We have a rather complicated skylight and nobody wanted to address our problem of a broken seal in one panel resulting in condensation. Ricardo and Santos from Enhanced Openings addressed the issue, gave a precise explanation of what was involved and proceeded to replace the affected skylight and resolve the problem. Installers Dan, John and Matt were great. They were friendly, yet professional. I was impressed by how well they cleaned and tidied as they worked the project. They did two projects. #1 - A large window was replaced with a slider, which meant taking out the lower portion of a wall. This required relocation of the electrical outlet so that we did not lose any function in the room. #2 - installation of a Phantom Screen on our front door. Now I can leave the front door open for ventilation and extra light in a way that is aesthetically pleasing - such a clean look! I would absolutely have them back if we ever need more work done. A great result and we are very pleased!

We had a 3 section sliding exterior door installed by Enhanced openings today. Dan, John and Guillermo were extremely professional with an eye for details I haven’t seen in the construction industry in years. I started looking to replace 2 windows in my home with Pella windows some time back. Having had both PELLA and ANDERSON windows in my home I feel like PELLA is WITHOUT question the BEST. That is when I came in contact with SHARON from ENHANCE WINDOWS. She was PATIENT and did not seem to mind all the QUESTIONS that I had about the process of replacing windows. She was just wonderful and because of an accident that I had; I had to postpone the process. I did however take the phone number with the intent of getting this job done. Sharon called every other month to see if I wanted to get an estimate but the reason for the call this time was to let me know that if I was ready, they were having a 50%off of installation and no sales tax on the project. The appointment was set. Next came NICK he went through the process explaining everything about PELLA, and the company he is working for ENHANCED WINDOWS. I was very comfortable with this young man and the way he spoke about the company that he's working for was delightful to hear. The best part is I could tell he meant every word about ENHANCED. He talked with pride about the people he worked with. The difference in my choosing at this time to commit to the replacement was because of these 2 people. THANK YOU, Sharon, and NICK Stay Tuned, REPLACEMENT coming probably sometime in NOVEMBER will write a review after INSTALLATION and let you know what kind of Job (GENTRY) does. Our security screen door is a great design, function, and appearance. Had an issue with a defective locking mechanism that needed replaced just prior to one year after installation. Gentry was dispatched to repair the lock and showed up prepared with all necessary parts and product expertise to get it fixed and working better than new again. In one trip. Impressed and appreciated.

We placed our custom order on December 4, 2024. It was "officially" completed May 23, 2025. HOA approval had to be completed before work could start. General Manager Jef Herndon created a work of art, as far as we are concerned. All of his workers were fabulous. They called us everyday they worked here and were prompt and on time. Dan was especially helpful solving any problems that occurred. Yup, he scratched he few times, but always come back with solutions. We cannot express how totally satisfied we are with the work performed by Enhance Openings. We'd give a 99.99% rating, cuz NOBODY is PERFECT.

As much as we enjoy our house here at Saddlebrook Ranch, there were areas of low lighting no matter what time of day. We contacted Enhanced Openings, and their sales representative was receptive to our needs, although we were initially considering a skylight. He showed us how solar tubes would be more practical and give us more options to increase our interior lighting. I cannot express how much difference these solar tubes have made in our home. Great company that really knows their stuff! Jef gave us invaluable advice that demonstrated he had the experience we needed to purchase and install several custom sliding doors, windows, and a sixteen foot-long folding custom kitchen window. He recommended the best brands and we are very glad we followed his advice. The team (Ricardo and Dan especially) show up on time, work hard, communicate, and are clearly experts in handling all different types of installations. We just had our sliding glass doors replaced with French doors in our house. Our sliders were 38 years old and needed it! We had Enhance Openings do new French doors which we have always wanted with a screen. We had two of the nicest guys come out. Brian and John were amazing and did a fabulous job for us! We couldn't be happier with how it looks in our house and outside in the patio. We highly recommend this company for any job you have. The doors are beautifully designed and the E glass is a great improvement to keeping our house cooler. The sales person Abraham came on time and was very professional, however he pressured us into signing a contract that day or else we'd lose the 0% interest promotion. We regretted not getting other quotes as our windows were very expensive and after digging deeper on the internet I found some terrible reviews. They only give you 3 days to cancel the contract which he never mentioned so we were stuck. It took 14 or 15 weeks before I finally got the call they were ready to install. The installation gentlemen were Brandon and Mike, they very professional, courteous, punctual, efficient, and answered all my questions and concerns. They did 9 windows, some very large, in 2 days as expected. They moved furniture and returned everything back to it's place. They took care to cover most of my stuff to protect it from the dust but they didn't cover my brand new furniture in the back yard and dust was everywhere. They cleaned up their mess except I found 2 very large nails and a couple small pieces of glass in my sink, one nail was in my garbage disposal. Also one of my shades that goes to a semi circle window was discarded. It was not one of my expensive blinds but still was not expecting it to have been thrown out. They took care to put all my blinds back. There was one frame that came damaged but didn't affect the function. He let me know he already called the company about it and per the warranty it will be replaced at some point. I appreciated him taking care of that. I have been in contact with Eddie who has updated me on the progress of replacing the damaged window which I appreciate. One problem was when it came time to process the sale of the windows after installation, apparently my credit was approved incorrectly at the time of sale. The company was kind enough to knock a couple thousand off if I paid the rest off directly with them. They also gave me other options for payment since the bank was being difficult. All in all i am pleased with the windows, they are beautiful and installation went well. I can already tell my AC is not running as much as it did before. But I will get quotes from other companies before deciding to replace the upstairs windows. The sales tactics and steep costs are why I'm not giving this 5 stars. Update: The day after I posted the review I was contacted by the company and they offered to replace my shade for the semi circle window. They also gave me a contact of someone they know personally who can give me a quote for replacing all my blinds as I mentioned to him most of them were falling apart anyways. I very much appreciated this courtesy.

Allen and Mike installed our sky tubes with lights. They were very courteous and professional. I absolutely love the sky tubes. One sky tube was installed in a small renovated bathroom that had no windows. The natural light brightened the entire room.

I received OUTSTANDING service from Enhance Openings concerning the repair to my skylight that they had installed in Feb. 2016. I called on Wednesday 7/13/22 and my repairman Gentry came on Saturday 7/16/22. He did a very timely, HIGH QUALITY repair on Saturday at NO Charge. Gentry was very professional, showed me pictures of what he did and also did a great job explaining the repair he performed to me. I have high confidence my skylight will continue to function for a long, long time. It is an Exceptional Joy these days to work with a company and employee like Enhance Openings and Gentry that are responsive, stand behind their work, are focused on doing a quality job and having satisfied customers. I am VERY SATISFIED and will definitely be contacting Enhance Opening if I have future needs for Window, Door or Skylights.

The security door and the French door got produced on time. I am extremely happy with both the quality of these products and the installation. Dan and his crew were highly professional, knowledgeable, polite, and agreeable. The installation process was not rushed, and the installation team made sure that the job was properly done. Enhance Openings did a great job replacing existing older dome skylights with new energy efficient Velux skylights. The installers were professional and careful to not cause any damage or mess in our home. After efficiently replacing six skylights and helping with solar power shade setup, all works great and what a terrific upgrade these new skylights have proven to be. Not even a single piece of debris left inside or out when the installers completed their work.

Gentry was not only punctual but also thorough with his work. The seal on the door is perfect, he provided me all the cautionary regarding the next 24-48 hours after installation, informed me of other customers experiences with the door to ensure full satisfaction of their product, and finished his work sooner than initially stated (we were informed that the job would take an 8 hour and 45 minutes, Gentry successfully completed his hard work nearly two hours sooner than estimated)

Hired Enhance Opening to remove a sliding glass patio door and sliding window in order to replace it with a tri-folding door with an entrance door. Also had them install two new windows in the kitchen area. The construction crew took great care in the work performed and kept the mess to a minimum which I was extremely happy with. Daniel and Christian were professional, polite and answered all my questions and concerns. I could not be any happier and a satisfied customer with the finished product.

Two sales person came by the house and set up appointment with their central booking staff and confirmed the date and time. They were a no show for the appointment and made no effort to contact me to reschedule. Don't recommend this business. Safe your hard earned money and get someone else to do the job. I am giving them 1 star. >>> Update 5-19-2022: Got two of calls from the Enhanced Openings to give them a second chance to make for their mistake. So, my wife and I gave them a second chance to give us quote for our house project. Paul the service design consultant came by the house on-time :-) after setting with design consultant and gave us the quote for our project. The pricing for the project was double the cost of another local competitor's quote. We opted to use the other local company's bid for our project. We did receive a follow-up call from Kim (nice lady) that we were satisfied with the information provided our our project. After all everyone deserves a second chance even though we did not go with Enhance Opening. Based on my second experience with Enhance Openings, I am giving them 4 stars!

Replaced a plastic skylight that did not open with one that opens to our master bathroom that does not have any windows. Enhanced Openings delivered and installed the skylight within a much shorter time frame than originally projected. Gentry and Robert were the installers. They were able to answer all our questions and they were very personable and professional. The skylight was very expensive but we trust the quality and don't anticipate ever having to replace it.

My wife and I moved into a home built in ‘’87, with original windows and doors. They leaked air/dust/water, but worst of all heat. My home was impossible to cool in the Summer. Just awful. So we got three bids for full replacement of all 36 windows and doors. Jef and Enhance were far and away the most professional and knowledgeable of the three bids. I don’t know jack squat about windows and doors - so I needed an expert to advise me with MY best interest at heart, not his wallet’s. Enhance showed up and the guys who did the job were the very definition of expert craftsman. It took the a couple of weeks, but we couldn’t be happier. They never left a mess, they were polite and professional, and always over communicated their status. I can’t recommend them more highly - they’re truly fantastic at what they do.

Jef and his team did an excellent job of installing a solar system at our home. From the quoting process to the ordering to installation - everything ran smoothly. Great company and professional! Ask for Gentry and Robert for installation if you can get them. Their attention to every detail is amazing! . We appreciate the design and details built into these doors!. It would not be too much to say the new entry door is a work of art. Also, we can open the house up now during mild weather to increase airflow throughout the house and enjoy the cooling breezes in a safe and secure way.

Let me start by saying that we are very happy with the door we got from them. It's a beautiful door and clearly well built and well installed. Just be aware that it is a pricy financial investment. It's on the order of 3-4 times what you would pay for a door from Home Depot or the like. Is this door better? Absolutely. The only reason the review is not 5 stars is because I dislike the sales tactic. It's one of those come to your door to set up what is said to be a no stress consultation. Once they are in your house, the no stress consultation turns into a high pressure sales pitch complete with a one time only price that escalates once they leave your house. Effective, but annoying for an introverted person like me that is not good at negotiating. Again, it's a beautiful high quality door, just know what you are getting into before you start the process.

This company is amazing. The french doors are beautiful and installation was prompt and the installers did a terrific job. Everyone from sales, administration, and installation was helpful, always extremely polite and very efficient. I would highly recommend Enhanced Openings.

All of the products are very good. I got a windows for my house. Since they are triple pane windows, it helps keep my ac from running constantly during the summer.

The Slider is great. Been a year and works smoothly. My rotty slammed into it at a full run, bent the screen but stayed in tack. Company replaced it immediately. Warrantee is lifetime so well worth the money. Getting a front door screen next. 2nd review ordered multiple window frames in June of 2023. Came without the proper trim pieces and without any way to modify them It was just resolved by Dan at Enhance Openings which required custom alterations on site. It took nine months fro Titan to send the correct type trim which had to be cut down to the right size by Dan who did his usual excellent job. The process should not have taken nine months, it should not have required custom alterations by Enhance (Dan) to complete this job.

Amazing job done and excellent service. I’m so happy we decided to replace all 10 of our skylights with Enhance Openings. The installers did an excellent job, were very thorough in their paperwork and explanation of what was getting done, and left my house in better shape than they found it. I love that my skylights open now!!!! 🤩🤩🤩 Absolutely would recommend getting work done with Enhance Openings.

Purchased screen security door from Enhance during 2020. Great looking door, very strong with very secure locking mechanism. We are very pleased with our purchase. Follow up service was needed to make minor adjustments, which was quickly and expertly handled.

We love our security door and the style it adds to the front of our home. The only reason we did not give 5 stars is because there is no bumper to prevent the metal door handle from smashing into the stucco wall which in time could cause damage.

WOW, WOW- I can't say enough good things about Mr. Zach and Mr. Brian who installed our security door. They cleaned up their mess, the craftsmanship, and heart they put into installing our door was amazing! With this being our first house, we were a bit nerves to have a door put on but the safety and curb appeal is unbeatable, we are in love with the door. We will be going back to Enhance Openings to order a sliding backdoor screen, for security. Our pets are also loving having the door open in the early mornings before it gets too hot.

Replaced 2 extra large patio sliders & a skylight through Enhance. Jef was especially great to work with, helping me design a set of doors that worked great for my space and my budget. Delivery happened on time, even with all the crazy Covid-19 stuff going on. As a side note: During a conversation with Jef in the buying process I misunderstood that the skylight I purchased would be controllable via Wi-Fi out of the box. To make things right, Eddie at Enhance purchased the Wi-Fi adapter for me. This was given to me free of charge, and the entire process happened after I had made my final payment. Really impressed by their commitment to make their customers happy.

In March 2018, my wife and I asked for a quote on a new security screen door in our new home. Enhanced Openings (EO) responded quickly and visited us. Their rep was most helpful, knowledgeable and prompt. We hired them and they installed our screen door w/i several weeks. We've been very, very pleased! -- and have recommended EO to many neighbors. Without a doubt, we'd hire them again, in a minute!

I have them working on a project for my home now, I have been invited to various other job sites to see how they install, and the job sites are clean, the work is all high quality, and it looks like they really know what they are doing...ie, they include a sub seal and caulk around it BEFORE putting in the product. that way no water can seep in accidently...almost NO ONE does that here in the Southwest. I can't wait to have them finish my custom sliding wall to post photos.

The installation and the crew was awesome except due to the rain shower we got during the installation lol they had to come back a second day. The next morning they were on time and got the work done quickly. The guys kept me up to date of what they were doing and the process. They were professional and on time and courteous. I would definitely recommend Enhance Opening to any future clients. I was greatly impressed because Noah and the site supervisor came out to inspect the process. Pricing for the quality was good. Delivery was on schedule and installation was excellent. Workmanship was neat, clean and timely. The doors are beautiful, energy efficient and super secure. My new windows look great! It was a nice face lift for my house, The noise level from outside has dropped considerably and my heat pump is getting a nice rest for a change. I can’t wait to see my electric bills drop this summer! Their installers we punctual, quick, tidy and also didn’t mind me asking a bunch of questions while they worked.
