VELUX Skylight Systems carry a 10-year installation warranty, plus 20 years on glass, 10 years on product, and 5 years on shades and controls.
This limited warranty does not apply to VELUX products purchased prior to January 1, 2010.
Installation
We stand behind product installations with a comprehensive 10-year warranty. This covers defects in workmanship or materials related to installation. In the rare event of an issue, our team provides prompt assistance.
Glass

Additional Coverage
We provide a full 5-year material and labor warranty on skylight installations and replacements.
Skylights of Rhode Island warrants that the VELUX products are installed in accordance with all VELUX installation instructions and shall not fail as a result of such installation. In the event of a failure as a result of improper installation of a VELUX product covered under this Warranty, Skylights of Rhode Island shall be responsible for materials and labor associated with repairing or replacing such VELUX product. Skylights of Rhode Island shall not be liable for and expressly disclaims any liability for consequential, punitive, incidental, or special damages. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESSED AND IMPLIED.
10-year "No Leak" Warranty
Velux deck-mounted and curb-mounted skylights come with an industry first 10-year "No Leak" installation warranty that covers correct skylight and appropriate flashing installations (product and labor) against leaks, no matter who installs the skylight.
