Crystal, Bill the entire crew are phenomenal to work with! I’m a Realtor and learned about HomeMasters while representing a buyer in a Real Estate transaction. The home my clients were buying needed a new roof and the seller agreed to replace it. I was extremely nervous because sometimes a seller will skimp on quality and choose the cheapest fastest roofer they can possibly find just to get the transaction done! However, this particular seller chose HomeMasters to replace the roof and they not only did a beautiful job but they managed to do it within the confines of a real estate transaction which is almost unheard of! The buyers home inspector came back out to inspect the work - he was one of my most trusted inspectors Erin Bartley (he’s a tough cookie!). He asked who did the roof and I told him it was HomeMasters - and he commented “I’ve seen their work before, they do a really good job!”. Since then whenever a client needs a roof, they’re my first call so I’ve seen their expertise and client care in person from multiple perspectives!! Crystal Whitlow is incredible, responsive and follows through. About as professional and excellent as they come! I’m excited to have them do my roof on my personal residence soon!

Jacob and Eligio were out today and did such a great job cleaning the roof and gutters. They made sure everything was spotless when they left. They were both kind and extremely professional. Crystal was out for the quote and was professional and thorough with the options. We will definitely use Home Masters when it’s time to replace our gutters.

The previous owners of my home did some wacky things to the roof. The contractors from homemasters were able to deal with all of the "surprises" that they discovered while installing a new roof. I appreciate that they were direct with me about everything they found and then explained the process to fix what they found. Also I want to give a special thanks to Lucas for working so hard to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time, despite the wackiness of my roof!

Had a roof leak during heavy storm and was referred to Homemasters. Bill called me back right away and sent Rob & Jacob the same afternoon. They quickly assessed and repaired a decent-sized chunk of water damaged roof and took care of the attic (insulation + mold/mildew spray). They stayed until the job was done and cleaned up everything. Excellent quick work!
