We were getting a new roof and the company quote for a skylight seemed high, so a friend told us to call Skylight Solutions Systems. Bob was so responsive to our call, gave us a quote for literally 1/3 of the roofing company’s cost and was ready to install as soon as we wanted. When our roofers were delayed, Bob was awesome even though we had to reschedule a few times. Finally, today was the day and look at the difference! It’s completely changed the look and feel of the upstairs. Rocky (our installer) was friendly, clean, and FAST! Start to finish install time was almost exactly 45 minutes. I would recommend Skylight Solutions Systems without reservation.

About 8 years ago we upgraded 3 skylights to VELUX windows. All was great until we had our roof replaced a few months ago. Roofers removed and replaced the skylights and made a real mess of the job. I contacted Skylight Solutions Systems on a Friday afternoon and received a response in a matter of minutes. They had two technicians stop by to inspect before noon the next day (Saturday!). They checked out the work the roofers had done and took videos and pictures that they shared with us and explained in detail what the problems were and what it will take to fix them. We were very pleased with their response. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We're awaiting their estimate and plan on having Skylight Solutions make the needed repairs.

The owner, Bob, came to do a bid. He gave me an accurate price and an accurate schedule. His technicians showed up when he said they would. They were all polite and competent. They spread tarps over my floors and counters before beginning the work--after they left I think my kitchen was actually cleaner than before! They had the main part of the work done in one day and the drywall was done the next day. My skylights are beautiful! These pictures aren't the best, and I haven't painted yet. I highly recommend this company.

This company is first class! All the employees were polite, clean, and friendly. We had 2 solar skylights installed and the entire process was completed in less than 2 days. They completely cleaned up after the job was done. There was no dirt or dust left behind. I would love to recommend this company to anyone.

The final product is beautiful. Chris did a great job matching our old ceiling texture. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for some skylights.

Bob and his crew were fantastic new roof and 5 added skylights. All done in less then a week and we could not be happier. If you are looking to have it done these are the people to do it.

I had a 10” Sun Tunnel made by VELUX installed in a dark bathroom for $700. It has brought a lot of light into the space. I think the quality of the light looks more like that from an LED though rather than sunlight coming from a window. That is a little disappointing. Hopefully, I’ll get used to that in the coming days. No issues with the installers. Communication with the small company was not great though. Usually had to leave a message and wait for them to call back. Sometimes, the voice mail was full. That isn’t acceptable. There was a lack of communication around the installation day and time as well. No proactive communication from the company. I had to keep calling and was about to cancel the whole effort out of frustration. It was Monday (no product) then Tuesday (no communication), then Wednesday (weather) and finally was done on Thursday. It’s an area that needs real improvement.
