We had our roof replaced so had to get our Sun Tunnels replaced. They coordinated with the roofing company. The Crew from Nature View very professional and efficient. The lights being replaced were from a competitor. The new ones are so much brighter. I definitely recommend Nature View..

Wow!!! My old skylight starting leaking during heavy rains. Called Nature Vue and they came out almost immediately. After Arlie gave me several options for the issue we decided to replace it with a larger upgrade. Arlie and Zach were here on time and upgraded my light tube in less than 3 hours.....WoW!!!! Had 3 skylights installed by consummate professionals. They left no evidence of having cut holes in the ceilings etc. Not one speck of dirt remained from their handiwork. We are delighted with our Nature Vue experience from start to finish!

Made a big difference in our kitchen and hallway. We don't need lights in those areas during the day any more. Plenty of light even on a cloudy day. We've had several big rains since installation and no leaks (that was my only concern), so my wife and I are both happy campers. Now thinking of possibly installing a couple more. Installation was roughly half the time expected and the price was slightly less than the estimate. Glad we finally did this. Should have done it sooner. UPDATE: Still no leaks, even after Mathew and Irma. And still lots of light. Very satisfied.

We recently had 2 Velux Sun Tunnels installed by Nature Vue; one in our kitchen working area and one in our dining area. It improved our lighting tremendously and look great. We are very happy with them. The installers came on time and finished within the time frame projected. Nature Vue Skylights should be put in the Better Business Manual under "Example of what a perfect customer service experience looks like" ! I have been around a long time and I have never felt so good about how I was treated by everyone, through the whole process. Why even the young lady that had to transfer my call one day, sounded like she was tickled to death to do it. And the product, the Sun Tunnel skylights, give so much light that I feel like I am at the beach. I am now able to get my daily dose of sunlight without having to get out in the weather. Oh, and I can feel no heat coming in from them, so they got that right too. I am sure I will be doing business with them in the future and every time I think about it, I smile. What a comforting feeling to know you can trust a company so much. If only some other companies could take a lesson from Nature Vue.

We love our Nature Vue solar tunnels. Our dining room is located in the center of our home and therefore has no windows. The tunnels turned an area that looked like a dark cave into the brightest room in our house. Mark was very particular about where the tunnels should be placed so that they would look balanced and pleasing to the eye. This was the greatest investment we could have made. Not only does it lower our electric bill, it will add value to our house as well. I will definitely recommend Nature Vue to others.

I just had a second tube-style skylight installed by Nature Vue. I had the first one installed some 6 years back and it's performed great bringing a perfect amount natural light into what had be a kitchen that was just too dark. I am converting part of my garage to a workshop and wanted more natural light without having to have the garage door open as some of the projects I'm going to work on will make more noise than it would be fair to subject my neighbors to. So I decided to add another tube style skylight in the garage and contacted Nature Vue given my prior good experience with them. Imagine my surprise to discover that the exact same people who had impressed me so much the first time ... from the owners, to the sales contact, to the gentleman who does the installation ... were all exactly the same. More wonderful service and another skylight installed quickly and professionally.

We were not sure if we wanted skytubes or a traditional skylight. Mary Lou was very helpful in guiding us to a decision. Mark came to the house and described the pro's of each, and gave us some cost estimates. We chose a traditional skylight. We wanted to be able to see sky, clouds, rain, etc. After two days, we couldn't be more pleased. Although the first day was very cloudy and rainy, the light that came in was just what we had hoped for. Day two was a bright, sunny day and we have sunlight in our previously dark kitchen. The installer, William, was on time, did a great job (he had to work in the rain), and left the work site clean. At the end of the day, Mark stopped by to see if we were okay with everything and we received a follow-up e-mail from Mary Lou the next day. Would recommend Nature Vue and Mary Lou's team to anyone wanting to brighten their home!

We had a hole from a tree branch in our roof. I called another roof repair company but he said they couldn't get to it for several weeks. He gave me the number for Nature Vue Skylights. Mary Lou said William could come out that same afternoon to assess the damage and sent me an email confirmation for my records. William called when he was on his way, showed up on time, and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained to me how he wanted to repair the hole, what products he would use, how long it would take and how much it would cost all without me having to ask a single question. He even happened to have all the material needed, including the same color shingles, on his truck so he was able to complete the repair immediately. Mary Lou followed up a few days later after we had some rain to make sure the repair was holding up. I am VERY happy that I went with Nature Vue.
