Very professional. We had an old roof hatch that was used to access a roof deck replaced with a couple of skylights. The team from our first meeting was very professional. The installation went as planned and the workers worked efficiently and with great skill. A very positive experience all round.

The job was done very well and efficiently when the installment scheduled. The only issue was delay getting the sky light from the factory. It was expected to be installed in mid May, we got it in mid June. I am still very happy with the work and the quality. I would highly suggest any one to work with them.

Very happy with the work performed by the M&M team. We had 5 skylights replaced. Everything inside and outside was done neatly and carefully. M&M Skylights recently replaced a leaking skylight for us. Everyone who came to inspect the old skylight and then replace it with the new one was efficient and courteous and answered our questions clearly. They didn't try to upsell us on anything. It was easy to get someone on the phone as well when we had questions about quotes and scheduling. If/when we need our other skylight replaced M&M will be our first choice, really appreciate the customer service and transparency

I have used M&M skylights on two different occasions and was very pleased with their work. They are easy to deal with. Abide by their schedule. Have extremely competent and friendly work crews. They installed a light tunnel for me and a rooftop skylight that opens for access. I would recommend them highly.

M&M Skylights provided great service installing 2 skylights. The crew was professional, answered all my questions, and the remote opening and shade functions were working when they left. About a week after installation one skylight would not open. It took 2 phone calls to get a response confirming they would send someone to investigate. Once the workers came on site they quickly identified the problem and fixed it. The crew was great. I would have given a 5 star review if they had responded to my first phone call with a plan to investigate the problem.

M&M’s team leader Kenny was the first to arrive and reviewed the site and explained that the remaining 4 members with multiple vans would be showing up and what we could expect. He was extremely professional and polite and reassuring that M&M was indeed the best installation team in the US! We came up with a plan for parking and I showed him how our elevator could help get materials to the roof much faster. A two day install turned out to be a one day job and the results are amazing! You would never even had known the M&M had been there except for the fact that these 6 beautiful new white skylights had replaced the old 30 year old natural wood velux skylights. The blackout shades are amazing. The trim and caulking made it look like it was new construction! The roof looks the same - totally blended in! There wasn’t a hint of debris - they vacuumed up after themselves. Kenny explained the new controls and then returned the next morning with the Velux Active modules. M$M totally delivered on everything Kevin had promised! A 10 out of a 5 star reviews!

We had an extremely favorable experience from the intial assessment through the installation process. 3 skylights were solar powered to open/close and one was a fixed skylight. The install team made up of 4 installers each knew their role and worked efficiently. They were pleasant and professional and cleaned up after their work. Crew did an excellent job removing the old skylight and installing the new one. They installed new shingles as needed and redid the trim inside. Very clean and respectful of the property. Fantastic job. I had M&M replace two old skylights. They knew how to get the job done quickly and with great quality even before they began. They were very professional. Replaced two skylights that were fifty years old. It was a 90 degree day and they had to walk up and down two flights of stairs multiple times. They cleaned up nicely and were great to work with.

What a difference it made! We had a dark kitchen and front room - always needed the lights to be turned on. We had 2 Sun Tunnels installed and rarely turn the lights on during the day. The installers from Skylight were meticulous and did a great job. An icing on the cake was that both came with a solar-powered night light, which is useful and also qualifies one for a 30% tax credit at least this year, I believe. Highly recommended investment!

Had the solar skylight installed. We noticed an immediate difference in ventilation on a couple of hot days. After many years with an old skylight in a stuffy 3rd floor stairway it was a great change. The sales staff and installers were friendly and professional.

Thrilled with my solar tube and the team that helped make it happen: Kevin, who communicated promptly and clearly with me (love the text updates) throughout the process and Kenny, the installer, who not only figured out how to work with our challenging configuration (the solar tube brought sunlight to a first floor room of a two story building), but is just an interesting gentleman. He knows a lot about other things - I learned some timely and specifically helpful info from him about hardwood floors and succulents, to mention just two! Chatting with him was an absolute pleasure.
