Outstanding service all around. David was very thorough explaining everything and answering all my questions. Jordan and crew did an excellent and quick high quality job installing the Velux C04 skylight. The job was worked into my bathroom remodeling schedule perfectly & quickly. Completely transformed my bathroom with wonderful natural light! Thank you to everyone at Skylight Specialists. Highest recommendation! Jim

Jordan and his team did a great job!
-
Jordan and his team did a great job with our project! Arrived on time , cleaned up after the job and were very professional ! Thanks Jordan !
-
We had a leaking skylight. Called Skylight Specialists to have it re-flashed. They ordered the parts right away and as soon as they arrived, they scheduled the install. Communication was great the whole way through. Jonathan communicated via text when he was on the way and arrived just when he said he would. Professional and explained everything. Tenant needed to leave prior to the work being done. Jonathan made sure the interior of the home clean, was locked up and made sure her cat was secure. He was awesome! Would totally recommend this Company!!
-
Jordon and Oscar were great and installed my replacement skylights in just a few hours.
-
Skylight Specialists showed a ton of care and professionalism when they tuned up my loft with a solar venting VELUX and a room darkening blind. Brad was the only one of the four companies I spoke with who climbed up on the roof with a tape measure to figure out the exact size I needed, and that attention to detail carried straight through the install with Johnathan and Andrei, who were both an absolute delight. Brad even checked in afterward and helped me troubleshoot the VELUX Active app setup. Now I can control my skylight from Google Assistant and vent my place on demand. Five out of five, would EASILY hire SkySpec again!
-
Jordan Barnes with Skylight Specialists was extremely conscientious and communicative while replacing three of our skylights. He laid out plastic to protect everything inside, and made sure I was pleased with the outcome. He even went above and beyond, and added extra trim when there was an unexpected gap with our new brand new sheeting on our roof. I would highly recommend these guys! Jordan in particular was very personable and friendly.
-
Jordan and Jake came and installed a 6’ skylight and did a great job! They stopped at a few different points to get our opinion on exact layout and gave some recommendations that made The end product looking great. This was especially difficult because it was installed on a wooden shake roof. From someone who DIYs everything this was worth every penny.
-
Skylight Specialists did a fabulous job replacing and installing sky lights in our home. Jordan and his team arrived on time, kept everything neat and clean, and took time to help with the remotes. I highly recommend!
-
We had a great experience with skylight specialists! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. They did excellent work, kept everything clean, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. The skylights turned out beautifully, and we’ve already gotten so many compliments on them! We’re incredibly happy with the finished result and would absolutely recommend them.
-
Our old solar tube was leaking called skylight specialists. Jenna gave the quote. Jake and Andre did an excellent job, installed in less than 2 hours. The did a great job!!
-
From the moment I first contacted them until the skylight installation was complete they were very friendly. They explained the process step by step and quickly scheduled an appointment to do the work. It is an excellent, highly efficient company and I would recommend it to anyone needing a skylight.
-
Pricing was fair, customer service was excellent. Clean, courteous and prompt, thank you for your service.
-
Had 3 skylights replaced and the company was fantastic! They did a quick estimate, provided me with 2 different options based off the current state of my skylights, and installed was handled beautifully. They communicated throughout the process and even when there was damage to the roof area that needed to be replaced to ensure safety! I really appreciate the fast work and being so transparent throughout this process!
-
I can’t recommend Skylight Specialist highly enough! They recently completed two separate projects for me, including replacing two skylights and two windows, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and took great pride in their work. The installation quality was exceptional, with attention to every detail, and they left everything clean when the job was finished. The new skylights and windows look amazing, have improved the appearance of my home, and were installed flawlessly. It’s refreshing to work with a company that shows up on time, communicates well, and delivers exactly what they promise. If you’re looking for a trustworthy company for skylight or window replacement, Skylight Specialist is the one to call. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service!

-
Great service. Quality hardware and workmanship.
-
They fixed the flashing around my newer skylights to make it right, since my roofer did it improperly. They did a great job.
-
It is silly that you can not pair a remote for skylight from standing under it. If I didn't know better this could have cost me almost 700.00 to purchase a remote and have it paired. However I love the Velox skylight itself.
-
Skylight Specialists inspected our skylights and confirmed that all but two looked to be in good shape. Their quote to remove, reseal and weather proof was very reasonable. Noah, the technician was prompt, courteous and did a tremendous job.
-
This local business was super easy to work with for replacement of both of our old skylights with new VELUX solar shade systems. They also replaced the flashing and our interior wood trim that was damaged by condensation. It did take a few weeks to get us on the install schedule, but we were in no rush. They don’t sub out their installs and their guys are clearly very experienced at their craft. Got up there with the drone and everything looks great! Easy to recommend this company.
-
Not enough good things to say!! David was extremely prompt in responding and scheduling a thorough planning apt and Nick and crew did an AMAZING installation job! I am so thrilled with the outcome, the skylight installation changed my entire kitchen! I will be booking them for another =D
-
-
Exceeded my expectations! When I purchased my house, I knew I had to pursue a skylight installation because the kitchen was quite dark/gloomy from the overhanging patio just outside the only kitchen window there is. I'm so glad that I did! It has made such a HUGE difference and all the natural light it brings in is amazing! It not only looks modern and updates my kitchen, but its also more welcoming and widens the room. From start to finish, it went really smoothly and everyone I interacted with was very friendly and professional. Julia was extremely helpful and great to work with in providing information, what to expect and answering any questions I had. Nick and Jake did my skylight install and they did a phenomenal job! I requested that the flare of the skylight be as wide open as it would allow and they accomplished what I wanted. They also installed the lighting for me, which was such a huge help. I am very appreciative and love my new skylight! :))))))) The before/after pictures speak for themselves.
-
Wish I had this done years ago! We have a "flat roof" with no real insulation. We had the original bubble style acrylic or plastic skylights from the 1960's. Our house has always felt cold and drafty. Now with our new Velux skylights, it is the first time our home feels truly comfortable. An added bonus I didn't even realize until after installation is that closing the blinds adds an additional layer of insulation which will be nice on a cold winter night. Everything about the whole process was very well explained by David Ackerman and then Jordan Barnes came out and did the install. Very pleased!
-
The installers were fast and efficient. They kept the space clean and did a great job. I checked on the roof afterwards and everything was done perfectly.
-
This is the second skylight that we bought from Skylight Specialists. We were happy with them both times. They are excellent quality. Joseph, who installed them, was professional, competent and pleasant.
-
I had two skylights built and installed by Skylight Specialists. Jordan and Jake installed both skylights in a half day and everything went very smooth. I was replacing my roof at the same time, so I asked them to coordinate their installation with the roofer. I am completely satisfied with their product and workmanship.
-
Skylight Specialists were very quick and efficient, they did a good job with the repair.
-
What a difference the sky tunnels made! Our tv room faces east and we would need to turn the lights on in the early afternoon so it wouldn’t be so dark. Now the room is filled with light well into the late afternoon. Our installer, Jake, was on time, courteous, and explained everything he was doing. So glad we went with them !
-
Great service. Quick response.
-
Excellent work. Jonathan was great.
-
-
Skylight specialists were very courteous, professional and helpful with our skylight needs. They did a wonderful job!
-
-
I couldn’t have been more pleased with our skylight. The crew that installed the skylight, Nick,John,Jake and Jake were great. They let me know when they planned to arrive, and were on time. Our skylight is very large, 8’ x 8’, not an easy thing to tackle. The crew moved furniture, covered everything with plastic so there was not a mess when the old skylight was removed. Installation was quick and efficient. They crew cleaned up and put furniture back where it belonged. Very professional and nice. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you.

-
Everything was wonderful and professional! Highly recommend Skylight Spcialists!

Excellent service, fantastic product and very cheerful & helpful installation team.

I found this company by chance through Angi's List. I had been working on getting new doors installed for a couple of months - getting quotes, getting doors delivered, etc. - when I went to Angi's list to get some quotes for installation. I immediately got a call from Blade and he was amazing. There was no high-pressure selling, he was kind and courteous, very accommodating, and was able to get me on the schedule within a few days. (We did have to delay a few more days, but that was my fault, not his). And the price? About 60% of what I was quoted by another company and Home Depot Services. The contract was clear, concise, and included EVERYTHING - no nickel and diming! When working with contractors, sales people will promise everything, but work completion can vary dramatically. I cannot stress how much I was pleasantly surprised, honestly shocked, by the finished work. My installers were Colin and Jamie and they were some of the best vendors I have ever worked with. Upon arrival, they did an initial walk through and ask any necessary questions - standard. However, when they were about 1 hour from being done, they called me to return, as we previously agreed. When I arrived, Colin walked me through EVERYTHING. He showed me everything that was installed, any next steps that needed to be done (e.g. paint touchups), areas that might need to be addressed in the future (my doors were swinging a little too far back and they suggested some door stoppers and padding), he confirmed that the doors shut properly, the locks worked correctly, etc, etc, etc. He and Jamie also did a fantastic job of cleaning up including sweeping up the area and clearing the doors of any dust and debris. The effort to leave my home the same way as when they arrived was so refreshing and such a show of pride of work, especially when I have had contractors tell me they would charge extra for clean up. I cannot suggest this company enough. This company is a well kept secret that needs to be spread like hot goss.
-
-
They were true to their quote and even added on a little extra work.
-
Had the skylights put in today. Beautifully done, team was nice and I adore the blinds on them as well!
-
-
This has been my second time using Skylight and they have done a good job.

-
Nick was on time, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did a great job!
-
Had my two living room skylights replaced. Jared did a magnificent job. He explained what he was going to do and approximately how long it would take. He finished on time and did a great job of cleaning up after the install. Overall a great experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend.
-
You tech Noah was a professional in all areas of the business. He was informed, kind and knowledgeable about the job requirements. His work habits were impeccable. I was a content years back so I feel I know good work and good practices. Job was worked until completion. No surprises. I give 5 Stars to these folks
-
The whole team at Skylight Specialists is great to work with! Excellent customer service, quality installation, and prompt service if any issues come up. I love my VELUX venting skylights with blackout blinds. They are solar powered and I can operate everything from an app on my phone easily. Jordan did a great job getting it all set up for me as soon as they were installed. We do not have air conditioning and they were a game changer for cooling our house this summer.
-
Tyler was amazing, very professional & kind. Even worked through rain to get the job done. I'm very happy with his work. I will definitely be recommending Skylight Specialists!
-

-
The Installation was very fast and very professional.
-
Skylight Specialists recently installed two skylights in my small bi-level home, and the difference they have made to the amount of natural light in the house is astounding. The skylights have literally transformed the living space from dark and dingy to bright and beautifull! The whole experience with Skylight Specialists was fantastic from start to finish. Julia, who came out to do the initial estimate, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Nick and his team did the install with smiling faces, great skill and super attention to detail. All in all, a great team who I wouldn’t hesitate to hire again — and probably will because now I think I might need a Sun Tunnel in the bathroom :)
-
Came out in hours of my call and did the work
-
We had 7 Velux skylights installed on a steep roof: 5 were fully remote operated open/close w/full blackout and 2 were manually operated open/close but w/remote controlled blackouts. All remote open/close were battery operated. Seems to be great products so far and network s/w works well. Installers were excellent and did a great job to make us happy. I would easily recommend them for the work.
-
Julia Jobns is an excellent representative of Skylight Soecialidts. A few yesrs ago one of iur skylight was damaged. Skylight Specialists replaced it. After a mild hail storm, a roofing inspector suggested we might want to plan on eventually replacing the okd skylight. I called Skylight Soecialists for an estimate. Julis took the bull by the horns. She measured the skylight, provided an estimate for basic one plus one with movable shade for hear and sun glare control. I dud not sct on Julia's proposal. She followed up a number if times, and the next thing, Julua had me on the dotted line, purchasing the new skylight. Julia followed through to facilitate the actual installation. Julia is a Multi talented person and a fantastic representative of Skylight specialists. Thank you Julia🙏. Dave Skene
-

Kevin Hyatt and 2 other workers made my installation of 7 skylight replacements a very good experience. They were at my address for 2 days and were prompt at arriving in the morning at 8 am and worked methodically to get all the skylights installed in that 2 day window. Kevin was very careful in covering the floor and furniture to assure my things were protected while working inside. At the end of the job, all was cleaned up and items were moved back into place as before. Would give this experience a 5 star rating!!

From start to finish the installation of the Sun Tunnel was smooth. I am amazed at how bright my house is, I am indoors but feel outside. Great company.
-
This company deserves all the 5 stars! Why a lot of reasons: 1) No one wants to work in the mountains these days. Not so with SS they had someone up a day after I contacted them to bid my job 2) There extremely punctual, whn we set a date they stuck to it and arrived precisely on time. 3) Professionalism - everyone I dealt with knew what they were doing and took creat care to see out ptoperty was not damaged during construction. Frankly they left it better than when they started. The work crews were polite competent and hav all the required tools and materials ready to go. 4) Efficient - I figured several days to do the very difficult work. they took 1 day 5) Integrity - There was an issue with one pane of glass having a scratched coating. This flaw was INSIDE the glass and hence was caused by the manufacturer. I pointed this out and SS said if I wasnt satisfied they would replace it. No arguing or finger pointing, they scheduled a fix and I received excellent treatment as before. 6) Price - My extensive job cost 10 of thousands but given the complexity of the fix to correct the dozens of mistakes made by the original contractor I considered it more than fair 7) Excellent communications - All during this SS kept me up to date and was always available to answer a question or concern Quality product Quality people Quality execution. - doesnt get much better than that. I you get a lower bid from someone else consider how they could do that and provide SS level of service. I highly recommend this outfit
-
I was advised, it will take half a day to install skylight, but it took the whole day. He said they did not tell him that it is steep roof. . So I had to stay the whole day. Skylight works fine, nice and bright
-
Very professional company, good communication from beginning through installation and follow up
-
I highly recommend SkyLight Specialists. We had 2 sky lights replaced. Blade gave me a very detailed estimate and scheduled the installation all within about 3 weeks. They showed up exactly on time and did a great job with installation. They took great care not to damage anything on the outside and the inside. We are happy with the inside trim around the windows. Blade was able to cover some cracked drywall so no painting was needed. I also thought the price was fair. They look great!
-

-

-
A transformation I would not have expected in my wildest dreams. After having installed 2 large skylights & 2 Sun Tunnels, our house instantly turned into a light-flooded, happy home. David came out first and was a stellar consultant. He knows his team, his product, he does not oversell but truly cares about suggesting the best option available. A few weeks later, the amazing team of techs came out, worked incredibly hard through a tar roof from 1956 and into the dark. Jordan and Nick are some of the most professional, friendly and good vibe people you can imagine.Even better they are highly knowledgeable and delivered a top performance. What was initially planned for 1 day ended up taking 2 days that's how meticulous Jordan and Nick and their team worked. We could not have found a better company that delivered premium quality for a fair price. Thanks for the service, your attention to detail and your joy and professionalism. Strongly recommend
-
Great service communication and price!
-

-
Used this company to replace the old-school 1986-installed, dome skylights in our living room and above the stairwell. (we could feel the wind blow in the winter, and the living room felt like a sauna in the summer). We were impressed with how fast someone was able to come out to give us an estimate-and he was honest and thorough in explaining our options and different-priced options. (He also didn't try to upsell us! Zero pressure!) We had gotten a few other estimates, and this one was much better priced, (one skylight was "custom fit" but they seemed to have more options for how to do it). The installers were fast, efficient, and cleaned up everything afterwards. We didn't have any issues or questions, but the office team was great about checking in throughout the process as well. We already have a VERY noticeable difference in the temperature in the main level of our house, and are looking forward to it showing up in our a/c and heating bills.
-
Great job all the way around in replacement of 3 skylights. We recommend the to others looking for similar services.

-
My living room skylight broke during a terrible hail storm at the end of May. I first called a competitor, and they quoted me $500 more than Skylight Specialists. Everyone at this company was super friendly and communicative. After I signed the agreement, someone was going to get back to me in 3-5 business days to schedule the install. 2 days after I signed, they called to tell me someone was going to be installing a skylight in my area, and they could just do it that same day if it worked. I cannot say enough good things about this company! Thank you, thank you!
-
A pleasure to work with from start to finish. I highly recommend them!
-
Amazing work. Professional and great to work woth. I highly recommend!!
-
-
Smooth ordering and install info with the use of the Velux app. They recommended this Top premium installer with the full price and product. It worked seamlessly! Thank you for your excellent install.
-
The sky lights look very nice. Installation resulted in tearing up lot of roofing that was installed with a 50 year shingle due to high winds. Roof was redone in 2002 with architectural grade shingles. I offered the same exact shingles to the installers so everything would remain the same. The installer said he brought some similar color to use, but they appeared to be three tab. The installers did not do a very good clean up job. They left pieces of the sub roof scattered on roof, deck and surface areas, also nails left on roof. Original installation was not complete as they did not bring everything to install sky lights and room darkening shutters with remote control. Resulted in additional visit to finish complete installation where the nails were found that had been left on the roof. I hope there is no water leakage from the roof now. I did take pictures of the vast removal of the shingles in case of future problems with the roof. Only time will tell if I made a good purchase.
-

I an old cracked dome skylight that was water to come in to my ceiling and wall. The dimensions of my skylight were kind of unique. David A. set up my initial consultation and took a deposit for the fabrication of the skylight. About a month later, Nick and Carlos showed up to my house at 7:30am and completed the job by 10:30am. Now I’m looking forward to some rain to test out the waterproofing of the skylight. Also looking forward to the energy savings from the double glass pane skylight. Thanks Skylight Specialists
-
Knowledgeable and experienced
-
I've used SS more than once now for a reason. Strong recommend!
-
Our 1983 built home had the original dome shaped acrylic skylights that allowed for great sunlight to pour in to our top floor, but they were seriously inefficient - allowing heat to escape in winter and creating almost a greenhouse effect in summer. Allison was great in explaining what products would help with this problem. She came out to evaluate our windows and how her team could access the roof for replacement skylights. The installation team was very impressive -thorough, tidy, very respectful of their work space and our home. They completed all three windows in one day and my family noticed the difference immediately. Our central AC is no longer competing with the heat generated by those dome windows. And on cooler nights the remote controlled windows immediately allow extra heat to quickly escape. The climate control and energy efficiency of these windows makes me wish we had done this last summer, but grateful we didn’t wait another year before investing in this upgrade. Thank you Skylight Specialist, Inc.
-
They did a good job.
-
Great experience. Great communication. Would use again.

-
We are in New Mexico and Skylight Specialists have a thin operation here. Nonetheless. their service was excellent and thorough. We needed to replace damaged and badly outdated Velux skylights. They responded to an overhead request, followed through, offered best solutions from currently available options and completed the work despite complications and delays. The delays put us up against a time stop due to travel, and Skylight found the flexibility to get it done. Special thanks to Mason, our installer, who went to personal lengths to accommodate our schedule. Four stars instead of five only, repeat only, because the service at a distance -- Colorado to New Mexico -- made timeliness less than ideal. Quality and responsiveness: five stars for sure. Thank you Skylight Specialists!
-
-

I contacted your office and was greeted by Jenna who showed concern and promised to help. Two technicians arrived at Mom’s condo a few hours later and installed a new skylight in 20 minutes. It was a huge relief to me and my mom. Thank you so much!

-
I called Skylight Specialist just to inquire about replacing a cracked skylight that my wife and I had been dealing with for over half a year. I was pleasantly surprised to be talking with very competent people that were more than happy to come out and look at the potential job, take measurements and give me an estimate the very next day. In less than a week, my wife and I were enjoying TWO new skylights that had been skillfully installed in here home office, in less than an hour. The new gas filled, flat glass skylights replaced plastic domes that were outdated and very energy inefficient. They are beautiful and we couldn’t be more happy. I would recommend this company and product to anyone.

Special thanks to David A, Devin P, Josh, and Brittany! You all rock!

I recently had two electronic skylights replaced due to hail damage. The significant point that I want to make is that Skylight Specialist exhibited friendliness and professionalism throughout the process. I called Skylight Specialists on the Monday (yesterday)following a big damaging weekend snowstorm which had wiped out one of my Velux skylights. Today is Tuesday and I have just had my new Velux skylight installed by technician Mike Elaire.. His work was very professional, he is a very personable man. My sales rep was Devin Birmingham who was a joy to work with and was so incredibly responsive to my needs. I endorse this company wholeheartedly based on this experience. Their price was fair, their response time was astonishing, and their workmanship was excellent. Thank you. Devin and Mike for your great service.

We recently had Skylight Specialists install a 2’x4’ Velux skylight in our kitchen, which was dark in the morning. The results were transformational; the area is now bathed in light and far more pleasant than it had been. Our experience with Skylight Specialists was top quality from our first contact to job completion. All employees were friendly, concerned, and helpful. The skylight and the newly constructed shaft are beautiful. Most importantly, there was a glitch in the installation that needed to be addressed. Skylight Specialists was on it immediately. No excuses, no delays, just prompt fair treatment. To me, that is the true measure of a good company—do they admit to and remedy problems. Skylight Specialists passed this test with flying colors, and we will confidently do business with them in the future.

What a terrific experience from start to finish. Skylight Specialists showed up right on time to give us an estimate, and they worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. The crew showed up and could not have been nicer! They explained everything they were doing and were experts at problem solving. Got the job done better than expected. Afterwards they were super thorough with clean up, which we appreciated - especially because of our dog. My only complaint is that they just stick to skylights - wish they could work on my whole house!! Great job by a great team.
-
-

The 3 skylights were measured quickly and efficiently. Very polite, professional staff. The skylights are beautiful. I’m very pleased. (I wish we hadn’t needed to order them during a time when they were backordered for months, but when they were installed, we were immediately relieved that the house was quieter. We are safer to the outside elements with these installed. They are beautiful inside and outside.)
-
Arrived on time and worked hard at replacing 4 skylights. They look great; couldn’t be happier!

They responded quickly to my phone call and setup an appointment in a couple of days. Was provided a competitive quote for repair parts and labor. Turns out my current skylight was old and parts are no longer available (verified). My rep put together a justification letter for the insurance company that a new skylight was needed and was approved. A installation date was set up and the skylights were installed as promised. Overall I was very satisfied and would recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with Skylight Specialists at every point of contact. Every person I dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The installation team went above and beyond to help me by carefully removing screens I had stapled against the old skylights. I was expecting an ugly drywall mess but the team did such a great job, I can’t see any issue now and they did this at no additional charge. Honestly, they left my living room cleaner and tidier than before they started. Lastly, I love the skylights! They look fantastic and the price was very fair. I highly recommend this company.

-
Jordan and crew were great!
-
From the Salesperson to the Techs, this was a wonderful experience. All were professional and friendly. Caden and Jared were the techs and worked non-stop to get it just right which wasn’t an easy job as it was difficult getting the sun-tubes to fit between the joists. They replaced 4 old 12” tubes with 14” tubes. Jared came back the following day as he was determined to make it perfect and worked for hours to achieve this goal. It’s not always pleasant working with contractors but the people at Skylights Specialists make it easy! I highly recommend this company!
-
Skylight Specialists are incredible. We had a complex job of replacing five panels all of differing shapes in a house on a mountain-side. From our initial call with Devin, to the advice from Mark, to the install led by Nick, the work was impeccable. Despite custom everything, they got the job done quickly and before the season change. The end result is absolutely beautiful and we could not be happier. And now under a 10 year warranty. So thankful for these guys.

Our experience with Skylight Specialists was exemplary from start to finish! Nicole visited and inspected our roof & 35 year-old skylights the morning after my call to the office. She accurately assessed our needs and confidently assured me that their team had the expertise to replace our special order skylights on our (concrete) tile roof. Thankfully, they also did all they could to expedite our order/installation - one skylight was badly damaged due to wind, the other was leaking due to bad flashing. Devon and his crew arrived on time and worked very hard - and kept us informed throughout. They cleaned everything up inside and out afterward. We are very impressed with Skylight Specialists and highly recommend. So glad we chose them!

Thank you so much for the high quality work. The crew was professional and friendly. They did an amazing job installing and trimming out the skylights. What’s not to like?! These folks are personable professionals who know their stuff. I had Skylight Specialties replace 4 skylights at my home in the mountains. They sent four solid craftsmen and exceeded my expectations. I was concerned that they would have to rip off a bunch of shingles and put on some mis-matched shingles, but they neatly pulled back the existing ones and replaced them perfectly. This crew was careful, very consciousness, and happy to answer all my questions and concerns. I will recommend they if anyone I know wants to replace or add skylights to their home in the future.
-
-
Installers were prompt, and efficient. The whole process was smooth from the initial bid, to the purchase and finally to the installation. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a sky light.

I worked with Jenna and she was responsive and answered any questions I had. We had them out for an emergency cover after the huge hail storm in Littleton and they were able to squeeze us in same day even with it being towards the end of their work hours. Skylight specialists replaced our old acrylic dome skylights with Velux. We are extremely happy with the final product. A bit of a hiccup with final billing, but we finally managed to get it sorted. Would still give them 5 stars overall
-
The absolute best skylight company that exists. As a contractor, I don’t work with anybody else.

I have used Skylight Specialists for many years now. I keep adding Sun Tunnels for more light in darker places in my home. I highly recommend Skylight Specialists. They were definitely the right choice for replacing our three existing solar tubes which were 20 years old and damaged by the last hail storm. Every staff member we interacted with was professional and courteous. And their expertise and service was top notch. The improvements in solar tubes in the past 20 years is amazing. We love these solar tubes and plan on installing a few more in our home.

Having utilized this company last year before their merger and again this year after the merger I am overall happy with their work. There was some communication breakdown between contract, payment and actually getting scheduled, but they made sure to get the worked accomplished in the time frame I requested back in the beginning of the contract/payment process. This company strives to work with the customer, be punctual, and do good installations. We will continue to use them due to their outstanding work ethic.

Wonderful group of people. They were very knowledgeable and honest about their products. Especially big shout out to Darren, a specialist in every way. There was an issue with the installation, so he came out and made it right. With the help of his young assistant, whom was doing great at learning all he can from the expert.

-
Good to deal with
-
This company truly does everything exactly how they say. The job was supposed to maybe take a half to a whole day, and finished within about 2 hours. We didn’t have and roof issues, or needing other supplies. We had older Velux skylights, and didn’t have any west side openings or venting for our top floor which gets the hottest in this old house. These new skylights with the light blocking shades and venting are a blessing! I’m so happy they close automatically with rain in Colorado! You never know when we’ll get a pop up storm outta the blue! Wildland Justin are very professional, and I had absolutely nothing to clean up. Thank you!
-
Delivered and installed exactly what we ordered. Roof and skylight appear to have always been there. Very professional install.

We were very impressed with the workmen who came to install our new Skylight. They came early, were very pleasant to talk to and answered our questions before getting started. They were very efficient, obviously following a procedure plan and made sure to protect our floors and furniture. We are very happy with the results and now plan to have a Sun Tunnel installed in the kitchen just as soon as you can get us on your schedule!
-
-
We are very pleased with our skylights and the solar blinds. Also, the installation went very smoothly. They were very conscientious in making sure the installation was correct and explained what they had to do to remake the skylight boxes as the VELUX window would not work with our old existing boxes. We have had a very hard rain downpour since the installation and NO leaks.

SkySpec did 2 skylights in a vaulted ceiling last summer and a Sun Tunnel 2022 spring. Very clean installs, on schedule, great technicians, excellent shingle work. We are very satisfied customers.
-
-
The whole team at Skylight Specialists were awesome. So friendly, and professional. The install team, Davin, Spencer, and James, took great care in protecting our home and floors from the debris of the install area, and did an excellent job with clean up. They did accidentally chip our bathtub, but they took full responsibility and didn’t hesitate to fix it! They found the repair company, and took care of it! This is the second time we have had them to our home, we originally had sky lights placed in our hall and master bath. We loved it so much we had them come back and place another in our guest bath. The work was amazing and we are so happy! Thank you for bringing light into our home!
-
We had 4 Velux skylights installed by Skylight Specialists in the early 2000’s. They are always very professional, responsive, and personable in taking care of any issues which arise. Highly recommend!
-
Friendly, covered our floor, explained work, arrived on time. They installed this skylight several years ago, and after our roofer re-installed it, it was not right, so we called Skylight Specialists, and now it is perfect.
-
On time, courteous, knowledgeable and an excellent job.
-
Couldn’t be happier with the responsiveness, cost and professional workmanship. Very thorough and keeping me informed of status. Daniel Was extremely careful moving furniture and replacing. Have used them for years and highly recommend.
-
This is one of the most professional companies I’ve worked with in a long time. Everyone I encounted was pleasant, polite, and professional. They kept me up-to-date on everything. I’m still waiting to have a blind installed. I anticipate that will go very well, the same as everything else has. I plan on using them in the near future when I need a couple more skylights.
-
We were in great hands with this company! Devon and Jesse worked hard and explained everything that needed to be corrected. Julia was fantastic in getting the job in process from my first contact with her. Thank you all..we are so happy to finally put this home project behind us 😊
-
These guys did great work on our house! I work in construction, and I was wary of having just anyone cut into my roof and framing, which is why I went with Skylight Specialists. They are a certified Velux installer, and they work together with certified drywall company to provide full-service installation and repair. Our install was a little more complicated because we wanted a big skylight with a skylight well in our kitchen. It required some additional framing and moving of electrical, but the installers were professional and accommodating at every step. They put down and removed site protection every single day they were on site, and made sure to leave the space in usable condition at the end of each day. Our attic access is really small, but they never complained about having to crawl through the tight space. We got some minor pushback about filing a building permit with the city, but in the end, they handled the submittal and inspections for an additional fee as we discussed. In the end, it turned out even better than I imagined, and we are now considering adding a second skylight in our entry, as well as several Sun Tunnels throughout the house. The complete installation took 2 days, with final drywall texturing and finishing happening a couple weeks after. Every time I stand in my kitchen, it makes me happy.
-
Skylight Specialties did a great job from start to finish on our 3 Sun Tunnels. Devin was very easy to work with and the install team was awesome. We love the new look. Highly recommended for anyone needing skylights.
-
Great Customer Service. During High winds an older original skylight on my house blew off my roof. I called Skylight Specialists, Inc and Josh was able to come out right away. The Skylight was still intact, so he was able to put it back on my roof, which was critical with the high winds, and cold weather and snow coming. If you have issues with your skylight this is a fantastic company to call.
-
Julia was great to work with!
-
Devin and Jesse did 2 skylights in our house and they were excellent! They were fast and efficient, very professional and very nice to have around for the time they were here. Our new skylights look awesome! I would definitely recommend them to family and friends :)
-
-
Skylight specialists did a wonderful job on our skylight. It was done quickly and with expert craftsmanship. We even got a referral from them for finishing of our interior woodwork. We were very pleased with Skylight specialists. My father passed when they worked on my house. Skylight specialists sent me a card expressing their sympathy and condolences. I was very appreciative of everything that they did for our family.

-
Josh with Skylight Specialists, Inc. was very responsive from our very first request for a cost estimate. From there we felt the replacement was good quality and the install date was expedited. Install date arrived and the install team showed up on time as promised. The entire process was very professional.
-
Top notch in the craft. Couldn’t recommend them more.
-
The technician was really nice, really quick and didn't mind my barky dog. Was really happy with the service.
-
There is so much to do in this house and out of all the contractors this was definitely one if not the best as far as workmanship, polite, professional and quality. This is high quality so expect to pay for it but you get what you pay for. As a business owner myself, I like the way they do business. Very nice people and all of them were courteous and polite. I recommend
-
I cannot say enough good things about Skight Specialists. They bailed us out when another skylight company installed skylights incorrectly - Skylight Specialists fixed them amazingly, helped us find a cost effective solution and were generally lovely people to work with.
-
This is my second time using your company. “Thank you ” for the professionalism, organized, skilled employee. I cannot say enough… my “Skylight Tunnel” is so beautifully centered looks fabulous. Again, “Thank You,” for your efficiency of the installation. It was such an honor to work with you. Job was extremely well done. “Thank you again”.
-
Skylight Specialists did a great job replacing my broken skylight. They were quick to schedule the job and finished the work much faster than expected. Polite, professional, and prompt. Definitely recommended.
-
Great job at a competitive price. The crew was very professional, showed up early and completed the job within the scheduled time. Jordan was very helpful answering all of our questions. We have used Skylight Specialists for two different skylight installations and couldn't be happier with the results.
-
-
From the estimate to the installation to the follow up, they did it all right!
-
Thank you Skylight Specialists! You managed all aspects of the replacement of our hail-broken skylight and related shingles beautifully. Installer Devin did an awesome job; he was very prompt, conscientious, skilled and a pleasure to work with. My wife and I recommend you folks highly!

-
Daniel and Spencer arrived to install a Sun Tunnel in our home. They were courteous, efficient, careful with our furniture and cleaned up after themselves! … and we love the added light from the Sun Tunnel. An all around successful experience!!!
-
Great installer, he really left the place clean-- no drywall dust anywhere! There was a little mix up with what I wanted but they are working it out for us, and the Sun Tunnel made a massive difference in our space and it's much more enjoyable now.
-

-
-
From the first call to the clean up Skylight Specialists did a great job. The guys that did the installation took extra tine to put the skylights exactly where I wanted them and left no trace they were there when they left other than a drastic improvement in light! Highly recommend this company.
-
I am so stoked with the final results provided by Skylight Specialist!! The custom skylight that they installed exceeded all of my expectations. After discovering a weird "pitch change" in my roof that prevented us from installing something a bit more typical, they designed and installed this custom skylight that brings in more light and looks way cooler. The more technical install meant that it took a little longer (it meant we had to custom manufacture the glass which took a few weeks), but it was well worth the wait!! Would highly recommend Skylight Specialists for your tricky or specialty jobs!!
-
-
The team installing the skylights were very professional. I had a leaking Skylight and they responded quickly with a temporary fix until the skylights would be replaced. Was a pleasant experience working with them highly recommended.
-
Very professional in all my interactions with them.
-
These guys are the best
-
I had the privilege of working with Julia Johns. She was amazing, no pressure just genuine concern with my situation. She went out of her way to make sure things would be perfect. If you have any needs that Skylight Specialist can help you with, you would be wise to ask for Julia
-
Had 2 old skylights replaced and their service was excellent. The team was professional throughout the whole experience and they were very attentive to make sure that all of the details in the final product were exactly what we asked for and they minimized any inconvenience to us during installation. The new skylights look great as well.
-
Daniel did a fantastic job of removing the existing sky tube (over 20 years old) and replacing it with the Velux Sky Tunnel. I am confident that this product and installation will last for may years to come. Thank you.
-
Mark of skylight specialists recently replaced some windows in our 40 year old sun room. They had to spend extra time just to determine the size and tint due to the age of the sun room. They did an excellent job that was done on time and for the quoted price. I’d recommend them for any job
-
-
Professional and courteous from estimate thru installation process. Thank you!
-
Awesome service, professional and prompt.
-
We received good service and a quality installation. Very professional and friendly. Also the quality of the product was great.
-
-
Second time we've used this company. Professional, responsive, and we have two beautiful new skylights in our sunroom. We'd definitely work with them again.
-
The entire process from first call to final billing was outstanding. Julia was very responsive and helpful (and patient!). The installer was friendly and professional and took great care to protect everything and clean up when he was done. I love my Sun Tunnel and wish I'd gotten it years ago!
-
I had a rigid Sun Tunnel installed by Skylight Specialists. They were communicative, easy to work with, and professional.
-
We had a great experience with Skylight Specialists. From the scheduling, inspection, proposal/contract signing, and installation, everything was really easy. Julia was great to work with and was available to answer questions throughout the process. The installation itself went really well. We were very impressed by the professionalism and kindness of Kevin and his team. Due to some water-damaged wood under our old skylight, they discovered they needed to replace the damaged wood before installing the new skylight (making sure to explain this to us and check with us before proceeding), making the installation harder and longer than they probably planned for. Even so, they worked all day to finish the project, and even stayed an extra hour to install some inside trim around the new skylight and give us some suggestions on our other skylights. It really felt like they went above and beyond and we were pleasantly surprised and very impressed. We will definitely be calling them again for future skylight replacements!
-
Great experience, Skylight Specialists did a fabulous job fixing my skylight cover even with mismatched parts (because my skylight is old!). Very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them!
-
I honestly didn't know companies like Skylight Specialists still existed! We had them install 7 skylights and the project could not have gone smoother! They said they could do it in two (2) days! And that's exactly what happened. The crew of 5 or 6 guys showed up on time in the morning and worked together as true professionals. They were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. They did a GREAT JOB, and when they finished they cleaned up so well, you would never know we just finished a major project! Again, I didn't know companies could still field a crew so polished and professional! Bravo to Skylight Specialists!
-
No problems working with Skylight Specialist . Repair work done on time, and got a good test as it began raining right after they finished. The crew was very good and cleaned up well when they were done.
-
All of the above! From the tech who initially came out to measure to our sales person, Devon, and our skylight installer, also Deven, they were ALL top notch. Friendly and professional, thorough, skilled, tidy/good clean up, and the list goes on. We would highly recommend Skylight Specialists to anyone interested in all things skylights!
-
-
-
Just had a skylight installed by Skylight Specialists and couldn’t be happier. The skylight is beautiful and the installers did a fantastic job. They were extremely careful about keeping my countertops from getting damaged and they cleaned up so well when they were done it seemed like they were never here. I would highly recommend this company.
-
Finished on time left clean and picked up
-
Overall a great experience working with Skylight Specialists. They replaced our skylights a few years ago and replaced the broken pane just recently. Great service!
-
These guys are top notch! Great work at great prices.
-
Everyone at Skylight Specialists was wonderful. From Julia the rep who showed me the options for my skylight need to Barry and Jordan who were excellent installers. It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this company.
-
Devon and his crew were very efficient and detail orientated when installing our sky tube. Great Qualities. We are so happy to have had this project completed by Skylight Specialists. Professional crew and easy to work with.
-
Polite workers, and very focused on detail and customer service! Thank you!
-
Mark, Julia, and team were fantastic partners to get our skylights purchased and installed. We’re incredibly happy with the caliber of their work and would definitely recommend them to others (we’re already thinking that we may even want to add more ourselves!). Big thanks to the entire crew that made this happen!
-
Two young men appeared on time, protected the inside of our house. They worked steadily and we had two new skylights by the evening! A five star job!
-
I was looking to have my skylights replaced in my kitchen. After extensive research I decided to go with skylight specialist which had great reviews. Josh came out to inspects and take measurements. He came back with a fair estimate lower than any one else I contacted. The installers, Marcus and Daniel were on time and very professional. Took time to protect the interior of our home by covering entire kitchen wifh plastic. Great job on install and clean up. I would highly recommend skylight specialist for the quality of skylights, install and warranty.
-
The entire crew showed up every day on time the crew worked very well together. Everyone was very mannerly and kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on. The team lead Joseph went above and beyond more than once trying to make sure that we were satisfied. I have nothing to say but good things about this company their office personnel Devin. And Mike who made the appointments continuously keep us up-to-date on everything. We had more than one job going on at the same time it was the same crew the entire time no issues whatsoever. They took pictures of the work they were doing & they cleaned so well when they left and picked up everything inside and outside. From the front office to the newest crew members they were a joy to be around definitely recommend this company and their workers were phenomenal
-
Scheduling was a bit rough but once the techs were at our house things went very smoothly! They were polite, clean and very professional. Thank you.
-
The team completed 3 difficult large skylight installs on my flat roof 1910 home layered with various plaster and drywall in the ceiling. The results are fantastic! Great job at a reasonable price!
-
We had a great experience with Skylight Specialists to fix our leaky skylight. They worked with us while we were transitioning from the previous owners of our house during our moving period. Between receiving a quote, scheduling, and the actual install of our new skylight, this process couldn't have been easier. During the install, the technicians were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and worked in very cold temps to get the job done (highly appreciated as it snowed that afternoon). The skylight looks beautiful! It is clear and sealed. Highly recommend using this company.
-
Everything was great! The staff was friendly, patient and helpful. I am really happy with the outcome.
-
I had a great experience from start to finish. Getting estimate, install and photos to show before and after. They found some rotten wood on tear out and quickly informed me of additional small up charge. I am pleased with the product and can’t wait to use the “fresh air “ feature in the summer.
-
The guys came out yesterday to repair and install flashing on 3 skylights. They showed up on time, did a great job, cleaned up well and showed us how the work was done through a great set of pictures. I would recommend these guys to anyone interested in new skylights or just a repair.
-
-
I had new skylights installed about a week ago. Kevin and his crew were right on time. They were very professional and cleaned up the area before leaving. Julia who I worked with for scheduling and follow up was so easy to work with. She is very friendly and easy to get ahold of. I didn’t expect to feel anything special getting new skylights but I was wrong. The skylights look great and so clear. They gave a new view out of the skylights than my previous skylights. I’ll be getting new sliding doors in a couple of months and can’t wait to be able to work with Skylight Specialists again!!
-
-
Fantastic service. Jonathan and his crew did a stellar job installing our window. The team encountered an unforseen structural issue and informed me immediately. The issue was resolved promptly and appropriately.
-
I cannot recommend these guys more! Our experience from the first phone call to installation was top notch. We worked with Devin who was extremely responsive. On the day of installation a full team showed up early. We had two skylights replaced and two new ones installed. They did an incredible job. We are very happy customers.

Devin with Skylight Specialists did an amazing job installing a replacement skylight in my home. He was on time, quick with the install and thorough. Our new skylight looks amazing and is a huge improvement from the old one we had. I would definitively recommend Skylight Specialists!
-
From my first call to the final installation, I was totally in awe of the level of service and professionalism of this team. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and friendly. They understood exactly what I was looking for and had great recommendations on which skylights would be best to replace my old disgusting ones. Our installer, Kevin, was prompt, efficient and did a fantastic job. Lock, a superintendent, came to help complete the interior trim and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. I would highly recommend Skylight Specialists to anyone. They definitely go above and beyond.

Josh and his team at Skylight Specialists made the skylight installation process a breeze! The crew was knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up all the debris from the installation making it look like they were never there. The skylight has brought an abundance of light into my home. The warmth from the sun was also instantly noticeable. I cannot recommend Skylight Specialists enough for a skylight installation project!

5 Stars is an understatement for the amazing experience and customer service we received. They deserve way more than just 5 stars. We experienced hail damage to our 1980's brown bubbled skylights. We were so excited to be able to get new updated clear skylights. I did lots of research looking for the right company to do our repairs. We found Skylight Specialists and decided to give them a call for an estimate quote for our insurance company. I spoke with Josh Ewing. He was very knowledgeable about the products, product options, and provided us an estimate for our insurance company quicker than expected. We decided to go through Skylight Specialists and Josh Ewing got everything handled and got our materials on order. Mike called once all the materials arrived to schedule but unfortunately our HOA decided to replace the roofs so it put our skylights on hold for a couple of months. Skylight Specialists were amazing with holding on to our materials and being patient while we waited for the roof to be replaced. Once the roof was replaced, Mike setup the install for us. Kenny and Devin arrived promptly even earlier than expected which was awesome and they completed the job sooner than I had expected. The quality of the materials, the installation, and customer service received during this whole experience was top notch. Thank you Skylight Specialists, Josh Ewing, Mike, Kenny, and Devin for all of your hard work and making our home look amazing with these gorgeous skylights. We love the clarity and the amount of light they let in. If your looking for new skylights, I highly recommend Skylight Specialists.

Mark and his crews were fantastic. Great attention to detail (I’m very particular) and really took the time to check in with any questions. I would highly recommend Mark for any skylight needs.
-
I’ve used Skylight Specialists twice now. I wouldn’t use any other company. They are incredibly professional and responsive. A sales person replied came to my home the same day I inquired through their website. Got a quote within 24 hours and had it installed in less than a month. They covered my house in plastic and cleaned up after themselves. Excellent service. Also very COVID conscious.
-
Excellent customer service. Very friendly and easy to work with. Devin went to my property and gave me an estimate the very day I called in.. He was always easy to get ahold of and answered all my questions. Competitive prices and job well done! 100% recommend Skylight Specialists.
-
Skylight Specialists did a fantastic job with our new skylights and we couldn’t be happier. We wanted someone who’d had years of experience, and having read such good reviews, decided to go with them. Very professional, and ultra clean afterwards. They more than met our expectations on price and warranty as well. Would highly recommend.

Excellent company!! Excellent service!! Superb customer experience!!
-
Devin and Jake of Skylight Specialists installed three Sun Tunnels for me a couple of days ago. The job took one day even with a few obstacles, one being the intermittent snow fall and the other being the configuration of my old home. These two gentlemen were respectful, knowledgeable, pleasant and proficient. They kept me informed of the status of the project all along the way. They took great care in cleaning up after the project and were flawless in their execution. Thank you Jake and Devin and thank you Skylight Specialists!!!!
-
Skylight Specialists was great to work with from start to finish. I was able to quickly get on the schedule for an estimate, had all my questions answered, and was very satisfied with the pricing. Julia from the sales team was great as was our install team of Joseph and Devin.
-
I am so pleased with SS. Julia was and has been amazing, professional, kind, informative, and most of all understanding. She is a gem! I am so glad I went with this company. Kenny installed my three new skylights on a Saturday (replacing my 39 year old bubble skylights). He was so kind, took his time, allowed me to ask questions, and overall a wonderful person to have in and on my home!! I highly recommend SS, you will not be disappointed with the communication, quality and price. Thank you
-
Skylight Specialists went above and beyond for us to make sure the new windows were installed before a storm to prevent further damage. The installation guys were so nice and professional! You could tell they knew what they were doing and we're great at explaining the new windows to us! Would recommend this company to any and all family and friends
-
I can't recommend skylight specialists enough! We started our process by contacting almost half a dozen different installers and not only were skylight specialists the first to reply, but after going through the process of getting quotes, they offered us an amazing price. They were flexible with my scheduling and I had an installed skylight within a few weeks of contacting them. They practiced excellent covid 19 etiquette as well and always wore appropriate ppe. If you're looking to get skylights installed right and for a great price, seriously think about contacting these folks!
-
Great service, fast and easy scheduling, and the crew was prompt, polite, and thorough!
-
I usually wait a bit before leaving a review on construction projects just to make sure no issues that pop up later. I called Skylights Specialists after my old skylights were leaking and letting a draft in. Josh Ewing was very helpful and was able to get me an appointment asap. He explained the different products and what would work best without trying to upsell anything I didn't need. Very low pressure. Kevin Hyatt and someone else came out and installed them. They were very professional and took Covid precautions seriously. Everything about this experience was fantastic and I thought there has to be a catch. Several months later everything is still perfect. Very happy with Skylight Specialists. One tip if they read this: Maybe add pictures of the skylight from the roof after install since customers might want to see it and can't make it up the roof :)
-
Skylight Specialists were very professional and quick to estimate my skylights windows replacement. The work was done on time and quality is outstanding. Highly recommended.
-
It was a great experience from beginning to end. Quick response to get initial estimate. Quick turn around to install. They even put 2 guys on the job to get it done before anticipated snow storm. Jake and Iggy were fantastic! Very professional and respectful and knowledgeable. They represent the company well. Even drive from Denver for the installation. I appreciate you and will recommend to all and out you on Nextdoor for others who might need a replacement skylight.
-
We were very pleased with the timely and professional work by Devin and his team. They protected my home from dust and debris and were non intrusive while replacing our skylight on the highest point of our roof.
-
-
Great product with an incredibly satisfying finish. They could benefit from a few instructional videos but one the whole installation went very smooth. My overall experience with Sky Light Specialists was top notch and my clients are thrilled with the outcome.
-
Great product. Great install team. What a difference in my home!

-
5 stars for Davin and his installation crew. They were all personable, communicative, and hard working. They even went above & beyond to accommodate our special requests. A real pleasure to have in our home. Not to mention the skylights look great!
-
They did a wonderful job installing the skylight in our dining room/kitchen area, Barry was very professional and did a great job on the install, Julia was great coordinating the whole process, and Roger, did a great job on the texture and drywall. He’s is the cleanest drywall texture person I’ve ever known. I’d recommend them to anyone and will hire them back again anytime. Thank you for the great job!!!
-
Devon did a great job of installing a solar tube, which brings tons of light into my formerly dreary living area. He was polite and kept everything very neat. He cleaned up after the installation. I am very happy to this company!
-
-
Excellent experience all around. If you need custom Skylights or windows just call these guys - A+ work.
-
Excellent service, they finished our skylight in one day with efficient repair and a reasonable price. They were able to schedule us right away, too.
-
Wow, y'all, these people are amazing. We had a super deep skylight put into our living room this past July by these folks, and we were super impressed at the time and have been in love w the light it has brought into our house! With this last cold snap, though, we ended up seeing a few leaks coming through... these folks (Mark, Josh and Lock, among others) came out IMMEDIATELY to see what was up. Turns out it was a combo of my house having some higher humidity and my husband and I deciding not to have it immediately finished back in the summer, but Mark took so much time explaining to me what was going on, and even tho the skylight itself wasn't leaking, these folks still came back this morning w a bunch of supplies and made triple sure that I won't have leaks coming thru from the frost and condensation that forms in my attic. Josh is also finding me a quote to get the shaft mudded and taped to finish off the whole thing. This is service that is above and beyond and I would recommend their work to anyone.
-
Josh Ewing was fantastic to work with! Josh designed a MAGS system with integrated VELUX solar venting skylights incorporated into them. They installed 32 skylights into my home (3 banks) in less than 8 days. The crew showed up on time, were super friendly to my wife, super playful and careful around my black lab Diesel, and very courteous of the residence. They only time they were not working is when they would pet the black lab for a few minutes. They did an excellent job of cleaning up each day and communicating with me on the progress they made (or did not make) each day. I have worked with two other outfits prior to Skylight Specialists and am really happy to have met Josh. I will continue to work with them on a go-foward basis and will recommend them to others. Mark the head installer was knowledgeable, straight-shooter, & courteous. If I were to guess, I am guessing 20+ years of industry experience based on conversations we had.
-
-
Although I live HOURS away, these fellas not only took the drive, but they arrived EARLY! They managed to keep the work in a secluded spot, which they went above and beyond to clean up once complete, and kept me involved in every step! They were kind and courteous, and very professional. Also, did I mention that this happened all in February in Colorado!? We just had a snow storm and another that was on the way, and the way these men worked, you'd believe it was a bright sunny summer day. I literally sat in my living room for hours just looking into the sky, watching snow accumulate on the new skylight. I am beyond happy, I thank them, and most importantly, my plants thank them! The house was very dark, almost spooky dark, and now it feels like an ad in Better Homes magazine! I took pictures and posted them to my social media, and already referred them to a friend. This is such an exciting day. I only bought this house in late 2019 and was ready to place it back on the market because well, I'm a plant lady. After yesterday's new install, that idea is out the window! Who knew that for the right price and a few hours, a house could turn into a home! Thanks again fellas!

-
Y'all were awesome. Thank you for your quick response and great work.
-
Everything about working with them on our project was professional, courteous and well communicated. They were extremely prompt, from the in home consultation to scheduling to installation. The installer, Paul, was fantastic. He made sure he knew what we wanted to achieve, clearly explained his recommendation, protected all the work areas, tidied up the area afterwards and made sure to lock the backyard gate before leaving. Everything was top notch. I can't wait to recommend Skylight Specialists to all our friends.
-
These guys did a great job
-
I found Skylight Specialists through Home Advisor, and after receiving several phone calls and quotes, I chose them to install two skylights. I'm SO glad I did! My experience began with Julia, who was incredibly helpful and responsive to my needs throughout the project. (She also didn't annoy me with repeated phone calls after our project was delayed!) Once our funding came through, we were able to schedule and complete the job in a matter of days. Then Mark and Kevin showed up for the install. These guys know their stuff! They covered all my furniture to protect them during construction, and left the place exactly as they found it (except, of course, for the two beautiful holes in the ceiling!) Mark was VERY helpful in determining the exact placement of the skylights, and his 30 years of experience was really helpful for someone like me who knows nothing about this stuff. All I can say now is that I want MORE skylights, and I won't hesitate to call the specialists when that time comes!
-
-
Top notch installation crew, They were in and out in a timely fashion with no trace of their presence. They provided a quality product with a very competitive price structure. The only place you need to call when needing a replacement for what you already have to cutting in new light to your home!
-
-
They did a good job they didn't need any directions they knew what they were doing they got all their equipment and got up on the roof did a nice job do nice friendly guys answer any questions you had
-
Skylight Specialists was a home run for what we were looking for. The techs were incredibly informative, attentive, professional and listened to all of our needs. When they walked out the door we felt like we were in an all new (and upgraded) home. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for everything!!
-
Just had a new skylight installed yesterday. From the initial quote to cleanup, everything was fantastic! I'm working from home, and and barely knew that Barry and team were even here yesterday getting this done. Stellar all around!
-
I had my first skylight replaced over two years ago due to hail damage by Skylight Specialist. I decided to get the other 3 replaced this winter. I chose Skylight Specialist again to replace them due to my experience with them and my HOA recommended them as well. They were the old dome type and old!! It is so nice to have beautiful clear flat ones! So nice to get all three replaced in one day. They were on time and finished an hour ahead of schedule.
-
About 3.5 years ago, we moved into a log home. The home is beautiful, but very dark inside. After much research, we settled on Skylight Specialists to put in a skylight for us. We were dreading having it done based upon our previous contracting experiences in other homes. We always said that contractors leave your home in worse shape than before they came! Not so with this company. Mark and Barry were wonderful! They carefully set up protective measures before starting. They worked quickly and efficiently, and the resulting skylight was beautiful and looked like it had always been part of the house. It has been about a year and a half now since it was installed, and it has made such a difference in this house. We would not hesitate to work with this company again, in the future.
-
Required a warranty service. The technician, James, arrived on time and was quickly able to correct the problem. Excellent service, very professional. Highly recommended.
-
If you need skylights - new or replacement - you can stop looking. I cannot recommend Skylight Specialists enough. My quote was prepared same day. The provided all the documents for my HOA and then scheduled to install two weeks later. The job was tough (steep pitched roof at a townhome) and you wouldn’t know it was tough from the work they did. They showed promptly in the morning, worked through the day and stayed to make sure both my rooms were cleaned to my satisfaction from the debris that fell through. It was barely an inconvenience for me. The cost was very fair. Based on the work they did, I am very comfortable with what I paid.
-
Fantastic work, and some of the best customer service I have ever encountered. I had Skylight specialists bid 3 different options, and ended up going with 1 skylight in my kitchen. Devin Birmingham came out 3 separate times (and a 4th after the fact) to explore different options with me. Ultimately the install from David was flawless. Devin even came out one final time to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I was a high-needs customer, and never once did I feel like an inconvenience. These guys are the real deal, and I couldn't be happier with the final product. 100% recommended.
-
Skylight specialists did great work. Barry and his crew showed up when he said they would and on time. The skylights they installed look excellent. They sent over 5 guys and they were all very polite and professional, even polite to each other. Would highly recommend this company.
-
On December 3rd much to my amazement Joseph and his coworkers performed a work short of a miracle. I needed a leaky oversized improperly installed skylight replaced on my roof. They were very professional, timely, friendly, and informative. They divided my skylight into two Velux standard size without ruining my newly installed roof. They cleaned up everything afterward leaving us very satisfied. There's been two snowfalls since with no leaks. They were affordable and just beautiful! We'd utilize them again and highly recommend them for all skylight needs. Thank you Josh, Daniel, Steve, Joseph, and Cynthia, Sandra Aurora, Colorado
-
They made the process easy. From start to finish, they were very helpful and there was good communications with them all through the project. The installers cleaned up any thing that had fallen from the installation and left everything in good order. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful would be a good summation. The new skylight looks great!
-
Skylight Specialists did an excellent job. They were quick to come out and the job was done when they said it would be. Very good communication as well.
-
They got the work done much faster then expected and did a very professional job!
-
Kevin and Christian came and replaced my skylights today. After struggling with roof leaks for years I was finally able to have my skylights replaced! Also, After speaking with Locke about my troubles, he offered to go above and beyond to help make sure my home was dry and safe. They patched up surrounding tears in the large flat apartment roof as well as boarded up the hole in my ceiling. They also agreed to come back out once the roof is replaced next year and reinstall the seals to insure a lasting seal and product. I am so happy with the responsiveness from Julia their scheduler to all the people who have come out to help me. Thank you!!
-
Everything has always went smooth with this company. We ordered 2 the first time for the living room and not a snag anywhere. Everyone was on time, dressed professionally and on time! We needed to add the final skylight for our bathroom and the second experience was better then the first. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable.
-
Communicative, punctual, professional, clean. I've used Skylight Specialists for multiple jobs now; we'd live in a better world if other contractors held themselves to the standards that Skylight Specialists hold themselves to. Skylights certainly are not cheap; Skylight Specialists were fairly priced and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again in the future. They were communicative from the beginning in bidding the job and answering any and all questions with the understanding that their products are not cheap and the intent of getting it right the first time. They communicated clearly about scheduling and followed up with punctuality each day in completing each of my multi-day installations. My most recent installation wasn't without issue, but nothing on their part, and I truly feel like they bent over backward to accommodate me after I put the brakes on mid-job. Expressing that their ultimate goal was a satisfied customer, they did everything they could to make it right. Neither they, nor I, foresaw the issue that arose during the completion of my job. Skylight Specialists were patient in working with me through to a positive outcome. In owning and maintaining an older home, it is expected that the unexpected will happen. What's most important is how those unexpected issues are handled. To that end, Skylight Specialists went above and beyond on my last job, not only with the skylight install, but working with me (through a problem they didn't create) to a positive end result, and making sure I was happy after the fact. Techs took care to protect the areas around their work and cleaned up after the job was complete.
-
The employees of Skylight Specialists that replaced two hail damaged skylights were professional and responsive to complete my project in a timely manner.
-
We've worked with Skylight Specialists for many years now. Anytime we have a customer in need of a skylight, they are the first ones we turn to. They are always prompt and professional and we never hesitate to put our clients needs in their hands!
-
Skylight Specialist is very professional and they did excellent job. Highly recommend.
-
From my very first phone call to Skylight Specialists, I was impressed with the friendly and professional communication with every member of their staff with whom I engaged. They provided regular updates on our special order, and the installation of our replacement dome went very well on a particularly windy day! I highly recommend this company, and will be keeping them on our Vendor List for the HOA that I am a part of in Denver.
-
Skylight Specialist is the best! They have done multiple skylights for me for multiple people. I'm a Project Manager for Expert Exteriors LLC. Commercial/Residential Roofing, and I only use and trust Skylight Specialist with all my skylight needs!
-
-
I've used skylight specialists 6 times now on 6 of my projects. Excellent experience with this company. Great service, attention to detail, quality products and fair prices. I highly recommend!!!! check them out....
-
Barry did a great job on our replacement skylights. He worked non stop all day and we can actually see out our skylights again. I had no idea how beat up they were. Highly recommend.
-
Skylight Specialists were a pleasure to work with. Their salesperson, Julia, was incredibly responsive and helpful. The installation crew were fun and efficient and helped move furniture and cleaned up after the job. I would highly recommend this company.
-
I searched for a skylight company on nextdoor and found Skylight Specialists was recommended in a previous post. They came out to evaluate our leak the same day! The whole process was extremely professional and friendly. I did not feel like I was being up sold or anything and I was provided with photos of the damage to my current skylights to understand they needed replacement. The installation went smoothly and they look fantastic. It was easy to pay on my phone when they were done. I also received a call from the original tech who evaluated the issue in the beginning to make sure we were happy with our service. I highly recommend using them for any skylight needs!
-
Davin & James did a great job replacing/installing 2 new skylights at our home. They coordinated their work w/the roofers and kept us in-the-loop. Finished product is great and work areas were clean when they left.
-
-
Skylight Specialists came highly reviewed and they did not disappoint! Our old skylights were at least 30 years old and we could hear the semis on I-225 whenever they went by a half mile away. Now, with the new Velux skylights, it is quiet as a whisper in our living room. The salespeople were professional, responsive, and punctual. The installer was professional and kind. They look amazing. What a great company to work with! We got a lower quote from another company, but their people who came out were not as knowledgeable about the types of skylights. They even gave us incorrect information. I am really glad we spent the slightly higher price to have this job done so excellently.
-
-
We had two Sun Tunnels installed in an interior hallway. The work turned out very nice, and the drywall company they recommended for patching the hole where our evaporative cooler had been also did a great job. You would never know it had been there.
-
I can't thank Josh and the people at Skylight Specialists enough!! My partner and I work on the frontlines and in the beginning of the pandemic, we were selected for a Sun Tunnel giveaway. As an NP, I was working 12-15 hours a day and as the cases of SARS-CoV-2 continued on, my partner was equally exhausted in her work as a therapist. We rarely saw the light of day during this time. Josh Hannon was incredibly patient and worked with us amid the chaos and our ever-changing hours for installation. The installer, Paul was incredible and the Sun Tunnel is just perfect, brightening up our once-dark farmhouse dining room! This was even more appreciated after I contracted the virus and ended up in the hospital, then quarantine and prolonged recovery, requiring oxygen at home. The added brightness helped as we had to put our beloved Goldendoodle down and the ray of light highlighted the many wonderful flowers we received from loved ones. It's been a difficult year and the muddy recovery from this virus is unrelenting, but I will be forever grateful for this gift of light- especially as we are now working from home as we can and the dining room is now my partner's office. Skylight Specialists, Inc. is a top notch organization and HIGHLY recommend considering them for a skylight or Sun Tunnel to bring light into your home and your lives! We could all use more light in our lives, but especially now as daylight becomes scarce into the winter and more of us stationed at home as this pandemic continues on.
-
-
We had a hail insurance claim that included replacement skylights. James and his team arrived on time and spent the day removing and installing the two skylights. They perfectly informed us of the work, Installed the replacements, and cleaned up. Highly recommended!
-
I replaced two skylights with Skylight Specialists. They did a wonderful job on the installation, explaining different options, and the finish work. The new skylights look like they were made for the space.
-
-
WOW! I cannot believe the customer service Devin Birmingham provided for me. We have an older model skylight and Devin went above and beyond in helping me search for replacement parts. I would HIGHLY recommend Devin for any skylight needs and will definitely use this company for any skylight needs in the future because of Devin. He responded to emails all times of day and weekends. Amazing experience! Thank you Devin!
-
Great experience ! From the estimator that came right out to the inside sales rep Josh and the install team led by Barry. Very knowledgeable staff. Having been in the trades was amazed how clean the work site was when they were done.

-
On-time, competent, professional, friendly. Replacement skylights installed perfectly by James Espinoza and Paul Thiel. I'll be a repeat customer next time I need skylights.
-
Don't procrastinate like me! This was so easy Yes even during Covid 19 I've lived here since 1985. One of my skylights was always a tiny leak issue, but since my electric line runs close by I assumed it was going to be a bigger deal to replace. But it was noticing cracks in the one over the bathtub, while taking a bath, that made me find the business card I had gotten during last home show in Denver. I still assumed this was going to be a major project, super heavy units.. and really expensive.. probably require short power outage. I was so wrong and should literally have done this decades ago. Kenny & Devon did such an excellent job I took pictures. Good thing I'm not a Facebooker or I'd have posted there. Fortunately I remembered to tell them about extra shingles stashed so they made them look perfect! Judge for yourself
-
We had 2 old skylights replaced by Skylight Specialists, and they were EXCELLENT in all respects! Julia Johns coordinated our project and answered all our questions very succinctly and with speedy follow-up. Paul Thiel and Mike Elaire did an excellent install, clean-up, and were very personable. The sklights look amazing!
-
We are very pleased with our skylights and would highly recommend Skylight Specialists. It’s nice when a contractor shows up on time, answers all your questions and respects your home. John and Toni
-
Skylights Specialists replaced 8 skylights in our home in 2014. One skylight frectured recently. Josh was our original salesperson, and was again our advocate with the skylight manufacturer, and even had someone come out to cover the skylight against adverse weather. Kenny installed the new skylight yesterday. He was very courteous and personable, and totally impressive! We have a concrete tile roof, which requires very careful treatment, and Kenny was a pro! I cannot speak highly enough of the service Josh and Kenny provided. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of skylights.
-
-
Great job, got two 30 year old skylights replaced in under a day of labor> Love the solar powered skylights and blinds. They look so much better than what I had and didn't need any wires. The crew kept the area very clean and did a great job.
-
-
We had two Sun Tunnels installed. Love the light put out. James was our installer and very professional and courteous.
-
-
Very professional and great communication. I could not be home for the replacement of the skylights so the workers notified me when on the way to start project and upon completion to let me know if there were any issues which there were none.
-
Great customer service. I love the light that is put out from our Sun Tunnels. James was very professional and courteous. Everything was cleaned up. Thank you.
-
. Great customer service. I love my Sun Tunnels. They give out so much light.James was very courteous and professional. Thank you.
-
Everyone that we dealt with was responsive and kept us informed, updated on time line. I would utilize them in the future.
-
I had a great experience from beginning to end. Josh came out to my house initially. He made his suggestions of what he thought might be best for the entrance of my hone but, of course, he left it up to me to make the final decision. I decided on a Sun Tunnel! James was the installer. He was on-time, friendly, professional and did a great job with the installation...even with the crazy winds we've had recently. I love my Sun Tunnel...I am very happy with the end result and may even consider getting a second one.

Excellent and quality skylight product. Installation by Devin Birmingham demonstrates excellent customer service. We have a tile roof and installation required cutting some tiles and even replacing one that got cracked. They did a fantastic job installing our two skylights. Inside they did great job sealing and aligning the frames. The quality work performed for the installation was beyond expectations and I cannot recommend Skylight Specialist enough. They have a customer for life and when we need to replace our skylight in 15-20 years. If you need to replace leaking skylight go with Skylight Specialist, you cannot go wrong.

Professionals in every sense. Great guys and good work. Organized and efficient. Sun Tunnels carefully installed and a nice job of cleanup. Enjoyed working with Mike, James, Anthony and others. Had previously used Skylight Spec on a skylight and all went smoothly and well. Thanks for a great team and a great product.
-
James showed up on time & was so professional & friendly. He worked hard to find the correct spot to place my new Sun Tunnel & it was not easy. I have a 100 year old house & it has challenges as new owners over the years kept on building additions. Paul came to lend a hand & the job was quickly finished. They laid down plastic & vacuumed anything beyond. These two guys are very sweet & so pleasant to talk to. All in all it was like having family members over! I love my Sun Tunnel, especially the solar night light! I love it so much, in fact, I might put one in my hall. And a skylight surely would be nice in my bathroom! Thanks, Skylight Specialists, James & Paul did an excellent job! Janice

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Great process from beginning to end, I couldn't be happier with my Sun Tunnel. I recommend them to any person with an interior room to get some natural light. It has made a huge difference to my interior restroom.

Wow - I don't write a lot of reviews, but this company deserves some serious kudos. I could not more highly recommend. We just bought our first house in Ned and out of 4 total skylights in the home, 2 were cracked when we bought. This was the first priority for us to fix upon moving in. I worked directly with Stan to schedule a consultation, and he was phenomenal. He communicated with me regularly, he sent a thorough proposal, he followed up regularly and was a pleasure to work with. Stan was great, and our first impression of the company through working with him was fantastic. Not only this, but when we did finally decide to pull the trigger on the skylight replacements after doing our research with a few vendor consultations, we found Skylight Specialists to be the most affordable. Stan did not try to up-sell me or push special features that we didn't need, plus they offer a 10 year warranty on their work. They scheduled our work promptly, ordered the products, and we had the installation done today. Barry and Kenny were our specialists, they texted to alert that they were en route and arrived right on time. The two of them were truly wonderful, both incredibly nice, polite, helpful, and went above and beyond in the process as a whole. They worked quickly and were very respectful as I was working from home and on conference calls off and on throughout the morning. They did a phenomenal job installing the skylights themselves, keeping the area clean and covered, and working quickly. Barry even touched up and re-caulked/sealed the interior aesthetic framing of the skylight (which was not required by them at all, nor part of their expected work). Not only that, but he also helped me fix a completely separate task within our attic just to be helpful to me. I truly could not compliment these guys enough, I was amazed. I will be recommending them to any and every person I know of who might need their services. When we eventually save up and upgrade our 2 remaining skylights, I will be calling Skylight Specialists without a doubt. If you're in the market, do yourself a favor and choose this company. And THANK YOU so very much - Stan, Barry and Kenny - thank you for everything!

-
Skylight Specialists installed my new skylights, trim and shades and I could not be happier with the final product. Kenny did an amazing and professional job and they look perfect. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
-
I had a GREAT experience with Skylight Specialists. They came out and measured, provided me a quote, I confirmed, they came out and did the work and I paid the bill. It was that simple and now I can't feel the draft from the skylights. My skylights were 32 years old and past ready for replacement. I am very glad I made the decision to replace the light and best of all I used Skylight Specialists.
-
Handled the ordering and installation of our skylight with a high degree of professionalism. Great communication with the sales and office staff. Pricing was consistent with other companies, but I would hire Skylight Specialists in the future based on the ease of ordering and the quality of their work.
-
Great service, the crew arrived right on schedule and completed the install in just a few hours. The new skylights have an excellent look on both the inside and outside. A great upgrade from the home builder low quality. We should have upgraded years ago.
-
Skylight Specialists were recommended to us by a trusted roofing contractor and we could not be more happy with the work. We had four skylights that were original to our home and needed replacing after hail damage. The newly installed ones look fantastic! We requested a custom interior trim that looks beautiful too. I would highly recommend Skylight Specialists to anyone looking for high level quality work.
-
I am pleased to recommend Skylight Specialists. Everyone I interacted with by phone or in person was friendly, helpful and professional. The Sun Tunnel they installed gives us lots of light in an area that really needed it and it works as a large night light when it gets dark.
-
Skylight Specialists did a remarkable job on our skylight and solar blind install. We had 10 skylights and 7 solar blinds installed over 3 days as a replacement to our existing skylights. The sales team worked with me up front to explain in detail and update the contract as needed before we scheduled the work. The crew, led by Devin B, were outstanding. The crew was polite, professional, respectful, and helped to protect my house by rolling out plastic on the floor from the doorway to their workspace and cleaning up after each day. We actually had lots of family in town unexpectedly during this time, and Skylight Specialists were very understanding of the situation and completed the work with minimal disruption to us. The workmanship was excellent and I did not need to provide oversight as Devin and the crew were skilled and committed to doing a high quality job. Skylight Specialists uses the best products, and installing skylights is all they do. From my perspective, they are the best company for a skylight install or replacement. Even my visiting in-laws were impressed :)
-
Tackled an icy, snowy, steep skylight replacement with quality, speed and professionalism.
-
Working with Sky Spec was an amazing experience. They were on time, helpful, and responsive. Andrew even helped me rescue my dog when she fell into the window well during the estimate. The new roof being put on concurrently didn't phase these folks at all. They communicated with the roofers and everyone worked together. My rooms are now bright and cheerful. I would highly recommend this company. Sun Tunnels make a HUGE difference in the tone of my spaces -- and you get a 30% refund from the govn't!! Win Win!! Thanks, Andrew and James and Locke!!!
-
One of the BEST experiences I have had with a contractor! PAINLESS! Very easy to work with which is SO nice. Plus their job was done perfectly!
-
First of all, the employees are great, honest people. They arrive when they say they will and do top quality work. They are easy to work with and truly go the extra mile to make the customer happy.
-
This is a top rate company, they strive for excellence and they achieve excellence from the professionalism of E.J. to the installation crew led by Davin Northcote, who did a phenomenal job (accurate, clean, competent) and the finish drywall magician, Clayton . . . 3rd generation master craftsman. Skylight Specialists earns more than 5 stars!
-
From start to finish, the customer service and professionalism was top notch. I'm very pleased with how my new skylights look, and only time will tell if the seal is water tight and will withstand our wonderful Colorado weather changes. The only complaint I have is there are a lot of black fingerprint marks on the drywall inside and some of my landscaping was bit roughed up. Nothing that can't be fixed though. Thanks to all!
-
Excellent work. Very pleased.
-
This company does excellent work. We are so pleased with our new skylights! Excellent installers, very professional they keep your carpet and furniture protected when installing. I will definitely recommend them!!
-
These guys were fast and easy and did a great job!
-
Great service at a reasonable price.
-
EJ was amazing with his free quote and detailed answers to my questions. Michael performed the install and was equally pleasing to work with. Both were polite and professional. The cleanup following the install was top notch!
-
-
One of our neighbors recommend Skylight Specialists to us .So far we have experienced great services from almost all the staffs we have contacted, project manager, and the young man who did the installation, very professional and trustworthy. This company has the right people.
-
Skylight Specialists replaced two of my existing skylights and I could not be happier! Their customer service and attention to my project were stellar. From Cynthia (receptionist), to the guy that came out to get measurements (forgot his name, sorry!), our rep (Josh) and the very nice gentleman that did the installation (Mark), everyone was super helpful and polite. I can now pronounce "VELUX" lol and the skylights are beautiful. I'd recommend this company to anyone!
-
The crew was on time, efficient, courteous and respectful of my home. Love my new solar tube.
-
I had three guys come out for a quote and EJ was extremely professional and really diagnosed the problem and gave me options. His quote was prompt and detail oriented. I appreciated that he actually got into the attic to understand the structure of the home and give an accurate estimate.
-
-
Did a great job explaining ever step to me with the estimate and installing.
-
Very professional company. Installers were particularly courteous and did a fantastic job. I'm really happy with the end results.
-
We highly recommend using the Skylight Specialist. They have a professional staff and give outstanding customer service.
-
Amazing Company to work with! As a roofing contractor we use these guys when there are difficult installation issues! They save the day every time! Please call these guys FIRST!!
-
Getting the quote was easy and straightforward but we had issues getting the job scheduled - even after putting down our deposit. I was getting antsy about it but eventually we got scheduled and they did the work no problem. Love the new skylight.
-
-
A fine company with efficient and timely service! I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Josh came over and gave us an estimate for the skylight we wanted. He was thorough and measured everything and in a day or so e-mailed our estimate. We accepted, sent in a third of the job cost and were called within a day or so as to when the job would actually be scheduled. The person in charge of doing the job itself called and made certain we both were in sync with the starting day. On the day work was to begin we were met by two of the installers, Davin Northcote and Matt Tighe. Two tireless workers who completed the job in a day. They cleaned up at the end of the job and we were quite pleased with the efficiency and quality of their work. Now that they were finished they told us the final person to finish the job(drywall patching, texturing etc) would call in a day or so. Sure enough the drywalled finisher called agreed on a convenient date for all concerned. Clayton, the fellow doing the drywall work showed up as promised worked a good 9 or 10 hours and did a spectacular job. Again totally professional with a keen eye for quality and craftsmanship. Cleaned up thoroughly when he was finished. All the above done in just two days! When we decide to do another skylight in the near future we would 100% call Skylight Specialists! Top notch people from top to bottom!! Bar none!
-
One of the four Velux skylights that were installed in a cathedral ceiling in 1996 stuck open due to a broken part. Skylight Specialists had a technician out quickly to close and fasten the skylight. The replacement part was no longer available so I ordered replacements for the broken unit and another one on the same side of the roof. Their technicians arrived on time, were efficient, did good work, and cleaned up after themselves. It was a good experience and I will be calling them back if I have a problem with the other two old skylights.

-
I am a roofing contractor for Golden Spike Roofing, Inc., and have been using Skylight Specialists to handle all of my skylight needs for many years now. They are very affordable and work with you on many aspects of the job and pricing so that the process is as smooth as can be. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with skylights needs, and am 100% pleased with the customer service and results I have seen thus far. A+++
-
'Lock' from Skylight Specialists took care of my house with an attention to detail, as though it were his own house. When replacing old skylights, it's inevitable that the installers find some goofy, even troubling roof conditions. Lock could have dropped the new skylights on my roof and buttoned up his work, but instead, took the time to clean up someone else's bad install. He communicated with me what the problem was, what solutions were possible, and the time it would take to get the job done right... and on budget. Great job!
-
-
We would highly recommend Skylight Specialists. They replaced 3 of our skylights and we are very pleased with all aspects of the job they performed. Devin and his team kept us informed on the schedule, arrived on time and answered all our questions on the process. They were tidy and cleaned up after the installation. They didn't even take a lunch break! It's hard to find responsible contractors these days and we definitely hit a home run with this company.
-
Our experience with Skylight Specials has been great. From bid to completion of work has been flawless. Mark and team showed up on time, were very careful and protective of our home, great with our dog and quick to get the job done. The finished product looks great and we highly recommend.
-
-
Phenomenal! Devin and Jake were professional, courteous, and punctual! Very easy and simple process, and a good price for what I needed. They also cleaned up after themselves, took all the trash and old skylight, which helped me a lot. Thank you!
-
-
Everything went as well as they promised it would! Great communications, every step of the way. With all the weather delays, that was important to us. From Keegan, our salesman, to Joe, the scheduler, and Devin the job foreman, every person we interacted with was a true professional.
-
Excellent and prompt service! I highly recommend!
-
Josh did a very professional job for us. In and out timely and little disruption to the inside.
-
Great job, nice workers, on time and cleaned up after the job was done.
-
They were very easy to work with and there were no surprises. Outside of the fact that it took 3+ months to get installed, the installers were great. I guess they’re in high demand as the wait was worth it.
-
The team did a great job. Very professional and thorough. I was impressed with their work!

From the beginning, Skylight Specialists provided excellent customer service. Nicole responded to all my emails within a few hours, and no question went unanswered. Their install team was professional and courteous. Even after install, when I had an issue with the solar blinds, they came back out within a day to fix it. I highly recommend Skylight Specialists for all your skylight needs!

On time, responsive to phone calls and did great technical work. Our new skylight was installed in 2 hours and the remote control works perfectly. Thanks

What a fabulous group of skilled people! Skylight Specialists added light to our home with two lovely skylights. It feels like paradise in our family room. But I must tell you, if you are wondering about who you should choose to do this work, you cannot go wrong with this company that specializes in skylights. I researched for a long time, and hoped I chose the right company to add skylights to our home. They surpassed my wildest expectations. First I called the company and a smiling voice was on the other end of the phone. I look for that in a company. Lindsey answered the phone and was so personable. She set up a visit for me to meet with Stan Davies to come out to work up an estimate. He answered all our questions and was so nice. Next I set up the scheduled time for the install. I spoke with Joe Walters and once again, a smile on the other end of the phone! Joe was awesome and set me up for the install with Lock Davis and he would be there also. They both came on time. Lock walked in, smiled and introduced himself and Joe, he said they wanted to place the skylights wherever we would like them, and that they wanted us to be happy. What? Yes he truly wanted us to be happy! Joe was just wonderful too, smiling and we felt we knew those men in a short amount of time. Skilled, hard working and kind men they are. We decided to have the skylights focused over our couch. No lamps needed in the day at all to read, it's just grand! The light wafted over the entire room. No words to express how happy we are. Every step of the way Lock and Joe answered our questions. And they both were so kind to also help us in our thoughts on where we wanted the skylights placed. At this point I was truly in shock at all the incredible customer service, as my husband was too. They were so careful to not make a mess on our flooring. Tidy and neat they are! They installed two gorgeous skylights in our home, cleaned up afterward and again asked if there was anything more they could do for us. They were just incredible! Next Clayton Hunt arrived to do the texturing on the drywall to match our ceiling. Goodness, another smiling and kind man! He finished the job and was just so nice. I have never witnessed in my 65 years this kind of service. So I guess this review was lengthy, but the people at Skylights specialists are tops and deserved this review. After the job was done I also received a beautiful letter from Josh Hannon. Thanking me. Well this is one fabulous company, thank you all at Skylight Specialists, you turned our home into a peaceful, light and glorious haven! I thank the owner Rob Packard for hiring such a special group of people. Our very best wishes to you all! Barb and Mike

We couldn't have been more pleased with the complete installation of our new solar tunnel. Josh was very professional in his workmanship and did a fantastic job. Clean up was so complete you couldn't tell anyone was ever here.
-
They did an excellent job, they cleaned up very well and they were kind to my dogs even though they gotten away at times I'm sure. I would definitely recommend Skylight Specialists to my friends.
-
Skylight Specialists were on budget and on time. I would highly recommend them!
-
Great job installing skylight, but when the original person came out to quote the job, I was told there would be no drywall work needed based on my roof line - that the trim package was all that was needed, and it was covered in the bid. I was happy about that because the drywall work cost extra. When the installers came out, the trusses were scissor trusses, which required drywall work. I was not happy because this was not the way the job was sold to me. And, I thought under the circumstances, they should have eaten the cost of the drywall. They pushed back initially saying they would not pick up the cost of the drywall, to which I became very upset, and then did in the end agree to cover the drywall cost. In my opinion, not only should they have agreed to cover it from the get-go, but there should have been a call of apology to me for messing up on the original quote and not figuring out my roof line right - after all that is their business. The 4 stars are for Lock and his crew, who did a very good job installing the skylights.
-
The job was done very well and the contractor that came out was very personable! Would have been a 5-star; however, the scheduled time for the appointment was 8:30am, but the contractor didn't show till 9:45am. I didn't have anything going on for the day so wasn't too much of a problem, but I could see it being a problem for someone else who has plans for the day. All in all, great experience though!
-
The planning, scheduling and installation were all incredibly simple and professional. I would absolutely recommend Skylight Specialists. 😊
-
They came in and got us done fast. Great job! I'm very happy!
-
We had 3 skylights replaced, everything works as expected, so far no leaks but it is too early for that. Installers were great, no issues. I would recommend to others.
-
These guys rock! Had a couple of hail damaged skylights that Skylight Specialists replaced for us...easy to work with, good communication and terrific results. You'll be happy you chose them for your next skylight project!
-
Easy to schedule, on time for project, good communication. Overall, a great experience
-
UPDATE: Skylight Specialists recently took care of a few warranty repairs quickly and thoroughly. I could not be more pleased with the service we've gotten from this company. Outstanding customer service! Skylight Specialists was great to work with! We worked with friendly, helpful people from estimate to installation and we are very happy with the final results! It's a pretty messy job because we have an attic full of loose insulation but the installers took every precaution to protect our floors and walls. I was also pleasantly surprised with our final invoice which was a LOT lower than the estimate - love it when that happens!!
-
Good people, great work.
-
Great family

Great people great work

The skylight specialists did an incredible and thorough job fixing my skylights. Garrett arrived at my home on time, took his time re-assessing the issues, and then went to work. When he finished the repairs, he even cleaned the floor under the skylights! After his repairs were completed, we had an issue with one skylight not closing correctly and Garrett quickly responded via text for how we could fix the problem ourselves even though he offered to come out and fix it first. I recommend this great company to anyone looking to install new skylights or fix old ones.
-
I get many compliments on my big, new skylight. The remote had to be replaced and someone neglected to give me info about it up front, but they were able to make everything right...thanks to the workman who came out quickly and got everything taken care of!
-
We had 2, 20+ year old skylights we had blocked off due to the blinding sunlight. When one started leaking, we contacted Skylight Specialists. They did a great job, and fitted us with skylights we can actually use due to the filtering glass. No more blocked skylights!
-
We had Skylight Specialists install 3 skylights in our kitchen 2 years ago. They were great to. work with, stuck with the schedule , and we have had no problems. We definitely enjoy that extra sunlight, and we purchased the shades for the summer in case it gets too warm. Would definitely recommend Skylight Specialists!!!
-
We had two Sun Tunnels installed about 3 weeks ago. So far, we really enjoy the extra sunlight. The installers were friendly and experienced. As far as the tunnels leaking, we just went thru that March 2016 blizzard and everything is fine.
-
I had the team at Skylight Specialist install couple of windows in my garage and a solar powered attic fan on the house. They did great work and followed the schedule they proposed. I would highly recommend them for any window or skylight work on your home or business.
-
Although a bit slow in coordinating and getting the service done, we were very pleased with the result and professional and friendly service that we received.
-
I had Skylight Specialist remove an old, large bubble skylight and replace it with two new VeLux autoclose windows. The quote was accurate. The install was quick and the clean up was very good. We had very little disruption in our day to day activity. The finish work was very good.I found the personnel friendly and helpful. I would use them again should I need a replacement or a repair on a skylight.
-
Great guys, very thorough, on time, etc. Very happy with their work.
-
For the past couple of years I have had water leaking down the interior of my front door whenever it would rain gently for a few days in a row. I have a skylight in the entry area, so I was suspicious it might be the cause of the leak. I searched for a skylight company and found Skylight Specialists, based on their A+ rating and positive reviews. When I contacted them, a specialist came out promptly and evaluated the situation. He confirmed that the problem was coming from my outdated skylight; along with a poor installation at the time my home was built. Furthermore, he found that another skylight had been cracked by hail and was leaking, unbeknownst to me. Skylight Specialists gave me a quote for new Velux skylights to replace my damaged old ones and installed them correctly so that they would last a very long time without leaking. I now have beautiful energy efficient skylights and my leaking problem has been remedied. This company certainly knows its product and how to install properly without cutting corners. Thank you to a wonderful staff and their professional installation crew.
-
I would highly recommend Skylight Specialists! Although we had a delay on the installation, the skylight installed in our kitchen looks great. The installation team was a pleasure to work with, explained all of the details of the installation and accomplished the install in one day. Very happy with all aspects of the job!
-
I had an existing skylight broken by hail, and contracted Skylight Specialists to replace it. Although the replacement skylight was supposed to be delivered in three weeks, the manufacturer (not Skylight Specialists) took five weeks. Other than the delay, Skylight Specialists did an excellent job of installation. They called before sending out the install crew, and they were friendly and did the job quickly. I would recommend this company.....but be aware that if you require a custom skylight to be manufactured by another company, Skylight Specialists are only estimating when the parts will be available.
-
Skylight Specialists installed the windows in our kitchen/atrium area and we were very pleased with the result. The installation crew was very knowledgeable and did good work. Their prices seemed fair - although we didn't shop around much since several of our neighbors had also gone w/Skylight Specialists and we knew they did good work.
-
Skylight Specialists inc. was an amazing company to work with. We were amazed at the outcome of the project and would use them again anytime! The work was high quality and the price was very good. All of the workers on the team were very easy to get along with and made all processes clear to understand. Overall great experience and even better results.
-
We were very impressed by the work done of skylight specialists inc. The work was above and beyond our expectations and we were very happy. All work was done on time and the cost for the work was very resonable. We had no problems and everything turned out how we wanted it to be. Over all wonderful work and easy to deal with.
