From start to finish the process was excellent and our new skylights look amazing. The installation team was very organized, friendly, and helpful. When they left there was no mess - never even knew they were here!
-
Fantastic work and very efficient. I was working from home during the install and they were so quick and quiet that I didn't even notice them during the entire installation
-
Scott Geddis from M&M Skylights was very professional in providing us some guidance on our Velux Skylights that were leaking. His knowledge of what skylights are best for our roof’s pitch was exceptional! I would trust them with any skylight challenges.
-
Scott and his team delivered! Two skylights were replaced, and everything, from initial call to completion of work went flawlessly with transparent communication every step of the way. Would be happy working with them again!
-
Scott was super professional, arrived early and installed our skylight sash quickly and safely. He explained how everything worked, did a really thorough job cleaning the skylight and picking up. Highly recommend!
-
I highly recommend M&M Skylights if you’re considering adding or replacing skylights and want to work with truly dedicated professionals. M&M delivered outstanding service from start to finish. Their team was prompt at the initial appointment, and when I needed a bit of flexibility on the installation arrival time, they accommodated it without issue and arrived exactly as planned. They were professional, knowledgeable and meticulous in every aspect of the work.Their responsiveness was immediate, the pricing was fair, and the craftsmanship was exceptional. The crew maintained a consistently neat and efficient workspace and made the entire process truly seamless from beginning to end. Their clear communication and genuine commitment to quality were evident throughout. A flawless five‑star experience!
-
Great service, knowledgeable technician, provided good advice for changing the location of the solar panel. Yes, I would recommend to others.
-
This company is the absolute BEST. Had 4 30yr old skylights replaced...opened a can of worms w rotted joists x etc. The guys sucked it up and handled the prob into overtime. These guys are The Guys to go to for your skylight issues, replacement, or new.
-
Great service, came to fix my problem and my wife was thrilled!
-
Excellent service! I encountered a leaking issue with my skylight, and Scott was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. With a thorough understanding of the problem, Scott was able to resolve it efficiently and quickly. I highly recommend M&M, particularly Scott, for their exceptional service and knowledge.

Great people and great timely work.
-
M&M was great to deal with. They accommodated our needs fast and efficiently. The installer/service technician was thorough and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were satisfied. Recommend all day long

-
Great guy great company Thanks for giving me your spot near the beach I recommend them 100%
-
Ken and Colin were fabulous to work with, very professional and windows installed in a timely manner. They even cleaned my ceiling fan! Thank you again!! I highly recommend the company and the named installers. Suzanne
-
M&M installed several skylights for us at different times. They seem to be the best in the region for this. Never had a leak with a skylight they installed. They also are good about fixing any minor issues that arise, even a few years later.
-
I had 3 solar tubes installed in my house and am very pleased with the results. The crew was on time as advertised, went right to work and worked hard for a full day to complete the project in one day. They were knowledgeable, professional, consulted with me on every optional detail and were very respectful of my property. I love the new lighting and am happy that I found M&M to do the job.
-
The crew came out to service our windows. They were professional and more importantly, clearly told us what they were going to do, did it and then reviewed what they did and found. I was impressed.
-
5/5 Stars — Outstanding craftsmanship, professional crew, and great communication! We recently had a flared skylight installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the start, Kevin, the Skylight Specialist, was fantastic—his advice on the best placement to maximize light in our space was spot-on. Tim was wonderful to coordinate with, keeping communication clear and accommodating a tight schedule. The real standout was Sam on the installation—a flared skylight requires serious skill in framing and drywall, and his craftsmanship was exceptional. Sam and the crew arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and were extremely respectful of our home and dust control. The final result looks amazing and completely transforms the room. If you want a skilled team that delivers high-end work on schedule, I highly recommend them!
-
Responsive. Showed up on time. Professional employees. Great job!

#1 residential and commercial skylight company in the industry! Reach out for best prices and best quality!
-
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about M&M Skylights. From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent. Their workmanship is top-notch and it’s clear they take real pride in the quality of their work. The installation was done carefully and professionally, and the final result looks fantastic. What really stood out was how respectful the crew was of our property. They kept everything clean, organized, and treated our home as if it were their own. It’s rare to find a team that is this skilled while also being so courteous and easy to work with. On top of that, everyone had a great attitude throughout the project. Friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. If you’re looking for skylight work done right the first time, I highly recommend M&M Skylights. Great people, great work, and a great experience all around! 👏🔧
-
Excellent job. Friendly crew, worked very fast and efficiently. Completed a pretty large job in about 4 hours. Highly recommend them!
-
Highly recommend M&M Skylights! Our old skylight was failing, and they made the whole replacement process easy from start to finish. They provided a free estimate, and the person who came out was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the product options and the full installation process. We also really appreciated how proactive they were, especially with the weather. When a snowstorm hit, they sent a crew out two days before the install to safely clear snow off our roof so everything could stay on schedule. On installation day, the crew arrived right on time and finished in just a few hours, even faster than the timeline they originally gave us. The new skylight looks great, and we are very happy with the quality of the work and the overall experience. If you need a skylight replaced, this is the company to call!
-
Got two Velux skylights & a Sun Tunnel last fall - extremely happy with them. Entire process was smooth and the install/work crews are extremely professional and friendly! I did have a leak with one of my windows (manufacturer defect), but throughout M&M was super responsive, facilitated the warranty claim, and handled the replacement swap out beautifully. Would work with them again without any hesitation!
-
The crew that installed my skylight was friendly and professional. They completed the installation quickly and left the area clean and neat.
-
M&M Skylights did a great job on our two skylights! They worked with us scheduling replacement in the peak of winter. Great communication about clearing snow and pivoting install dates due to snow storms. Tim was very responsive during the job, answering my questions and giving timing updates. The final product looks amazing and the remote control shade is a game changer.
-
Company was professional. 1 window was measured wrong so there was a little delay in the project, but it was communicated to us clearly. EDIT Velux (Sky Light Manufacture) does not participate in the solar power tax credit. There is no QMID to enter. M&M Skylights should not mention this possible 30% tax credit in their sales material.
-
I was very satified with M&M Skylights. The windows are terrific and the installation was quicker than I imagined and left no mess. They even repaired a crack in the sheetrock surrounding the window and painted over a stain caused by a leak in the old skylights. I highly recommend them!
-
M&M Skylights replaced three old skylights for me. From the initial quote, to the installation, M&M has been fantastic to work with. The customer service is excellent. The team who installed the new skylights was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and they do the job right. I’d highly recommend M&M.
-
M&M Skylights did an excellent job fixing my skylight. I highly recommend them. .
-
M&M installed two skylights for me about 6 months ago and they have been great - no leaks, no issues. The customer service has been top-notch from the time they showed up for the initial consultation, during installation, and after the fact with follow up questions. These guys are a small business who clearly care about their customers and reputation. I would recommend them to anyone. The product is excellent and the customer service is even better.
-
My installation crew showed up early and ready to work. Both of them were friendly and energetic throughout the project. Sam went out of his way to make sure I enjoyed the new solar powered shades as if I received a new toy. I wish the online review platform allowed me to upload the shades operating (sped up in time lapse) because they look great opening and closing. Great crew, great product
-
Smooth experience from estimate to installation.
-
Efficient and professional work reinstalling skylight after roof company did a sloppy job. Recommend without hesitation.
-
M&M skylights did a terrific job installing our 3 roof windows and 2 skylights that had to be replaced due to leaks. Everyone was great. But what really impressed me was that today, when Sam and Colin came back to re-install a screen that hadn't fit during the previous installation, they went above and beyond. They listened to my concern about not being able to open the window, and then, with extra time and extra care, they constructed an unplanned wood ledge to hold the screen in place. At a time when so many contractors do the bare minimum, Sam and Colin were professional, respectful, and very resourceful. They truly went above and beyond. So to the owner, if you're reading this, please give Sam and Colin a big raise! ;)
-
I couldn’t get anybody to fix the mess the installer made installing my Skylights. VELUX corp got theses people to come out and two techs showed up and it was running in 10 mins. M and M were life savers for the lights. Nothing by the installer but everything by M and M
-
Excellent service. The quote did not change, they arrived exactly on the day they scheduled, installed 3 skylights, and cleaned up after. I would highly recommend this Company.
-
-
Excellent service. Workers-arrived right on time. Very respectful of your home and you
-
The experience was wonderful. It was very professionally done and they kept me in the loop. I would hire them again.
-
The crew showed up right on time and went to work. They were professional,, efficient, and let me know what they were doing throughout out the entire install. Highly recommend!
-
One of the best companies I have hired to do work on my house. On time and on budget! A company who goes above and beyond! I highly recommend them!
-
M&M installed three solar tunnels for us. As of now, about two months past install, I'd give them 4.7 stars (I rounded up). I highly recommend M&M skylights to anyone looking for Sun Tunnels. I broke their review into three parts: 1) Product (5): These tunnels are exactly what we needed and exceeded our expectations. They provide even more light than we expected (we had seen two in my wife's grandparents' house in upstate PA) and look great. My only annoyances so far are the defuser is hard to clean and very delicate (scratched trying to clean off dust), the night lights are brighter than expected (used LED covering stickers to resolve this issue myself), and we're getting a lot of bugs in the tube. I expected some bugs like any other light, but the volume is crazy and a bit frustrating (this may have been a short seasonal thing - will follow up after more time). Finally, can't hit M&M for this but if VELUX sees this, you're missing a huge opportunity to offer a remote controlled dimmed/blackout shade for rare occasions you want that. This all said, the product is truly transformative to our home and I highly recommend you get one or more. 2) Customer service (5): Great experience with all parties - sales, installers, project manager, etc. They've offered to assist in troubleshooting the last two of my issues above (I haven't mentioned the first) and nothing has been pushed on me or provided not as advertised. Price was very fair so I didn't feel obligated to shop around. 3) Installation: Overall very impressed with the install team and their process. They worked efficiently to get all three installed within maybe 4-5 hours. I did not hear a single complaint about working in a blown insulation attic and they used plastic barriers and tarp walkways to minimize spread of dust/insulation, were polite and informative, made sure to clean up the working spaces, and lined up three Sun Tunnels for aesthetic benefit on the roof. The only negative on the squad was whoever was last out of the attic - the hatch insulation cover was not closed & zippered, the hatch and back hall were filled with blown insulation, and the lights were left on after closing up the pulldown door/stairs to the attic. All-in-all not the end of the world, just felt like an unfortunate miss when the rest of the cleanup was pretty thorough. Genuinely, they otherwise cleaned/prepped better than 90% of "contractors" I've had do work for us and it was really nice not listening to obscene conversations I've experienced with others. Install itself looks great.
-
Very professional and courteous. The skylight is a big improvement. Everything was put back and cleaned up. I would highly recommend M & M Skylights.
-
A few years ago, my family and I were suffering with a couple of 37-year-old hand crank skylights. We had to live with buckets and towels strategically placed in the kitchen and den every time it rained. With one call to Scott at M&M Skylights, our problems were solved. In July of 2022, the M&M team installed two new solar-powered remote controlled skylights: a wonderful convenience AND no more leaks. My wife and I were thrilled with their professionalism, expertise, and politeness. When we recently learned that M&M also provides maintenance for skylights, we jumped at the chance. Our skylights had been working fine, but why not make sure they continue to do so? As soon as they had an opening in their schedule, Tim , the production manager, fit us in. The very next day, Colin and Sam showed up at our house and went right to work, inside and out, to clean, lubricate, and adjust to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you M&M for continued excellent service.
-
The three men who replaced my skylights were professional and friendly. They did a magnificent job and even advised me on some work that needs to be done on my roof. I wouldn't have known otherwise! Every aspect of the experience - from the initial visit to the finish was easy and pleasant.
-
The job looks OK and so far we haven’t had any issues with the installation. Just be aware that for a single skylight replacement and reroofing of one roof surface, they used two separate crews. On day one, the crew that replaced the skylight did excellent work — very precise and professional. On day two, a subcontractor came, stripped the roof (including around the newly installed skylight), and then reroofed. The quality of the second crew’s work wasn’t quite at the same level and stripping/reroofing AFTER skylight instalation makes no sense. I would give it 2 1/2 * due to second crews work. Month later we reroofed entire roof and replaced 4 skylights by Newton Roofing Residential and that work was 5*.
-
I highly recommend M&M Skylights for installing a Sun Tunnel! They were on time, efficient, professional and did a great job with clean up! Everything went as planned! The office staff was also pleasant and easy to deal with! Very satisfied!
-
Great people to work with. Wonderful job.
-
M&M did a great job replacing two skylights on my home. They were able to offer a broader range of sizes for the skylights that better fit the existing space. Other quotes would have required modifications and additional carpentry. M&M completed the work quickly and cleaned up the space well when they finished. Interacting with installers, customer service, and estimators was efficient and professional. They drove quite a ways out to complete the job and I appreciate that as well.
-
Wonderful experience from start to finish. Very professional employees, installation was perfect and we LOVE the product. Would highly recommend.
-
Great communication and execution. Serve was excellent!
-
M&M was great. Every step of the process was smooth from the consultation to the installation. They were professional, timely, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. The quality is great and they were fast. I’d recommend them to a friend and would definitely use for any future needs.
-
After 15 years of flawless functioning my VElUx skylights failed. After speaking with VELUX and going through their recommended deactivation protocol, I called M&M. Sue put me directly in touch with Scott, the owner. Recognizing my frustration, Scott drove over 50 miles to our home the following day (a Saturday, no less) and diagnosed and reactivated the skylights. At a time when it is often difficult to connect with a human for service, we found someone with real humanity - not to mention the knowledge and skill to fix our problem. People like Scott and Sue need to be supported, and I hope this review shows them how grateful I am to M & M for going above and beyond for a complete stranger. We are no longer strangers.
-
We are extremely pleased we chose M&M to replace our 30+ year old skylights. They were top notch in their performance before, during and after the sale. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable, professional and no pressure. The installers were meticulous in their work. And Customer Service was very helpful with scheduling, billing, tax credit and warranty information. Thanks for a job well done.
-
M&M was one of the best companies I have ever used. They were honest, intelligent and on time. The installers for my replacement skylight were a pleasure to work with and not only did a beautiful job, but cleaned up after the work. I highly recommend them - and have already begun to do so on social media.
-
Honest. Reasonable pricing.
-
From pre installation to cleanup, all the folks at M&M were great to work with, did an excellent job of keeping us informed, were polite and the new skylight and additional sunshades added to the existing skylights look and work great. Very pleased with the project and will use M&M for future projects.
-
Great company to work with. My skylight was installed professionally and on time. I highly recommend M&M Skylights
-
Highest quality and best prices around! They communicated quickly and answered all of our questions. The team did an amazing job installing the skylights and made sure the interior looked great as well. The quality is just unbeatable, I can't recommend them enough!
-
I was referred to M&M skylights from the manufacturer's website Velux. From the point of referral through to the end of the job done the entire team was very communicative, professional and overall a pleasure to work with from a service perspective. They were also highly flexible and able to accommodate our need to reschedule due to the fact that we have solar panels on our roof. The solar company was difficult to work with, making scheduling more complicated than it needed to be. We had a bit of a unique case where our skylights were square and very old. (1990) We had tried other places in the past to help us repair them to no avail. They were able to find the right solution for us, and knew exactly what the old skylights were! The replacements are beautiful and highly functional. I would gladly recommend M&M Skylights to anyone looking for skylights for their home.
-
-
Guys were terrific, worked very efficiently, left no mess, and were very knowledgeable in response to all my questions. Family is very excited about the new skylights - 5 Stars!
-
Great work! I love the bright light coming into my once dark kitchen. The workmanship looks solid. However, upon checking in the attic for potential leaks ( which none were found) i did find a few discarded shipping materials left behind. They should have taken that with them.
-
Excellent work and a great upgrade
-
Had seven skylights replaced in a log home with a metal roof. Crew showed up on a horribly hot day, on time and ready to go. Couldn't be happier. M&M will do what it takes for that 5 star review.
-
Prompt courteous service for both ordering and install. Highly recommend.
-
From start to finish M + M Skylights were great to work with! The Velux Sun Tunnels we installed totally transformed our living space. Thank you, Scott
-
We had our Skylights installed by Sam and Dan. They did an excellent job, they were respectful of our home and installed the product as scheduled with minimum disruption. Great job!!!! We plan to have another installed at some point and these folks will get a return visit. Thank you all!!!
-
I’ve used M&M twice now. The service is top notch and prices great for the product. I’ll continue to use them as I replace skylights in my home.
-
I’m not one that usually leaves a review but, I admit, I rely heavily on reviews/feedback posted by others before doing business with a company and making an expensive purchase. I chose M&M to replace an old skylight and I definitely made the right decision! The communication and customer service before, during, and after the installation were top notch. My new skylight looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier, I highly recommend M&M!
-
Had some shingles slipping out from the bottom of my Velux skylight. M&M came quickly and repaired it under the install warranty. Very professional crew. Nice company to deal with!
-
They did what they said they would, when they said they would at the best price. Very professional organization!
-
Excellent workmanship and service
-
Great crew came to replace 12 skylights! I couldn’t be happier. Company is great to work with. Cleaned up property when finished. Highly highly recommend M&M Skylights!!! Shout out to Kevin, and Kenny. From start to finish they were awesome!!
-
Very professional installers that did an excellent job .
-
Great communication, very professional through the whole process. Happy with the install.
-
Our purchase was received and delivered as planned. The delivery was excellent as representative checked on work to be fine and worked with our contractor. Will work with M&M again
-
Good guys. Very good at their job.
-
I had an excellent experience right from quote to installation. I recommend M&M Skylights without any hesitations and wish them continued success!
-
Great company to deal with. Great customer service and the techs who came out were very professional and walked us through on how to use remotes. Our contractor installed three skylights on our rehab house project but didn't install the solar panels on each light. M&M was able to complete the install very quickly and for a reasonable price.
-
Installation went very well considering winter snow covering the roof. The installers were courtesy of our property and professional in cleaning up after the installation. They made sure the blinds closed properly before leaving the job site.
-
I had 2 older skylights removed and replaced with new solar powered shades by M&M . They appear to be a well organized and professional operation from quoting through installation. The installers in particular were excellent, hard working and paid attention to detail. Highly recommend.
-
We hired M&M Skylights to replace four skylights in our home. Our initial consult was thorough and very helpful. On install day, they arrived on time and worked very efficiently, getting all 4 skylights installed by day's end. We are very happy with our new skylights, and especially appreciate not having any more leaks. Would definitely recommend!
-
Everything was done properly and I’m a timely manner. All of the sales and installation staff were courteous, well-behaved, competent, and an pleasure to have around my house. Highly recommended.
-
M&M was very good on getting me skylights that I needed asap...they are very reasonable price wise and Stella response and great customer service...anyone needing skylights should call them ....recommend A++...this for great service..Greg at Profile Construction Services

-
From beginning to end, M & M Skylight was extremely professional. I was sent a confirmation email with pictures of the installers. They were on time and worked tirelessly until the job was completed. They covered everything and made sure before they left that everything was in good condition and working properly. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the results!!!
-
The product was good. The installers were professional and answered all my questions in a way I could understand. Happy with the job.
-
Outstanding and exceeded our expectations in every way! From the first appointment, the sales person was on time, an expert on the product offerings, and what would be right for us. The office interactions were seamless and easy. The installers were on time, meticulous, and left the site cleaner than when they found it. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy this experience was. Can't recommend M&M enough!
-
Outstanding company to work with. The sales process was very smooth, including how to save money with an energy rebate. The team to replace our 5 skylights arrived early, went straight to work, and cleaned everything up -- inside and outside. Kenny, Barry, Tim, Sam, Anthony 1, and Anthony 2 are all exceptionally polite and very professional. Scott even stopped by to make sure things were running smoothly. This is the company you want to install your Velux skylights. There is no other option.
-
Excellent installation crew, got right to work, focused on the install and wrapped up by cleaning the work site and all trash before leaving for the next job!
-
-
The guys that came to do the install were so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend
-
M&M Skylights is a great company the work they do is awesome. They are kind and friendly I recommend them for your next job.
-
Needed replacements for old, leaking skylights. Called M&M - The team was thorough and professional from start to finish. The products are high quality, but the service and communication of the M&M Team is even better. I look forward to getting more skylights installed by M&M and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Update- M&M did a phenomenal job replacing the rest of my skylights- professional and high quality and still wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
-
They arrived on time, did an amazing job, cleaned up afterwards and everything! Very grateful for their services!
-
Scott and the M & M Skylight team were a pleasure to work with! Transparent, reliable and skilled, we'd work with them again in a heartbeat!
-
-
-
We purchased a solar shade for a skylight that was in a new home we purchased. The staff knew exactly what we were looking for based on the limited information I could get from the window and gave realistic timelines as to when we could expect the product and install services. Everything came in and was installed sooner than expected and it works perfectly! Our installation tech was very knowledge and kind, it was a great experience - thank you!
-
I'm the tenant and the skylight install was scheduled when I would be out of town so I don't know about that portion of the service. I will say having new Skylights has made a tremendous difference on the insulation and climate control within my apartment! I did not realize the old skylights were so inefficient but they apparently were.
-
Very professional group and we are recommending that to all my family and friends.
-
Outstanding company providing exceptional service and products for a fair price.
-
I hired M&M Skylights to replace four skylights in our home. Our initial consult with Scott was concise and thorough. On job day, the guys arrived right on time, were extremely careful inside the home and on the roof. By day's end the job was finished and I had a possible solution to an ongoing roof leak! I couldn't be happier with our new skylights, they look neat, clear, and beautiful. On the roof, the work is very neat and seamlessly finished. Nice job guys! We also have a solid warranty on the product.
-
The team did a great job installing 2 skylights in good time. They were super neat and went above and beyond to repair some water damaged dry wall. Excellent service. I recommend M & M without reservation.
-
Needed to replace 3 fixed Velux skylights (which had held up quite well for 25+ years). Crew arrived on time, covered spaces below install point, were friendly and professional. Job completed within 5 hours. Communication great and good value. Recommend M&M Skylights highly.
-
All around professionals. We highly recommend.

-
Called M&M Skylights to replace our old velux skylights that had started l leaking with heavy rain fall. They got back to me same day and came with in a week to look at what was going on, gave us a quote by the end of day and our appointment was booked for a month later. The guys who came to do the job were in and out within 7 hours and did an excellent job. They even fixed and the inside framing and painted it where the previous water damage showed up. Everything about my experience from initial phone call to quote, payment and service was smooth, efficient and easy. Highly recommend !
-
Install was scheduled promptly and the job completed so quickly. Workers were so helpful, informative, and a pleasure to have in our home. I would highly recommend this company.
-
Fantastic crew with beautiful and careful work.
-
Installation of Velux Sun Tunnel. Clean installation. Happy with the result. Added natural light to an upstairs stairway.
-
We love our new Velux skylights, which were expertly installed by M&M Skylights. They were great to deal with from start to finish - installed on schedule, did a terrific job, and left our house clean. Coupled with friendly, courteous service, we couldn't have asked for more.
-
I recently had the pleasure of working with M&M Skylights for the installation of skylights in my home, and I must say, I am extremely satisfied with their services. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. First and foremost, the team at M&M Skylights was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, providing valuable advice on the best type of skylights for my home. Their expertise was evident, and I felt confident in their recommendations. The installation itself was executed flawlessly. The team arrived promptly as scheduled and worked diligently to complete the job in a timely manner. They were respectful of my property, ensuring that everything was protected during the installation process. The quality of the skylights provided by M&M Skylights is outstanding. They offer a wide range of options, and I was impressed by the durability and energy efficiency of the skylights I selected. The amount of natural light that now fills my home is incredible, creating a more open and welcoming atmosphere. One aspect that truly stood out during my experience with M&M Skylights was their exceptional customer service. From the initial consultation to the final follow-up, they were always available to address any questions or concerns I had. Their friendly and professional demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. Furthermore, the pricing for the skylights and installation was fair and transparent. M&M Skylights provided a detailed breakdown of all costs involved, and there were no hidden fees or surprises along the way. I felt that I received great value for my investment. In conclusion, I highly recommend M&M Skylights for anyone in need of skylight installation. Their expertise, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. Thanks to their exceptional service, I now have beautiful skylights that have transformed my home.
-
M&M skylights replaced the skylight in our second home. This was the second job that M&M skylights has done for us and as always they did a great job. They are very professional, incredibly responsive, and do great work. These days it’s hard enough to get someone to respond to your inquiry, much less do it promptly and have a good finished product. Highly recommend M&M!
-
Quality work and the team was very professional - they even warned me when there were noisier periods since they knew I was working/on calls.
-
We love our new skylights! Great installation process, very professional and cleaned up well.
-
-
Extraordinary service from the first phone contact through installation. Every member of the team was exceptional. Highly recommend M&M Skylight.
-
Great prices and professional team to work with!! My 3 skylights look amazing!! I live the powered room darkening blinds 🙏
-
I have nothing but positive things to say about M&M Skylights. They were incredibly responsive and within 2-3 days we had someone out to inspect the area, give us a quote and get booked. They also gave us a call and were able to get our installation moved up by 2 weeks. The installation crew was also great and interacted with our kids and dogs during their time at the house. We went with a Sun Tunnel in our extremely dark stairway and it has made such a difference. Now we keep thinking we left the lights on during the day 😂 highly recommend this company!

The boss who came for the estimate definitely knows what he is doing!!! The guys who did the work weee polite, and did a nice a clean job. I would recommend them to anyone!!! Thx

M&M Skylights checks all the boxes for skylight install or replacement. Professional from quote to clean up. Great Job!!!
-
M&M Skylights were great to work with. They provided a quick, easy to read quote and on the day of installation, everything was was organized and the installation was very quick.

It was a pleasure to work with M&M Skylights. They were very responsive when I requested an estimate and signing a contract and paying the deposit was easy via their online system. I had a little bit a of sticker shock at the cost however it's because installing skylights is very labor intensive. They had to install flashing and shingle around every window and also come inside to do the finish work. Everything looks fabulous and you'd never know looking at the roof that these were installed recently.
-
Very good company. Responsive, showed up as scheduled, on time and did excellent work replacing 4 skylights

We had six 35 year old skylights replaced in January and nothing I can say is enough to express how delighted we were with the outcome. The crew was considerate (we had our 15 month old grandson with us) about how they brought things inside. They were professional, neat, cleaned up after themselves and the end result was beautiful skylights that were cleaned inside and out. I cannot say enough about this company or it's crew and the workmanship is magnificent. Just 6 months ago we realized the trim was loose and when I contacted Scott he sent someone down to repair it. It looks great. The serviceman who came down was beat, considerate, explained what he was going to do and before you know it he was finished!!! Thanks Scott, you have a GREAT company !!!!
-
M&M were fantastic. They installed 3 skylights for us and did some structural work to help vault the ceiling. They were always clean, well organized, and did fantastic work. I will definitely call them again the next time when you do install skylights.
-
M&M were great! Used them to replace old leaky skylights. They were quick to come out for an estimate/diagnosis both times we used them. They removed all debris/old skylights and installed new ones, appropriate for our roof. No more leaks! Thanks M&M!
-
Very happy with our new skylights. We had two 105 year old skylights replaced. The works arrived on time and did a great job on the installation. We have had several rain storms and, as of now, no leaks.
-
All around a great job. Highly recommend using M&M Skylights.
-
Pricey products/labor but this company has a great staff that is very knowledgeable about their products and work smoothly and efficiently! The skylights we purchased are a bonus to our room and so far work great!

With anything construction related, weather plays a part in when the work takes place - but M&M communicated delays well and when the day arrived the replacement of the old skylights went smoothly
-
On a scale of 1 to 5 where 5 is the very best, I would give them a 6. They are absolutely outstanding in every respect. First rate work and first rate people. They do exactly what they say they will do and exactly when they say they will do it, and all at a reasonable price. They are meticulous. They did a beautiful job in replacing an old skylight with a brand new Velux one.
-
Removed old skylights, prepped new ones and installed new ones in a one day. The area was cleaned of all debris.
-
M &M Skylights was recommended by a relative who was quite pleased with their quality and reasonably priced work. I contracted with M & M to replace three skylights and I was impressed with their efficient and professional manner in which they worked. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone including friends and family.

We are so happy with our new skylights. Scott and his crew are fabulous. They were very considerate and polite. We absolutely love our new skylights and would recommend them 100%

Scott and his team did a great job replacing 3 skylights in our kitchen. They responded quickly and have been very easy to work with.
-
Excellent service from Mike! We are very happy with the new solar skylight with shade!
-
Scott was easy to deal with, responsive, and professional. The crew was courteous. The quote was competitive with other professionals in the area and the job was completed to my satisfaction. I would recommend.
-
Scott responded quickly to our questions/concerns and was able to do the job in the time frame stated and the price quoted. They had to replace our roof and put in new skylights. They look great. When a small issue arose a few months later he came and took care of it right away. I should add that we live over an hour away from his office. Have recommended them to a neighbor who used them as well.

This week I had my second skylight replaced by M and M skylights. I had one replaced several years ago when I discovered the old skylight was leaking. On both occasions they did a great job and I would give them my highest recommendation. They were professional in every way and do quality work. You can't go wrong with this company.
-
From start to finish the process was easy and stress free. Scott was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had two large 30 year old skylights that needed to go. Price was very very reasonable. The project went off as scheduled. The crew was very professional and responsive to any of our questions and left things spotless when leaving. They took the time to explain the process and material being used to do a quality, trouble free job. They found some water damaged roof deck and just replaced it. Great crew! The new skylights look great! We could not be more pleased.

I truly enjoyed working with Scott. Great service..excellent workmanship and a very tidy workspace when completed. Will definitely use them again if the situation arises.

Scott was the most responsive contractor I've worked with in ages: answers phone, emails back the same day, puts up with odd questions, etc. I was surprised when they started the exact day he said he would even though it was weeks out from signing the contract. His crew were nice, polite fellows who told you what would happen and got things done and seemed very professional, so I'm not worried about leaks. They also went out of their way to fulfill my unusual skylight finishing requests, wherein Scott dealt with the local inspector like a pro. The difference the skylights make on my top floor is AMAZING too! I now love my formerly dark space and hope to be cooler next summer. I gladly recommend to anyone wanting skylights. Which I'm not sure you can trust roofers to do, I know that from previous experience.

I spoke with 4 different companies about replacing a 20 year old leaking, ant chewed skylight. I chose M&M as they quoted a good price but just as importantly were also very responsive. They were quick to come out to take a look and give me a quote. Booking the work was easy and they did the work in 3 hours tops. It is quality work and we are pleased with the result.
-
Very professional from start to finish. Very please with the whole team. No stress. Thanks!
-
M & M provided outstanding service - professional, courteous, competitively priced and on schedule. We needed to replace 30 year-old skylights that were no longer available and odd sizes and Scott and his crew were able to find great alternatives that fit well and the finished product looks great. We would highly recommend them to anyone!
-
I needed a couple of Skylights replaced. M&M provided a competitively priced quote. The installation was performed on the day promised. The crew was friendly and respectful to keep the area protected from dust and debris. They explained the workings of the remotes provided. A professional installation.
-
My whole experience with M & M Skylights was outstanding. I needed 2 thirty-five year old skylights replaced. Scott came out right away and gave me a quote. On the day they were scheduled to come, Scott dropped off the two new skylights a little before 8am. His crew, two very profession, thoughtful and kind young men, replaced the two skylights by 3pm. I was amazed that they were able to accomplish so much, so quickly and did such a great job. Both the outside and the inside were left immaculately clean. I was so impressed by their promptness, professionalism and courtesy. And I love the skylights, they are beautiful, and the solar shades are really cool.
-
The crew was professional and courteous. I love velux skylights! I wish the screens fit a little more snugly though
-
Scott provided totally excellent service—quick response to my skylight replacement inquiry, quick and accurate estimate and advice, and one day installation. He has the experience, equipment and professional crew to complete the job with absolutely no inconvenience to us. His roof climbing devices alone made the job worth watching! His advice for the most cost effective replacement roof window provided exceptional value. We love the new Velux which is much more energy efficient and user friendly than the earlier version it replaced.
-
Wanted more light in our dark, two-story entryway. Gave us great options and pros/cons of skylights vs. solar tubes. Ended up going with a skylight because it's a big, open space. Price was very reasonable, and was amazed at how well they were able to contain the very messy work and leave it nice and clean when done. And what a huge difference the skylight makes! Couldn't be happier.
-
Cannot give a high enough rating for quality of service and work. Every contracting company should operate like M&M. Absolute professionals from first visit to estimate the work, competitive pricing, arrived when they said they would, thorough clean up, they even make the billing and payment simple. No I do NOT work for them but am in the industry so I know of what I speak.
-
Scott and his team provide not only a great product but superior service. They communicated the entire process from start to finish, and we could not be more satisfied with them. I’d recommend them to everyone!
-
-
Very experienced and Professional team. Came out and measured, gave options and then a quote, and then showed up and did a careful install when weather permitted. They have their skylight act together!
-
The most professional, polite group of men I have hired. Were clean and thorough and were incredibly helpful to me. Would hire them again without hesitation.

This is a two part review. My first project with M&M was to replace four skylights in my house. They did a wonderful job (4.5 stars), so much so that I asked if he could do my bathroom remodel — if you need skylight replaced I highly recommend. With regard to my bathroom remodel, they committed on a start date and based on that I refinanced my house to get the funds required. I asked for a change to the original work and they were supposed to get an updated quote to me. At this point, no emails were returned anymore including my last one just asking for them to confirm they no longer planned to do the job. End result I refinanced my house and almost ordered all the items required for the remodel and M&M simply ghosted me. Not unique to this contractor but very disappointing and frustrating. Why contractors don’t have the decency to not leave customers hanging is something I will never understand.

Scott and his team were super. Scott knew exactly what was needed to replace the Velux skylights that was installed 20 years ago in our home. I called Scott and he took a look at the skylight, gave me an estimate that day. I had been looking for 2 years for a reliable and honest person. He showed up on the day scheduled and replaced the skylights in one day. When he left, everything inside was trimmed and painted. You would never know any work had been done except now we have beautiful new skylights that is operable.

M&M is an excellent company to do business with. From initial contact to completed installation took about a month, which we thought was very reasonable. The work consisted of replacing two older sky lights with two new Velux sky lights with solar powered darkening shades. Scott reviewed our project and provided us with a timely, detailed quote that was very competitive. Tim and his crew performed the installation which was top notch. Every employee we dealt with was professional, courteous, and helpful. The crew did a superb job of cleaning up afterward, an added bonus. The company came highly recommended and they certainly didn't disappoint us.

We recently replaced a plexiglass skylight on our downtown Boston brownstone with a new Velux all-glass skylight provided and installed by M&M Skylights. We couldn't be happier with both the product and the professional service that we received. Our order was processed and delivered within the estimated timeframe (about six weeks). The installation team took great care in the removal of the old skylight and cleaning and preparing the sight for the new one. Although the new skylight represents a significant investment (as compared with a plexiglass solution), we are impressed with the quality of the Velux product, and are confident that we will not have to worry about replacing it for at least 15--20 years. The manufacturer stands behind this product with a 5-year installation warranty, a 10-year no-leak warranty and 20-year glass warranty! So if you are needing to replace or install a skylight, we can confidently recommend M&M Skylights to do the job.

We are very pleased with the Velux skylight that M&M Skylights installed for us. They were very professional and left the job site (finished bedroom) very clean.
-
Great team of people, super polite, considerate and efficient. My wife wanted to give them 10 stars. The replaced three skylights in our bedroom - cleaned up, absolutely great job.

Scott and his team did a fantastic job recommending and installing replacements skylights. The old skylights were leaking and the new ones are just fantastic. Love the automated Velux features and they reduced our cooling requirements considerably! The team was on time and very neat cleaning up at the end of the day and project. Just great! Follow up Jan 2021. Skylights have been working great and are saving us $ on energy!

Had 2 skylights installed in my loft and the guys did an amazing job. They were professional, and really great to work with. After they finished, they cleaned up everything, I would highly recommend them for anything you need done to your home!! Rate them 10 out of 10!!
-
Scott and his crew did a great job with my over sized skylights! From start to finish they were great. The installation was even better than I expected! I highly recommend them and look forward to the next project they will be working on at my home.

M&M Skylights replaced 3 existing skylights with VELUX solar-operated fresh air models. Everything about the process was professional and stress free! My install took 2 days, they were right on time for both. At the end of day one I had new skylights, day two was mostly inside finish work. On the exterior, all roofing materials around the openings were able to be reused, they even tacked up a few unrelated loose roofing shingles. Landscaping was undamaged. Interior paint and trim work complete the project. All debris and dust were cleaned up prior to leaving. Inside looks fantastic! The men that did my consult and install were professional and easy to work with. They were alone at my home for part of both days without issue. This also took place at the start of social-distancing and the company is conscious of this issue. The VELUX skylights are absolutely incredible! Yes they are somewhat expensive, but if you can get past that you will not be disappointed (there is a tax credit in 2020 that helps). Both the blinds and the open-close functions are flawless and the product has a "luxury" appearance. Once you have these you will wish you got them sooner! This company knows what they are doing and will work with you to install an outstanding product in a professional manner.

M&M did a great job from start to finish. Came down to give estimate next day. Gave me a date for install based on Windows ordered and then did the job well. Many of my neighbors used them as well and they put in over 20 skylights. Not a complaint from anyone. Some got opening with shades some just got standard window. They know there windows and they were less expensive than two other companies for the exact same product. It is my pleasure to recommend them for any home improvement job.
