VELUX Skylight Systems carry a 10-year installation warranty, plus 20 years on glass, 10 years on product, and 5 years on shades and controls.
This limited warranty does not apply to VELUX products purchased prior to January 1, 2010.
Installation
We stand behind product installations with a comprehensive 10-year warranty. This covers defects in workmanship or materials related to installation. In the rare event of an issue, our team provides prompt assistance.

SKYLIGHT WARRANTY Dear Sir/Madam, We know that there are many choices as to which skylight company you can work with. Thanks you for choosing to work with our company. We appreciate your business !!! For a period of ten (10) years from the date above, Skylight Magic warrants that the VELUX product(s) have been installed in accordance with all VELUX installation instructions. In the event of a failure covered under this warranty during the ten (10) years period from the date above, Skylight Magic shall be responsible for material and labor associated with repairing or replacing such VELUX product.
Skylight Magic shall not be liable for and expressly disclaims any liability for consequential, punitive, incidental, or special damages. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, written or oral, expressed and implied. This warranty is in effect while no new roofing or roofing repairs is performed at the address above. Velux will warranty its installed product(s) as follows: 20 years on the glass seal between the 2 panes, 10 years for the skylight or the Sun Tunnel itself and 5 years on accessories all according to the Velux warranty coverage policy.
