Wow, Wow, Wow what a difference these Sun Tunnels make! Our kitchen and living room were smack dab in the middle of our home with no way for natural light to stream in. We had to have lights on all day long. Samy Jr installed 3 - 14” tunnels for us and what a HUGE improvement! We no longer to flip a switch or turn on a lamp during the daytime. These are wonderful additions to our home! Samy Jr is very professional, polite, punctual and great at his trade work! 3 tunnels done in less than 6 hours! Highly recommend!

Two years ago Natural Home Lite put in two sky tunnels in my kitchen. First I highly recommend this company and the sky tunnels. They did an excellent job with installation and the light in my kitchen is amazing. It totally changed the feel of the space. Just recently I had a few bugs getting into one of the tunnels and I called the company and they came out quickly. Samy was excellent and went over and beyond taking care of my situation. He even clean my diffuser for me. My second experience with this company was as good as the first. My home has four skylights that will eventually need to be replaced I will definitely use Natural Home Lite.

Wow!!! That was our reaction after our new skylight was installed today! Samy is THE BEST!!! He was up on the roof working when he texted my husband roof damage caused by a previous leak and a bad repair job. He said he would repair it. Boy did he!!! We are grateful for Samy and his honesty and hard work. He had to remove and replace. Lot of shingles and he knew we had dogs and collected all the nails in his pouch to keep our dogs safe. Our family had two skylights replaced with Natural Home Lite and the experience was seamless, from the sales team to the installation team. We want to especially thank Alex and Christopher, our installers, for an excellent job. They are knowledgeable, tidy, quick, timely, and so easy to talk with, thank you both! The quality of the product versus the cost is also great! The standard skylights come with an easy to use remote control to raise and lower the included shade. The vented skylights come with a remote control, shade, and screen to keep critters out.We would use them again for sure.

The original shades were installed by someone other than representatives of Natural Home Life. Velux referred me to NHL. Lars explained the solution and how it would be handled and when to expect the new shades to be delivered. Alex arrived at the designated date and time and did a beautiful job correcting the problem. I had an excellent experience with Natural Home Lite. Lars was very knowledgable at our initial consult, and the install crew led by Alex was courteous (called to let me know they were coming) and worked efficiently, even during the heat wave. Alex was invested in making my home more magical with these skylights, particularly for our girls' room that is a converted attic space and (previously) very dark. He took the time to measure their bunkbed height so they could both see out with their heads on their pillows while balancing an overall good level for the install. They now get to fall asleep watching the sky for their childhood (and so do we!). The difference is truly stunning and the finishing work is top notch. The second photo is a trick of the camera that darkened the surroundings but shows how big the skylight is - the third photo shows how lovely the light is. Lars and team run a five star operation. Easily the best and most seamless experience I’ve had working with a contractor. The VELUX skylight works like a charm and looks superb! Lars and team worked with me and my HOA over the course of several months to install the best fit skylight for my condo. Overall a great experience.

Our bathrooms were built with no windows. Having experienced a solar tunnel while we were living in Texas, I knew we needed one of them in each bathroom. Their representative came to our house, checked our requirements and the accessibility for the tunnels, and quoted a great price! Once we were approved by our HOA, the installers were scheduled within days and completed the job in 4 hours!! They were very professional - the installation went smoothly and they were very respectful of our property, as well as thoroughly cleaning up all debris when they were finished. I would strongly recommend this company.

The first company I contacted claim they could not install my light due to my attic construction. Alex came out, not only only installed the light but the price was also lower. Can't say enough about the whole process from quote to completion all within a couple of days. We are very happy with the light and it really adds to the remodel of our bathroom. Lars and his team are true professionals. I've had my skylights installed for 25 years and was having issues with one of them. They came into my home and found the issue right away and it wasn't nearly as "bad" as I had thought. Just had a Solar Tunnel installed in our home and the result is amazing! It was so dark in our kitchen but now we are lit up! David, the technician who installed it, called the day before, the morning of the install and when he was 20 minutes out. I needed to replace old and leaking skylights. I researched several companies and the only one who actually knew anything about skylights and returned my call was Natural Home Lite. Mike was on time and took great care to explain the process to me. The installer was such a hard worker and was very respectful of the property. He completed the outside portion of the three skylights in one day and only needed a couple of hours the next day to finish the inside work. He was also very helpful in explaining the remotes and workings of the motorized blinds. I am so pleased with the skylights and am able to say goodbye to leaks and ceiling damage. I am also able to take a tax write-off next year. You will not be disappointed in using a company that knows their product as well as Natural Home Lite.

Natural Home Lite was prompt, professional, clean, and thorough - everything you want in home improvement! Our new skylights are beautiful and high-quality. Their skill and workmanship is top-notch...you would never know they opened up our roof, took out our old leaky skylights, and installed beautiful new ones! Considering all the contract works I had, Natural Home Lite was the best company I worked with. They are punctual, what they promised was delivered, when they told they will be there at 9AM, then they called at 8:30 that they will be 10 minutes early. They promised the work will be 2 days, and it was. The skylight works perfectly, we just cannot imagine how did we live without it. 100% recommended company!

I can’t say enough good about Natural Home Lite and their product!!! A gentleman named Alex came out and explained the solar light system thoroughly... down to every single detail. We chose to have three installed (two in our living room and one in a hallway). The installer, Mark, came in at the appointed time (on time) and set up to work, being very cautious to cover everything. He left NO MESS for us to clean up- nothing! Our living room is so much brighter and our hallway requires no lights to be used. Unbelievable how much light these put out. WE ARE VERY PLEASED !!! Money well spent and a tax credit “to boot”... !!

Excellent professional experience from start to finish.

We have hired Natural Home Lite on two occasions and have been so happy with their work and the overall experience that I've no doubt we'll be hiring them again. The first time (in 2017) we had them install a solar tube in our bathroom. The difference was amazing and the work was great as we've had no issues with that at all. Last year (2018), after meeting with them and going over various option, we had them install 3 skylights. For this job we feel the company went above and beyond as the two employees who did the work came up from Charlotte and spent the week in Greensboro. They were great with our children and did excellent work. The skylights completely brightened up the rooms and perhaps most telling - in the four months after the work was done two hurricanes & a huge snow storm came through and there have been no issues whatsoever. The owner even called us before the first hurricane to let us know they stand by their work and that if there were any issues we should let them know.

Had a solar tube installed. People in company are very friendly, considerate and educational. From estimating personnel to actual installation personnel all were excellent. Quite refreshing in today's world . Would highly recommend!

These guys were perfect! If you are looking for Skylights or suntubes Mike Towsends team are THE ones to hire. Mike arrived on time to go over what we wanted and provided brochures showing the options open to us. He provided good impartial advice as to size and positioning. He sent us examples if his previous jobs that specifically highlighted points raised during our meeting. Once my partner and I decided to go ahead Mike provided us with a line by line estimate (no mystery lump sum quotes here). The date for work to begin was set. A couple of days before, Mike emailed us reconfirming the start date and time. On the day his two man crew arrived. Alex took time to review the plan with me and ensure nothing had changed. Then he and Dennis lined out where the skylights were going and got the final ok from me. The guys worked cleanly and professionally throughout the duration of the two day installation. They both went that step beyond to ensure the job went smoothly and with the least impact to our household. Near the end Mike showed up and checked with me that all was well. Once complete Alex went through the remote for the blinds with me and checked with me that we were happy. We are both thrilled with the results and with the execution of the entire project. My partner says she would not hesitate in hireing Mike Towsends crew for future projects which is praise indeed.
