We just had our roof replaced and the company was excellent. The project manager, Chris Battistone was attentive and professional. The crew worked extremely hard on very hot days. They were very good at clean up after the days work. Thank you the Hendricks

Turned out my issue is most likely not an exterior issue. That said, they still stopped by and gave me an honest opinion in a very professional manner. If I do need an exterior repairs / replacements in the future I would 100% give them a chance at the business based off my interaction.

I chose G. Fedale to replace my front windows and wanted to compliment their business. I've worked with G. Fedale in the past and hoped this experience would be just as positive as my past experience. It was. It was a pleasure to see the Project Consultant, Tom DiRocco again. It's been six years since G. Fedale replaced my roof and Tom's charismatic sales personality eased my anxiety as I informed him of my window choice. I met the Project Manager, Franko before the window installation and on the day of installation. His warm and professional personality enabled me to clarify concerns related to the installation process. Jen scheduled my installation date. She provided a guide to the crews' arrival since I had a reactive dog. I met Omar and Angel on the installation day. They were exceptional tradesmen, who removed the damaged window frame and rotted wood beneath the frame and sill. They answered my questions and kept the work area clean. The remaining crew Raul and Joevanny joined Omar and Angel mid day with the new windows and wood completing the work by mid afternoon. Their technical skills and team work impressed me. G. Fedale is fortunate having Tom DiRocco, Franko, Raul, Omar, Angel and Joevanny working with their company. It is my pleasure to request customers to consider G. Chimney cap replacement and concrete work around it was overseen by project Manager Franco and completed by his team. I was kept informed all the way and when it was found that the wrong size cap had been ordered, Franco quickly attempted to find a replacement, but ultimately had to reorder the item and rescheduled the completion for the following week. This is an important point, as to how a company handles and issue that may arise. Franco did so without excuses and corrected the issue with all possible speed, that I admire. Well done!

Franco and his crew did a fantastic job with my new roof. They were there first thing in the morning and had everything completed by the afternoon. I recently moved into a new home and wanted to review the condition of my roof. I met with a project consultant Chris Shelly who came out and did an inspection. He was very thorough, taking pictures and video clips of his inspection. He explained that my roof is aged but that he believes I have a few years left before I need to worry about it. Chris obviously knows a lot about roofs, and he took his time to teach me which I appreciated. He also wasn’t pushy and came across as honest. I’ll be calling him back in the near future to get a replacement on the books. Thanks Chris!

We had a bad storm that caused a limb to go through my roof, Joe Santucci from G Fedale Roofing Came out the next day assess the damage gave us a quote, Contacted our insurance company and set up a claim for us so we can get the work started right away! Horacio, the lead tech on site, was very respectful and kept his crew safe in the heat and working to get the job quickly completed. I had an excellent experience working with G. Fedale Roofing. Project consultant Kyle Dolan was our primary contact; he introduced us to their product line and provided thorough, detailed explanations. In just two visits, he demonstrated that this company is entirely trustworthy. Site manager Chris Battistone was equally responsible, addressing all of our questions seamlessly. While I do not know the names of the individual crew members, the entire working team was exceptionally hardworking and attentive to our requests.

We had our 35 year old cedar house resided with Hardie plank. G. Fedale did a great job. The pricing was transparent and competitive with other firms we contacted, but G. Fedale was more focused that the other firms on the finishing and details. This was a large, three-week project. The G. Fedale crew was extremely polite and professional and very easy to work with. They did a great job and our house looks fantastic.

Last week, Technician Jeff Bartram came to my home to look at a broken window frame. He was able to assess the problem and resolve it quickly for me. I highly recommend G. Fedale! We recently had two windows replaced, along with new siding on the entire house. The project started with a great proposal by Scott, which included showing new siding colors and designs on his computer. The design matched the final outcome! Project managers, Matt & Tyler, also did a great job with the project, including great contractors. Their contractor team was highly professional at their craft, as well as really nice guys! Two months after the new siding was installed there was a severe wind storm that knocked off a small corner piece of siding. I sent a message to our project manager (Matt Root) about the piece of siding, and it was fixed the same week! One of our neighbors shared their review of the new siding, saying “I think we get to enjoy your new siding more than you do…..we get to enjoy the view across the cul de sac, and you only see it when you pull into your garage.” Many thanks for the awesome job!

Franco and crew were courteous and efficient in installing 5 windows in less than a day and with no disruption around the house. All trash was removed and house was left in same condition as when they started.

Depends on the crew. The first crew was a clown show, and they did a crappy job. They were subcontractors. We complained and Fedale sent out a great crew, Jeff Bartrum and Benjamin Kennedy. These two guys ripped off the siding and replaced it and did a fantastic job. So it depends which crew you get. Shout out to Jeff and Ben. Whatever they are getting paid, it should be more. They made it right.

We've been needing to replace our front storm door and G Fedale came to mind as they've been doing a number of roof & siding replacement projects throughout my neighborhood. I was very pleased when Chris S. came out to take a look at things and give an honest assessment of what would need to be done as the door jamb was cracked on top of an outdated storm door. It was a welcomed relief to be offered a product that isn't your cheap, everyday contractor grade storm door from your local Home Depot/Lowe's (although they were okay should I have chosen that) and to not be pressured into making a decision that very day, even for something as small as switching out a storm door. My husband & I were shown a ProVia storm doors brochure and we all talked through the various options with Chris leaving it at "Take a few days to go over this together and I'll contact you on the 3rd day to see where you're at with it." This was a huge change from their competitors who were basically trying to have us sign a contract the same day and rush out decision. When Chris contacted us on day 3 like he said he would, we arranged for him & his install team leader to come out and discuss everything in more detail. While Chris listened and helped us through to our finial decision, he didn't try to make that decision for us like the others and the whole time, his install team leader was checking boxes at the door to ensure nothing major was needed so that pricing could remain as accurate as possible. We were very pleased with this approach and decided to sign and we're glad we did. There was a hiccup in the process on the manufacturer's end and they immediately took accountability but that was quickly resolved and a great recovery from a small issue. I feel the others would've wanted to play the blame game and that was far from what happened here. I really appreciate Chris S spending his time and not turning our consultation into a pressured attempt to sell and also Raul & his install team for their great work. What a great crew he has and G Fedale as a whole did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Got a big job done by G. Fedale last year, 2024. New roof, siding, and Gutters. Been in our house for 45 years, so because this was our 3rd roof, the underlayment needed to be replaced. Chose the upgrade to 5/8" Plywood. Got a great deal on upgraded vinyl siding. My windows were capped 30 years ago so some of the wood trim needed replacement. They also did that. All new gutters with "Gutter Guards". The gutters remain free from leaves and debris. They also replaced facia boards where needed to support the new gutters. They also installed new, upgraded Solar Tubes (skylights). AND they also did my backyard shed to match the house. Just had the 1-year inspection done by Khazier Joyner from G. Fedale. I had a great experience with The G Fedale company. Mike S came out twice - once for the estimate and a second time to answer questions. Nick and Franco measured our 26 new windows. We got new siding as well so it was a big project. Franco stopped several times to check on the progress of the job. He went above and beyond to be sure I was satisfied. The He’s a very personable young man and a fine asset to the company. Communication with him was great!! We had a terrific installation crew. Kevin kept me informed as to what they were doing each day and the crew’s workmanship was first rate. Other than their lunch break, they worked nonstop and cleaned up each day before they left. Most of their work was done during an extremely hot and humid week. We also got new gutters and a gutter guard system and that crew was also first rate. Jen and Ryan kept me informed of any delays due to weather or materials. I love the new look of the house and have had several positive comments from family, friends and neighbors. My project lead was Franco S., who was professional, responsive, and diligent throughout the process. To me, this is one of those companies where you get what you pay for. I'm at that stage of life where I want a project done with minimal hassle and maximum longetivity and I don't mind paying 10-20% more over mediocre contractors for excellent service. These guys definitely check that box. Dealing with contractors can be the worst... This company is a 'one-phone-call' and they'll handle the rest type of operation. Awesome!

I am so impressed with G. Fedale and especially Project Manager Mike Bidoli. The crew worked from 7 AM until 7 PM with just a short break for lunch. I was tired just from watching them! They took on my complicated job installing ten skylights on a cedar shake roof and never blinked an eye. First I must admit, outstanding excellent customer service. Spoke to Jennifer B, (very enthusiastic) and within seconds she had my account pulled up, and answered all my questions. Not only did Jennifer answer my questions, she followed up with a email. In short, Ordered a new roof, me and my neighbor, so we both had our roofs redone. These guys came, tore the entire roof off, and replaced it all in the same day. Broom swept driveway, cleaned the windows and after all that, received a gift card in the mail. Quentin from G Fedale inspected our roof due to a leak in the kitchen. He took pictures to show me what the issues were which clearly explained the problems. He quoted the roof replacement for the sunroom area. I asked for another option and Quentin responded quickly with a further quote. We came to G. Fedale with a historic house in the historic district of Odessa, built in 1850 that need new siding and we’re impressed from start to finish. From the original quote, to finding out there was now plywood or insulation under the siding, to wood root, we were updated each step of the way and so happy how the house turned out. Chris, Miguel, and another technician installed an attic fan to my house. Additionally, they noticed that the vents to my bathrooms were not ventilating at all outside, so they installed pipes to make sure that was done, and the airflow and humidity was moving in my attic. I contracted G. Fedale to repair badly rotted window framing on two 2nd floor windows on a property I had recently purchased. Dave K. met with me at my property and was very clear and informative about the process. He was also very responsive to my questions during the contracting process. The work was scheduled about 2 weeks later. The 2 person crew that arrived determined that the damage was bad enough that my tenant needed to be home as the window had to be completely removed for all of the rotted wood to be removed and replaced so the job had to be rescheduled later in the week. The crew came back and did an incredible job. One thing that really impressed me was the crew member showing me the moisture barrier that he was installing that was not on either window. (I watch some of those property and home shows all the time so I knew what he was talking about right away). The windows they repaired were the worst. It's clear the capping on the rest of the windows was not done correctly by the prior owner. I have no hesitation about bringing G. Fedale back in the spring to properly cap/repair the remaining windows. The process with G. Fedale was smooth and the quality of work clearly the highest level.

Kyle was with us every step of the way. He was very personable, knowledgable, took the time to explain to us the process, and we felt we were in good hands. As soon as the contract was signed we received a Welcome email from Jen in the office. She promptly answered our questions and kept us informed. Kyle arranged for us to have Natanna and her amazing crew. We really appreciated the care and respect Natanna and her crew had for our home and our neighbors. They even made sure the new skylights worked while they were here. The roof was completed in one day and Natanna scheduled the gutter extension guys to come out shortly after to help us correct a drainage problem caused by the original builder's roofer 17 years ago. We would highly recommend to everyone to go with G.Fedale, we are so glad we did.

G. Fedale just completed a whole house siding project for us. We picked Certainteed Monogram in Wedgewood Blue coupled with Certainteed Cedar Impressions Scalloped shingles in Sterling Gray. Joey, the Sales Consultant, worked with me and my specification sheet to make sure we got it right. All of the details are in the proposal. Once our agreement was in place, the Site Managers, Justin and Hunter, took the lead to get materials ordered and get the work crew scheduled. With only a few minor hiccups, our project was started. When you are replacing 37 year old siding, you are going to find some problems. The work crew kept me informed and provided great solutions to keep the project on track. All 28 windows were re-capped in a style to make the colors pop with the siding. We had 7 guys working from 8am to 6pm for 6 days (42 man days). They did a great job working with me and the site managers to get everything right. G. Fedale was thorough, detailed, respectful to my property and family, and priced competitively. G. Fedale replaced the old T111 siding on our house with Hardi backer siding. The crew they sent out worked hard everyday they were here. Constantly cleaning up as they went so no mess at the end of the day. If we need any other home repairs that G. Fedale handles we will be using them again.

My experience is mixed, to say the least. For the roofing project itself, I was quite happy with the materials, scope of work, and overall cost. Craftsmanship seems good, though I'm not an expert in judging that after the project was completed. What I can say, however, is that the project lacked significantly in cleanup, most notably with nails! It was evident after I was told a magnetic sweep was done, and I found four nails, with the naked eye, in my driveway. Little did I know that was just the beginning. I've spent hours with a simple magnetic hand sweeper tool and have collected well over 300 nails from around my driveway, all sides of my yard, garden beds, porch, walkout basement; you name it. It was as though no care was taken whatsoever, with nails seemingly sprayed everywhere. I was already planning on taking care of my own sweeping, having a large dog and children that play in the yard, but little did I know what I was getting into. Unfortunately, I still can't confidently say that I've collected all or even most of the nails. I'm sure I will be finding them for years at this point. I also have to say there was significantly more rubbish left around; various pieces of soffit, old roofing materials, plastic wrap, bits and pieces all over garden beds, my yard, and a neighboring yard as well. Unfortunately, I can only leave a mixed review at best. The materials, overall scope of work, and workmanship appear to be pretty solid, but expect to have a mess on your hands afterwards.

Recently had a sliding glass door installed. Since it was a higher end door, I wanted an excellent install, so I contracted with G Fedale. From ordering to completion, my experience was seamless. Installers Jeff and Jeremy were professional and more than competent. From beginning to end they kept everything clean. Better yet, as an 86 year old, I felt totally safe with them. The office staff, sales support scheduler, salesman, project manager, and his assistant were all professional and kept me informed about every aspect of the roof work. The work crew was also great and professional. I am pleased with the outcome. The change order requests and pictures were also shared with me in advance. I used G. Fedale for a major upgrade project on my 1980's contemporary home exterior. The project included replacing old cedar siding with James Hardie fiber cement siding, new roof, gutters, front deck, and lighting installation. From the initial estimate phase through construction and project completion, my experience with them was excellent. G. Fedale is the only fully certified James Hardie installer in the state of Delaware giving me confidence that the new siding would be installed per recommended best practices. All of the construction crews did a great job, were conscientious and cleaned up any debris at the end of each day. As an engineer, I am detail-oriented and G. Fedale was very accommodating of my attention to even minor design elements. Their in-house design expert helped with final color selections and her advice was spot-on. I highly recommend G. Fedale for home improvement projects.

I just wanted to take a moment to shout out this company and its great team. I live in Greenbriar and just underwent a roof replacement. From the very beginning to the very end the communication from the Project Manager(Chris Shelly) was impeccable. The quality installation by his crew was nothing less than top notch. Even running into small issues like most projects due I felt nothing but taken care of. Our screen was accidentally ripped and Chris picked it up had it repaired and reinstalled so quickly we didn’t even know it was gone . G. Fedale and its people really take time with the small details and it shows. They kept my property clean at the end of everyday and even as far as how Chris handled my ripped screen which seemed insignificant and such a small error it was corrected in a timely manner and not just brushed off. I needed my roof replaced and had several estimates given to me. Some greatly increased the cost, then offered supposed multiple discounts. Some advertised that the costs would be covered by insurance. My experience with Fidale Roofing was better for many reasons. My estimator, Joe Santucci, gave me an honest estimate with only a single coupon discount, but this final estimate was considerably less than that with 'many' discounts. The job was then scheduled, and Tyler was assigned as project leader. He stayed in touch with text messages and visits to the site for follow up details. Several minor problems were taken care of with complete satisfaction. The one star loss was unfortunate as several old attic vents were damaged. They were not standard size and new vents had to be fabricated. This took longer than I had anticipated, but they were delivered and installed, and the vents are now better than before. Except for the extended time, this review would have been Five stars.

Every step of the way I was fully informed of what was happening. Nothing was left behind including clean up. As a townhome owner my community utilized G. Fedale Roofing for a large scale project. During the roofing of my home the team was courteous and kept my property neat during the work. However after the installation of my roof I had a leak evident in the ceiling of my second floor. I notified my HOA and requested the roofing team come out to investigate. During the initial review I was told it was not a roofing issue. I escalated with my HOA and they came back out and identified the leak was at my smoke stack. They repaired the leak and no further water leaked. The next issue was painting my ceiling. There was a lot of back and forth on who is responsible and after a couple of months G Fedale agreed to cover the cost and the work was completed. I would like to thank Joe Santucci(Project Consultant) and Chris Shelly(Project Manager) for their help and support during the discussions.

Following a dramatic thunderstorm that caused multiple leaks in my house, the G. Fedale team responded quickly and efficiently. Brand Ambassador Ryan Roach came to inspect, diagnosed the problem, and submitted an estimate for repairs the same day. Ryan was able to thoroughly answer my questions concerning the contract, and I have submitted a deposit for work I expect to be completed in four to five weeks. A great start! Two weeks after signing the contract, a two-man crew returned to complete the repair of the flashing over my front door. Chris and his helper did an extraordinarily careful job of replacing the flashing and cedar shingles on my stone farmhouse. We got our roof replaced, new soffits, and new gutters with gutter guards. The price was reasonable compared to some of the other quotes we had gotten. They got a little backed up so it took them about 4 weeks to start the project after we signed the contract. They replaced the roof in a timely manner. It was done within a day and it looks great. However, when they were doing the roof they were supposed to cover the gable vents from inside the attic but they didn’t. We had to reschedule them to come another day, and it was inconvenient because we needed to be home for it since our attic access is in the master bedroom closet. The gutters and soffits were scheduled to be replaced a few days later but unfortunately the gutters were damaged in transit so they had to reschedule that. The soffits were replaced and it only took about half a day for that. The gutters were replaced another day and it took another half day. Communication seemed to be a weak point as the subcontracted companies didn’t always seem to know what they were supposed to be doing, like asking us if they were supposed to be replacing the whole roof. Overall, working with G Fedale was good.

There's no reason to look for another company other than these guys. I had an issue with my sidings and was looking for someone to fix it right away. Google reviews led me to this company. Not only they are quick to respond on my email (Michael Davis, Head of Marketing) they were able to have someone to look at the issue the next day. Mike Stefani the project consultant who went to check my issues was so professional, on-time and polite not to mention he was able to fix my trouble right away. I was greeted by Matt Keough at the designated time for my free estimate. Matt surveyed my roof in question with documentation, pictures and videos. He allowed as how he would write up a few proposals and present them to me. Upon his return he notified me of his 4 optional proposals and we discussed each at length to better my understanding of the project. I have very good experience working with G Fedale - very professional and great customer service. My first contact was with Rob Mumford who helped in assessing the damage to the roof. He was always very respsonsive and took care of all insurance needs in the best possible way. It took quite a long time, but Rob worked closely with insurance appraisers to reach a resolution. The contract signing was very easy too as Rob explained everything and gave me the best options. After the work was scheduled, Chris Shelly took over as the site manager. Chris was extremely helpful with all my requests. Despite a bit of bad weather and windy conditions, he and the team worked from morning till 8 pm the first day and till 7 pm the next day to finish the work diligently. Chris made follow up trips including final inspection and kept me informed of everything. Chris and Rob did excellent job and I would highly recommend G Fedale for any roof work.

Great experience! We had our ridge vent replaced by Gfedale after our last roofer put on a low quality ridge vent causing mold growth in the attic. Now we have great air flow up there and the problem is gone. Quick scheduling and effective work done even in challenging seasonal weather. Joey is the man!

We received excellent care and service from G. Fedale for our roofing project. We would especially like to recognize Chris Shelly, our site manager, for his commendable work both before and after the roof install. Having driven from Wilmington, Delaware, easily one hour away from our location, Chris arrived promptly at 7:00 AM with a crew of 7 men who got right to work. Prior to starting the roof install, Chris discussed the scope of the project and the specific responsibilities of his crew, such as protecting our landscaping with large tarps and moving outdoor planters and fountains to protect them from damage. Chris thoughtfully addressed safety procedures with us in case we planned to exit our home at any time during the install. Upon completion of the project, Chris returned for a final inspection of the entire roof and removed the extra materials from the property. We actually noticed Chris attending to minor details before he left as he personally policed the area by our driveway for any remaining random nails or small pieces of roofing materials. We needed a new roof as it had been damaged by a storm. Evan Taylor came by to inspect the roof and assisted us in dealing with our insurance company. The insurance company decided the roof could be repaired but we decided to replace the roof due to it's age. Once the installation started Chris Shelly took over as site manager. The installation went very smooth and I never felt rushed into making a decision on whether or not the job was completed. Chris acted on all of the issues we pointed out and we are very satisfied with the job Fedale did.

My husband and I initially thought about going with a competitor for our new roof, but when they said we both must be present for their 90 min sales pitch that was the end for us. A couple people at work had a great experience with G. Fedale Roofing so decided to give them a call. A wonderful experience start to finish. They have a gem in their project manager, Will Spilecki. He came out quickly to discuss what a new roof would entail, was respectful, friendly, communicative, and did not pressure us. The roofers were here first thing in the morning and worked about 6 hrs completing the roof on the house and garage. It looks great, they cleaned up after...no complaints. All the guys from Matt Keough (estimating) to Jon Manchin and Chris Battistone (installation) and the install team on site were above and beyond top notch professionals that were easy to talk to and helped with all aspects of the project. I would definitely advise anyone needing a new roof that this should be the one and only company to contact.

G.Fedale has been my go to company for the last three years. They have done some smaller jobs (siding) and then did a large project in 2023 to install a Central States Metals 24 Gauge Standing Seam metal roof. As usual, the entire quotation to completion process was excellent. The sales team is responsive and knowledgeable. The installation crew was also excellent with a strong work ethic and focus on quality. A big shoutout to Walt and Mike Campbell who worked through some tricky issues. Mike C. even came back after the job was completed to fine tune and custom install some additional protection for us where the metal roof was next to our roof deck (at no additional cost). Overall, the entire sales, operations and billing/admin personnel are top notch. G.Fedale will likely not be the lowest cost provider - but they are the best quality and workmanship so you get what you pay for! I'm a lifelong customer.

We could not be happier with our experience with G. Fedale. We contracted with them to replace our roof, restore the facade surrounding a dormer window, and replace two windows. The roof consisted of a combination flat and pitched (shingled) roof. The estimate was accurate and thorough with frank caveats about what might be discovered once the existing roofing shingles were removed. When something was discovered (due primarily to the age of our house), they showed us detailed photos, explained the issue and solution clearly, and minimized the additional costs. They left a clean worksite every day and kept to the schedule. They showed up when they said they would. Two particular people, Chris S. and Tyler S., saw this project through - with excellence. They supervised the project closely, kept in constant contact, and responded quickly whenever we called or texted. In making our decision, we obtained multiple estimates for the needed work. Before the job, G. Fedale presented options, discussed the pros and cons, didn’t try to up-sell us, and answered all of our questions patiently. G. Fedale’s was neither the lowest nor the highest price, but it was definitely the most value for the money – of this, we are absolutely convinced. G. Fedale displayed a level of overall professionalism far exceeding all the other contractors we asked to provide estimates, and the work and consequently our house are beautiful. We wanted a job that left us confident in the integrity of the work over the long term at a fair price, and we believe we got that. The job has been complete for about five months now, and with that perspective we still feel certain we would select them again.

There was a team of guys here that could not have been more efficient and respectful. My yard looked even better than before after they were done because they used the leaf blower... .they put everything back exactly where it was and my roof looks amazing!!!! Unbelievable! G Fedale had put a new roof on my house back in 2015. However, I only bought the house last year. I discovered a bad spot on the roof that look like the shingles were lifting. When G Fedale was doing work on a neighbors house, I spoke to one of the guys on site and mentioned my problem. A couple of weeks later, out of the blue, I received a phone call apologizing for the problem and saying they could send somebody out the next day to look at it. This morning Jason showed up. Even looking at it from the ground told me that it appeared some of the plywood sheathing had come loose. After doing a close inspection and removing some shingles he confirmed that the shingles were installed correctly put the plywood had become detached along one edge. He called his office for authorization to repair the plywood, obviously more than a warranty job on the shingles. I listened on speakerphone while he spoke to the person in the office in charge of warranty work. They knew that they had replaced some sheathing when they did the roof, but not sure if this section was part of the repair. They simply told Jason, go ahead. Take care of the whole job under warranty. I was shocked! Remember, I didn’t have the roof done, I bought the house seven years after the roof had been done. Well, a few hours later, Jason had done an expert job. Seamlessly repairing the roof and plywood sheathing, at no charge to me. Everybody talks about customer service, and how great their warranty is. But I have never experienced this level of service. Thank you Jason and G Fedale.

Could not be more happy with them. They were quickly responsive to all requests. Assisted us with insurance, picking proper materials, while not trying to up-sell. They did our roof, siding, trim and gutters. It truly looks like a new house. The work and craftsmanship is great. Trustworthy and honest. Had them install a mixed siding job (combination of Hardie and vinyl). Justin was the project coordinator. They did a great job, completed the job quickly, and communicated very well throughout the project. I noticed a minor issue after install was completed, and they came back and took care of it when many other companies would have ghosted me. I have already recommended them to family and will look to them in the future for other jobs.

We replaced the old warping cedar shingle roof on our Rehoboth Beach rental property with a high-quality asphalt shingle. We also replaced a couple aging skylights. Frank and his crew were very professional and efficient, and the quality of the work was excellent. They also did a good job cleaning up. We've dealt with a lot of contractors for other home projects and this was the best experience by far, working with these three guys. I recently had the siding on my house replaced by G Fedale and I could not say enough on how please my wife and I are with the entire process. It was smooth sailing and we're absolutely blown away with the end result. Justin and his crew did a FANTASTIC job. They didn't just stop at the siding, we had them do the vinyl around the windows, they updated 2 roof overhangs with new soffit and wrapped the old wooden posts, they replaced all sorts of vents... they took an old outdated house and now looks like new. I can't recommend them enough!

On the other hand, the project manager (Jon M.) was not involved almost at all. I received one email the entire project. This was a big job and there was a ton of communication needed. It would have been nice to get some sort of weekly update or something from the project manager. Chris S. went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in order and let us know what was going on.

I previously used Fedale for my roof so when it came time to replace my big picture window it was a no brainer to go back to them. Im always surprised by their beyond competitive quotes but the real drawl for me is the people. Scott Henning, Chris S. and Tyler S. kept me informed every step of the way and quickly addressed my questions and concerns. I know its a tough business to operate right now with supply chain delays but they got it done timely just like they did with the roof. Add to that the tranferrable warranties, repeated follow ups to ensure everything went well and fast response on any post installation questions and youve earned yourself a life long client. My only complaint is that Scott claims he can still pitch but refused to throw what would definitely be a meatball for me to knock out of the neighborhood. Highly recommended

About a year ago our tile roof needed a repair due to a leak and after looking up a few companies and meeting the rep from G Fedale, I felt confident they could do the specialized work. Unfortunately I noticed a leak in the same area again over time and called the company. After making a few calls, I was concerned that I was taken advantage of because I did not thoroughly review the paperwork and specific clauses. In fact I started hearing terrible experiences from friends about their roofing contractor/work. How wrong and right I was - the order was written up incorrectly as a "tile replacement", not "leak" the short version is G Fedale came back and repaired the leak and stood by the work and a customer, who should have read the paperwork more carefully. Thank you G Fedale -4 weeks and no leaks. What a relief.

From start to finish G Fedale was very professional. I started with Scott H. The project consultant. H Ecame to the house to get all the information he needed to give me and estimate to replace my roof and gutters. The next day I had estimate with a couple of choices. Scott went over it with me and was not pushy. He told me to let him know when I had come to a decision and if I had any questions to please let him know. When I did come to a decision he got me the best deal possible. I was truly happy with the deal. I was told it may be 3 to 5 weeks for the job could start and that was great but then a couple days later I got a call from Tyler S. the project manager saying they were going to start the job. He ask if I had a question and I didn't but made sure I knew how to get a hold him in case I did. The crew showed up bright and early with 7 guys and the site Manager Chris who got with me and told me what was going to happen. The crew showed up at 730 AM a was rapping up by 3 PM. I don't have a small roof I am very impressed. The gutter crew showed up a couple days after the Christmas weekend and knock out the gutters. All I can say is that Scott, Chris and Tryler were all professional and polite. They keep me informed to the point I really never had any question and if I ever need anything done to my house that G Fedale does I will hire them in a minute. Work was completed in one day. Did a good job cleaning up. Only problem i had was waiting a longer period of time than it should have taken to get the site foreman to get back to my home. He didn't show up until later the next day. I had to make few more calls than I wanted. They are very understanding on making payments and have worked with me on that.

Have mixed feelings about this place. Their rep, Tom Bloh, came to look at our home in a timely fashion. He was knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection. Although his second visit took longer to happen and he didn't return my call, he did finally come out and once again seemed on top of things. The problem was that we never received an estimate. After waiting several weeks, I called the Company about 3 different times, but no one got back to me with an estimate or explained why it was taking so long.. Finally gave up and decided to go with another company. I assume they didn't really want our business.

After asking friends and looking through reviews, I contacted G. Fedale to look discuss replacement of my main entry door, storm door and side entry door. While waiting for the supplier to deliver the doors I also decided to have the roofing and gutters on my homes addition replaced. Dan and Joseph , walked me through the process, took measurements, offered suggestions, etc. Frank, our project manager then took over and he was great at keeping me in the loop every step of the way. Had G. Fedale repair sunroom capping, chimney bricks and install brand new roof. Had a few bumps in the road but company was swift to action. We recently had G. Fedale install a Velux Sun Tunnel. From initial site visit with Ryan, to completion of project, all went smoothly. Emily and Frank made sure we were kept abreast of project timelines/communications and Luke, our on-site manager, was pleaseant to deal with, hands-on, and worked well with his install team (Irwin and his partner who did a great job on the install). We did need to order one extra section of pipe which arrived far sooner than promised and was installed immediately. G. Fedale did a great job!

We had some roof flashing that became detached due to high winds. We reached out to G. Fedale after getting no response from multiple contractors in the Rehoboth area. Luke, our project lead, was very professional and prompt with communications. The team came as promised and did a great job.

A significant portion of my siding was loose. It had been poorly installed when the house was built and it was out of warranty. No one was willing to repair and/or replace that section until G Fedale got involved. They tracked down my siding and they were willing to do the job and their price was quite reasonable. Actually installation was well done and supervised by both Frank Starkey, who sourced out the correct siding, and Luke Kemp. The men who did the replacement were fantastic. I believe they may have been subcontractors but their work was great. Their owner was working and supervising as well. Based on the overall performance G Fedale will now be my first contact for any project I need done on my house.

Had my roof done by these guys about 8 years ago. It’s been doing incredibly well. Called them out for an issue that happened in a storm that wasn’t actually related to their work. Was bracing myself for a high repair bill as all things are expensive nowadays, even though it was a relatively small issue. That wasn’t the case. Chad Kazaba was the person that responded. He took care of the issue within a few minutes and was incredibly personable. What a great representation of this company. Would definitely use G Fedale again for any roofing needs. We had G. Fedale install new larger sized gutters and downspouts on our house and couldn't be more pleased with the results! The foreman, Ed, and his team arrived on time and had the project completed in less than a day. They even were able to address two problem areas that constantly dripped with our old gutters. We've had several heavy storms since the installation and those issues are no more! We were also very pleased with how careful they were not to damage our plants, as well as their clean up and removal of the old materials. Great value for an affordable price. Five stars out of five!

G Fedale did a great job replacing our roof. Starting with Dan Grunewald who did the estimating and job specs, their team was expert and kept me updated on what needed to be done. Jesse and Ricky ran the actual project and they made sure all the materials were in place to rebuild the roof, remove the materials from the old roof and have the team in place to actually get the job done. Replacing a roof can be a daunting endeavor but the G Fedale team made it very easy and the final product looks great and is a great upgrade for our house.

Great company!. We had to have the small roofs repaired above the triple and single windows, along with the some of the slate siding around them. They also had to remove a huge birds nest that got into the wood above one of the windows. They replaced the wood, primed it and painted it. We have a very old house (over 100 years). Matt Root was the project manager and Justin Hohberger was the final inspector of the job. Both were very professional. Their employees were very good and professional as well. Kept the area clean and neat. The job took a day and a half. We would highly recommend this family business.

I shopped for repair work from a February storm. I spoke to several reps from various companies and they were all very polite and professional in their explanations of the work and of their price. Then enter GFedale's Ryan MacLeish. He matched the previous folks professionalism and then suggested that I contact my insurance company about the damage and the condition of the roof. He offered to assist me with the procedure as I had never made such a claim. The project was deemed to be eligible for coverage and arrangements were made to do the work with GFedale. The crew came out early one morning and finished by noon the following day. The cleanup was thorough and the roof looks fantastic. Frank was the site super and took care of all the details. He was superb. I rarely recommend any company over another, but this is different. If you need a roof, call these guys. They have it down to a fine science..

I have to say, at first when the installers arrived with no project supervisor with them to install 2 Sun Tunnels, which we were told would be at the installation, I almost sent them home, but called the office quite upset and received a quick response that Luke would be coming within an hour to assist. Luke stayed and worked along side the installers and answered so many questions and concerns that I had. If he didn't know the answer he made phone calls to get the answer for me. Great experience from start to finish - we would definitely work with G. Fedale again! The initial inspection of our roof was done by Kyle Baker - he very clearly explained the state of our roof and the different options we had for replacement. Communication was great throughout the process, from initial inspection to scheduling (thank you Jen!) and through final walk-through. Tear-off and installation went very smoothly, with Ryan and Rory managing the project very well on-site. Our roof was completed in 1 day - and (beside the new roof) you can't tell they were here - great job on clean-up!! The dumpster delivery created some large ruts beside our driveway, which Ryan and Rory promptly addressed. We highly recommend.

From first contact with Sean to ongoing work with Michael the process of getting a quote, selecting materials and completing the work was A-one. Despite several delays due to weather the work was done quickly and efficiently. The work crew was very industrious and thorough. Mike also, saved some trouble by recommending that I get chimney repointed before the new roof was put on to prevent possible damage to the new roof by the masons. Mason agreed that work on the chimney should be done first to be done effectively. All in all a first-rate experience.

Worked with G. Fedale on getting a new roof and gutters. Dave Kibler came out and actually got up on the roof and took his time to check every section of the roof for any damage. Turns out I had a lot of wind damage shingles which allowed me to get most of the roof investment done with insurance. The other roofing companies I had quote the roof didn't take the time to physically check out the roof. I really appreciated Dave's honest assessment and quick quote, as well as working with my insurance company. I also really enjoyed working with the project manager Jesse as the roof work was happening. He was always providing updates and communicated any issues or when people would be arriving. I put 4 stars due to some small issues I noticed with a few broken shingles after the roof and gutters had been installed. However, Jesse was easy to work with and would take his time to come out to my house and see the issues I was pointing out. He maybe sure all the items were corrected and everything looks great.

I worked with Jasen Maciey to get a fairly complicated quote together that replaced the roof, installed improved attic venting, some siding, copper flashing, copper chimney covers, and special board and batten trim around a few dormers along with window trim that could hid a majority of the j-channel. Brad the salesman was very helpful. The men arrived a little early. Shortly after that the dumpster arrived and was placed appropriately. The project manager Mike introduced himself to me. The plywood and tarps were quickly put in place and the job started. With a team of over a half dozen men the roof was removed quickly and replaced. All within one day. During the process I made a few minor changes, which Mike was happy to have completed. The price was not the cheapest but I feel I've got a very nice job, in a reasonable amount of time and the cleanup was excellent. Even the dumpster was removed the next morning. Thanks guys! As I understand it, this is a company owned by a father and many, many siblings, who must get along exceptionally well, but also collaborate to manage endless details for a very smooth experience when roof and window replacement is needed. I had an insurance damage claim in July 2021; Dan Grunewald and the insurance team at G. Fedale stepped me through the entire process and stuck with me when my insurance company tried to deny my claim! I am so appreciate of everything Dan and the team did so that we could get our entire roof and gutters replaced for hail and wind damage. Finally, in November 2021, insurance paid and we were able to finally complete the project. It took them 2 days and they were on time, professional and communicative. I called G Fedale about a few shingles that came loose. They had a cancelation the next day and came out. They repaired the loose shingles and honored their warranty. I had G Fedale install the upgraded roof with transferable warranty back in 2013. I couldn't be happier with their service.

Yesterday water began coming into my wife’s office. I called G. Fedale today, Saturday. Chris was on the roof within the hour, had the problem diagnosed within a few minutes (clogged downspout), solved within a few more. So — my wife is still in business!

I had the pleasure of contracting with G. Fedale for a new roof. The estimator was very thorough when he came out, taking pictures of the house and climbing up on the roof to take photos as well. The estimate was prepared within about two weeks and the job was reasonably priced. On the day the job was to begin, Matt, the Project Manager, was the first to arrive. The work crew arrived a short time later and all were here by 730 a.m. Matt W. walked the property with the crew leader to make sure they knew the scope of the work to be done. The crew, which appeared to be very experienced, began work immediately and completed the job that same day. They cleaned up all of the debris and stacked the extra materials neatly to one side of my driveway to be picked up the next week. As a follow-up, a few days later a representative of G. Fedale came out to the house, went up on the roof to inspect the work and took photos. I am very happy with my new roof and the service I received from G. Fedale. I would not hesitate to contract with them again for other jobs I may need to have done.

Hello, I was reluctant to leaving a review. I was told to just be honest. The 1st installers were less than par. They were out 3 times and was not satisfactory.... Rick from storm division, bent over backwards to our concerns. Joe and his partner from in house service came in and fixed a small but visible issue... Thank You Joe.... Finally they brought a new crew in and it right... 7 times from start to finish... Rick stayed in touch to make sure that they were able to rise above the issues.... Over all.... Now we are satisfied.. Just have to remember.... 1 bad apple doesn't spoil the whole bunch.. It was a bit annoying at times due to my work schedule..... So, again, My Thanks go out to Rick for customer service and seeing that the job got done right. Also Joe for being so young and knowing what old school is... Thumbs Up, I do reccomend.... Just need to make sure their installers are thorough and professional.... TY Guys

We had our roof replaced by G.Fedale in Wilmington, DE a few weeks ago, and I could not be happier with the customer service, quality of work, turn-around time, the professionalism of everyone, etc. Overall it was a great experience from start to finish; Starting with the initial meeting with Chad K. and Evan T. They were very knowledgeable and thorough with the preliminary inspection, consulting us with the different options that were available, and giving recommendations they thought were best for what we were looking for. G. Fedale also gave us a great turn-around time and was able to get their crews onsite within a few weeks and ended up completing the job within one day; the guys hustled and did an amazing job. Specifically had the pleasure of working with Rory C. and Matt who managed the construction flawlessly. I feel a need to share my experience. When everything goes smoothly it's easy to get a 5 star review. It is how a company responds to speedbumps that truly determines how good they are. My house was hit by a storm and in addition to a new roof, I needed a lot of little things done. The sales team assured me they could handle everything that was damaged. As time went on, the little things didn't seem to be a priority and I started having doubts. That is until I met Jesse. In two minutes I felt this guy is going to knock my job out and get it done right. While my confidence was restored, it wasn't until I met Ricky that I felt the company TRULY wants their customer 100% happy. While Jesse took command of the job and his crew rocked it, Ricky knew some of the small things that the sales promised me weren't in the normal scope of what they do. It was Ricky that took the time and listened. He took the time to research what i was saying and then even though certain items weren't what they normally do, he got them done. He made it happen and he had phenomenal communication throughout the whole process. I can honestly say had it not been for Jesse and more importantly Ricky, this would not be a good review. They have convinced me that even if mistakes happen, or things get missed, they will fix it and make it right. It's not how a company responds when things go right, It's how they respond when things go wrong that truly makes a difference. As a team, they will do what's needed to make the customer happy.

I had wind damage to my roof. My insurance adjuster was a pain to deal with and did not want to cover damages even though I had several estimates from different companies explaining the wind damage. The folks at G.Fedale offered to go to bat for me. It took a little while, but they were able to prove damages to the insurance company. Ordinarily, I don’t leave reviews, but in this case, it’s necessary to give credit where credit is due. During this holiday weekend, Matt and Rory went above and beyond and expressed a sense of urgency to repair a water leak, due to the heavy rain. With this happening well after hours and on during a holiday weekend, I was not expecting a response until the next business day. Surprisingly, Matt responded almost immediately and Rory was there the next morning ready to work. I can’t express my gratitude enough to these two gentleman, but also to G. Fedale as a company. I am so happy I asked to speak to manager. Who by the way was very helpful!! Thank you. We had windows and gutters done in 2015. I just noticed some rotten wood around one of the large windows and realized they never wrapped the top part of it. I called and was told that it isn’t under warranty. I have asked for the manager to call me back. At this point I have not heard from anyone. Thanks guess we should inspect the work a little better. But I can’t believe this company isn’t willing to stand behind their work. Not good business!! As if right now I would not recommend them or use them again!!

My name is Jay Harrison and we just had G. Fedale complete some projects on our home, which is 61 years old and has its own unique challenges. I wanted to take the time to give a shout out to Rory Connell for managing our construction project that went completely smooth. We ended up going all out with the install of a new roof with a new skylight and new gutters. Rory was on top of every aspect of the project and helped it run smooth. HIred G. Fedale to do the siding and trim for my custom home. It was a very large job with lots of evolving parameters requiring a lot of planning and problem solving on the fly by the project management team. The crew was as good as it gets and everyone did what they said they would do which is a rarity in the construction world. Was not the cheapest, but knowing it was all done right was worth the cost.

We reached out to G. Fedale roofing & siding to re-roof our home and we could not be any happier with the experience. They provided a free estimate which was less expensive than the competitor's estimate we received. The day the job started they came out and draped the house with protective covers from the gutters, down over the shrubbery and all the way down to the ground. It was a two day job and at the end of the first day they cleaned up the job site and stored unused materials safely for the night. A couple items that made it a little more than just a re-roofing job were that we had them remove an attic vent fan & close up the hole. They also totally removed our 200 sq ft screen porch roof down to the joists re-installed the plywood and then re-roofed it. Both those items were anticipated and included in the contract so there was no change to the original estimated cost. All in all we could not be any happier with G. Fedale and we have no reservations recommending G. Fedale to our neighbors and friends. Many thanks to Chris B., his crew, Joe S. and the office staff for a job well done.

Highly recommend. Got 3 quotes. G. Fedale was priced the same as the other 2, so i felt I was getting a fair quote. From the 1st call, Joe was highly attentive. He came out twice to drop off samples and was the only company to actually go up on the roof to actually inspect the roof, vs using eagle eye or drones that only give a partial assessment. The job was scheduled quickly. the crew finished in 2 days. They were fast, worked hard the entire time and did an amazing job. Couldn't be happier. Note: a nail got into my tire and despite my reluctance, Joe was adamant i send the receipt and he covered the cost of the tire. The job was complete and he had no need to do it and i wasn't asking for it. They are a stand up company and i have a high level of trust in their company in general and the workmanship on the new roof.

A storm damaged my roof and I needed repair fast. I spoke with Jay Tarr at G. Fedale and he sent a crew out right away to put a tarp on my roof to prevent any more damage. He also helped me deal with the insurance company and he saved me a big headache. He took care of everything. They installed the roof fast, did an excellent job and were very professional. We chose Fedale for a large roofing, skylight, vinyl siding and replacement window project in the summer/fall of 2019. We are extremely pleased with the entire job. I contracted with Fedale to do the roof, windows, siding & house wrap, gutters, downspouts & soffits. Basically a complete redo of the house. I was very impressed with Joe Santucci the project estimator. He was easy to work with and his level of knowledge and focus on small details were most impressive. I signed the contract with Fedale because of this impressive level of detail Joe displayed during the estimating process. Fedale addressed numerous issues with the house that other companies either blew off or directly said they didn't do those type of things. It seemed to me other companies wanted to get in & out quickly and avoid addressing longstanding issues with the house that Fedale dealt with directly and correctly. I was introduced to my project manager Joe Gordon & his assistant Chris Battistone. After meeting with them I felt very comfortable with my decision to go with Fedale and when the project was completed I had no regrets with that decision. The project was extensive and complicated, requiring close coordination & juggling schedules due to winter weather issues. The roof went up in one day and after the windows arrived the house was stripped and wrapped in one day and the windows were installed in one day. The siding took four days. They maintained a very clean work site and Joe Gordon & Chris Battistone were extremely responsive to my questions and were constantly available to supervise the entire project and ensure it went smoothly. Their level of professionalism & their obvious enthusiasm for their jobs made it an excellent experience working with them throughout the entire project. I highly recommend Fedale and have already done so to my neighbors. The house looks amazing. The work was done professionally, at a steady pace, and under budget. Outstanding service by an outstanding professional! I hired G. Fedale to replace several shingles that had blown off due to high winds. The same shingles had previously been repaired by another roofing company that did not match the existing shingles. G.Fedale sent Mr. Jay Tarr to replace the missing shingles. Mr. Tarr proceeded to inspect the roof and showed me several significant areas that were loose due to inadequate nailing. Mr. Tarr had several brands of shingles that came close to but did not match our existing roof. He took one of our shingles to the company warehouse to hopefully find a closer match. Mr. Tarr succeeded in matching our shingles and proceeded to fix a number of loose areas on our roof. Mr. Jay Tarr’s skill, efficiency and engaging manner is exceptional. I highly recommend G. I just had to share my experience. On 11/7/19, I was horribly lost somewhere on I95. Being Diabetic, I began to feel very ill after sitting on the shoulder of 95 for so long. It was beginning to get dark and I cannot see well enough to drive at night. I had no sugar with me and my phone was about to die. I began to wave down vehicles, when a G. Fedale truck pulls over. After explaining my situation, this young man goes out of his way to help me. He led me back to a familiar area and refused to accept the money I offered. I am so grateful to him. This young Hispanic man will always be in my prayers. There I was alone, lost, barely able to see and feeling the beginning of a diabetic issue, when along comes this angel in a G. Fedale truck. I had the best experience possible. I would rate them a 10 out of 5 if possible. Rob who estimated the job and Justin who was the foreman on the job were absolutely fantastic. Both kept in constant contact with me as the job progressed. The property was left spotless with no nails. Past jobs with other roofers resulted in more nails on the ground than on the roof (slight exaggeration). Hopefully I will have the opportunity to use J.Fedale again in the future. I recommend G. Fedale for your roofing needs. They installed 4 Velux skylights and roof shingles. While the job had some issues, the sales person and the owner stepped up and corrected the error. The workmen were very good in the installation of the windows and shingles.

I usually do not take the time to review companies, but as a truly satisfied customer who has shopped around many of the roofing companies, G. Fedale roofing was by far the best choice due to many factors. There are cheaper roofing companies, and more expensive roofing companies. G. Fedale puts an absolutely high quality roof, ridge vent, and a whole roofing system, and backs their word with a warrantee. Further, the roofing consultant Rob was truly a class act. Besides walking me through every step of the project, he was paramount in providing additional assistance to my specific roof case, which I was litigating the roof with the previous owners of the house. Whenever someone asks me where to go to get a roof, I always tell them to go to G. Fedale. They will absolutely give you a quality product, they back their warrantee (yes, Rob has visited my house months after the roof install to check on things), and you will not be disappointed in anything that they do.

We had an issue with rainwater gushing off of a section of our roof that would cause mulch and soil from a planting bed to wash all over our patio. We recently had our entire roof and three sky lights replaced by Fedale and could not be happier with the entire process from consultation of what was needed through installation and after sales service. We had been plagued by a roof leak for several years and had others try to fix it to no avail. When we sat down with the sales rep from Fedale we were presented with a range of options each with its price tag and likelihood of fixing the problem. This in itself was very helpful. When we finally decided on replacing the entire roof and the three sky lights, the installation process was swift and professionally done. I hired G. Fidale Roofing and Siding to redo the whole roof of my home in Middletown, Delaware on July 16, 2015 and replacing the old attic fan. G Fidale Roofing and Siding did an awesome job by redoing a large steep roof in one day. They removed the old shingles and installing new shingles and clean up the yard from falling nails and old shingle after the work was done. G. G. Fedale are the best roofers in Wilmington DE. We hired them to replace our old and crumbling roof, and they provided great service from begining to end.
