It was a pleasure working with Dan White, Chris Smith, John and George of New York Skylight Installers. They installed a 12 foot, half-round skylight in my parents’ home. It was a large task which going to take two days. But they completed the project under one day. And they were on time and they provided great communication throughout. Chris Smith was very professional and efficient during the initial measuring appointment which took place two months prior to the installation. The team also removed the old, shattered, half-round skylight that was there previously. They cleaned up after themselves, including taking away the old broken skylight and pallettes. New York Skylight Installers were terrific! They knew what they were doing on what could have been a tricky repair. Chris and Andy had to replace the storm-damaged sash on one of my skylights. They did a superb job not only with the repair, but also removing nearly every shard of glass from my living room. They're all around great guys and deserve five stars PLUS.

Highly recommend this company. Great customer service and very efficient work. They installed two entirely new skylights for us and were very helpful with picking out the specific position and size. It's been about 5 months since then and we're still loving them. Would definitely hire this company again if we ever needed.

We used New York skylight installers for two different skylights for an older brownstone where they were both boarded up. One had original stained glass and needed some delicate work around it to preserve. Chris and his crew were extremely diligent, transparent and explained everything from beginning to end. They were able to preserve the stained glass while installing the skylight above it and it’s beautiful!! Upon installation, Chris noticed one of the solar screens was a little bent and immediately engaged the company to get a replacement for us. We had such a great experience and will use them again for any future skylight projects.

Chris and his crew replaced a fixed skylight with one that opens and installed two new vented skylights (one in the hall and one in the bathroom). They did a fantastic job. I spoke to Dan and Gabby in the office to figure out pricing and timing - that was a breeze. Chris and his crew came out to install the skylights and they did such a beautiful job. I could not be happier with the results. Chris and his crew came everyday at the appointed time and worked efficiently. At the end of each day (it took 4 days in total), they left my house very clean. They were respectful of my space and I felt very comfortable having them in my house. I would 100% recommend them to do any work relating to skylights in your house. These guys are the best of the best.

I replaced a very old original skylight in my home. It was a pleasure to work with Dan and Chris. From the initial phone call, I knew I was dealing with a reputable company. I've done several projects with ny skylight installers. Installed four skylights, patio door and a new roof. With all work we're happy with the quality and attention to detail. From setting up the work with Dan to executing the work with Chris and his crew the experience has been top notch.

Incredible experience, punctual, clean, thorough and overall very pleasant people to work with. I couldn’t say better things about Dan and the installers: Chris, George and Juan. Dan was very warm and professional, explains entire process before even coming for consultation. Always available for a quick question and extremely accommodating for all issues that arise. The installers came to my apartment on time at 9am to install two new skylights and the entire process was clean and efficient. The guys set up drop mats and covers to catch debris from the removal process and vacuumed everything left over. They left my apartment in the same condition, if not cleaner, much appreciated. Entire job only took half a day. Chris walked me through the different features of the skylights and how to operate them properly. These guys know what they are doing and you will be very happy with your new skylights!

I bought two skylights and a hatch. At first they came to install with unvaccinated workers, but after we told them we had a newborn and two toddlers, the owner personally came with a new crew and used a boom truck to lift the skylights up to the roof to minimize internal time. That was the right response. They were professional and did the job quickly and well, and the new skylights are great.

I was referred to Dan from a skylight co in LI who didn't do the five boroughs. I was a little hesitant but boy was I wrong. Dan is awesome and his crew -Chris, Eddie & Jorge were stand up guys!
