, Nick and Andrew. We love the new skylights and please feel free to use us as a reference! Dean & Sherry Iacobucci
-
Synergy is hands down one of the best companies that I have worked with! Laureyn was excellent! She knows the product well and was extremely patient and responsive with answering all my questions from beginning to end. Nick and his crew did a fantastic job! I also had an opportunity to speak with Nick during the day of installation. He was also very knowledgeable and great with answering all my questions. I'm extremely pleased with our 6 new skylights! I'm really loving the blinds and controlling the settings through the app on my phone. What an awesome feature!
-
There are multiple things I love about Synergy Skylights' work. First, they are easy to communicate with, quick responder and all conversations traceable; Second, they are very professional, we have two pre-work onsite inspection and the project plan was discussed thoroughly; Third, their work is quick and clean and in good quality. I would like to hire them again if I have another skylight project. Highly recommended.
-
Synergy Skylight replaced my 30 year old skylight which was leaking water whenever it rained. I highly recommend this company if you’re looking to replace your skylight(s), Laureyn was very knowledgeable and informative since day 1, and Nick very talented and professional, you guys did such an amazing job, we loved our new skylight in our kitchen.
-
Best service and price for complete skylight replacement including interior trim. Laureyn answered all my questions and coordinated early installation when a time opened. Nick and Andrew skillfully installed the new integrated blind and skylight: solar-powered, remote-controlled, automatic-closing in rain. Beautiful natural light and air! Everything works well. I immediately recommended Synergy to a friend who mentioned skylight replacement.
-

All scheduled appointments were promptly kept, staff were courteous and respectful of our property, workmanship was excellent and completed well within the promised time. We love the new skylights.
-
Our house had very little natural light - we were living in the dark until we started working with Synergy Skylights! Now, 3 sun tubes and 2 skylights later, we finally feel like our house is turning into a home. Thank you so much for the gift of real sunlight. You were 100% professional, easy to work with, and your installation and finish work were beautiful. Great communication and really reliable. So glad to have found you!! Especially this winter, I know that we will enjoy the gift of the sun and the moon with the warmth of being indoors. Such a luxury - worth every penny! Thank you Synergy!!!
-
I’m retired now, but began my adult working life as a carpenter, then a builder, fortunate enough to specialize in high end residential construction, so I know of what I speak. These people are as good as it gets !!! From the initial contact through the final clean-up everything about Synergy Skylights and Roofing is professional, detail oriented, and quality focused. Our roof, although not especially large, included replacing 6 skylights and is a fairly complex mix of interconnected planes, including one almost flat section with buried heating elements that required special care. Everything about the way the job proceeded was the same high quality, focused work. On a scale of 1– 10 of quality Laureyn, Nick, Andrew and their crew rank a 12+ !!!
-
My old skylights did not work. Synergy gave me a very competitive estimate. The installation was very good. The roof shingles match exactly. They look great and work well. I am extremely happy with the product and the installation.
-
This team can’t be beat. From beginning to end they have been transparent and so very knowledgeable in all things skylights and roofing. Quote was fair and the work is outstanding. They left our house cleaner than when they started. We have 2 more skylights and we will now be replacing those because we loved working with this team so much. You can not go wrong with this investment and don’t miss out on the tax credits!
-
They are a friendly, professional and hard-working company that understands the customer's skylights needs with great product knowledge and skilled installation craftmanship you can count on!
-
Ann Robichaud here! I recently got new skylights from Synergy. I LOVE them! The whole process was effortless. Laureyn was great…always got right back to me with all my questions. The crew showed up on time, very efficient and polite and clearly knowledgeable with this process. I would highly recommend this company for your next project!
-
Recently, Synergy Skylights came and replaced my 2 skylights. The crew was pleasant, professional, efficient, and willing to spend the time to answer all my questions. They put drop cloths throughout the house to make sure things stayed clean and when they left they vacuumed up everything that was left behind from them. I love my new skylights.
-
If you haven’t considered light tubes for dark or windowless areas of your home, you should. Nick and Andrew were efficient and professional. They took extra care with shingles due to the cold weather. And the den /office is so much brighter. Laureyn was helpful and responsive in setting things up and keeping them on track.
-
Searched for a long time to get new solar powered skylights to replace existing 30 year old skylights. Finally found a few options, and Synergy Skylights was my preferred vendor. Very happy/satisfied with the finish product!! Laureyn was very knowlegeable about the Velux solar powered skylights, with light dimming solar-powered shades; and Nick was excellent at the installation: punctual, polite, accomodating and skilled at what he does. Great job covering furniture and flooring, and cleaning up after each days work. I HIGHLY recommend these guys - 0 complaints on my end. You can't go wrong....
-
I am delighted with my Sun Tunnel as well as the wonderful service provided by Laureyn, Nick and Andrew. It was truly a pleasure working with them.
-
Wonderful people, great communicators, fair and easy to work with. Laureyn in particular was awesome to deal with - super transparent and responsive. Nick did a great job with installation. Highly recommend, great folks to work with!
-
This was my first time working with this company and was blown away as to how professional they were from the moment I made first contact to the completion of my job. I had a very difficult job because I was replacing an existing older skylight that was an unusual size that started leaking. Synergy quickly set an appointment and suggested several options with proposals for each. They took the time to explain every step and set expectations from start to finish. They provided expert workmanship coupled with outstanding service throughout the entire process making sure I was completely satisfied. They took the time to match the shingles on the roof as well as plastering the interior skylight shaft that looks like it’s been there all along taking care of the smallest details. If you’re looking for a new skylight or interested in a replacement or repair then look no further. Outstanding company!

-
Laureyn and Nick (and Anthony and Ben) were an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional, communicative, and performed high quality work. Above all however: they are kind, honest, and hard working. I’m thrilled with the craftsmanship replacing several worn-out 30yo skylights in an old and logistically challenging brownstone. I will not hesitate to call Synergy in the future if ever we need more skylight work.
-
Working with Laureyn and Nick was a pleasure. Good workmanship, and competitive pricing. Very reliable, always got back to us in a timely manner. Work area was cleaned up when they finished. We really enjoy our skylight. Will definitely recommend to others. Thanks again.
-
Lauren was amazing from the time we met thru the finished installation, answering all questions and keeping us in the loop. The workers were great, efficient, hard working and polite. They also did a wonderful cleanup. Many neighbors commented about how nice the roof looked. My wife and I would absolutely recommend Synergy. They are A1.
-
Synergy skylights replaced 4 skylights and the roof that surrounded them on the north side of my home. Both the skylights and roof were 26 years old. They did a very good job at a reasonable price. I contacted 3 of the 4 firms that were recommended to me. All three came to my home to see the roof and skylights and explain what they would do. Laureyn was very knowledgeable about the process during our initial phone call. She explained a lot of the changes to skylights since mine were installed over 25 years ago. My first thought was to try to fix the leaks. She explained about the lifespan of a skylight. When I remembered that my roof was 26 years old it seemed like the best plan would be to replace all the skylights and the roof. It was all done in one day. I had confidence in her knowledge of the products and process. She came to my house, saw the existing setup and suggested units to match. My existing units were hard wired to open the window and operate the blinds. She suggested room darkening blinds for the cathedral ceiling family room. All the windows would open through solar powered batteries. This would then be eligible for a federal solar tax credit. Laureyn measured all the windows and had samples of both the windows and blinds to show me. It was easy to coordinate the schedule with Laureyn, arrange for delivery of supplies, and work out the contract and payments. Nick arrived on the agreed day of installation, arranged for drop cloths under the skylights that were to be replaced. The work was completed in a day. Cleanup was very good. Their crew took off their shoes whenever they came into my home. Everyone was easy to work with. I recommend Synergy to anyone to replace their skylights and roof.
-
Five leaking skylights (circa 1994) needed to be replaced. A call, in-home consult, clear written proposal, and an order in less than one week. Once the order was placed we received regular status updates. Great communication and timelines achieved (ahead of schedule). Laureyn Furtney and Nick Belland are a great team with roofing crew and assistance from Andrew. The project work was messy but the clean up was complete - like it never happened except for the improvement of the overall look and lack of water in the house. No more sleepless nights wondering how wet and how much damage will occur. I would recommend highly Synergy Skylights for new or replacement skylights. We are now considering Sun Tunnels...
-
Great experience beginning to end. Laureyn made the entire process easy and efficient. Nick and Andrew were fabulous with the installation. No mess, great communication, and the job was completed as promised. Synergy Skylights is one of the finest vendors I have dealt with since moving to the area. I am confident that the skylights will not leak and that they will stand behind their product and the installation should an issue arise.
-
Wow! What an amazing experience. We are so incredibly impressed with Synergy Skylights. Laureyn, Nick, and their team, did an amazing job. Their customer service and attention to detail were impeccable. Super communicative through the whole process and install was really smooth. I wish they did more than just skylights! We highly recommend this company!
-
Professional, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Amazing quality work- would recommend highly for any skylight or roofing needs!
-
HIRE THEM NOW! I could not be happier with the customer experience and installation of our skylights. We replaced two existing skylights (>25 years old) that started leaking and had a thermal seal failure. Best decision I made was going with Synergy Skylights. Laureyn is extremely responsive and knowledgeable about the skylight industry. She was even able to find shingles to our roof that had been discontinued for a perfect match. She was available to answer any and all questions, provide a detail estimate and was able to complete the job ahead of schedule. Nick her business partner was equally amazing. He was on-time, friendly, did a great job of installing and cleaned up when he left. Before going, he made sure I was happy with how everything looked. For me, one of the big selling points was the fact that Synergy also does interior trim on replacements. I received several other quotes from various roofers and I can tell you, none of them will touch the interior. Nick did a fantastic job blending the new trim in to our existing skylight opening. I will definitely be using these guys again and you should to.

We had a great experience with Synergy. Sales person came out and made recommendations. The price I received was very reasonable. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable about their work. They were done early, completely cleaned up after themselves and the end product looks great. I can highly recommend Synergy.

I recently hired Synergy skylight company to remove & replace 2 of our original 30 year old skylights. What an amazing experience from start to finish. Laureyn was so responsive to all my questions & concerns I had before finally signing the contract. She also made it super easy with signing the contract which she electronically sends to my email & I just looked it over to make sure all the info we agreed to was on there and then I did the deposit by ACH transfer. Nick the installer along with Andrew were so thorough, polite & professional and extremely skilled at thier trade and they did an amazing job we are so thrilled at the finished look. There isn’t any negative comment I could say about anything from the start to the finish. If you want an extremely professional experience with a very trustworthy company & owners who are fully insured and where they only use the best skylights(Velox) and extremely experienced installers @ very fair pricing then you must call them. You will not be disappointed I promise you that.

We've had our new skylights for almost a month now and absolutely love them. The remote controls are truly a godsend. Our skylights are now functional; we hadn't opened the old ones in years. We love the built in shades; they really help shade the front room which gets belted with the sun in the late afternoon. We should have done this sooner!

Laureyn and Nick provided terrific service from start to finish. They spent as much time as I needed to help me understand the options to replace my old failing skylights. We spoke numerous times and they provided multiple options to help me with my decision. Once I signed the contract, they stayed in touch so I would know in advance when they would do the work. I can't speak more highly of the quality of the work and how pleasant and professional they were. Laureyn and Nick never failed to answer all my questions patiently and with respect. They took extra time to move my furniture and breakables potentially in the way of the interior work, and made sure to put it all back every day. They overachieved the estimated time to complete the replacement and repair. The painting and and interior ceiling repair (resulting from damage from old skylights) was completed in a single day and looks great. I would definitely recommend Synergy Skylights to anyone needing skylights.

Laureyn and Nick our dynamic duo. We are more than happy to tell you how great Laureyn and Nick from Synergy Skylights are. From the first email until the Sun Tunnel was installed these two individuals were fantastic. Within a day of sending the email requesting information Laureyn responded and was able to set up an appointment for she and Nick to come and spend time with us explaining all that would be involved with the installation of the Sun Tunnel. They came prepared and answered all of our questions. Laureyn even emailed the project quote that same night. On the day of installation, Nick appeared on time and the job took only a few hours. He even cleaned up his work area and left no trace that he had been there other than a fantastic Sun Tunnel. We would highly recommend Synergy Skylights, and strongly feel they are a 5 star company.

Great job - very responsive and easy to work with. Contacted Synergy through Home Advisor. Laureyn came out initially to view the Skylight we wanted to replace and she went through all the options as well as answered my numerous follow up questions over email. The day of the install Laureyn and Nick arrived on time and installed the new skylight and walked through the setup. They cleaned up inside and the whole process was very easy & quick. I would definitely recommend Synergy Skylights.
