From quotation to installation Impriano lived up to its great reputation. Quote process was collaborative and not pushy. Quote was reasonable when compared to other quotes received. Great communication on deliverables and dumpster. Crew arrived as agreed and worked their butts off like a military operation to replace our roof plywood base and shingles in x2 days. Crew was polite and respectful of our home/plants, etc. Cleanup was strong and timely. Hope another storm does not require us to call on our friends at Impriano ... but if we do it will be Impriano.

When replacing our leaking roof a company that was straightforward and reliable were paramount. I didn’t want to have to question the quality of workmanship I was receiving. From the estimator Kenny down to the install crew everyone was very kind and respectful of our time and property. The install crew was very prompt on install day and got right to work tearing off old roof and replacing small parts of decking. They only replaced pieces that were needed didn’t gouge us for non needed repairs. They did entire tear off and replacement efficiently and with great craftsmanship. I would recommend Impriano Roofing to family and friends.

I highly recommend Impriano Roofing & Siding. I have used Impriano since the late 1990s, and I have always found that their workmanship is first rate and prices are fair. They are focused on delivering a great customer experience and they are always flexible and very responsive. The initial work I had done was aluminum capping around windows. They also have repaired gutters, skylights, and roof ridges. When necessary, they have corrected work that was done incorrectly by others. There has never been any case where I had to call them back to correct a problem, because they have always done the work correctly the first time. Recently, I had the roof and many gutters fully replaced by Impriano due to tree damage. This was a complex project, and they were very proactive in protecting my property from further damage as the materials were ordered and repair work was scheduled. I also had a small time-window during which work could be done due to my schedule. They completed all work well within the window and honored all of my requests regarding how work was to be done on my property. They executed the work perfectly, handled all administrative requirements efficiently, and fully cleaned up the property. They focused on my experience as a customer and ensured that everyone was professional and responsive to my requests. I accepted all their recommendations for materials and work. The roof now is beautiful and is in a much better position to handle potentially increased storm activity in the coming years. The new roof work was one of the best-executed home improvement projects I’ve ever had in many decades as a homeowner.

Great job on older house. From our sales rep. Brendan Mallon to Christen and his crew (they removed old roof and replaced with new ) to Vladimir and his crew ( they replaced our gutters) , all did a wonderful job. When they left our house all was clean . All the impriano people were very helpful and answered all our questions. We are very pleased with the work they did.

They did a fantastic job on our roof, siding and gutters. Oleg in particular was very hard-working. I would say there were only a few issues we had. When the roofers left, there was debris all over our attic that covered our Christmas decorations and suitcases... had we known we would have removed them from the area first. There were also a few nails on our lawn that were missed during clean-up.

I'm only renting, so I don't know about prices, but all my flowers and my garden fencing were flattened and broken. I was carefully tending some hellebores, some of which I've had for years, and my toad lilies were just about to bloom, but now it all looks barely alive. No flowers. There were tarps so I thought they would protect things, maybe tether the tarps to slide the roof pieces down and keep my things safe, but no. The tarps fell to the ground, there were holes in them, and an entire roof fell on my poor plants. At least one of the men helped me to half repair my broken bamboo fencing the next day when I asked. I appreciated that. But I do miss my plants. The work wasn't too loud though - I've lived in apartments that were louder than this roof work. I could work from my desk and didn't have to go to the basement.

I was not only impressed by their price but also the quality of their work and the care they took in protecting my home from the debris falling from the roof. They took extra care in protecting a car on the driveway that could not be moved at the time. A neighbor commented to me that he had never seen a roofing company protect a house from debris the way Impriano Roofing did. When the work was finished except for the new roof, you could not tell that they were there. No debris, no nails and no trash of any sort. The Impriano folks did an outstanding job of installing our new roof, gutters, and downspouts. All work was done exactly as expected, and at the price quoted. Clean-up upon completion of the job was thorough and professional. Our new roof makes the house look new, and many people who walk by have commented about how great it looks. When called for estimate (they did reply very quickly) - was told it would cost around $300 to get estimate and diagnose the problem, they did say that would be applied to the roof repair. But if you do not chose them, you are out that money. For small repairs that need just a bit of caulk or whatever they use to seam - they are not the ones to call. I did not use them for my repair as it was was a small one and not worth it. Another roofing company in the same area came out for the estimate and fixed it then & there for less than Impriano Roofing's estimate charge.

The team worked well and quickly and left the site in good clean shape. So far the roof is holding up. No leaks. They also put in skylights for us.

Pros: Great work replacing our flat roof on a 3 story home! They came early in the morning & left late in the evening to get the job done in 1 day like they said they would. The crew conducted themselves in a professional manner both in their speech & conduct. When they came across an issue w/the wood frame they notified Jack (the owner) who called me immediately with not only the problem but with options towards a resolution. Cons: We were given 3 start dates & I had 2 follow up twice to get the photos.

Held off posting the review but after a week of raining I can say the new roof does not leak. Very professional and a great price. We had the siding and the roof replaced on two separate days. Of the bids I received, I had wanted Impriano to do the work because he had the estimate to me for that day, the other prices were very close, and Impriano offered a little bit more. I also did not have the impression that I was just job when Greg came by. He was quick to answer all my questions, and provide me with anything I asked. The work was done quickly and neatly, with as little disruption as possible. I have received many compliments from the neighbors as to the final product. The only negative point was that I found a few nails in the driveway where the dumpster had been--but I would've spent time checking that anyway to protect our car. Compared to the nails they pulled out of the house, this is an infinitesimal percentage, and I hardly see how it could have been avoided.
