We had Koontz fix storm damage to our house (Siding, Gutters, Soffits, Fascia, and two Windows). We chose Koontz because they could replace both the siding and the windows that were damaged. Compared to some of the other Vendors, Koontz is a bit more expensive, but based on experience of the crew that came out for Koontz compared to a different Vendor, the Koontz crew was more professional, did a better job of cleaning up the removal debris and scrap, and had a project manager come out to inspect the work each day.

Koontz construction replaced all 6 of my windows in my condo. They were not standard size and offered multiple options for replacement windows. There was a hiccup with the manufacturer building the wrong window, but Koontz communicated that with me and got the installation perfect in the end. They cleaned up great and made clear what was happening. It took 3 days in total, which was expected (with the last window being built). All the crews were wonderful and they were very polite and great to talk to! I am incredibly happy with their great work and it was worth the upgrade! I can already tell the difference temperature wise and I am extremely excited to open them in the spring / summer. I highly recommend them for window replacements!!!

We recently hired Koontz to fulfill our new vision for our 1980s modern ranch, and we could not be more pleased with the results. Ricardo met with us several times on site and listened carefully to understand the look we wanted to achieve. He answered our many questions professionally and was patient as we made our material choices and requested changes after seeing his mockups of the project. Once we had our plan together, Brandon took charge of organizing the subs who would do the heavy construction and siding replacement. He shared a detailed list of what we should expect during the project and how to prepare our home for the coming weeks of construction. With the exception of a few unexpected delays due to weather, his timeline was spot on. Once our materials arrived, phenomenal construction team of Adam, Adam, and JD arrived to install our new windows and front door. They were always respectful of our home and ran a safe and clean jobsite. We are so pleased with the new windows and door, and how those changes improved the curb appeal of our home. Next the five members of the siding crew began the next phase of the project by replacing our existing siding with stone veneer and new siding. Each morning, they arrived on time and worked in a speedy, but careful efficient manner. They followed our complex siding plan to the letter, and we cannot stress enough their attention to detail and the pride they took in making our home look its best. When we asked for a change (a support post needed to be wrapped), Brandon and the team accommodated our request without hesitation. The gutter team built our new gutters onsite and installed them so quickly, we barely knew they were on the jobsite. When we were curious about how they built the gutters, they were kind enough to take the time to show us how their siding break worked. It was evident they also took pride in their work and enjoyed showing us their tradecraft. Again, we could not be happier with the outcome of the work the Koontz team did for us. We feel as if we have a brand-new home.

We had severe hail damage to our home this summer (softball size). Insurance paid for everything but what was nice Koontz came in under the estimate at $28,000 compared to $32,000 to roof house, garage, barn with a class 4 shingle. Insurance company was quoting a class 3. Not only did we get a new roof but also a better roof than what we had. The team that did the work were fantastic. Worked over 12 hours days and cleaned up each day after their work. Great company to work with.

I went with Koontz for a new roof, fascia repair, and new gutters. Koontz did a wonderful job with the project over two days. Before hiring them for the job, Nate at Koontz took the time to explain what my options were on the new roof and how to fix some issues that were caused by poor gutter installation when my house was originally built. Once we made decisions on how to proceed, the Koontz team was efficient in getting the work done, and the final results look great. Following the inspection and purchase of our new home, Koontz replaced our roof. Nate was a great communicator and kept me informed of each step of the process. Koontz Roofing replaced a broken skylight. Besides the skylight they diagnosed a leak in another location. Very professional from the initial estimate where they spent ample time inspecting the flashing and transition from one roof to a flat roof. James was a careful craftsman. His cleanup was complete to a high standard.

Had competent friendly treatment from start to finish, from Cara on the telephone, to Phillip (I believe) who did made the bid on gutter removal and replacement with 6" new gutters, the crew who listened to my concerns patiently and worked knowledgeably and carefully, and the follow-up calls to take care of last minute details. The work was completed on time, for the exact price quoted on the bid, despite the need to make a couple follow-up trips, I would recommend Koontz happily and wholeheartedly to anyone asking. Bravo!

I 100% recommend Koontz roofing. They did a tremendous job. Put the roof on in one day. The roof held up all winter and is still going strong. A wind storm recently dropped a huge branch on it, and there wasn’t a scratch on it. I don’t hand out five stars unless I absolutely mean it. The price was totally reasonable. Zero complaints. They were nice people, too.

I highly recommend this business. My wife was considering a new roof. Nathan came by and gave us excellent money-saving alternatives. Nathan is VERY knowledgeable, and completely transparent and honest. Nathan will fully assess your situation and give clear and understandable explanations. The quote contract was also clear, honest, and understandable. We received a breadth of options for the gutter upgrades, and Koontz was always more than willing to answer any questions we had before we made our decision. Initially they gave me a storm damage estimate, and made a good impression, but another company did the work for that job. I was in a flurry! When another roof issue came up, I decided to try Koontz rather than the other company, which was not completely local as I later found. Sometimes the larger corporate outfits are not so good in some ways. These guys at Koontz are nice and smart and they are local and responsive to the customer. I would definitely employ them again. It is important to have trust in one's roof!

Koontz replaced the ridgeline on my roof after damage from a severe windstorm. They went out of their way to communicate clearly and get the project done quickly and efficiently. They even repaired some damage by a raccoon or other critter to the flashing around the chimney at no extra cost!

Our roof gutters were damaged by a storm in Jun. Koontz replaced and upgraded the gutters in a fairly timely manner. They did the work at a fair cost and cleaned up well. Importantly, they did not try to sell me on unnecessary gadgets and work.

I had the exterior windows (5)replaced in my condo this Spring. Working with the Koontz staff was very satisfying. I received an estimate for the job with comprehensive details about the work to be done. The price as fair and I accepted the bid. The windows were installed approximately 6 weeks later on May 29-31. I was referred to Koontz by a local builder after 2 trees fell on the corner of my house (damaging a portion of the roof and gutters). Josh came as soon as he could to assess the damage. Extremely pleased with the completion time and quality of work, as well as the cost. Highly recommend and will use them in the future if needed!

We had a leaky window and another contractor recommended Koontz, since we needed someone who could pull off the siding to identify the source of the leak. Brandon came out and did find some water damage around the window frame and assured us that they could help with the situation. When the team came to install the new window, they found significant rot and also some structural issues - more than anyone anticipated - across the full south side of our home. We had to pivot quickly to navigate several changes to the project and Koontz helped with that. They coordinated work well with our other contractor, as structural issues and termite damage were addressed. Long story short: the Koontz project went from replacing one window and some framing, to installing flashing over a rubber roof, four new windows and a new sliding door, and replacing the siding. Then we decided to replace the gutters in order to avoid future water damage as well. Our installation team was wonderful - Mike and Adam demonstrated a strong work ethic and genuine care for us and our home. They cleaned up their worksite with every visit. We had a little problem with our new sliding door and they were out quickly to address it. Estimates for the work were all in line; communication was good from start to finish. I recommend Koontz without hesitation.

Koontz Construction could repair it all instead of managing several contractors, and they worked well with my insurance company. Everything is now done and I am very happy with the completed work. Arrived early and prepared our yard for the tear off. Had old roof removed in 1 hr and onto the new one. The crew was polite and worked very hard in the heat. They completed the project in less than 6.5 hrs and left the area immaculate. This was our second time working with Koontz and would highly recommend them.

Very happy with everything. I got 3 bids, and Koontz wasn't the absolute lowest, but the price was fair for a complete new roof, and the earlier great reviews here convinced me. The work was done quickly and right, and communication was very good. The workers accidentally damaged something minor, and Koontz made it right quickly. Would absolutely recommend and use again.

Koontz installed a new roof on our house last month. Julio was easy to work with, inspected the old roof thoroughly to diagnose the problems, and followed through on the new roof installation in a timely manner. We appreciate the fair price we were charged and also the quality of the shingles used (Malarkey 40-year sustainable polymer asphalt shingles). Julio even coordinated with the solar panel installation company about the timing of the removal and reinstall of our panels. We would recommend Koontz.

From the beginning Koontz Roofing made me feel reassured and comfortable. Nate came out to give me an estimate. He made me feel like he was a friend. He took pictures to explain the roof issues. He helped me choose the products that would work best and gave me a cost estimate. When it was time for the work to be done, the workers were friendly, efficient, and cleaned up . The Koontz team was great. Nate got me an estimate quickly and then he and his team took the time to meet with the insurance adjusters. They communicated with me on the schedule and were there when they said they’d be. The day they came out they arrived early and got right to it. They removed all the old shingles, replaced several sheets of plywood, and then installed a great looking shingle all in less than 10hrs. They cleaned up their mess and by 6pm the trailer was gone and you couldn’t even tell they had been there. Would highly recommend the Koontz team for any work I needed done.

Koontz re-roofed our home last month and the entire experience was pleasingly uneventful. Nate was on time to estimate our job and actually got up on the roof to take a look. He was very responsive and made a second trip out to help us select the right shingle color. He said we'd hear from the crew in a few weeks and we did -- they committed to a day and they were there on time as they said. The crew was pleasant, hard working and cleaned up amazingly well. We are pleased with the work and it looks great. Sometimes 'boring' is a good thing - and this one went about as smoothly as one could ask! Would recommend.

I called Koontz Roofing the day after high winds blew six pieces of vinyl siding off of my house and left two other pieces half on and half off. Within an hour or so, the office informed me I would receive a call the next day, probably from Brandon. Sure enough, he called me at 9:53 and arrived ten minutes later. After assessing the situation, which required climbing a ladder to the roof of the garage, he re-attached the siding in less than an hour. He was professional, efficient, and friendly. He even gave me a referral to a mason for some patch work that needs to be done to the brick facing on the front of the house. I was quoted a minimum charge of $350 for coming to the house and received an invoice in that amount by email a day later. Because of the responsiveness and professionalism, I will call Koontz in the future should the need arise. Lastly, I should add that a few other companies I called couldn't come to the house until the following week, but only to give me an estimate. The fact that the siding repair by Koontz occurred in less than 24 hours was impressive and alleviated my concerns about heavy rain that was expected later in the week which, in fact, did happen.

Brandon and his crew replaced a few areas of fiber cement siding that really wasn't installed properly years ago and failed prematurely. The work looked great, and the communication was excellent. Koontz Construction managed the complete residing of our home this summer with the James Hardie fiber concrete board (board and batten style) and subcontracted the painting. Their staff were knowledgeable, patient with our questions, and responsive about timeline. This was a big deal for us. We'd built our own home with the original native poplar board and batten siding and changing to this new product was a huge investment in our long term sustainability. The work crew were amazing. Efficient, skilled, tolerant (of extreme heat and humidity on the week they tackled it), and even friendly to our beagle dog who wanted to distract them for loving. I was in awe at their absolute dedication to working hard and staying until all was complete and done well. Ricardo and Brandon were wonderful to work with on the details before/after and during. We can't thank them enough.

We had Koontz re-shingle our roof and install several skylights and a solar tube. Julio and the crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. The crew worked hard and performed the job in a very reasonable amount of time despite inclement weather. The job was complicated by the fact that we have solar panels on the roof and we had to coordinate their removal by another company before the roofing and skylight replacement could take place. The coordination worked seamlessly. The job was further complicated by the fact that when the panels were removed several years of leaf litter and squirrel nesting was revealed. Julio and the crew cleaned all the debris off the roof and subsequently cleaned it all from around the house as well! Some of the roof sheathing was damaged and they replaced it with new material as well as some edging that was apparently undersized and had to be remade in their shop. All in all they did an excellent job and the new roof looks great. We can recommend them whole heartedly and with no reservations.

Our neighbor used Koontz Roofing and Construction last fall and I copied the phone number from their truck. Julio came out and inspected the roof, explained the need, and helped us select the roof shingles. He also alerted us to brickwork needed on the chimney. On the day of roof replacement, a crew arrived, took off the old roof, replaced the decking, put on the new shingles, and cleaned up. The project was finished in one day. What a hard working crew!! They did a great job and we love our new roof.

We are very pleased with the new roof that Julio and his workmen installed for us. Julio had taken a lot of time at the beginning when he first came out to look at the job so that my husband and I were well informed about the choice of materials and the estimated cost. He also went up on the roof and took several photos of places where our old roof had lost most of its asphalt surface, so that there was no doubt that it was time for a new roof. All the materials were delivered the day before the job was scheduled so that on the day of the work everything was ready. They not only finished the roof in one day, they also did a stellar job of cleaning the site. Sherry coordinated everyone's activities and also put us in touch with a contractor to install new gutters, so now our home looks all refreshed. Everyone was very pleasant to work with besides being very capable.

Koontz recently replaced my roof and my wood siding with vinyl siding. I'm very happy with how both jobs came out. I was surprised how fast they got everything done even though it's the end of the year and the days are short. They took good care of all the light fixtures, doorbells, cable box, etc. They broke a coaxial cable that I have for internet but replaced it the next day. They cleaned everything up when they were done, not waiting days to get the dumpster out of my driveway.

They repaired a 15ft section of damaged gutter within 10% of original est. It was one man one day job that was not an emergency and they got to it in less than 2wks and finished the same day. Koontz Roofing was incredibly professional and easy to work with!! No wonder their signs are all over Bloomington :) !! We had a sun-tunnel added to our kitchen, roof replaced, and 2 skylights added. Julio was absolutely phenomenal to work with throughout the whole project. PJ Barnes kept us informed about the progress of our order; he supervised the installation of 3 Velux Sun Tunnels and a skylight. We were happy with the process and are very happy with the light the Sun Tunnels have brought to some formerly dark corners of the house.

Great work from Koontz on our insurance-funded roof replacement. Julio was patient in explaining the process. He worked with my insurance company to make sure everything was well documented and that all possible work was covered. The roof looks beautiful. We did find a few roofing nails and material, but relatively minor.

Koontz Roofing replaced our 30-year-old roof and 6 skylights in 12 hours one Wednesday. We chose them because Julio was the most persuasive sales rep I've ever encountered -- fully informed, upbeat, helpful samples, no rush, great attitude -- and also had persuaded us that Malarkey shingles, ecologically good (recycled rubber I think, and long-lasting), were better than the alternative offered by two other bids (I also googled later, and googlers agreed). The price was in line with the other bids. Julio offered references, including addresses so I could see colors in real life, and they all raved about him, the company, the results. He went back and forth with me about whether and how many skylights to replace and why -- very patient. After some to-and-fro with Adam about scheduling, to accommodate weather and my needing a quiet day to host a Zoom, the office sent a helpful sheet of "no surprises" tips on what to expect, and materials were dropped a few days before at a spot in the driveway interfering with nothing. The crew of 12-13 showed up at 7:30 a.m., and they worked nonstop, a well-oiled friendly team. I think Adam was there all day as foreman, and Julio dropped by as well. It was amazing to watch them work, they checked with me a couple of times with judgment calls on trimming bushes for access, the clean-up was phenomenal -- we found ONE nail afterwards --, and we love the results, a gorgeous new roof on house, breezeway, and garage. (Note: "Midnight Black is really a dark mottled gray, as hoped). I highly recommend Koontz Roofing.

The shingles on our roof were extremely worn. The team from Koontz came out and ten hours later, our shingles were replaced and looks absolutely amazing. The entire area was cleaned of debris at the end of the day and some pieces of damaged siding were replaced (at no charge!). We could not be happier with the results. Many thanks to the entire team. Koontz Construction helped me with two soffit repairs. (1) The crew was professional and able to address the issues right on; (2) The crew was great in communication. One of the two repairs had to involve another contractor and that contractor's progress was slower than expected. Koontz understood and was able to reschedule without complaining; (3) The crew was patient. As a business owner, I always asked lots of questions and the crew patiently answered each of them so I can understand the scope of the work better. I appreciate the work Koontz did and I will surely call in Koontz for other projects in the future.

Just had a new roof installed. The old roof was getting up there in age and I had Koontz come out and take a look and give me a quote. It's a busy time of year, but they managed to come out within a few days. Julio took some pictures of what was going on and did a great job of explaining some of the existing issues going on beyond just the age of the old roof. He gave me a good comfort level that they knew what they were doing and would take care of any and all issues. They matched the shingle color/style to a recent addition and got me back a quote vey quickly. After accepting the quote I got scheduled in a week. The crew started early and worked until it was dark (they confirmed I was ok with both beforehand). It's a fairly large and steep roof and they needed a second day to finish. They started back early the next day and finished around lunch. They got everything cleaned up pretty well. I walked around the house later that afternoon and only found a handful of small pieces that were missed and no nails. The new roof looks great. Overall I was very happy with the whole experience.

This is the second time I've used Koontz to put a roof on my home. They do a professional job installing and cleaning up. They also installed new gutters and they look great. I recently used Koontz to replace my well aged roof. Koontz could not have made things any easier for me. I went from asking a sales guy on a roof for a business card to having a quote in hand for my roof the same night. Scheduling was a breeze. The morning of the repair, the manager was outside and ready by 7:30 that morning. Every member of the crew had a smile on their face and something friendly to say. They've got the job down to a science as they had completely replaced the roof and cleaned up after themselves by lunch. The prices were fair, the service was great. The guys from Koontz came out and checked out my roof. Jamar Properties sent them out and they were very thorough in checking our roof. The gentlemen showed up right away and came back the next day because I was busy working. They explain what the issue was, repaired it, and even went up in the attic to make sure everything was OK. The guy that works there said he wasn't the boss when I asked for a business card but that his boss treats him really well. They were planning on going to Vegas as a company together but that didn't work and they still treated their employees to the $$$ that they were going to spend. This seems like a great company to work for! Keep up the good work guys!

We had our bathroom vents and dryer vents properly vented to the outside of the house. We bought an older home that only vented these items into the attic. Koontz was very professional, courteous, and efficient with their time. I would use them again in the future.

Koontz Construction replaced my hail-damaged roof and reset the skylights. Julio Reyes handled the interaction with the insurance company and scheduled and completed the job very soon after the claim was approved. I was impressed with him and his crew. Josh and his crew were quick to respond when I called and we’re professional and thorough. On the day of installation the crew showed up on time and completed the job faster than I expected. They came, removed the old roof, installed a new roof with two skylights and a light tunnel over the bathroom and had the work completed in two days. They cleaned everything up. I am extremely pleased with the roofing job done by Koontz construction. Not only was the assignment done well, the crew was considerate in the clean up afterwards. They repaired or replaced elements that were not in the original contract at no extra charge. In addition, when I was not satified with one of the skylights they installed (A manufacture defect, no fault of their own,) they replaced it with a superior one the next business day at no extra charge. I must say that the crew was fast and deserves every cent that they make. I want to add a special thanks to Julio Reyes for going the extra distance and meeting the insurance appraiser when he showed up for the estimates. When the adjustor was seeking the minimum for the partial damage to the roof, Julio negotiated with him enough so that the insurance nearly paid for the entire roof replaced with higher quality shingles. When looking at potential roofing contractors, we got bids from three local companies. Koontz Construction got our business because they excelled in three areas: PRODUCT; PROFESSIONALISM; PRICE. In terms of Product: we found Malarky shingles to be superior because they are environmentally friendly (think recycled materials to make the shingles), stronger ( think flexibility and impact resistant) and long lasting (think minimum granular loss and algae resistance). As for Professionalism: our contact person, Julio, was quite helpful. No up-sell, no hype. Just an honest assessment of what we needed and why. The Koontz contract was straight forward, easy to understand and helpful. We were impressed with the work ethic of the crew and their roofing skills Price was our third and last consideration. We had several recommendations to use Koontz Construction when a wind storm took down major swaths of our house siding. We're very glad we did! The price was better than expected so we decided to replace siding on the whole house rather than just the affected areas. The staff and installers couldn't have been nicer. The office staff was very responsive and the installers were careful to avoid trampling my perennials and did a great job of cleaning up once the job was finished. Koontz did an absolutely wonderful job with my skylight (upstairs study) and solar tube (kitchen). It is amazing how much natural light I have that I didn‘t have before. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and efficient they were: They did it all on one day (plus the next morning for interior work). The price struck me as reasonable, although I confess that I don‘t know what other companies charge. If I ever need another skylight in the future I won‘t hesitate to contact Koontz. When our house was struck by high winds, we called Koontz to come look at our roof and siding. They completed the work timely. I tried for over a year to get a company to come fix a leak in the side of my house. I had even agreed with 5 different companies to come do the work but no one ever showed up to complete the job. It was refreshing working with Koontz. They communicated very well, quoted, and completed the work in a very timely manner. They were easy to work with and did a great job. As of today, there is no leak! The only concern I had was the bill when I noticed work they didn't have to do still on the bill. If I didn't ask about it I would have paid more then necessary. The great part, however, they didn't even put up fight when I questioned the final bill and adjusted it to reflect the work completed. This does not dampen my opinion of them. I would definitely hire this company again and recommend them to others based on my experience.

Koontz Roofing did a lot more than just repair our roof. They walked us through our options when we first called them about a leak. They were extremely honest about what shape our roof was in (we might get a few more years out of it) and our gutters and downspouts. While we could have gotten patched, our roof was within a few years of needing replaced and there were indications that soft spots on a highly pitched part of our roof would need help with the next hail storm. Indiana is unpredictable and Koontz gave us great options and were able to get the whole job done promptly at a great price. I would call them again!

I am at the mercy of what ever company I pick. I'm worried if I can trust what is being done and if I will get a fair price. Koontz Roofing has done several repairs for me over the years. Koontz, is top notch in my opinion. They have done my roof and guttering and most recently 2 very large patio doors. One of those was on an upper level with no stairs going up to it. If there are any issues after they finish, they promptly get them taken care of. I have recommended them to several people and will continue to do so. Another thing I like is that someone actually answers the phone when you call! Even if Sherri is gone, it still gets answered. Oh, and the owner is a super nice guy!

A great group of people that will work hard to make sure you are pleased with their quality work. They have done several home improvement jobs for me and I will definitely use them to replace my roof when the time comes!

After some hail damage earlier in 2019, we needed a complete roofing replacement, but the first contractor we had been dealing with was unable to match the insurance estimator’s proposal. The contractor who had built our house recommended Koontz Roofing, and I’m very glad I got in touch with them. Not only were they able to come-in within the proposed budget, but they undertook and completed the re-roofing later the same week. (I should emphasize that it is a very large roof with numerous peaks and valleys.) We’re very glad we went with Koontz. They were courteous and professional and did a great job. A neighbor remarked to us that our new roof "looks awesome", and we wholeheartedly agree.

I hired Koontz to replace my mom's roof. They did a fantastic job and the whole thing looks great. There were a couple of minor problems.. the sort of stuff that comes up in most major construction projects... but they resolved them quickly and without much trouble. I will be coming to them first when it's time to do my own roof.

My wife and I were lookimg to replace a roof which we knew was in need of repairs. I called Koontz and Josh came out promptly and gave me a reasonable estimate. He explained what all we would get for the quoted amount and then gave me some dates to chose from for completion of the work, once we had agreed to the terms. His crew was fast and curteous and completed the asphalt portion of the roof the first day. The metal portion of the roof took a few extra days but the results were worth it. It looks great and more importantly it protects our family's greatest asset from the elements.

We were very pleased with Koontz. They were professional, and the roof looks great. They were especially careful to not damage my landscaping or my flower beds, as they put saw horses and tarps over my perennials. The clean up afterwards was minimal- and they were FAST. It was a very good job.

We were in need of a complete new siding. Our old siding was about 30 years old and was full of woodpecker and carpenter bee holes as well as splitting and cracking which is inherent with cedar. I literally picked Koontz out of the phone book and asked for an estimate. The person came out and worked with me for over 7 months in order to get the right material and the right time to do the job. Workmen arrived when they said they would, the job was finished on time and with a wonderful result. I couldn't have been more delighted with the finished product.

I had a tree limb punch a hole through my roof. Koontz came very highly recommended by several people in my community, so I gave them a call. I was shocked & thrilled by the estimate- much lower than I had anticipated. They were able to finish the roof & install the guttering while I was at work. I came home to a beautiful new roof and new gutters. There was very little debris left behind, the house looks great, and it didn't break me. The people I spoke to were friendly & helpful. I had been dealing with a small leak for years off & on since a sun porch was added to the back of the house & had several different contractors who had performed different repairs but it would eventually come back. It got worse recently & Koontz Construction was recommended to me. They came to inspect quickly and discovered the source around the chimney & a small hole in the decking everyone else had missed! Hooray! It was repaired in a very timely manner and at reasonable cost. I have had absolutely NO more leaks even with heavy rain and storms! I highly recommend them for their knowledge and expertise in diagnosing the problem and performing the work at a reasonable price.

They replaced my windows and siding, dealt efficiently with some structural issues that appeared once the old siding was removed, and left everything clean and neat. They also installed two skylights in my home. They were professional and dependable, and did excellent work.

We bought a house where replaced windows were not put in correctly. They came in and in 3 hours were able to MAKE framing to make the windows and 1 door not only look nice, but stop the leaking. And they were 3 very nice workman too! Very pleased and would use them again.
