The job was done very well and efficiently when the installment scheduled. The only issue was delay getting the sky light from the factory. It was expected to be installed in mid May, we got it in mid June. I am still very happy with the work and the quality. I would highly suggest any one to work with them.

I have used M&M skylights on two different occasions and was very pleased with their work. They are easy to deal with. Abide by their schedule. Have extremely competent and friendly work crews. They installed a light tunnel for me and a rooftop skylight that opens for access. I would recommend them highly.

M&M Skylights provided great service installing 2 skylights. The crew was professional, answered all my questions, and the remote opening and shade functions were working when they left. About a week after installation one skylight would not open. It took 2 phone calls to get a response confirming they would send someone to investigate. Once the workers came on site they quickly identified the problem and fixed it. The crew was great. I would have given a 5 star review if they had responded to my first phone call with a plan to investigate the problem.

Very pleased with the work performed by M&M Skylights Boston. I had 2 skylights replaced and they look great. They were able to reuse the roof shingles so the look is seamless.

M&M’s team leader Kenny was the first to arrive and reviewed the site and explained that the remaining 4 members with multiple vans would be showing up and what we could expect. He was extremely professional and polite and reassuring that M&M was indeed the best installation team in the US! We came up with a plan for parking and I showed him how our elevator could help get materials to the roof much faster. A two day install turned out to be a one day job and the results are amazing! You would never even had known the M&M had been there except for the fact that these 6 beautiful new white skylights had replaced the old 30 year old natural wood velux skylights. The blackout shades are amazing. The trim and caulking made it look like it was new construction! The roof looks the same - totally blended in! There wasn’t a hint of debris - they vacuumed up after themselves. Kenny explained the new controls and then returned the next morning with the Velux Active modules. M$M totally delivered on everything Kevin had promised! A 10 out of a 5 star reviews!

They were very professional. Replaced two skylights that were fifty years old. It was a 90 degree day and they had to walk up and down two flights of stairs multiple times. They cleaned up nicely and were great to work with.

What a difference it made! We had a dark kitchen and front room - always needed the lights to be turned on. We had 2 Sun Tunnels installed and rarely turn the lights on during the day. The installers from Skylight were meticulous and did a great job. An icing on the cake was that both came with a solar-powered night light, which is useful and also qualifies one for a 30% tax credit at least this year, I believe. Highly recommended investment!
