Was great to work with William to replace 3 extra-large, custom skylights for our sunroom. Over several months of research, had acquired several other bids for the project prior to William's bid - he came in literally thousands less than what I was previously quoted. On the day of removal then install, William and Josh worked so quickly and efficiently it was hard to believe. The work was done in less than half a day. Not one to leave reviews of any sort but felt compelled to express how impressive and satisfactory this entire transaction and experience was. The final fit and finish of the new skylights from Skylight Magic have brilliantly transformed this sunroom.

I just had William stop by because I had gotten a kind of high quote to redo the flashing on my existing skylights. He was honest with me and told me he didn’t see the need while the other company had told me otherwise. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out when I consider replacing them in the future.

Skylight Magic installed a beautiful skylight and several tube Sun Tunnel lights a many years back. Recently William came out and cleaned the tunnel lights where moths had collected. We could not reach them, since it was so high up. He did a great job and also replaced the lightbulbs and sealed the area that had loosened as a result of our new roof being installed. He did a great job and we would highly recommend him. He is extremely courteous, conscientious and a pleasure to do business with! You can’t go wrong!

Our skylights let in a draft, let in noise, and caused the surrounding drywall to become damaged due to improper installation maybe 20 years ago. Skylight magic was very quick to fit us into their schedule and their prices for the windows and labor were very reasonable. Will was very kind and great to work with- He went out of his way to show up for the free consultation in the middle of a snowstorm AND he was on time!! He also immediately figured out what was wrong just by looking from the inside. We noticed a big difference in noise level and warmth on the first night! They also offer a better warranty than other competitors. I would highly recommend!

We were referred to William and Skylight Magic by my mothers roofing company. A December wind storm literally pulled her skylights away from the roof. I talked to William on New Years Eve, and explained her problem. William was at my mothers house 4 hours later, on the roof, repairing her skylights. These guys were great! We are about to have solar panels installed on our roof, and we realized that it would be a lot easier to get a sun tube installed now before that happened. I love my replacement skylights, they are beautiful. They kept me informed throughout via phone and texting. I thought I would need a custom sized skylight but Skylight Magic remeasured and saved me money being able to use a standard size. They were informative regarding the kinds of skylights that I could choose from for my space. The installer arrived on time, identified himself and got to work. The actual replacement only took under an hour to replace 2 skylights. They offered to put down plastic to protect my room as they said often times removing the old skylight debris can fall. No debris occurred but it was nice that they covered all bases. The whole process from start to finish was a little over one week. I highly recommend this company.

We hired Skylight Magic to install three skylights in our home addition. We were adding a master bedroom and bath which had low ceilings which meant we wanted something to open up the space. In consulting with Service Magic, they helped pick out the perfect skylights and shades that fit our addition perfectly. All three turned out beautifully and the team was incredibly responsive, helpful, and professional. Most importantly however, the crew from Skylight Magic were proactive and worked well with our contractor and framers to make sure everyone was on the same page during construction. We couldn't be more pleased Skylight Magic and their team.

A 5-star rating is the most I can do, but William (the owner) deserves much more than that. When he gave us an estimate for the installation of two VELUX Sun Tunnels, we hadn’t yet submitted our request to the HOA for approval, thinking it wouldn’t be a problem. The HOA not only denied our request but also notified all other homeowners that Sun Tunnels were off limits. For the next two months William was very patient and responsive in answering my numerous requests for additional information, which eventually got the HOA to reverse their decision. Most contractors would have bailed early on. As for the actual installation the technicians, Andrew and Josh, were very knowledgeable and skilled, and did a great job of first determining the best location in the kitchen for the two Sun Tunnels based on obstructions in the attic, installing them, and cleaning up afterwards. This was not an easy installation as there was 10’ of tubing between the domes on the roof and the diffuser lens in the ceiling. The product installed was the VELUX TMR-014 Sun Tunnel with rigid tubing and the Solar Night Light option. The natural light during the day significantly brightens up the kitchen and the solar night light continues to provide a dim light after the sun goes down, which is really a nice feature. I highly recommend Skylight Magic.

We had such an awesome experience with William and his team at Skylight Magic. We got two skylights installed and we scheduled the work to be done at the same time that we were getting a new roof. William coordinated with the roofing contractor wonderfully so it was so nice that I didn't have to do that. The team was in and out in under 5 hours! We had to move a cable that was in the way but then the drywaller came that following weekend and finished them up! The process was super streamlined and I LOVE all the light our living room now gets. I absolutely recommend Skylight Magic! Great price, great product and great people! :D

Skylight Magic recently installed an operable 4 X 4 skylight in our bathroom. We are delighted with the entire experience, including the upfront planning and the efficiency and cleanliness of the installation. William and the installation crew were very supportive and informative. William especially went above and beyond to ensure that we were totally satisfied and all of our questions were answered.

We purchased multiple daylight tubes from direct from Vellux which we wanted installed by a quality installer. The manufacturer site lists Skylight Magic. Before we called 'em we had a thorough discussion with the Vellux regional rep. We had multiple bldg consultants and roofing reps go up on the roof and provide gotchas. We knew the in's and outs and then we called Skylight Magic. SM stopped by on a pre-appt regarding install location, etc. When the installers arrived they had zero documentation from our initial appt - on the location of install, priorities for success, etc. So, that slowed things down. The skylights are installed. We peeked at 'em from the attic, too. No leaks yet! But, I recommend, that before the job manager leaves your site, both parties really comb thru' the home and attic *together.* The cracked ceiling around my fire alarm, broken attic cover, popped out drywall nails from the ceiling at the stud, and the radon system shut off in the attic, at the switch -- were items we'd not planned to repair after their job was done.

I spoke with the owner " William" he gave me very good information, about what type of skylights are most durable & which ones would best fit our needs for the price.
