I was experiencing a small leak in my Velux skylight and decided to call Natural Home Lite due to they are a certified installer in the Velux website. I appreciated that the salesman, Lars, was not pushy and offered options(Repair & Replacement). I chose to repair and will replace next year. Alex arrived to do the repair work, was thorough, friendly, explained what he did, and left the area looking clean. I can only say good things about my complete experience with Natural Home Lite!👍

Our family had two skylights replaced with Natural Home Lite and the experience was seamless, from the sales team to the installation team. We want to especially thank Alex and Christopher, our installers, for an excellent job. They are knowledgeable, tidy, quick, timely, and so easy to talk with, thank you both! The quality of the product versus the cost is also great! The standard skylights come with an easy to use remote control to raise and lower the included shade. The vented skylights come with a remote control, shade, and screen to keep critters out.We would use them again for sure.

I had an excellent experience with Natural Home Lite. Lars was very knowledgable at our initial consult, and the install crew led by Alex was courteous (called to let me know they were coming) and worked efficiently, even during the heat wave. Alex was invested in making my home more magical with these skylights, particularly for our girls' room that is a converted attic space and (previously) very dark. He took the time to measure their bunkbed height so they could both see out with their heads on their pillows while balancing an overall good level for the install. They now get to fall asleep watching the sky for their childhood (and so do we!). The difference is truly stunning and the finishing work is top notch. The second photo is a trick of the camera that darkened the surroundings but shows how big the skylight is - the third photo shows how lovely the light is. The first company I contacted claim they could not install my light due to my attic construction. Alex came out, not only only installed the light but the price was also lower. Lars and his team are true professionals. I've had my skylights installed for 25 years and was having issues with one of them. They came into my home and found the issue right away and it wasn't nearly as "bad" as I had thought. The experience with this company was Fabulous! We knew we had to replace 3 skylights and from the moment we called the whole process was exceptional. These guys saved the day!!! The company I had originally contracted with decided they no longer had the resources to complete the job for me. Mike and his team stepped in and went out of their way to help me with my skylight install. Denis was the lead installer and was on time, polite, and did great work. I would 100% recommend these guys for anyone needing a new install or replacement.

I needed to replace old and leaking skylights. I researched several companies and the only one who actually knew anything about skylights and returned my call was Natural Home Lite. Mike was on time and took great care to explain the process to me. The installer was such a hard worker and was very respectful of the property. He completed the outside portion of the three skylights in one day and only needed a couple of hours the next day to finish the inside work. He was also very helpful in explaining the remotes and workings of the motorized blinds. I am so pleased with the skylights and am able to say goodbye to leaks and ceiling damage. I am also able to take a tax write-off next year. You will not be disappointed in using a company that knows their product as well as Natural Home Lite.

Considering all the contract works I had, Natural Home Lite was the best company I worked with. They are punctual, what they promised was delivered, when they told they will be there at 9AM, then they called at 8:30 that they will be 10 minutes early. They promised the work will be 2 days, and it was. The skylight works perfectly, we just cannot imagine how did we live without it. 100% recommended company!

These guys were perfect! If you are looking for Skylights or suntubes Mike Towsends team are THE ones to hire. Mike arrived on time to go over what we wanted and provided brochures showing the options open to us. He provided good impartial advice as to size and positioning. He sent us examples if his previous jobs that specifically highlighted points raised during our meeting. Once my partner and I decided to go ahead Mike provided us with a line by line estimate (no mystery lump sum quotes here). The date for work to begin was set. A couple of days before, Mike emailed us reconfirming the start date and time. On the day his two man crew arrived. Alex took time to review the plan with me and ensure nothing had changed. Then he and Dennis lined out where the skylights were going and got the final ok from me. The guys worked cleanly and professionally throughout the duration of the two day installation. They both went that step beyond to ensure the job went smoothly and with the least impact to our household. Near the end Mike showed up and checked with me that all was well. Once complete Alex went through the remote for the blinds with me and checked with me that we were happy. We are both thrilled with the results and with the execution of the entire project. My partner says she would not hesitate in hireing Mike Towsends crew for future projects which is praise indeed. We have hired so call “professionals” before and been less than impressed, but these guys are by far the best by a long way (we wish they could do all our projects :) ).
