I contracted HP Roofing to install two skylights in the ceiling of my condo to provide more light and ventilation. The whole process was smooth and seamless. I worked with Jeff Aker to arrange to project. Gordie Brown was the site manager. Both were very professional and they performed the work in a timely manner as promised. The work was excellent. They kept the place clean. I was very happy with their work!

In the middle of winter, water started leaking from my roof, through the second floor, and down the walls and ceiling of the first. HP cleared the snow but couldn’t immediately see the source. Amazingly, they discovered the water was traveling down a gap in a two-walled pipe. This is exactly why you call a roofing company for a roofing problem—there’s no way I would’ve found that on my own. Totally satisfied with their work.

We hired HP to install a new metal roof on our home. Gordie was very responsive through the whole planning and scheduling process. Their quote was competitive with other roofers we contacted, even as their reputation and timeframe were better. They custom ordered a matching color for us and accepted our requests of double-locking the seams and installing snow bars at the same time. The work took a week and a half, and they were careful to avoid damage to the surroundings and to clean up all residue with a magnet when it was done. They did a precise job cutting up the metal for the tricky turns and alcoves. It's been 3 months since the installation, and so far the roof is holding up beautifully against the rain.

as a contractor Ive had the experience to work with a lot of sub-contractors and I don't think they get much better than HP Roofing, prices are reasonable, work is top notch, up front with you and do what they say there going to do. I thought the roofers left for supplies but when I checked later I discovered they had completed the job! They were lightning quick, did the work to perfection, cleaned up and quietly left. I am amazed by and appreciative of their professionalism.

We had some wind damage to our standing seem roof. Jeff at HP roofing was there that afternoon to start his assessment, and had a crew there the next morning to get it protected with a tarp. He even spotted an insurance error in calculating the damages when their appraisal came back. He was very helpful and efficient with the entire process. The work was high quality and completed quickly once the insurance funds arrived. I would recommend them to any who have the need.

HP installed a cedar shake roof on our house in NH in the fall of 2023. They were very professional with reviewing the job and once agreed and signed they presented us with a punch list of the tasks and responsibilities that needed to happen prior to, during and after the install. HP provided a certificate of insurance showing 2mm general aggregate. Brian and George from HP managed the install. The original cedar roof was striped, the roof deck cleaned then new weather shield applied over old. Next cedar breather was applied to the complete roof. HP followed the CSSB install manual with the cedar shakes application. A copper flat seam was applied to an eyebrow over one window and a copper standing seam was applied over our round porch roof. The site was clean and well organize during the duration of the job. We are very happy with the job HP Roofing did for us.

Ours was a small project, installing a 12’ x 18’ membrane roof. Jeff Acker was responsive during the planning/bidding phase, and had some good suggestions for project details. Great communication, great prices, great people who work for the company. 1.)The first time the owner came out to have a look at an old large house with a leak. He happened to be in the area and stopped by. He took me out back and showed me from a distance the dip in the roof, and taught me a thing or 2, for FREE. Right then and there I knew this was a great owner and wonderful business owner. 2.) The second time I called left a message with the secretary and the next day received phone call back. Within a week I had the pleasure of meeting Gordie the estimator. He was very professional and had the quote within the week on the day he said he would have it. The crew was delayed, but it was not any issue for us. Delays can occur due to weather, which was the case for us, not a big deal at all. Clean up was perfect and the new roof is the talk of the neighborhood! 3.) I have called them and received a fast timeline like my experience before, and the quote was done and delivered on time. I am waiting for the green light from my client and I’m sure they will get the job done like they have in the past!

They just finished a metal roof on my home 3400 Sq feet and replacement of 3 sky lights. We are so pleased with their work. They have great competitive prices. They are extremely responsive. We loved working with George. He comes out to assess and oversees the work to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. We had a few issues on the final product but this company would not let us pay in full until the issues were dealt with and we were 100% satisfied. They also offer financial loan options. We were able to finance a large portion at 0% APR x 12 months. I highly recommend this company and plan on having them come back to place a roof on my future gazebo.

Naturally, I needed it repaired right away because we were closing on a sale within a month. Jeff Aker worked closely with me by email and phone to complete the job and to negotiate with my homeowners insurance company. He was honest and trustworthy. You can't go wrong.

update! HP Roofing just re shingled an investment home and did it in one day. great job! I have used the services of HP Roofing for over 20 years. In that time they have replaced 7 roofs on my home. 2 with shingles, 4 with durolast, 1 metal. My first experience with a roofer was the classic “Goof on the Roof”. I ended up paying for poor quality materials, and they installed over existing shingles that were worn and curled, and did not put in a drip edge. Needless to say it lasted only a few years and the leaks caused damage to the interior of my home in the middle of the winter. Jeff Acker, came in and took care of the issue, added proper drip edges, replaced any rotten wood, added weather shielding, and put in great looking shingles. That was about 20 years ago and it still looks great. Since then he solved my flat roof issues with durolast material. That has been over 10 years and no issues. The other attempts to fix these roofs only lasted 4 – 5 years before they started to fail. So if you want it done right, quickly, and the site cleaned up like they were never there when done, then you need to have HP Roofing give you a quote.
