American Custom Contractors was founded in 1972 by Alex and Angie Giakoumatos in Gaithersburg, Montgomery County, MD. What began as a modest carpentry business grew into a full-service exterior remodeling company built on honesty, integrity, and a simple promise — to get the job done right the first time. Today, the company is led by brothers William (President) and Demetri (CEO) Giakoumatos, who joined the family business in 1997 and have continued expanding its reach across the DMV region and beyond. In 2005, ACC moved to its current headquarters at 15728 Crabbs Branch Way, Rockville, MD 20855. We serve residential and commercial customers across Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania with roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and skylights.
