I work at the LONDON HOTEL in West Hollywood ,about 3 years ago the Hotel was replacing there huge Skylight in the Bar area,I watched them daily and was impressed how professional they worked and what a beautiful job they where doing,I asked one of the guys for a card, instead I took a picture of his work shirt with the company name and phone number ,knowing A day would come that I would need them.When I bought my house there where Plastic and ugly skylights in my long hallway,I had blinds made to keep the sunlight out ,so they where mostly closed and you never saw them.When we had the heavy rains last year,I discovered that the Skylights where leaking and ruined the blind cover,I called LIGHTEN UP SKYLIGHT, they where busy and booked, up ,finally my turn came and it was well worth the wait!! Replaced three existing skylights due to leaking of older dome style. Now we have the flat glass and it not only looks great, but it also reduces noise and holds in heat during the winter and helps keeps the area cool in the summer. The smaller one we replaced with a skylight that opens, which really helps for ventilation in an upstairs bedroom. Will use them again!

I told the employee, Jack, I needed to replace my skylight; it was a large 4 feet by 8 feet, and he went on my home's roof, spent a few minutes, determined the exact measurements and type (curb mount), and took my order. Soon after, my skylight was delivered, and I when I was ready to have my roof replaced a few months later, the workers simply picked up the skylight stored outside in my side yard and installed it -for no additionl charge-and it has been perfect ever since. I recommend this to save any skylight install costs.

Kept all appointments and in 4 hours replaced a fixed skylight with solar powered open and close with blind between the panes that also open and close. Workmanship very good tho not finely finished. Opening was reduced because new skylight only available in certain sizes. Reduction not exactly square and plywood edge still shows. Buy great service and fair price.

They replaced two old plastic bubble skylights with specially engineered glass. Made a huge difference, both in terms of light /attractiveness and energy efficiency. This was done a few years ago and all has worked well since installation. We are now in the process of renovating our house, and our contractor is just amazed at the craftsmanship and the fact that there have been zero leaks since installation. Highly recommended!

They did a great job on the installation and my Solatube makes my bathroom so much brighter. People always try to turn off "the light" because they think the light is on.

Jack is one of a very few contractors that says what he is going to do and actually does it on time. Further, I had a cosmetic issue after a year and it was handled quickly and without any follow up on my part. I should have started this with the fact that 26 skylights were replaced including a new frame housing 18 panels that are about two feet by ten feet. Not a small job, but handled with perfection in mind.

Lighten Up Skylight had just finished our second warehouse's skylights. Their pricing was the lowest compared to the other quotes. Turnaround time was done as promised, and the quality of work is good. No leak or issue since our first warehouse install 6 years ago.

My calls were returned, I was shown examples of windows, it was explained to me their differences, and they showed up on time. AND our sales person was very nice. I would recommend Lighten Up to my people....again!

We know the owner of Lighten Up Skylight and he is super honest, does a great job on every job and guarantees every job!

One of the coolest features of my house was a Kalwall skylight 5' wide and over 120' long. However, we had a abused it, and it had become discolored and, well, ugly (see dark photo). Lighten Up Skylight removed, refurbished and reinstalled all of the panels. The result? Gorgeous! The best part of the experience was how personable the crew was, despite the fact that they had to transport the heavy panels up, then back down the 80 stairs to our house. Jack and Chip were wonderful about answering questions and addressing our concerns. Thanks to everyone involved!
