When I called to request service my request was promptly scheduled. Mike Stefani was my project consultant. He gave me the warmest greeting and was professional in a very positive manner. He did a thorough assessment of my two flat roofs as well as inspecting the whole roof. He presented to me a honest review of the scope of the work, giving me options and suggestions of what would be the best to complete the project. He also identified a problem with my chimney which I appreciated since it could have cause real damage to my home. I received my proposal fully outlining my options and had my contract promptly processed. On the day the work began I was greeted by Tyler Van Scoyk who explained he was the manager of my project. From the start, he was very clear about what was happening and how he would handle the project. He was very professional, and treated me and my home with respect. When the team was waiting for some supplies to be delivered, he asked if I had anything in my house that I would want to dispose of which could be placed in the dumpster. When we were removing a few items from my basement, Tyler noticed a leak coming from my sewage line. If he hadn’t noticed this I would have been in real trouble with a major disaster! He was very attentive to the progress for the work on my roofs. Checking frequently with his team and keeping me informed of the progress. He also followed up to be sure I was able to get the issue I had with the sewer line taken care of in a timely manner. He certainly is an amazing, thoughtful, caring man. I have told my story to many of my friends and will highly recommend your services. I also would like to give the highest possible compliments and recommendations for the most professional individuals I had the pleasure of working with, Mike and Tyler. They are the best!!!!

My experience with G. Fedale has been very positive from beginning to the end especially with Rob who came out and gave us a quote on the project. He was very good at explaining everything from pricing to what is being use to protect our roof for many years to come, etc. Then on the day of the roof installation, Tyler and crew was very good. The installation took a day to complete and I was very please with the way they handle the job and cleaned up everything including our neighbors next to our house before they left for the day. Tyler was very good in communicating back and forth with me on what they are doing and made sure that I was in good hands considering it was a hot day and all. Kudos to these guys. Thank you G. We contacted G. Fedale based on the strength of their on line reviews to estimate the installation of 9 Velux sky lights on our roof. The estimate was scheduled for the next day and the price was good compared to the other 2 bids we got. The estimate included all the necessary documents to make it easy to get approval from our HOA which is not to be underrated because the required new shingles had to be matched to the existing shingles which are no longer produced. Clearly the estimator Jason, knew what he was taking about. The work was scheduled and performed quickly with a minimum of disruption to our house and neighborhood. Tyler, the person supervising our job is a great communicator and diligent manager. There were no unpleasant surprises on this project. And the installation was well managed. It would be great if these people were hired to replace the roofs of our townhouse community which is scheduled 3 years from now.

Rob O. came out to give us an estimate for a full roof replacement. He was personable and knowledgeable, and was clear and concise with his presentation. I appreciated that he gave us three different options and price points that were more reasonable than quotes we received from other companies. In the process of inspecting our roof he graciously patched a small hole that was caused by a missing shingle. As soon as Rob left I cancelled the other scheduled estimates because I knew that we would use Fedale for our new roof. I had complete peace of mind that they would do a quality job. Ilia did the scheduling and was very friendly and helpful. Tyler V. was our project manager and he did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. He kept everything organized so that the job stayed on schedule in spite of rain. The roofing crew worked very hard to get the roof finished on schedule between the rainy days. They did a great job cleaning up as well. I can’t say enough good things about the professional and conscientious employees at Fedale and I highly recommend them for any roofing project.

We had our entire roof (including plywood) removed and replaced, ridge vent and smart vent installed by the North Wales office. They did a fantastic job, all in one day, including cleanup. They took extra care with that due to our having a dog. After about 5 years, we noticed excessive granulars coming off the shingles. Contacted G. Fedale and they told us to contact the manufacturer to file a warranty claim. When that was done, we contacted G. Fedale again and they were very accommadating with helping us gaher the information needed for the claim, including removal of sample shingles to send back and pictures. We are now waiting for approval from roof manufacturer to have it fixed. Great customer service. Would highly recommend. Thank you Justin, Shane and Mickey.

Working with Mike and then the project manager Tyler made on our project easy. We did a large project that had multiple change orders and Tyler executed everything to our satisfaction. Last February our roof was destroyed by a tree that fell on it during a storm. Not knowing what contractor to turn to in order to make the repairs I posted to our local Facebook community network. Almost immediately Chris Shelly from G Fedale reached out to us about coming to assess the damage. The next day he showed up and did a thorough assessment of the damage and tarped the roof in areas that would leave the inside of our home vulnerable to water penetration. Having no prior experience dealing with having to make an insurance claim on our home, Chris insisted on basically being our liason to Statefarm to ensure they would make us whole on the repairs and not try to fix only the minimal which, of course, they tried to do. To make a long story short, Chris, working with the facts of the extent of the damage, was able to get our entire roof replaced. Once approved, the management of the project was handed over to Tyler, who did an incredible job facilitating the project every step of the way. He came by regularly to check on progress and to make sure we were satisfied with the work and would even stop by after hours with his adorable French bulldog Sully that our kids lived to play with. You guys were absolutely amazing and we can't thank you enough for the exceptional quality and service.

We called the Fedale group when we had leak. They thoroughly evaluated our aging roof and diagnosed the problem, unfortunately we needed a whole new roof. The price was very reasonable and the communication throughout the process was EXCELLENT, led by project manager Tyler VS. The onsite job was UNBELIEVABLY smooth, start to finish was 3 full days. Each day the crew, led by Mike S, meticulously cleaned up (stacking debris neatly in the dumpster). No nails were found in the area after the job was complete and the dumpster was picked up timely. All in, about a pleasant experience, one can have getting a new roof.

Mike S. and Tyler V. were beyond amazing. They were not only quick to get back to me after I requested an estimate. Not only did they offer an amazing deal on repairing two chimneys - one of which looked straight out of 1890s London - but they quickly scheduled us since they knew we were planning to sell our home in the next couple of months. Not only do an amazing job with the repair (see before and after photos) but they discovered issues that others did not see. I would definitely recommend them for anybody who’s looking for a contractor that’s quick, fair, and communicative.

I had a great experience working with Rob and Tyler at G. Female roofing on replacing my roof. Rob walked me through what was going to be done by the team to replace the roof. He was very thorough in explaining the process. After we reviewed the contract and warranty the rest of the team began the engagement. Our HOA recently worked with G Fedale on a project, and overall I had a positive experience. While some challenges existed, I was impressed with the G Fedale team. Every representative from the company I interacted with (Chris, Shannon, and a gentleman whose name I have forgotten) was professional, kind, and responsive. I'll try to make this short and to the point. After severe wind damage, we fought with insurance (with G. Fedale's help) for six months. After finally getting approved using a Public Adjuster, we were ready to move forward getting our roof replaced. Start to finish, G. Fedale was awesome. I’ve had work done by G Fedale on three occasions, and my experience was positive in all cases. They replaced my gutters, working under contract with my neighborhood’s HOA. Later I contracted with them individually to install gutter guards on a portion of my gutters. There was an issue with this work initially, and they came back promptly and without argument and resolved the issue. Most recently they blew leaves out of my “unguarded” gutters. This work was done under the terms of their $99 December promotion. Their courteous and thorough technician Khazier handled the job and provided me with pictures.

Mickey completed a flashing replacement where my porch roof meets the house. It was a tricky job due to my stone exterior but Mickey's knowledge and craftsmanship came together for a great finished job! At the same time, we had our chimney repointed by Beau Cremins, a mason who works with G Fedale, and the finished chimney looks great! Mickey communicated with me every step of the way. I am a repeat G Fedale customer (total roof replacement in 2019) and will continue to go to them for my exterior needs.

Perfect. Just recently needed a quick repair on my in-laws home and they knocked it our fast and square. Gutters on my home were done about 7 years ago and they are still in perfect shape (and maintenance-free) despite my nasty trees. Jason Diem is the man!

Shannon Clark and her coworker Leo really helped me out with my recent roof leaks. When they saw my issues and frustration they spent time looking at roof for awhile, explaining issues and gave recommendations. I really felt listened too. Had a leak on a corner of my house between the first and 2nd floors. G Fedale had re-shingled my roof a couple years so I called them up to check it out to see if it was warranty work. Micky came out in July and was able to identify the issue (not warranty, but wasps nests behind the siding and downspouts sending water toward the house) and make the necessary fixes. Micky was friendly, professional, and fixed the issues along with a random piece of broken siding. Couple months and a few rain storms later and no new water leaking in thus far. Very happy with the service.

We are happy to have G. Fedale replace our our barn/garage roof. They replaced our 225 yr old farmhouse roof 9 years ago. We only called them this time, because their work, and customer service were always excellent. Whenever we had damage or question they were at our house or on the phone immediately, every time. We are even happier to be working with the exact same Project Manager, Rob O. who helped us with our house 9 years ago. He knows every nuance of working with our old house and solved for every issue we thought we were going to have with such an old structure. All the indicators of a great company.

Today, I had the pleasure of working with Shane Cotte as my project manager for my skylight install. She was very comprehensive in her analysis of the property and work to be done. I could hear her on the phone working with vendors to ensure all the pieces that went into my install were proper. She was extremely apologetic about an issue with the roof tiles, but that turned out to be entirely my fault. Shane was willing to do whatever it took to make that right. I appreciated her honesty and transparency. In the end, she took good care to ensure the inside of the house was clean and restored to its original state. That was something I thought I had to do!! Finally, she was not happy with the way the new skylites fit into the openings of the old skylites, so she worked to ensure the difference was fixed and prevented me from having to climb up there. All in all, I appreciate and thank Shane and the G. Fedale crew for the accurate and quick work they did to take care of my needs. Thank you very much.

G. Fedale replaced our roof and the project was led by their PM Shannon Clark. Of course they did all that they said they would do, but that should be expected. What’s exceptional is HOW they did the work and their commitment to building a relationship with their customers. In all roofing projects there’s always a few glitches that come up and in our case, Shannon, their salesperson Rob, and their back office were all immediately responsive in addressing those minor glitches. Recently we experience some wind damage to our siding. I called Shannon on Friday evening and she was at our home early the next Saturday to tarp the damage to protect the area from the forecasted storm. Again it’s that responsiveness and commitment to relationship that Shannon provided and is indicative of the G. Fedale experience.

We needed a relatively easy roof collar job completed after recent plumbing work and in working with Rep Don Steward, G Fedale was the quickest and best service option. Let me start by stating that my standards are high – sometimes rather unrealistically high, if you were to ask my husband. We picked G. Fedale to do our siding first because they were a listed contractor in the Montgomery County Best Pick Reports for 2024. Second, we appreciated the company’s commitment to employee safety and installation training. And lastly, their reasonable pricing compared to other highly rated contractors. Initially we met with Senior Project Consultant, Rob Orwig, to discuss our siding project. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the business and materials. Confident, but not aggressive. Most importantly he listened to my husband and I – what was important to us and what we envisioned our house to ideally look like. He was supportive and offered suggestions without impatience or dismissal of any of our ideas or choices. With his help the outcome was an even better reflection of our home than we first imagined!! Under the leadership of Rob Weiss, NW Project Manager, the transformation of our home became a reality. Our project schedule flowed smoothly with Rob’s detail-oriented attentions and easy communicative style. Competent, stellar workmanship; respect for the property, daily work site clean-up was all just as promised from start to finish. We were thoroughly pleased with the entire G. G. Fedale replaced a roof on a historic >100 year old Farmhouse. Rob Weiss and his crew did a fabulous job in difficult circumstances. The roof had a layer of very old cedar boards plus 3 layers of asphalt shingles. The crew worked sunup to sundown in sweltering heat, with few breaks. The roof has 6 dormers, 2 chimneys and numerous other penetrations. The crew did great work on flashing, drip edge and other areas. We are 100% satisfied and would recommend them wholeheartedly. Rob is totally knowledgeable and a great communicator. He kept us well informed during the process.

What a great company to work with on our 1801 house! Shannon Clark, the project manager, was either on site or answered my questions/concerns promptly. She was keen to address installation details, such as getting shorter nails for the porch roof so as not to have them break through the original ceiling. Punch list items were agreed upon and completed to our satisfaction. After two past house roof jobs resulting in damaged gardens it was wonderful that ours were protected and clean-up was wonderful! At the beginning of the process, Mike Stefani, our sales person, explained the process & terms, answered my questions and updated the contract to include all the details I needed to ensure no confusion during installation. Everyone I dealt with from the company was great and so is my new roof!

Don from G. Fedale came out to look at a large leaking window. I was fearful I would need to replace it which would have been very expensive due to some complicated architectural details. Don assessed the leak and determined a caulk joint had failed. Don caulked the window and during our last heavy rain we had no leaks! We will still replace the window but we want to do it when we replace the rest of the windows in the house. Without a question, we will call Don at G. Fedale to take care of that for us.

Fedale Roofing and Siding were great to work with from start to finish - as with any project not everything went exactly according to expectation and mother nature did not stick to the plan but whatever we identified as issues that needed addressing where taken care of by our dedicated project manager Shannon. She coordinated everything and ensured the project was completed to our liking and not only those items we raised but also those she saw. We had skylights (and roof on that section), siding, soffit, and gutters replaced in January. Mike our project consultant made sure we had the project scoped and priced properly and competitively also giving us great advise. Scott Henning came out to check our current roof and developed a project plan based on our specific needs. Rory Connell, as the project manager, made sure the plan was on target to be executed. Chris Shelly was our site manager and kept us informed each step of the way and inspected the finished project. He attended to the details and was great to work with. Reached out to Mike Stefani for a leaking skylight, and in the inspection found that the damage was due to a falling tree in a wind/ice storm. Working with Mike and the insurance company, our roof was replaced in a very expedient manner. Every concern was addressed in the process and our property was left as it was found. From start to finish this project (slate roof and gutters) was seamless. Dan (project consultant) was prompt and fair with the estimate. He explained everything so that I truly understood what I was getting myself into. Dan was patient and transparent with costs. On one of his trips here, he took it upon himself to put one of my fallen downspouts back up… in the rain. He is a class act. Shannon (project manager) provided an exceptional level of communication when the crew was on site. She’d send morning updates if rain canceled the day, midday texts checking in and calls if things needed immediate attention and couldn’t wait for a text reply. I felt very connected to the day to day operations. The crew worked well into the evening and didn’t pull out until the sun went down. I am completely satisfied with my experience with G. Fedale. I had an addition on the rear of my home that was stucco and required remediation. I was referred to G. Fedale by a coworker. I have done many projects on this home and on previous homes, but my G. Fedale experience was by far the easiest and most professional. Rob the estimator arrived on the date and time scheduled. He walked me through the entire process and he had the quote to me in under two hours. Liz in the office kept me informed as to the arrival of materials and explained how the project would progress once started. G Fedale was amazing to work with. They did masonry, roof, siding and windows for us over the period between Dec 2021 and March 2022. Every one we worked with was just on point. Rob Orwig did our initial consultation, and went out of his way to follow up with us on a lot of small details. Project manager Justin Vattilano was great getting the ball rolling and Ilia Cappello handled scheduling efficiently. Rick Pannella was our on site manager, and I can't say enough good things - truly went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly. About my only complaint is that project went above budget due to needing to replace a lot of substrate, and the price of plywood is currently insane - but nothing G Fedale can do about that, and Rick kept us informed as we were going along so that the final invoice wasn't a shock. Just factor it in if you're planning something. Overall, it's hard for me to imagine getting better service - the whole team was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process.

Fedale was great, the PM Rich was very knowledgeable and made sure everything was completed correctly by the crews, they replaced garage doorway metal wraps, facia on our gable chinny, new shutters and down spouts. All colors match as Justin the sales rep made sure of, and Rich went to the door company that installed our doors to make sure the PVC stop weather seal matched perfectly. A tornado ran through our backyard in September and caused significant damage to our roof, siding, and gutters. The very next morning, G Fedale had some employees in the neighborhood checking on people's damage, putting up tarps, and talking about next steps with people who needed some serious roof work. I was able to flag down Evan Taylor from G Fedale, who put a tarp on our roof and even helped put our chimney cap back on until we could eventually get repairs. Once the insurance claim was all sorted, we contracted G Fedale for the repairs right away. Evan and Rick Pannella were a pleasure to deal with and we are very happy with the repairs. I highly recommend G Fedale for their excellent customer service and work.

We were introduced to G. Fedale Roofing, because they had installed the roofing for the previous home owner, but unfortunately we had not been aware of the procedure for transferring the warranty to our names. Even though we were not covered under the warranty we asked Jason to perform an inspection of the entire roof, and to access the area where we had noticed a leak. Jason was extremely professional. He called the day before to confirm the appointment, and called again to inform us when he was on his way. He arrived on time, and did a full inspection of the roof. He had noticed that one of the nails had been weathered, and that is where the water was coming through. He took care of the problem free of charge, and even fixed another issue that he had found. I have had many roofs replaced, and by far Jason has been the most professional roofer I have worked with. I would highly recommend working with him. A large home project can be scary, but Jason really knows how to turn a scary situation into a success story.

We needed a new roof & gutters for our house and contacted G.Fedale. Dan Simpson was our sales rep and did a great job. He explained everything and made some recommendations on what he thought would be best to correct a water flow issue we were having. He was friendly, easy to work with, & very responsive to my questions. Due to the supply chain issues it took sometime for all our materials to come in. They kept me informed the entire time & provided updates on the start date. Once the job was scheduled, everything was well coordinated. The team showed up on time and we’ll organized. They started early and worked late! The project was done earlier than expected and Rick the PM did a great job answering any of my questions. He did a final inspection and clean up and was great to work with. I will be using them again in the future when it’s time to do our siding.

I used G Fedale Roofing to replace my entire roof and gutters that were damaged by the tornado we had on September 1st. Rob Orwig was exceptional to work with estimating what needed to be replaced. When it came time to do the installation, Rick Pannella, the site project manager from the North Wales office came out & explained everything that was going to be done and assured us we'd be satisfied with G Fedale. Rick knocked it out of the park! He was on site every day and checked in with us to make sure we were happy with the job. His crew removed the original roof, installed the underlayment and had a roof back on the house in 3 days. Rick made sure we were happy with every aspect of the job, from the dumpster delivery, making sure the material was here, to walking around and picking up any plastic trash in our hedges each day. We researched other roofing companies prior to choosing G Fedale and based on their customer feedback we chose them. I can see why. We are dealing with the insurance company to replace all the siding on our house and we will use G Fedale again for that! Rick brought us sample books and brochures to get some ideas for our home. Was a bit leary of the roof replacement as I had friends who had complained about work they’d had done by other roofing companies. However, not in this case! G Fedale was awesome. Project Manager Justin reached out within days of the contract being signed. He showed up to our appt on time and spent nearly an hour reviewing all of the details of the work we were to have done. I always have anxiety over who to choose for a project. After a multi-year wait and several quotes, we decided on G. Fedale. There was no high-pressure sales tactic. The quote was well organized and detailed. They did use subcontractors, who they seem to use frequently. More importantly, their team managed the project on-site every day. Responded afterward immediately when there were questions. They took the time to follow up on concerns even though there were not any problems. The price was in line with others quotes we received. I am glad we chose them; now I need someone I can trust to fix the deck, take care of the bathroom and kitchen.

In August of 2020 damaging winds caused a 1,000lbs+ tree branch to snap and fall into our house causing roof, chimney and siding damage. We contacted G. Fedale and were linked with Tom who came out and worked with us, around our child's napping schedule even, to assess damages, work directly with our insurance company, and provided us all kinds of quotes. Upon signing a contract, Jesse took over managing the project. Jesse was equally as excellent with communication and scheduling. He managed his team and got the job done despite the weather holding them back. We had a few hiccups as any project does, and he did not hesitate to fix them. He brought Ricky along to help with a big hiccup, nails had come through during the siding installation and damaged our master bedroom medicine cabinets. They came up with a plan on how to fix it, and we were well aware they were not obligated to fix the damage as we knew there was a chance of damage during installation. They came back and fixed the medicine cabinets completely. We are beyond pleased and so thankful for Jesse and Ricky working to fix that for us. It's flawless. Overall, G. Fedale was great from start to finish. Everyone we spoke to was personable and understanding. We will definitely use them in the future for home improvements.

I chose G. Fedale because they were listed on Velux's website and I wanted to have my roof re-done and skylights replaced. I was extremely pleased with the experience. Above all they were very communicative. Every time I called or texted someone got back to me very quickly. When Rob came to do the original estimate he spent a lot of time with me explaining all of the options carefully and patiently. When it came time to do the work Justin was at the house early in the morning before any other workers arrived to make sure the delivery of materials went smoothly and the workers were off to a good start. Rick stopped by multiple times to make sure the work was being done correctly and was very helpful setting up the skylights. Any little hitches along the way were addressed immediately by Justin and Rick and to my satisfaction. Rick gave me a follow-up call after the work was complete to make sure I was satisfied. The main crew boss who was there the entire time was Lester and he did fantastic work and helped the crew do their best as well. I would recommend G. Fedale and would definitely use them again.

I had a complete home outer makeover. I met with Rob Orwig to develop a budget and plan. Rob when over all of the products, their attributes and gave his recommendations. He left materials to review and waited for us to decide on colors and products. Once we decided on colors and products we worked out a budget. Rob’s core estimate came in under our budget so we decided to update the sheathing shell with all new OSB. I had other estimates. Someone would arrive and throw out a number then leave. Some never returned my call. Rob patiently worked with us for two weeks before we settled on final products and colors. The work was managed by Justin Vattilano. Justin came to our home explained the work and the projected time to complete. The roof was done first. It was installed cleanly with precise lines. The crew did the install in one day. After the work, the area was cleaned and by the next morning the waste was removed. A few weeks later Justin shedualded the external makeover. Justin came over before the crew arrived to go over the work schedule and my concerns. He took note of my specific expectations and went over them with the work crew. Within a day after completion the waste was removed, the ground around the house was cleaned and raked. G Fedale installed a new roof. They replaced all of the Styrofoam sheathing with new OSB. They replaced all of the aluminum flashing. They reinforced the cracked, broken and rotted studs. They wrapped the home with both a wind barrier and a thermal barrier. They installed new siding, shutters and gutters. The detailed aluminum work was different from anything I saw before. The flashing edged meticulously around the fireplace masonry then the J-Channel was placed over a bend creating a very watertight clean look. The siding was installed behind the power meter, not around it. It is a clean look that did not require j-channel around the meter. The box ends of the fascia was done in one piece of custom crafted aluminum. The porch roof was edged along the roofing with flashing and j-channel ending in a custom made spout that diverts water away from the brick face into the gutter. The lighting fixtures where remounted on integrated boxes. There is a lot of subtle detailed work that far exceeds the original construction of the home. Rob and Justin are professionals who know the business, methods and products. The work is high quality, clean, tight and detailed. A shout out to Ziggy whos custom metal work is amazing.

Just had a new roof put on by G. Fedale Roofing & Siding and it looks fantastic! From the start Senior Sales Estimator Jason Domanski was honest and upfront with his initial inspection and estimate. The price was very competitive and a solid game plan for installation was clearly outlined to me. Once the job was underway we received several updates from Project Manager Justin Vattilano. Mr. Vattilano ensured his team did a solid cleanup effort around our property upon completion and checked the finished project serval times over personally before declaring the job complete. Fedale roofing did an incredible job! They installed my roof in a couple days and it works/looks great. The warranties they offer make this an easy decision. The only fault I found is the lack of communication during the period between sales rep and the office team. Although this minor issue happened - I reached out and Fedale handled and remedied this problem with no problem, expressing humility and prompt responses. Justin, my project manager, is incredible and really takes the time to work with you. I will be singing his praises forever. If you can get Justin as your PM, your expectations will be blown out of the water!

Clear communication and pricing up front by Jason. Job performed efficiently in 2 days. Crews are supervised by Fedale. Crews were courteous and cleaned up at night and at the end of the job. Dumpster was off driveway next day and someone stopped by to check job site was cleaned up. Justin was great. This was the first time I had ever experienced getting a new roof and so I was not wholly certain as to what to expect. However, the G. Fedale team made the process fairly easy and professional, guiding me through the steps, setting realistic expectations regarding costs, timeframes, noise and the cleanup process, addressing my concerns and responding promptly and efficiently to any changes, adjustments and unplanned events. Our house is a two-story colonial in Lansdale, PA. The project consisted of a new roof including a replacement skylight, new gutters and gutter guards and new insulation (blown) that either added to the depth of existing insultation or otherwise covered areas in parts of my roof that had none at all. The overall cost was very reasonable and competitive and the crews that showed up were well trained, experienced and professional in their execution. From start to finish, the roof, skylight and insulation took two days while the gutters took about 2 1/2 hours on a separate day (only two days later). I would like to give a shout out to the lead roofer, Juan, and his crew, the foreman (and I believe owner) of the gutter sub-contractor, Ed, and his crew, our Sales Engineer, Jason, and the project management team, Justin and Mike. Thanks all for a job well done!

We decided to get our roof and gutters replaced. We received multiple quotes, but I will say G Fedale's pricing was very competitive. The process started with Jason who was very knowledgeable and not aggressive. After going under contract, we had Ed assigned as our project manager. Ed communicated every step of the process with me in a very efficient manner. He called me before the roofing process as well as during the day. The crews also did a great job. They cleaned up very well and had the job done pretty quickly. So, all in all, once we went under contract, the roof and gutters were installed in less than 2 weeks at a very fair price with the company and employees staying in contact throughout the whole process to make sure everything was done right!

I dealt with Racheal, Cesar, and Jason throughout the process and they were all very knowledgeable and accomadating. The roof looks great and we are very pleased. Stripping your house down naked and redressing it with new siding and a new roof can be a tedious, painful, and costly process. This was not the case with G. Fedale. From the get go, we had an incredible experience with the company. Jason was incredibly patient with me, answering the million questions that I had and stopping back up to my house multiple times to try to work out the best solution for us. They were also extremely helpful when trying to fit said solution into our budget. We interviewed many contractors and knew as soon as we met with Jason that G. Fedale was the right choice. The end result proved this gut instinct to be true. Cesar, the project manager, was awesome about staying in constant contact with us to give us updates on the status of the work and to warn us about any potential issues upfront. We knew there would be one extra cost that likely would have to be added on due to the original construction of our roof. Cesar stopped work and talked to us to show us the price and get our approval before moving forward. He didn't want to surprise us in the end with any unexpected numbers. It was much appreciated. One day. Cesar informed me that the entire crew would be attending a funeral and could not come to the house. A few days later, I was talking with the crew leader only to find out it was his young son who had died. I could not believe he was at work. I sat there and talked with him for a while only to find out his first wife had died ten years earlier during surgery too. My eyes were a wet, bleary mess as he talked. This poor guy, he was so strong. I said it was perfectly fine if he needed time. Our project was nothing in comparison to grieving the loss of a child. He said he had to keep going, though. It was his way of coping. That just goes to show you the type of people that G. Fedale hires. They are all respectful, patient, hard working and incredibly professional. When I needed help hanging a camera, they stopped to help. When I had a question, they took the time to answer it. When things got tough, they just kept going. In the end, the work turned out to be amazing. If G. Fedale ever decides to expand their business to handle all general contractor work, I would hire them every time.

G. Fedale is an excellent company in every way. I recently had a new roof put on and they were outstanding from beginning to end. They were my second quote, and they came in from cheaper then the first quote that I was also very pleased with. They use the same quality materials and have the same great warranties. They were in constant contact with me, making sure I understood everything, especially the timing of the project. The crew was top notch, working hard to complete things in one day, and cleaning up very carefully afterwards. The project supervisor started with them and even installed my skylight personally. He checked the entire project afterwards, having other workers come to complete small issues that weren't necessarily their responsibility. They wanted to see the job completed well in every aspect. I would highly recommend them without any hesitation!

We hired G Fedale for a new roof and capping and sofit work on our exterior windows. After a pesky roof leak, we had different contractors out to give us roofing estimates. When Rob from G Fedale came out, he spent an extensive amount of time looking at the issue and discussing options. We knew nothing about going through the insurance claim process, although we had some damage from hail storms. Rob walked us through that entire process and was always available when we had questions. He even went as far as speaking directly to our state farm agent to figure out the logistics. We were highly impressed, and the work hadn't even been done! After the insurance company gave us an estimate that was lower, Rob worked with the adjuster to show that the work G. Fedale estimated was required through different building codes and therefore the insurance company raised their estimate. When they came to do the roof, the crew was very professional and friendly. They were tidy and cleaned up after themselves. The roof took one day start to finish and it looks great. Phenomenal quality. All of the organization leading up to it from phone calls with the office to set up dropping off the dumpster to what day the crew would arrive was flawless. A few days after the roof was installed, a different crew came back and in the course of a day they capped all of our outside windows. The house looks so much cleaner and has better curb appeal. We are very happy with the work and again, the crew was friendly and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. The one and only complaint throughout the entire process start to finish is that after the windows were completed, there was some miscommunication about picking up the dumpster and it remained at our house for a few extra days. We called back, and G Fedale apologized profusely and immediately had someone out to pick it up. Minor issue in the grand scheme. Overall, we are very impressed and would recommend them highly.

We had a great experience with G. Fedale. We noticed a leak in our ceiling and upon an evaluation we found out there was a hole in our roof. G. Fedale fixed it and we have not seen any more signs of leaking.
