I have not received better service anywhere in Wilmington! I first contacted this company about blinds for a roof skylight. They informed me that code for skylights changed on April 7th, 2025, & that solar blinds are included with new Velux skylights, & that is more expensive to add them later. I was able to contact my HOA, & paid the difference in cost for the added solar blinds. Sunlight also informed me that, if they were to do the work, it would invalidate my roof warranty (which they looked at). I have never received such good service, anywhere else in Wilmington! If I was not in an HOA, I would definitely use them.

We had them replace our skylight. The whole process from getting the qoute to the finished product was seamless. I had a couple of questions leading up to the installation and they responded in a timely manner. They did a great job matching our existing shingles. The install crew were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this company.
