We had a very large, custom made skylight to replace. M&M Skylights came out, took measurements and placed the order with Velux. As we needed the roof replaced also, they sent a roofer out as well. Received the estimate and timeline promptly. The day of the installation and roof replacement, they arrived early in the day, completed the job and cleaned up all the debris. The crew was great and the foreman kept us informed throughout the project taking pictures of rotted wood that needed replacement, etc. Very happy with M&M Skylights and highly recommend them.

So happy with my new replacement skylights. M&M Skylights was wonderful through the whole process. Excellent communication, arrived on time, technicians were friendly and professional. Highly recommend

Wonderful workmanship by two great guys who explained everything well. They were efficient and did an excellent cleanup when done. I am thrilled with the result.

Good quality and customer service. Replaced 2 old skylights. Quick installation in 3 hours.

It was the little things. The crew helped me move my bed. I had told them that my bed could be a bit unstable if it wasn’t reassembled properly and was impressed that the guys actually checked to see that my box spring was stable before putting the mattress back.

M&M Skylights did a fantastic job with my roof and skylight replacement.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with M&M. From the initial appointment to the finished product of replacing our old, failing skylight, everything was so easy and seamless. We really felt like they cared and that the job was going to be done correctly. They were friendly, courteous and professional. And now we have a beautiful working skylight that even better than the one before. Highly recommend.

Excellent service! Techs were helpful and knowledgeable

Great install by the M&M team.

The M&M team did a terrific job at out beach house. They replaced some really old, inefficient skylights in one day. There are two roofs and they had some additional work to do to make it right but they did it quickly and everything looks just as they said it would. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you M&M!

M&M did a beautiful and professional installation of our new skylight. It completely changed the feel of the room. We are so happy with the results!

The company was amazingly easy to deal with from the estimate to the completed project. The work was done in a timely and very clean manner. Communication was always prompt and great

The crew arrived on time and did a great job to onsite new skylight shade.

M & M Skylights did an excellent job. They showed up on time, went to work and did a great job. Thank you.

Great people fair pricing!

Everything seems just fine. Work well done:

Very professional. We had an old roof hatch that was used to access a roof deck replaced with a couple of skylights. The team from our first meeting was very professional. The installation went as planned and the workers worked efficiently and with great skill. A very positive experience all round.

The job was done very well and efficiently when the installment scheduled. The only issue was delay getting the sky light from the factory. It was expected to be installed in mid May, we got it in mid June. I am still very happy with the work and the quality. I would highly suggest any one to work with them.

Very professional & knowledgeable about the Velux products and installation. The team impressed me by replacing a 30 year old model in hours, correcting a flashing mistake made during roof replacement, and fixing interior water marks on the wall. Highly recommend, will use again!

Punctual, professional and did a great job cleaning up

M&M Techs are professional, personable, and offer great service. This is the 2nd time they have worked in my home in 5 years with excellent results.

Very happy with the work performed by the M&M team. We had 5 skylights replaced. Everything inside and outside was done neatly and carefully. They were able to carefully reuse existing shingles, so no patchy areas as a result. If you’re in the market for skylights, particularly replacements, I highly recommend M&M.

M&M Skylights recently replaced a leaking skylight for us. Everyone who came to inspect the old skylight and then replace it with the new one was efficient and courteous and answered our questions clearly. They didn't try to upsell us on anything. It was easy to get someone on the phone as well when we had questions about quotes and scheduling. If/when we need our other skylight replaced M&M will be our first choice, really appreciate the customer service and transparency

I have used M&M skylights on two different occasions and was very pleased with their work. They are easy to deal with. Abide by their schedule. Have extremely competent and friendly work crews. They installed a light tunnel for me and a rooftop skylight that opens for access. I would recommend them highly.

M&M Skylights provided great service installing 2 skylights. The crew was professional, answered all my questions, and the remote opening and shade functions were working when they left. About a week after installation one skylight would not open. It took 2 phone calls to get a response confirming they would send someone to investigate. Once the workers came on site they quickly identified the problem and fixed it. The crew was great. I would have given a 5 star review if they had responded to my first phone call with a plan to investigate the problem.

Very pleased with the work performed by M&M Skylights Boston. I had 2 skylights replaced and they look great. They were able to reuse the roof shingles so the look is seamless.

M&M’s team leader Kenny was the first to arrive and reviewed the site and explained that the remaining 4 members with multiple vans would be showing up and what we could expect. He was extremely professional and polite and reassuring that M&M was indeed the best installation team in the US! We came up with a plan for parking and I showed him how our elevator could help get materials to the roof much faster. A two day install turned out to be a one day job and the results are amazing! You would never even had known the M&M had been there except for the fact that these 6 beautiful new white skylights had replaced the old 30 year old natural wood velux skylights. The blackout shades are amazing. The trim and caulking made it look like it was new construction! The roof looks the same - totally blended in! There wasn’t a hint of debris - they vacuumed up after themselves. Kenny explained the new controls and then returned the next morning with the Velux Active modules. M$M totally delivered on everything Kevin had promised! A 10 out of a 5 star reviews!

Friendly, knowledgeable team; very responsive and professional!

We were so impressed with the installation crew from M&M Skylights. They removed our ancient skylight and expertly installed a beautiful new Velux modern replacement. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and clearly handled by experienced professionals. What really stood out was their attention to detail. When they finished, the work area was spotless—you wouldn't even know they had been there except for the gorgeous new skylight. Excellent workmanship and a fantastic result.

The guys were pleasant, professional, and quick. We love our remote control skylight shades.

M&M skylights were fantastic. They explained how the skylight would go in, helped me decide between solar tubes and skylights, and were timely and polite on the day they installed. My bathroom is incredibly improved by the extra light and ventilation. It feels like a completely different and better space. Thanks M&M Skylight!

The 2 technicians that did the work were professional, polite, and did a great job repairing my skylight.

We had an extremely favorable experience from the intial assessment through the installation process. 3 skylights were solar powered to open/close and one was a fixed skylight. The install team made up of 4 installers each knew their role and worked efficiently. They were pleasant and professional and cleaned up after their work. I would strongly recommend M&M Skylights - they focus 100% on skylights and use Velux Skylights.

Professional. Knowledgeable. Efficient. Committed to making the customer happy. What more could you ask for?

Prompt, very courteous, and did very neat work. Completely satisfied.
