Great at taking appointments. Not so great at showing up or ever contacting to reschedule. I assume adding "Southern Arizona" to their name is to come off as local but I was told they were busy with a job in California. The woman that actually did the scheduling was very friendly and seemed like she was actually doing something so I can't blame her. So she gets all three stars which is more than I'd like to give. I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed. Skylights and roof are being taken care of elsewhere.

Dan Thatcher and Melonie are absolute professionals, including the whole team. I've been working with Southern Arizona Roof Associates for any of my skylight service needs and will continue to because they provide top notch customer service whether the job is big or small. They have an excellent selection of skylights from double pane Velux skylights to the new polycarbonate styles. If you want a quality professional installation from roofs to skylight installations, I would highly recommend you go with Southern Arizona Roof Associates !!!!

SARA replaced the incorrect flashing on one of my Skylights, and installed a new Velux skylight with a solar-powered shade on another. Super job!
