Turned out my issue is most likely not an exterior issue. That said, they still stopped by and gave me an honest opinion in a very professional manner. If I do need an exterior repairs / replacements in the future I would 100% give them a chance at the business based off my interaction.

I chose G. Fedale to replace my front windows and wanted to compliment their business. I've worked with G. Fedale in the past and hoped this experience would be just as positive as my past experience. It was. It was a pleasure to see the Project Consultant, Tom DiRocco again. It's been six years since G. Fedale replaced my roof and Tom's charismatic sales personality eased my anxiety as I informed him of my window choice. I met the Project Manager, Franko before the window installation and on the day of installation. His warm and professional personality enabled me to clarify concerns related to the installation process. Jen scheduled my installation date. She provided a guide to the crews' arrival since I had a reactive dog. I met Omar and Angel on the installation day. They were exceptional tradesmen, who removed the damaged window frame and rotted wood beneath the frame and sill. They answered my questions and kept the work area clean. The remaining crew Raul and Joevanny joined Omar and Angel mid day with the new windows and wood completing the work by mid afternoon. Their technical skills and team work impressed me. G. Fedale is fortunate having Tom DiRocco, Franko, Raul, Omar, Angel and Joevanny working with their company. It is my pleasure to request customers to consider G. Chimney cap replacement and concrete work around it was overseen by project Manager Franco and completed by his team. I was kept informed all the way and when it was found that the wrong size cap had been ordered, Franco quickly attempted to find a replacement, but ultimately had to reorder the item and rescheduled the completion for the following week. This is an important point, as to how a company handles and issue that may arise. Franco did so without excuses and corrected the issue with all possible speed, that I admire. Well done!

Franco and his crew did a fantastic job with my new roof. They were there first thing in the morning and had everything completed by the afternoon. I recently moved into a new home and wanted to review the condition of my roof. I met with a project consultant Chris Shelly who came out and did an inspection. He was very thorough, taking pictures and video clips of his inspection. He explained that my roof is aged but that he believes I have a few years left before I need to worry about it. Chris obviously knows a lot about roofs, and he took his time to teach me which I appreciated. He also wasn’t pushy and came across as honest. I had an excellent experience working with G. Fedale Roofing. Project consultant Kyle Dolan was our primary contact; he introduced us to their product line and provided thorough, detailed explanations. In just two visits, he demonstrated that this company is entirely trustworthy. Site manager Chris Battistone was equally responsible, addressing all of our questions seamlessly. While I do not know the names of the individual crew members, the entire working team was exceptionally hardworking and attentive to our requests.

We had our 35 year old cedar house resided with Hardie plank. G. Fedale did a great job. The pricing was transparent and competitive with other firms we contacted, but G. Fedale was more focused that the other firms on the finishing and details. This was a large, three-week project. The G. Fedale crew was extremely polite and professional and very easy to work with. They did a great job and our house looks fantastic.

I highly recommend G. Fedale! We recently had two windows replaced, along with new siding on the entire house. The project started with a great proposal by Scott, which included showing new siding colors and designs on his computer. The design matched the final outcome! Project managers, Matt & Tyler, also did a great job with the project, including great contractors. Their contractor team was highly professional at their craft, as well as really nice guys! Two months after the new siding was installed there was a severe wind storm that knocked off a small corner piece of siding. I sent a message to our project manager (Matt Root) about the piece of siding, and it was fixed the same week! One of our neighbors shared their review of the new siding, saying “I think we get to enjoy your new siding more than you do…..we get to enjoy the view across the cul de sac, and you only see it when you pull into your garage.” Many thanks for the awesome job!

Franco and crew were courteous and efficient in installing 5 windows in less than a day and with no disruption around the house. All trash was removed and house was left in same condition as when they started.

Depends on the crew. The first crew was a clown show, and they did a crappy job. They were subcontractors. We complained and Fedale sent out a great crew, Jeff Bartrum and Benjamin Kennedy. These two guys ripped off the siding and replaced it and did a fantastic job. So it depends which crew you get. Shout out to Jeff and Ben. Whatever they are getting paid, it should be more. They made it right.

Employees are wonderful. New gutters were installed quickly and efficiently. Both the estimator and the installer (Derrick) were super firendly and explained everything in detail, both before and during the job. Highly recommeded!!!

We've been needing to replace our front storm door and G Fedale came to mind as they've been doing a number of roof & siding replacement projects throughout my neighborhood. I was very pleased when Chris S. came out to take a look at things and give an honest assessment of what would need to be done as the door jamb was cracked on top of an outdated storm door. It was a welcomed relief to be offered a product that isn't your cheap, everyday contractor grade storm door from your local Home Depot/Lowe's (although they were okay should I have chosen that) and to not be pressured into making a decision that very day, even for something as small as switching out a storm door. My husband & I were shown a ProVia storm doors brochure and we all talked through the various options with Chris leaving it at "Take a few days to go over this together and I'll contact you on the 3rd day to see where you're at with it." This was a huge change from their competitors who were basically trying to have us sign a contract the same day and rush out decision. When Chris contacted us on day 3 like he said he would, we arranged for him & his install team leader to come out and discuss everything in more detail. While Chris listened and helped us through to our finial decision, he didn't try to make that decision for us like the others and the whole time, his install team leader was checking boxes at the door to ensure nothing major was needed so that pricing could remain as accurate as possible. We were very pleased with this approach and decided to sign and we're glad we did. There was a hiccup in the process on the manufacturer's end and they immediately took accountability but that was quickly resolved and a great recovery from a small issue. I feel the others would've wanted to play the blame game and that was far from what happened here. I really appreciate Chris S spending his time and not turning our consultation into a pressured attempt to sell and also Raul & his install team for their great work. What a great crew he has and G Fedale as a whole did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Got a big job done by G. Fedale last year, 2024. New roof, siding, and Gutters. Been in our house for 45 years, so because this was our 3rd roof, the underlayment needed to be replaced. Chose the upgrade to 5/8" Plywood. Got a great deal on upgraded vinyl siding. My windows were capped 30 years ago so some of the wood trim needed replacement. They also did that. All new gutters with "Gutter Guards". The gutters remain free from leaves and debris. They also replaced facia boards where needed to support the new gutters. They also installed new, upgraded Solar Tubes (skylights). AND they also did my backyard shed to match the house. Just had the 1-year inspection done by Khazier Joyner from G. Fedale. My project lead was Franco S., who was professional, responsive, and diligent throughout the process. To me, this is one of those companies where you get what you pay for. I'm at that stage of life where I want a project done with minimal hassle and maximum longetivity and I don't mind paying 10-20% more over mediocre contractors for excellent service. These guys definitely check that box. Dealing with contractors can be the worst... This company is a 'one-phone-call' and they'll handle the rest type of operation. Awesome!

G. Fedale completed a full roof replacement on our home and the experience was awesome from estimate to completion. They did the job in one day, including a full re-sheathing (all new plywood). As retired Seniors, this affordable, quality work was a God send and we would highly recommend G. Fedale for your roofing needs.

I am so impressed with G. Fedale and especially Project Manager Mike Bidoli. The crew worked from 7 AM until 7 PM with just a short break for lunch. I was tired just from watching them! They took on my complicated job installing ten skylights on a cedar shake roof and never blinked an eye. Mike was kind and caring, immediately responsive and very creative in solving an engineering challenge. I will absolutely recommend G. Fedale to everyone. You won’t be disappointed!

Great craftsmanship on our siding project. Got lots of compliments from our neighbors. Clean up could have been more thorough (lots of nails, plastic, cardboard, and bits of siding left for us to remove). Communication could have been smoother also. Seemed like their wires got crossed several times between scheduling, the crew, dumpster drop off and pick up, etc).

First I must admit, outstanding excellent customer service. Spoke to Jennifer B, (very enthusiastic) and within seconds she had my account pulled up, and answered all my questions. Not only did Jennifer answer my questions, she followed up with a email. In short, Ordered a new roof, me and my neighbor, so we both had our roofs redone. These guys came, tore the entire roof off, and replaced it all in the same day. Broom swept driveway, cleaned the windows and after all that, received a gift card in the mail. We have had other roofers in the past at our other properties, left our driveway a mess and the complaints go on and on. In closing and to be honest, G.Fedale stands by their work and their customer service team stands out #1. Jennifer, keep up the good work! f

Every aspect of the experience was pleasant. Kyle was our contact for the estimate. He was knowledgeable, personable and professional. He was thorough and left us feeling confident that we made the right choice. The contractor was also polite and knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to use G. Fedale for future projects.

Franco and his crew installed my roof today. It was plain to see that they had a well oiled process as they got to work. Removed old shingles and installed new one in one day. Great job guys. Now I'll wait for rain.

Quentin from G Fedale inspected our roof due to a leak in the kitchen. He took pictures to show me what the issues were which clearly explained the problems. He quoted the roof replacement for the sunroom area. I asked for another option and Quentin responded quickly with a further quote. Ultimately I found that his original plan was the best and will be having G Fedale do this work. Very professional and helpful.
