We were completely satisfied with the job Fasten-Pro did on our porch roof. They responded promptly to questions and gave a very reasonable estimate that they stuck to. The crew was polite, worked hard all day in the mid-summer heat and cleaned the workspace thoroughly at the end of the day. We love the look that fits well with our 130 year old home. If only the birds would leave it alone.

Impressive customer service and honesty. I have had rare occasions of being impressed by businesses that gave no self praise who turned out to be the diamond in the rough. I picked them by others' reviews, and I have not been disappointed. Waiting for the warm weather next spring to have this company replace my gutters. The team performed like clock work, and all the nails were being placed on the shingles' nailing strips as opposed to previous installers who threw nails all over it (if sometimes even nailing the shingles on two spots) causing failures. You will not regret using their services.

They did a complete tear off and replaced my roof and some of my gutters. They completed everything in less than a day and a half. We have just completed a month long project to have our entire roof and box gutters redone. Out house was built in 1895. There have been many additions and renovations done over the years so it was definitely not a simple job. We had a total of 8 companies out to give estimates. At the recommendation of our real estate agent, Margaret Joyce, we contacted Fasten-Pro Roofing for one last estimate. They came in about 10,000 more than our lowest and 20,000 less than then highest bid for the entire project (roof and box gutters). Box gutter work is EXPENSIVE! After much deliberation we went with Fasten-Pro. The owner, Ray, was very helpful with picking colors, and was also kind enough to help us with tips for what to look for and what to avoid, even if we didn't go with them. Amanda and Mary responded almost immediately to every email I sent. All the guys were polite and professional. Sergio and Jason did some amazing work. We have been so happy with our experience. They have been here every day bright and early, and worked so hard the entire day. I am home a lot during the day and could hear how seriously they take their work. They check and recheck every measurement. They were kind to our kids, and clean up meticulously every single day. My husband and I miscommunicated about something we wanted done, and they redid some work to make sure we were totally satisfied at no extra charge, and were very nice about it even though it definitely set them back a bit. You could tell it was very important to them that we were absolutely happy with the final product. All of the wood from the box gutters was rotted and needed to be replaced. There were places where I actually watched them pull off the gutters in pieces with their hands. The entire system was rebuilt from scratch, and it looks amazing. They fixed siding and touched up the paint on the trim around the gutters at no extra charge. The final amount was exactly what we had talked about with no surprises. Like most roofing companies, their schedule is booked out for quite a bit, but they are absolutely worth the wait. We are just starting on the adventure that will be rehabbing this house, but we will be lucky to find companies half as good as this one going forward. Thank you all so very much!

I am so pleased with their work. Very reasonably priced, but the real bonus is that they are good; know what they are doing; get it right; and clean up afterwards -- no fingerprints or smudges on the gutters or fascia board.

We've used Fasten-Pro since moving to Ohio in 2009. When we first moved in, they installed gutter guards and replaced two skylights. Last year, they replaced our roof due to storm damage from hail. Every interaction I've had with Ray, Mary, and anyone else on their crew has been professional, courteous, and pleasant. They are scrupulously honest, work quickly and carefully, and take great care not to damage our landscaping etc. Just now I called because part of a downspout had been damaged in a storm. Mary remembered our house, knew what the issue was, and promised she'd have someone out to fix it asap. You can't ask for better service from a contractor. I first used Fasten-Pro Roofing in Summer 2001 to replace my roof, damaged due to a hailstorm in the Spring. His estimate was the most cost effective, used the best quality materials and the work was performed promptly. Fast forward to winter 2009. Terrible winter, lots of snow and heavy accumulation on the roof. We experienced roof leaks into 2 bedrooms upstairs. I called Fasten-Pro to investigate the issue and provide an estimate to repair. Ray had a team out the next day. He immediately fixed the roof and did not charge me a dime. I find it truly amazing and honorable that Fasten-Pro backed up their work after 7+ years. People hear about shady roofing companies and poor workmanship all the time. It is refreshing and fortunate that I used Fasten-Pro to replace my roof.

I called Fasten Pro roofing out of the blue to get an estimate after two of our homes had storm damage. The owner came out promptly and delivered an estimate. The roof was replaced in almost zero degree weather, which was amazing. They sent a large crew and quickly got the work done. In a conversation with the owner, he had told me that the person measuring was in a hurry and only accounted for half the roof. We were concerned that our bill would now double from the previous estimate. When it came time to invoice, the owner Ray, came out to inspect the roof and deliver the final bill. Surprisingly it was for the original estimate. We were prepared to split the difference but Ray insisted that it was their mistake and their loss. Apparently there are some companies out there that will give a low estimate and then jack up the price in the end. Ray did not want us to think that it was an intentional mistake so Fasten pro took the loss. This was a large job, $25k, so the loss must have been significant. I was so taken back that I offered to give him a brand new ladder that we purchased (too big for us). He insisted that he pay for it. This is an absolutely honest company and their work is impeccable. Two years later, we had some soffits and gutters that were damaged in another storm. A crew from Fasten Pro came and did a remarkable job. In the future, if I ever needed any type of roofing, gutter, soffit work, I would call Fasten Pro and not even worry about an estimate. Their work is dead on and prices are reasonable. They are also a large organization that I believe employs 80+ people and have been around for 30+ years headquartered in Loveland OH. FAST FORWARD SEVERAL YEARS I have used Fasten-Pro for several years now and they are my absolute go to roofers. I purchased a 120 year old building in Clifton that had several brick chimneys that were 4 stories tall. The chimneys were crumbling and bricks were falling during rain or wind storms. The previous owner also neglected the building and we had 6 skylights that were leaking along with all sorts of roof leaks. Fasten Pro was able to identify and completely remove the non-essential chimneys, replace all skylights and re-roof the building. All of this was done without me ever having to go onsite. They blocked off the streets/sidewalks and safely performed an awesome job. I have had rubber roofs leaking at another building and I assumed they would need to be replaced. The owner showed up and told me it would be a waste of money to replace the roof for several more years and he was able to immediately fix the leaks. This has held for months now. Here is the best one! I needed a bathroom vent put in at an apartment building. Being roofers, they would do the roof part of the vent. I struggled to find someone willing to do the actual fan/light install and I told them that. When they scheduled the install, they told me they would take care of the entire project.
