Mauricio and the Skylight Roofing crew did an outstanding job on my roof. Such a professiional group of guys from the initial inspection to clean up. Only stress i felt was picking the best color shingle, which there a lot of samples.to choose from. I love the Black Sable!

trustable

Carlos Cuello was very friendly and professional. He explained the whole process in detail and gave us a free estimate with all the costs upfront.

Carlos Cuello and his crew recently replaced our roof and gutters. Because of Carlos' excellent service and clear communications, we referred Skylight's services to our neighbors. Those neighbors then went into contract with Carlos. Thank you Carlos for courteously addressing our questions and concerns. We like your team's efforts and the products they delivered.

Sky Light Roofing and Restoration Co. installed new roof tiles on my house. The old roofing materials were removed, taken away and disposed. The new materials were installed in one day. All work was professionally done and the new roof looks great.

Carlos gave us a lengthy presentation prior to our roof replacement and installation of gutters and downspouts. He informed us of the schedule and kept to our installation date. His employees are all very polite, protected our property and cleaned up after the installation. I highly recommend Skylight Roofing Co and Carlos!!

Orlando from Skylight and his team did a splendid job. Very professional and effecient. I recommend Skylight as one of the best in the industry for a thorough job.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a terrific experience with Skylight Roofing & Restoration from start to finish replacing our 22-year-old roof. Mauricio arrived on time for the initial inspection and spent a lot of time walking us through the entire process, explaining the different products and options, and showing us samples. We never felt rushed or pressured. The installation crew was extremely professional and took great care to protect our property, deck, landscaping, trees, and shrubs. The work took two days, and they planned it carefully so no section of the roof was ever left open or unfinished overnight. The cleanup was equally impressive, especially the attention to making sure no nails or debris were left behind. We reviewed proposals and met with five different roofing companies before making our decision, and I’m so glad we chose Mauricio and Skylight. It was absolutely the right choice. If you have roofing, skylight, or gutter needs in New Jersey, I highly recommend Skylight Roofing & Restoration. Thanks to Mauricio and the entire team for a great job!!

This company addressed the leaking issues with my skylights in rapid time. While waiting for a special order Mauricio wrapped my skylights to prevent further leaking and damage until the skylights could be replaced. The work was completed and exceeded my expectations!

We needed a quick replacement. The team came on a Saturday and completed the install of three skylights professionally!

Carlos Cuello represents Skylight with a great deal of skill, knowledge and sincerity. He is very professional and takes his time to patiently explain each phase of the process of roof and gutter replacement. Carlos is trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Outstanding company from top to bottom! From the initial estimate through the completion of the job, everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. They use superior Owens Corning products, and their shingles are truly state-of-the-art. The workmanship was excellent, and the crew were true craftsman. They were hardworking, professional, and took pride in the quality of their work. I am extremely pleased with the finished roof and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality roofing work, superior materials, and a professional team.

Great price & great work. The job was explained to me from beginning to end. They arrived on time and left when they were completely done with the cleanup. I’m glad I chose Skylight Roofing over the mini companies I interviewed and will be recommending them to friends and family

I had a wonderful experience with Skylight Roofing & Restoration. They did an excellent job replacing two skylights in my home. The owner was very responsive throughout the estimating and scheduling process and was professional and reliable. He arrived with copies of the company’s license and insurance and took the time to explain the work in detail. The workers did a great job with the installation and cleanup, leaving everything neat and tidy. I highly recommend Skylight Roofing & Restoration for their professionalism, quality of work, and excellent customer service.

Meticulous roofers. Clean, fast and very pleasant to deal with

We could not be happier with our experience! From the complete roof replacement and skylight replacement to the installation of larger, upgraded gutters, everything was handled with an exceptional level of professionalism and attention to detail. Mauricio was absolutely outstanding—professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and unbelievably easy to work with. He made the entire process seamless and was always available to answer questions and keep everything moving. His team was such a happy group and I believe it all stems from great leadership. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and the team delivered exactly what they promised. Highly, highly recommend Mauricio and the entire team. Excellent company and an outstanding experience from start to finish!

Carlos and his crew were just great. These men literally worked so hard all day and probably for about 12 hours to get my mother’s roof done in one day. Since it got dark, they came back the next day, which was a Saturday, to continue cleaning up. I had such confidence from the very first conversation with Carlos and his communication throughout the entire process, including with Homeowners association, was just excellent. He’s so knowledgeable. He explained every aspect of what would go into removing the old roof and putting on the new roof, which is done in layers for maximum protection. I never thought a roof could be as attractive as this one is and enhance the look of the house. he helped guide us through the selection process. I would recommend Carlos and his team to anyone and I would use him myself without a second thought.

Excellent job and work ethic. Cleaned up everything after. Looks great. Carlos was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this company.

I recently had my entire roof and gutters replaced, along with two bay windows fully restored, by Skylight Roofing & Restoration — and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. I want to extend special appreciation to the project manager, Mr. Carlos Cuello, whose professionalism and work ethic truly set the tone for the entire project. Carlos coordinated seamlessly with his roofing lead, Esteban, and his exterior specialist, Alex, who handled the window restoration. Their teamwork was outstanding. From the initial preparation to the final walkthrough, Carlos managed every detail with precision. He was transparent throughout the process, patiently answering all my questions, offering thoughtful recommendations, and steering me away from unnecessary work. His updates were timely and clear, often accompanied by drone photos that showed exactly what was happening on the roof at each stage. What impressed me most was Carlos’s confidence in his team and the integrity behind their process. He did not request any advance payment — not a dollar — until every part of the job was completed to my full satisfaction. Only after the work was finished did I submit payment, and immediately afterward I received the Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Warranty, the highest tier available for both materials and workmanship. Skylight Roofing & Restoration is competitively priced and provides clear upgrade options without pressure. Carlos will not cut corners, and his manager, Mr. Douglas, will not reduce quotes in ways that compromise material quality or long‑term durability just to win business. That level of honesty and commitment is rare, and it stood out to me. I am genuinely pleased with the results and the professionalism shown throughout the project. I wholeheartedly recommend Carlos and his team at Skylight Roofing & Restoration for anyone seeking high‑quality roof replacement, gutter installation, or window restoration work.

Prompt, professional service!

Owner is very professional and has been in business for 20 years. It is reputable company

I was very pleased with the service. They had the skylights that needed to be replaced in stock and were able to schedule the repair quickly. They replaced the skylights in less than 1 day. The job was clean and so far without leaks. In addition, they installed an attic fan and worked with me to install the fan that I wanted. In general, they were very professional, did great work, and were a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely use them again and I have already given their information to another person who would like to install an attic fan.

Skylight Roofing & Restoration did a phenomenal job! Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they even took videos and photos of the completed work so I could see everything up close. I am extremely happy with the new skylight installation. Highly recommend!

My skylight needed to be replaced and I prefer to use a local contractor. I called Skylight Roofing & Restoration and Mr. Saneaz provided an estimated cost for the project in a timely manner. The work was completed on time in a professional manner. I could not have asked for a more professional and reasonably priced contractor. I highly recommend this company. I will not hesitate to use this company again should I need to utilize any services that they provide.

I had 1 Skylight that I needed to replace, and then ended up replacing both after inspecting them as they were almost 20 years old. Mauricio came and looked at the job, and got back to me quickly with a quote. Scheduled the job, and the guys came on time, and got the job done quickly. They did a great job, cleaned up everything when they were done, and I couldn't be happier with my experience.

We recently had our entire roof replaced and had a fantastic experience. Carlos of Skylight Roofing and Restoration was professional throughout the whole process — he showed up when he said he would, communicated clearly, and his crew did excellent work. The cleanup after the job was impressive; you'd never know they were there. Best of all, the new roof comes with a 50-year warranty, which speaks to the quality of the materials and installation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Carlos and Skylight Roofing and Restoration to anyone in need of roofing work.

Nicely done! Very prompt and professional service!

Mauricio and the team did a great job. I would definitely recommend them

I just had my roof replaced by Skylight Roofing and restoration . My roof looks amazing ! Home improvement , consultant Mauricio Saenz, walked me through the process . The clean up was impeccable!! I highly recommend this company !!!

We recently had our roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, the team was professional, efficient, and highly communicative. The quality of the workmanship is excellent—the new roof looks great .I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy roofing contractor.

2 of my friends did their roof recently with sky light and recommended the company to me. I have an excellent experience with them. They are very polite and knows what they are doing. They have performed an excellent job . I am very happy with the result and definitely will recommend sky light to my friends as well.

Carlos was very responsive to my initial call and subsequent follow up contact. He was very thorough in explaining what the quote included and provided detailed information on the products he’d be installing. The job was completed on the day he confirmed. There were no surprises I’m very happy with my new roof, it looks great The Owens Corning products have a 50 year warranty

Carlos was the man!! Very professional and punctual.. Very satisfied with my roof & skylight..

Orlando and Steven were great! Super responsive, flexible, and replaced all of our skylights seamlessly. They left the job spotless and even replaced a small light that got bumped during the install. Highly impressed with the friendliness and ease of this project!

Orlando and his team were fantastic. They were on-time, did fantastic work, and left the house exactly as it was when they arrived but with a beautiful new roof

I had the skylight in my bathroom replaced by Skylight Roofing & Restoration. From the start, Carlos provided detailed information on what the job entailed and kept in touch with me to schedule the replacement and answer questions that came up along the way. Overall a very positive experience. I would, without hesitation, recommend Carlos and his team. Sankar

These guys are the most professional contractors we've ever dealt with. After we noticed a leak on our 30+ year old skylights, my husband did some research and found these guys. They came within a day to review the job and provide a quote for the pair of skylights in our bathroom. It was reasonably priced for quality Velux windows, and a comprehensive folder with all certifications and informational documentations were provided to help us make our decision. It was an easy one. The plan was for Monday, but it snowed the day before. They came out regardless, reviewed the conditions of the roof, and advised it was probably a no go due to safety concerns. No worries, we decided for Thursday. The team of 2 came right on time, and completed both jobs within 2.5 hours. They took the time to put up plastic coverings on both our bathrooms and put down pathways to not dirty on homes. They replaced both windows and surrounding roofing area, and the finished installs looked flawless. The next day it rained quite a bit, but no more leaks! Plus the updated remote shades worked very nicely. We are very happy and would recommend this team to anyone looking for updated skylight!

These folks live up to their solid reputation. I shopped around before deciding to hire them. The project i had in mind I knew was small but fairly complicated. They were very upfront in great detail about the specific work to be done and their pricing was definitely competitive. They won me over with scheduling the job asap. Then followed up with me after the install, following the first rain and then again the following season after the first snow. I was very well pleased by that extra show of care. Carlos, their boss returned periodically to check the progress of the work. He came off as very sincere and has been in touch since just to wish us a happy and healthy new year. During the install, the roofers were respectful of the neighborhood as well as our property and friendly. God bless those fellas and their families for doing their work with integrity and dedication.

We were referred by our neighbors on the same street to replace our 22-year-old roof. It was during the supposedly busy season in New Jersey (late fall and early winter) but initial inspection was quickly done on the same day when we called with thorough details. They offered the same installed price per sq ft across our neighbors and we think it was fairly reasonable for New Jersey where labor costs are often higher than the national averages. The materials seem on the premium side as well. So, we decided to use them. Carlos, who managed the entire project, did a great job communicating and coordinating. He brought a crew of 9 and finished the project (>4000 sq ft roof area) within 1.5 days. We are completely satisfied with the installation process itself. We cannot comment on warranty, follow-up communication etc. as we just had the roof installed. We'll come back to update the review if we experience anything negative in the near future (hopefully not!).

I compared skylight prices with several vendors, and this company truly stood out. Not only were their prices very competitive, but the owner also took the time to thoroughly explain the products and assess exactly what my home needed. I really appreciated that he focused on doing the right job rather than pushing me into any unnecessary services. The installation itself was excellent. They finished a large roof project in just one day, and the craftsmanship was beautiful. After completing the work, the team carefully checked and cleaned up all the nails to ensure there were no hazards left around the house — a level of attention to detail that is rare these days. Overall, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

We have replaced Shingles. Carlos and his team did an excellent job. They were very professional, punctual, clean and efficient in their work. They provided all the details of their work. It was a great experience working with them.

I needed a full roof replacement and got quotes from 5 area companies. Carlos was the most helpful and straightforward in the estimating process. He answered all my questions, explained the products and options well and was excellent about communicating as I selected a vendor. Skylight has a competitive price- not the lowest but the total cost was one I felt very comfortable with after working with Carlos. The day of the roof install went great. The team showed up in time and prepped well and got the job done in a long day. The new roof looks great and I am Happy I have a durable long lasting product. I can recommend Carlos and Skylight Roofing for further work. I especially liked the drone footage updates of the process.

Worked with Carlos Cuello to have a Silicone Roof System applied to commercial roof. Carlos and Team did a great job on prep, application and cleanup. Customer service and communication was top notch. Would strongly recommend Carlos and Skylight!

Great Co. to deal with. They were here for 3 days. Treated our property with care, were neat, polite and efficient. I have dealt with many contractors over the years and have never dealt with better.

Carlos was exceptional, above and beyond my expectations. Walked us through the whole process. He was on site over seeing the whole job with live updates throughout the construction. He even found other companies to do the work his company didn’t do, like landscaping, and oversaw that whole job. Was with us till the end and would recommend Carlos and Skylight roofing and restoration to anyone.

We had been discussing getting a new roof for some time but were overwhelmed with the enormity of the project and finding a reputable company. After our neighbors used Skylight and raved about the experience, we signed with them as well. Carlos fully explained what the installation would entail and got to work within a few days. His team was so professional and Carlos was on site the entire time- letting us know what was happening at every step. He also sent photos and videos via his drone ( every few hours)so we could see all the work in progress! We couldn’t be happier with the results. The team also left our yard and driveway spotless which after ripping off our existing roof and replacing the entirety- was extremely impressive. We would highly recommend Skylight!

Very happy with my skylight and roof installation. Mauricio was very thorough in explaining the project and making sure we were satisfied with the final results. Everything was done on time. The crew also did an excellent job with cleanup after the project was done

I am very pleased with the installation of the roof replacement provided by Carlos Cuello and his team. Throughout the process, Carlos was incredibly helpful as he guided me through the entire process, from the initial estimate to the final installation. His communication and oversight was exceptional. Additionally, the installation team was efficient, professional, and made sure the site was thoroughly cleaned up once the job was completed. If you are considering a roof replacement, I highly recommend reaching out to Sky Light Roofing & Restoration.

Skylight roofing is unmatched in professionalism and care. Carlos managed our roof replacement from beginning to end with attention and perfectionism. I really can’t say enough good about the entire experience.

Great process and customer experience. Arrived on time and the job was completed in less time than promised! I would highly recommend

This review is a little delayed, but we had a great experience with Orlando and his team a couple months ago. They replaced a very old skylight we had with a beautiful new one, and they also were able to move and put back a couple of solar panels, which was necessary during the replacement process. Orlando was great with honesty and communication, and was very professional throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Skylight Roofing & Restoration, and I would definitely have them back again for any future work.

I cannot say enough about Orlando and Skylight Roofing and Restoration. After filling out, required information to schedule an estimate,Orlando got back to me immediately regarding setting up an appointment. That day He had performed an analysis of our roof and quickly arranged an in-person meeting to discuss the details of the contract. We met on Friday and he scheduled the work that Monday. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. His staff are dedicated, thorough, snd incredibly hard-working. The job was completed in two days, with his staff working for almost 13 hours a day; and they did an extraordinary job. I was surprised after day one when I came home and I saw his folks working on my little shed in the backyard. Orlando actually had them replace my shed roof so it would match the roof of my house without an extra charge! All four of my skylights were replaced. There was not any evidence of this inside the house. It was immaculate. Orlando and his staff were organized and efficient. After the job was completed, everything was put back perfectly in place and the condition of my property outside, similar to the inside of my home, was left spotless and without any errant nails. I would give Orlando and Skylight Roofing and Restoration 10 stars if possible. Look no further if you are considering replacing your roof.

Prompt, courteous, competitive price and capable. What more could one ask?

We recently had our roof and several skylights replaced and are very pleased with the job done by Mauricio and team! From the beginning they were very detailed and organized with their proposal and Mauricio was there every step of the way to make sure we had all of our questions answered. They scheduled the job immediately and the finished product looks amazing. The crew went above and beyond expectations and even patched a broken board on our deck as a courtesy (broken by a storm the week prior, not by them)! Great experience overall and I would highly recommend the team at Skylight Roofing!

Excellent service!

I could not have been happier with the job done by Sky Light Roofing and especially their representative Orlando. He did an exceptional job working with me and making me comfortable with the entire project. His skilled team of workers showed up on time completed their work as promised and cleaned up after themselves like true professionals. I was so impressed with what he did and the way I was treated that as soon as the project was done, I enlisted him to do the roof on a second home that I own. Honesty Integrity Quality workmanship. And a competitive price. That’s what I got and I couldn’t be happy.

We noticed a leak around a skylight and contacted Skylight Roofing & Restoration. Orlando came and took a look. He said he had bad news and good news for us. The bad news was that there were lots more problems with the roof, so we probably needed an entire new roof. We knew the roof was on the old side, so that wasn't a total shock to us. The good news was that he saw evidence of wind damage on the roof. He said he would work with our insurance company to get an independent inspection. They verified that there was wind damage, and so the insurance company paid for the entire new roof, except our deductible. Skylight did the work on time, including the roof, three new skylights, and a new solar tube. They were excellent to work with. What started out as a skylight leak ended up being a new roof and skylights, and we paid only the insurance deductible, thanks to Orlando noticing the wind damage, which we had no idea about.

Having a roof that was 20+ years old, we were in the market for a new one ASAP. After meeting with Carlos, we knew right away this was the company that we wanted to go with. He explained the process in detail and was extremely informative. He was able to schedule us within a week and we couldn’t be happier. With his team’s arrival and set up, the updates throughout, and the clean up- everything went better than we expected. If you’re looking to replace your roof or have any issues at all, Skylight Roofing is the company to go with!

When it comes to roofing this company knows what they are doing. Their customer service is amazing. The workers are great specially their project manager Carlo’s Cuello, he was there from beginning to end inspecting and updating us on the step by step process while our roof was being replaced. If anyone needs a roofing company I highly recommend Skylight roofing and restoration.

We had a new skylight, new roof, and new gutters done by Karla and the team. Every step of the way, Karla and the team could not have been more responsive. It has been two years and everything is holding up great!

Carlos and his team are first class professionals. From the moment they arrive to the moment they finish their job. Every detail is addressed and every question is answered. I highly recommend Carlos and his team and will continue to use them for my future restorations and home improvements!

Carlos cuello, mauricio and the rest of the guys did an amazing job, very detailed , took good care of my property along with neighbors and cleaned up better than how i had my home..this company isnt for the people looking for bargains, because with skylight you get what you pay for, and that is quality, professionalism, detail , care , and warranty..remember cheaper isnt better , its headache..ty carlos, mauricio and skylight crew...

Communication and punctuality was exceptional. My project was completed on time and customer service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you Skylight roofing!

What an impressive company. Very professional and communication is off the charts! From start to finish no stone left unturned. They did exactly what they said they would do. Like a well oiled machine they know their business. Thanks Carlos and the team. ❤️😀

My journey with Skylight began in the fall of 2023 when they knocked on my door when I was ready for a roof change, offering me a free estimate. Even though I already had a company scheduled for the job at the time, Skylight's professionalism and competitive pricing won me over. They are my preferred company for a long list of additional indoor and outdoor projects again this year. Everyone in Skylight is truly a pleasure to work with.

Highly recommend Orlando and his crew . Excellent job from start to finish and our roof looks amazing . Thanks for the great job !

Orlando and his crew are simply awesome. Highly recommend Skylight roofing for roof replacement. You can be rest assured of quality work at a good price.

Alexander was great. He showed me the problem, and worked with me throughout the entire process. He was also able to work around my schedule to get the new skylights in. I am very pleased with his service!

It was a very pleasant experience working with Carlos and his team. The crew was fast, precise and professional. Everything was spelled out in the contract and was done in a timely matter. Same day. We were scheduled within the week and they were done in under 12hrs. They left the property in better condition then when they came.

Had 2 skylight shades replaced and Alex & Esteban did an excellent job. On time, very professional, protected the work area and were very neat. Would highly recommend Skylight Roofing and Restoration!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Skyslight Roofing – Pablo is a Star! I cannot recommend Skyslight Roofing enough! From start to finish, their team delivered outstanding professionalism, expertise, and care, and Pablo truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. We needed a full roof replacement after storm damage, and Skyslight came highly recommended. From our first consultation, Pablo stood out as a knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely compassionate professional. He took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all our questions (and there were many!), and provided transparent pricing with zero pressure. His attention to detail and passion for quality workmanship were evident from day one. The crew arrived on time early morning, worked efficiently, and left the site spotless. The final result? A flawless roof that’s already withstood heavy rains and looks incredible. Skyslight’s commitment to using top-tier materials and Pablo’s hands-on leadership truly set this company apart. Thank you for restoring our peace of mind and delivering excellence at every turn! 10/10 – would hire again in a heartbeat! Peter Tsoi

Skylight roofing & Restoration changed my roof and created a skylight window for my bathroom. It a big beautiful skylight window! They were very professional, responsive, and thorough! The new roof is beautifully done! They even colored the pipes to match the roof color! It took a little longer to get the sunlight window’s shade due to ordering issues. I can always reach Orlando and get his response! Overall, I am very satisfied with the work done!

This used to be a great company. We did skylights with them about 4 years ago and they did a very good job. Recently we wanted to replace one of our old skylights and called them without any hesitation since we were so satisfied with the work they did before. The problem now is that we’ve been waiting for a quote from them for almost 2 months. I called numerous times asking when they will get back to us. Each time I got a response that they conveyed the message to the manager and somebody will get back to us. So far we still did not hear back… how disappointing…

Just finished my roof replacement with the company, everything was done professionally within 1 day. Before signing a contract with this company I was thoroughly looking into another companies working in my area, but Sky Light Roofing is above and beyond my ecxpectations. High quality materials, lower prices and great customer service is a guaranteed if working with these guys. Special thanks to Orlando who could negotiate the best deal with my insurance company. As a mechanic I know what I am talking about. Highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to replace a roof.

Orlando and his team did outstanding job replacing our old roof. The process was very well organized and Orlando explained each step of the way in detail, and worked well with inspectors and insurance. We are very happy with the outcome and our new roof!

After shortly moving into our home, our skylight started leaking in our bathroom. I did alot of research and had multiple estimates to ensure we would have it replaced by a reputable company. Mauricio came out and was wonderful providing a fair estimate - he did a thorough inspection and also shared our attic fan was broken and degrading and was causing water staining in our attic. His team was punctual, clean, communicative and when we had questions after the job was done about the shingles/flashing, his team provided feedback and Mauricio came out again to inspect everything to make sure it was installed properly. We received all our warranty paperwork right away. Highly recommend!!

Job well done in one day, take care everything, leave no mess behind. Sale rep (Mr. Orlando Duran) did what was promised. He also is patient in explaining the terms and plan; and execute accordingly.

Mauricio and his entire team from Skylight Roofing and Restoration are simply terrific. Lead by Mauricio's example, their work is top notch, they are very responsive, helpful and are extremely nice people. I can't say enough good about them, and would have them do our next project without hesitation.

Mauricio of Skylight Roofing recently completed a project of replacing 8 skylights for me. I can't say enough about the excellence of the experience. Product is exceptional quality but the service provided by Mauricio and his team was just so outstanding. Excellent communications so I knew what to expect, job done on time, job site left spotless, and every question answered. Just the best in every way. I can't wait to find another opportunity to work with them. Thank you Mauricio!

I highly recommend Skylight Roofing! They did a fabulous job replacing my dad’s roof. Upon meeting Orlando he explained the process and left me samples to ensure color was in line with current roof shingles. He also assisted with the HOA when I was having difficulty getting a hold of them to make sure we were following the complex protocols. Orlando made sure to communicate from the onset of the project through completion. His team arrived early and worked well into late day. Upon completion they used a magnetic roller to pick up all nails from around entire home. And when they left there was no indication they were ever there except for a beautiful new roof. I would highly recommend Sky light roofing!

Orlando and his crew offer excellent service and workmanship. Orlando walks you through the entire roofing process and really make you feel comfortable and confident with the work getting done. They are great communicators from the start to finish with pictures and video of the work while on progress. When the work was complete the excellent crew of Skylight roofing cleaned the area spotless. Great job guys!!

Skylight Roofing did the replacement of our roof. They did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier with the final results. They gave us weekly updates through the process and were very professional. We received pictures of the step by step replacement of our roof. We would refer Skylight Roofing to any friend or family. Because that’s how they treated us, like family.

Just had my new roof up by Skylight and wanted to share my positive experience with Skylight. From Orlando to his crew, all were very nice and professional. High quality roof with a reasonable price. Good and detailed work done putting the roof up and cleaning job afterwards. Looking forward to working with Skylights on my solar panels soon.

Orlando and the team did an amazing job replacing our cracked skylight. They had our size in stock and were able to get the job started 2 days after we got the quote. They were very punctual, communicative, thorough, cleanly, and neat. They were happy to answer any questions and were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Skylight Roofing & Restoration!

Orlando and his team were professional, thorough, and efficient. My husband and I said Orlando may have been the nicest person we ever had do work on our home. He was SO kind and friendly. It was an absolute pleasure working with him and the team. Bonus that they did great work!

I found Skylight Roofing to be a pleasure to work with. Quotes were clear and detailed. Work started and finished as promised. Oh, and the roof looks great! They even helped me with another roof-related project, squeezing me in last-minute, before an impending snowstorm. Karla, Mauricio and the team are responsive and professional, and I am very happy with my choice.

From initial estimate from Orlando through completion, job well done. Great communication and follow through

I've had the pleasure of working with Skylight Roofing on three projects, and their work consistently exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship is excellent, and Karla's professionalism and expertise made the experience seamless. Highly recommend Skylight Roofing for top-notch service.

I had Skylight Roofing and Restoration replace an existing skylight on my home. Karla and her team of installers did an outstanding job from consultation to installation and final trim out. The installers worked quickly and cleaned up all of the construction material. I would definitely use Skylight R&R for any future projects.

Everyone one was great and Karla was amazing! We love our new skylight and would highly recommend the company.

Working with Skylight Roofing was an absolute delight. From the thorough initial consultation with Karla to the efficient and detailed work by the entire team, our expectations were not only met but exceeded. The professionalism, care for our property, and the impressive attention to detail make Skylight Roofing a top recommendation for anyone seeking quality service in roofing.

I have never been as impressed with a contractor as I was with Skylight. Orlando and the entire team were outstanding. From the initial presentation of their proposal to replace my roof through the planning and scheduling, to the execution of the job everyone was professional and extremely attentive to the details that make a job like this an example for others to follow. I have never experienced quality and service like this. They are, in my opinion, simply the best!

I recently had the pleasure of working with an exceptional roofing contractor, and I can't speak highly enough of their services. This team is the epitome of good people – courteous, professional, and genuinely dedicated to their work. They were incredibly fast yet maintained an unwavering commitment to quality, completing the project well within the expected timeframe. They took care of my house like their own. I highly recommend this contractor to anyone wants to do roofing, skylights, or even sidings. They are just amazing!

From the initial consultation with Orlando, to the time the crew left, everything was positive and beyond our expectations. Orlando explained everything in detail, and wore booties to keep our floors clean! The roof looks better than we hoped for. The crew was meticulous in cleaning up, not only on the last day, but on day one before they left. They were very detail oriented and professional. Highly recommend!

Skylight recently replaced our roof and our experience was fantastic. Orlando was in charge of the project and we appreciate his professionalism. He took time to explain the entire process, recommend options, made value added suggestions and was always available to answer questions. His team did a thorough job including the post work clean-up. Overall, very pleased with Skylight Roofing, would highly recommend their services.

We found out we had a roof leak around our attic fan on Monday, and the weather forecast was for pouring rain the following week. On Wednesday i finally contacted the team here. By Friday they had a crew out to swap the fan and seal everything. I cannot state how great it was to work with the team here. They made the process simple and as painless as possible. If I ever need work done on my roof again I will be going here.

Skylight Roofing and Restoration as a company, is exemplary! Karla, who came to access our roofing needs, is very personable, and responsive to our questions and needs. The crew came on time, worked hard and diligently on a very, hot and humid day! They were able to complete the work in a day! We are very please with the quality, and professionalism of this company. Would highly recommend them!

Working with Karla and her team was a pleasure. Quality work and professional service. We are very happy with our roof.

I'm always leary of sales people knocking on my door. But with Skylight and Karla, what started as my normal skeptical attitude turned into a very pleasant and satisfying home improvement project. Home improvement projects are often pain in the rear. They never seem to go the way they say it will. But with Skylight and Karla, every step was very professional, epecially Karla and her attention to detail and responsiveness. Karla kept us informed from start to finish. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and pleasant project manager to work with! I'm really glad I didn't give her the boot when she showed up at my door like I do with 99% of other people. From the detail drone pictures and inspection report to the actual process of replacing my roof and gutters to daily follow up before, during and after the work, Karla was exceptional!!!

Skylight Roofing & Restoration replaced our entire roof and leaking skylight this week. From the first visit to inspect our problem to the completion of the work, Mauricio and his crew were extremely professional and very efficient ( work was completed in one day). The cost for all of the work outside and inside was very reasonable. I can’t say enough about how pleased we are of this interaction with Skylight Roofing & Restoration.

I want to take a moment to express my appreciation for Skylight Roofing Company who recently completed work on my roof. Orlando's commitment to excellence was evident from the start. During the initial estimate, he provided a comprehensive assessment of the necessary work and patiently addressed all my inquiries. His clear and open communication style made it easy to understand the project's timeline, progress updates, and any unforeseen challenges that arose. I was consistently impressed by his prompt responses and professional demeanor. The team of workers who carried out the roofing tasks were equally remarkable. The level of detail they maintained throughout the project was exceptional, resulting in a precise and well-executed roof repair and replacement. They diligently cleaned up any debris and materials on a daily basis, leaving my property neat and tidy. Their professionalism and respect for my property were evident in their meticulous cleanup efforts. I wholeheartedly recommend this roofing team for their meticulous approach, thoroughness, and effective communication. Orlando's diligence and respectful attitude, coupled with the skilled workmanship of the entire team, make them a reliable choice for any roofing project. Engaging their services ensures a seamless and satisfactory experience.

We are so happy with our four new replacement skylights. Mauricio looked at our 25 year old skylights, explained what should be done, gave us an estimate and we had four new skylights installed three days later. It took them five hours and Chris and his team did a beautiful job. No mess, no problems and two very happy customers. Thank you for no headaches.

Mauricio and Team were a pleasure to deal with. The job came out as described, on time and for what was quoted. Highly recommend Skylight roofing. We had a new roof installed, skylight and gutters.

This is our second experience using Skylight Roofing & Restoration and we continue to be very pleased. Mauricio provided us with an estimate for our master bathroom skylight replacement. He was prompt, courteous & professional. Orlando, Onix, & Chris arrived for the installation. They arrived on time and did an outstanding job. Orlando explained the steps involved with the installation and answered all my questions. Karla also needs to be commended for her friendly & courteous customer service. To all at Skylight Roofing, Bravo for a job well done!

We had 7 skylights replaced yesterday and the work was completed in 1 day. The professionalism, courtesy, patience, honesty, knowledge, attention to detail and skill of everyone we interacted with from the initial contact, contracting to installation was top notch! A++

Great experience with Skylight Roof & Restoration. They have been replacing many roofs in our neighborhood and they seemed efficient. From my initial contact in scheduling an estimate all the way through to the work being completed, they were always professional and very responsive. Jazmin was a pleasure to work with along with Mauricio and Karla. I highly recommend them.

Max and his crew completed my roof in one day. Removed old shingles and installed new shingles. They have a large crew. Completely cleaned up the area after the job was done. Very professional and on time. No BS. Job completed as estimated, no extras charged. Highly recommended.

Although the entire team was excellent and professional, our contact was with Orlando and Jasmine. We had observed their work across the street and were very impressed with their operation. Orlando scheduled us for roof installation within a couple of weeks of meeting with him and every aspect exceeded our expectations. The roof looks wonderful and the team cleaned up every last bit of old shingle and debris before they finished. Jasmine did the final walk around to show and explain what had been done in detail. All this was completed within one day! We couldn’t be happier and will recommend them to anyone interested in their services!

After the recent tropical storms and 3 days of straight rain, our 30 year old roofing finally decided to give in, leaving us with interior water damage and a leaking kitchen ceiling. Orlando and the team at Skylight Roofing came as a recommendation from our neighbors, we immediately called them as well as several other roofing companies in the area to assess the damage and discuss the potential options. Orlando came to review our situation same-day, and out of several companies was the only one to offer and place a temporary fix on the damaged area of the roof to prevent any further leakage. Their pricing was very reasonable and Financing options readily available. 2 days after meeting with and finalizing our options/preferences, the crew was at our house performing the repairs and fully replacing our roof. They were quick, efficient, and clean. By early evening the only evidence that they had been there was the beautiful new roofing on our home. Would highly recommend Skylight to anyone in the area in need of new roofing.

Orlando and his team did a great job with our skylight replacement project. They were punctual and efficient. We plan on asking Orlando back for additional skylights in the spring of 2023. Thank you.

We have 2 Velux skylights in our fireplace room which has a cathedral ceiling. During the peak of summer the sunlight would glare off our wall mounted TV and increase the temperature by 2-3 degrees. I was looking for solar powered blackout shades and discovered that Velux make these specifically for the skylights we had installed 10 years ago. Velux recommended Skylight Roofing as certified Velux installers - I am so glad they did. I contacted them and they sent Orlando (the sales person) to check on the model and size. He gave us a quote and also included fixing the framing inside that the original installers did not take care of (I have been trying for 10 years to find someone to do this!). Orlando was professional and very helpful during the whole installation. Once the shades came in Onix arrived on time to install them. He did a great job and is very professional, courteous and answered all my questions and paid attention to my requests. The shades are awesome and the frame fix by Onix looks great. Orlando contacted me to make sure we are happy and asked if there was anything else they could do. Well we had 3 other replacement skylights that needed the same frame fix. Orlando provided a quote within the hour which we agreed to and Onix was back the next morning to make the fixes. Two of them were a challenge as they were not evenly fitted but he found a solution that works and looks great. It's getting harder to find companies and people that actually care and take pride in what they do - Skylight Roofing is a company that has people who do. We are very pleased with what they have done and highly recommend this company

Fast, friendly service & great people to work with. Great job, everything was clean & spotless when done ,even vacuumed and dusted the room when they were done . would highly recommend them. Chip M.

Due to leaking with our 30 year old skylights we contacted Skylight roofing and Restoration via Email. Within 24 hours Mauricio contacted us and set up an appointment for the next day. His visit was very professional and his knowledge of our issue was straight forward and a welcome relief. We promptly received his proposal the following day. The pricing was fair and we signed the contract. At that point we were turned over to Karla. We found her courteous, very pleasant, and efficient. She kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Installation began on the promised date. Mauricio and his crew showed up on time. The job was completed and the entire area cleaned up beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend Skylight Roofing and have every intention of contacting them in the future if needed.

It was pleasure doing business with skylight .. Orlando is great .. helped with the complete process .. took care of all the project as well as minor details ..

Excellent job - polite, professional, and punctual. Highly recommended.

Orlando is super star. He and his crew at Skylight were totally professional and friendly in entire engagement. They worked whole day in HOT sun and replaced roof with 200 % satisfaction. I would highly recommend Orlando and Skylight for roofing. Thank you guys.

I have used their services twice and so far I am satisfied with the work they have done. They have scheduled the work within a couple of weeks or sooner, arrived in time, finished on time and done a good job. They are also very responsive in their communication. I had a roof leak the first time, and they recommended I replace one entire quarter of the roof down to the boards, due to the damage, but did not try to upsell me into replacing the entire roof. Second time I had to change the gutters and several parts of the rotting fascia wood. They are not necessarily cheap, but their prices seem quite reasonable, compared to other places. I would use them again in the future.

Orlando is very professional. I wanted to get the job done right away and he managed to schedule the work when I wanted. Finished entire roof and gutters in just three days. Upon completion, they cleaned up the yard. Most importantly they used magnets to cleanup any nails left on driveway and yard. Great customer service, great quality work and great price.

Dhanraj Bhagwandin, North Brunswick Skylight Roofing : A Reputable Company SKYLIGHT ROOFING AND RESTORATION LLC. Of Princeton , NJ is a reputable company and I highly recommend it for any roofing job. Mauricio Saenz of Skylight Roofing, is a strategic planner and was able to oversee the replacement of my roof with ease. With the support of Ornox and his professional team, Mauricio paid attention to every aspect of the project and ensured that the work went on smoothly, from beginning to the end. Dhanraj Bhagwandin, North Brunswick, NJ.

Just got the skylights replaced. Responsible & professional service. All the people that we came in contact - sales, installation people. And Karla have been excellent.

Mauricio and the team were very professional and prompt for appointment times. Definitely had a good experience with Skylight Roofing & Restoration and would recommend for any skylight repair/installations.

Orlando and his crew did a fantastic job in installing a new roof and gutter system for us. They even painted our vents to match our new roof color!

Very pleasant and professional company

Max and his crew replaced our roof and skylights and did a fantastic job. The crew knew what they had to do when they arrived, there was not much talking or wasting time, the point is, they had done this before and were very efficient and it left me confident that I had selected an experienced group. My concern was not so much the cost, but the quality. The cost and quality were both met. Max was an excellent individual with which to work. I would like to say Max was very professional, however, he went beyond that, he was very personable. About 2 weeks after the job was complete, the warranty from GAF arrived in the mail. I would recommend them without reservation.

This repair is done on 160 year old Nationally Registerrd Historic Townhouse. Circa 1863 Repairs: ●Replace 36 yr old Velux skylites that were leaking with new. ●Replace snowproofing flashing & reshingle whole sunroom roof. ●Replace or repair slates on the main house slate roof, 36 feet above ground level. ●Install interior shades over interior skylite opening. ●Cleanup all debris and remove from site. Orlando's crew arrived on schedule at 8:30 am and worked as a true Team to complete entire job and clean-up on the first 92 ° day in May of 2022 skylite job completed by 1:30 pm. The crew really enjoyed their work, that was nice to see and it showed in the results. The entire interior ceiling was repainted and all sheetrock repairs were completed by 4:30 pm. The cost of the project was very reasonable. The quality of results Superior. I usually don't rate performance at 10++ but this was a 10++. Orlando used a drone to examine the entire slate roof and built-in Yankee Gutters. WHAT SERVICE. He took photos of skylite installation as it was happening so we have a visual record of the whole project. ●The project results : the sunroom looks Brand New. The shades work great. Best restoration I've paid for in years! Recommendation : Top Notch Owner , David

We had a new roof and gutter repair. Pleased with results. Crew did a great job,. Orlando was Excellent from start to finish, very pleasant and professional. Was present at start and finish of the job and many times during the day ,always giving updates and willing to answer any questions.

Two of our neighbors had work done so I had Orlando stop by to give me an estimate. He physically inspected the roof as well as used a drone so that I could see for myself. We had another roofer make a storm related repair 2 years ago and he told me that we had another 3 years left in the old roof. His estimate was very close to what Orlando quoted us. The workers showed up promptly at the time agreed upon even though there was a light rain at that time. They all worked very hard from 7 until almost 6 that night. It has only been 4 days but so far we are very happy that we went with them.

We had our roof done today (4/21/2022) and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the quality of work, professionalism and care this company took in their work. If you are looking to have work done, please reach out for an estimate. Flawless and simple from the start to finish. Thank you guys.

Mauricio, Orlando, Karla and their team are very professional, gave us good pricing, quick response to our questions and concerns, finished work on time and our roof came out excellent. Thank you Skylight.

Worked with Orlando. He is patient, responsible and is very trustful. Great price for roof installation. Their service is honest and very efficient. Would highly recommend to a friend. Great Value.

My experience with Skylight Roofing with regard to installation of a new Timberline GAF roof approximately 4500 ft.²: 1.- Great workmanship. 2- Amazing team and crew that works together flawlessly and seamlessly. Products are delivered before the job, the crew shows up early and on time until the project is done, and the cleanup is amazing. No pre-payment or money was requested until the job was completed and to my satisfaction which of course it was. 3- Mauricio is honest and caring and on top of your job 100%. 4.- offers a choice of excellent GAF products that are made to work together. 5- fair and honest pricing which I believe is significantly better than the over priced contractors that do not offer any more quality, And somewhat more costly than subpar contractors who offer lesser quality and sub standard workmanship. All in all, Skylight’s pricing is excellent for the quality of products and workmanship. I highly recommend Skylight Roofing. Mauricio is an upfront guy who is likable and easy to work with and tries to make everything right every step of the way. After interviewing about six different roofing contractors that were recommended, I was completely satisfied with choosing Skylight and would do it every time again.

We used skylight roofing for replacing our skylights in the kitchen which was over 23 yrs old and was in immediate need of replacement. Thoroughly a professional installation and they cleaned up the work area before they left. Proper inspection was done before they signed off on the work. Alex & karla also followed up diligently on the status of skylights order and when the installation would take place. Definitely would recommend them for skylight replacement!

Mauricio was very professional. Was great to work with 3 more skylights installed and ceiling painted. Great job

We used Skylights roofing and restoration to replace our roof, skylight, and also added gutter guards. They started as promised on time and finished the job on the same day. The prices were very competitive. For the roof they used all GAF material as outlined in the brochure that is given to home owners at the time of sale without any high sale pressure tactic. Mauricio as owner/representative was extremely professional and will take his time to explain any questions you may have. I had forgotten to include my shed's roof in the original discussion, and he was able to accommodate changing that roof as part of the same job. Very thankful to him for doing it. You will not go wrong with this company. I highly recommend them.

They installed my roof very professionally and at a fair price

They are very responsive, always show up on time. Did inspections and installations very professionally. Friendly crew. After job done, cleaned up everything nicely.

Mauricio showed up on time, and walked me through the roof system, and gave me the quote. No pressure. He was patient with my questions and quick to respond. The roof was installed in 1 day, and everything went perfectly. This demonstrated that Mauricio has a tight process because 2 more parties have to show up at the right time (the supplies' truck, the dumpster truck). I am pleased with the results. I have referred Skylights to my friends. They are happy as well. Keep up the good work, the world needs people like you Mauricio.

Great experience with Mauricio. Very professional, responsive and pleasant. Completed the project in one day as he promised. His crew was very clean, efficient and hardworking. Impressed with cleaning up after job finished. Highly recommend! A++ service.

I have nothing but high praise for Mauricio and his crew. Our job included a roof replacement, replacement of 4 skylights and the installation of 2 solar tunnels. From our initial meeting which included a video inspection of our old roof through job completion with a final video of the completed roof, the process was smooth, the crew was professional and the result was excellent. When the crew left our property, it was cleaned inside and out as though no work had taken place. The gutters were adjusted as Mauricio had promised and no longer leak. I've worked with many contractors and 2 roofing companies in the past and this was an excellent experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I found Skylight123 a Signature Skylight Specialist on the Velux USA site. they had the highest rating ( 5) in NJ. I needed an urgent skylight replacement as my old skylights were leaking badly with the heavy rains we had recently in NJ. The skylights were about 25 years old. Skylight123 was extremely accommodating; they added me as an emergency visit to their busy schedule ( thank you Karla!) and Mauricio came and inspected the roof and the skylights in my kitchen. We decided on the model and he made it possible to have the installation within a few days, just in time to avoid the new round of fall rains. The price was fair and the work was impeccable. They left the place ( inside and outside) cleaner than they found it. The skylights and the roof around it look amazing. Skylight123 and Velux offer 10 years warranty on the work and product. I would recommend Skylight123 with enthusiasm to anyone who needs their expertise. They are extremely qualified, professional, accommodating and straightforward. In my experience, these are rare qualities these days. I am HAPPY to have found them! THANK YOU ! PS: I would also like to mention here the extreme usefulness of the Velux USA virtual consultation service that can be booked straight from their website. They were the ones virtually inspecting my old skylights and suggesting a Velux certified installer for the best results and warranty on the product and installation. thank you both!

Mauricio and Orlando are very professional, honest, responsive, respectful and patient. They showed up in a few minutes whenever we had questions to follow up, always with pleasant smiles. The crew was efficient and neat and they cleaned up thoroughly after the roof installation was completed. They also kindly shared with us the pictures and a video of our new roof. We were very satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend them to other families.
