Had work done to my roof a few months back before I could occupy the property. They did great work at a great price. Months after work was performed my OCD got the best of me on one area where the shingles coloring wasn’t blending as well as I liked. They showed up, fixed it, no questions asked. As a retired law enforcement officer from this area, I am very hesitant to give reviews unless they are truly deserving. After such a pleasant experience and superb customer service, I would definitely recommend Elite Roofing. When my roof first developed a leak and I was on vacation 3 hours away, I called them and they made it a priority to come out to inspect, locate, and seal the leak. Juan kept me informed while also making me aware of previous hail damage. Juan even came out and met with my insurance company representative. When I met with Margaret and Mike at their office, they were both very helpful and knowledgeable which streamlined the process from shingle selection to explaining the installation process. On the installation date, the employees showed up early and laid large tarps all around the perimeter of the house, even covering the windows and screen door with plywood to protect them during the removal process. Within 8 hours, they had completed installing the shingles and removing all the debris. Afterwards, I did have some minor damage to a gutter rain deflector and some sections of aluminum fascia and I made Adam aware of it. He promptly made sure they were all replaced and that I was completely satisfied with their work. Throughout the entire process everyone I encountered at Elite Roofing went above and beyond to make this a positive experience. Antonio's crew was in a word AMAZING.They arrived right on time with a crew of about 20. It was like a swarm of worker bees, they went right to work, removed our old roof, replaced with new in about 8 hrs. When they left, you could not tell they had been there. Elite installed my new roof a few years ago. They showed up when they said they would, did an awesome job and were very professional. Did an excellent job cleaning up, if it weren’t for the beautiful new roof, you’d never know they were there. Tony Jr. was extremely helpful and worked hard to give me the best service and pricing possible. Big big plus is that in some recent heavy windstorms, I had an issue with my fireplace vent coming loose because when the house was built in 1983, they didn’t use any masonry screws to attach the vent. I called Tony Jr. and the very next day he sent Mike out and they took care of it quickly. I had other quotes, they were the most affordable and using the same quality materials I would have gotten for more money elsewhere.

Elite Roofing LLC is true to its name! The word "elite" is defined as "a select group that is superior in terms of ability or qualities to the rest of a group or society". That definition started with Adam, who came out to give an estimate on repairs/replacement for my 96 year old mom's roof. He wasn't gloom and doom. He presented options/recommendations. She decided to get a new roof. Next was Tony Sr.. He was her low key salesman. He answered both my questions and my mom's. He was patient when asked to clarify information. Enter the Office Manager Margaret. She is kind and caring. From start to finish, when I called Margaret, she never sounded like my calls were interrupting her day. I know she is very busy. Then there is the Office Assistant Audrey. She called to let my mom know the roofers where ready to start the job and suggested to move vehicles before they got there. Good idea. Thank you! The roofing crew were great. When I told the foreman I was going to park my car at my neighbor's the next morning, he told me not to. To go ahead and park it in the garage. Then, when I had to leave, he would have their vehicles move. I'm sorry to say, I didn't get his name. After the work was complete, the manager Mike and his assistant Justin came out to inspect the work. Justine walked the roof to look at the work. I had questions about an area on the roof. All was good. Both men were polite, friendly and helped educate me on what goes on with a new roof. Thank you everyone. Thank you for being so respectful to my mom.

Very professional, from the senior owner (who helped me pick out the best shingles and color for my house - left to my own it would not have been as good), to office staff, and all workers. My roof was quite large and peaked. They showed up start day with a swarm of at least 10 roofers and hit the ground running. The job was supervised by Marcello and Adam, who were great to work with. They were genuinely interested in my preferences, and we had some changes/ surprises during the job, but they handled it all with professionalism and ease. Highly recommended!

I realized I needed to replace my roof and the skylight. I had a couple friends recommend Elite Roofing and when others at church or the food bank (where I volunteer) ask who I had decided to go with, I said Elite Roofing. All agreed it was an excellent decision. The materials they use are top of the line and professionalism is beyond question at all levels. While I contracted them in January for a March 15 date for installation, they showed up at 7:15 and were finished by 5 PM on March 15th. While it was windy and cold in the morning, they pushed on. They protected my EZ-breeze sunroom panels with sheets of plywood and several windows. All the plantings near the house were covered with tarps. The workman ship was excellent and the whole process was painless. The word "elite" fits this company well. You would not go wrong with Elite Roofing of Aberdeen!

On a cloudless 90+ summer day, old roof was stripped and new roof installed including skylight; all work done in one day, all debris cleaned up; foreman and all crew were professional and worked hard on a very hot humid day leaving behind a very satisfied customer

Communication needs to be improved. Replaced roof and went fine. Apparently there was an issue with the flashing around the skylights and had to be redone 3 days later. There was absolutely no communication about the redo ... or even when they were going to start initially. I had 10 ladies at my home when they did the 'redo'. ... material falling all over my CLEAN floor and workers singing. Couldn't hear each other talk. This frustration could have been avoided with one phone call.

The first week of December our 2nd floor gas hot water heater broke, leaking through the attic into our master bedroom and bathroom ceilings. The day prior to that I was exposed to COVID and was symptomatic the next day - the same day as the leak. Of course we could not get anyone to come in until I was cleared from isolation and quarantine. However once that happened Elite Roofing LLC was extremely responsive and adaptive. They willingly flexed their schedule around the plumbing company’s to ensure they were both onsite to coordinate repairs and installation. Tony Jr must have called me close to a dozen times over two days to make sure that everything was properly coordinated and we would have hot water before Christmas. Margaret, their office manager, was totally on top of things as well making sure We were being taken care of. The entire Elite Roofing team has our gratitude, respect and strongest possible endorsement. They were and are simply awesome. Great people make companies great and this is a great company.

I used Creed and Garner to install my brand new roof. 2 months later, it started leaking, and they refuse to fix it- even though they promise their work. I called Tony Jr with Elite and just asked for advice. He sent an inspector over to take pics of the top of my roof so I could see what happened. Tony said, I'll do this for free because people should be treated right. He sent his son over and they took pics of the faulty workmanship then explained, in detail, why the roof leaked. They didn't charge me one dime. Should have used them instead.

I've been dealing with years of problems with my roof, through multiple hurricanes, from poor initial construction. After having the original roofing company replace nearly my entire roof and still having issues, I've grown to distrust them. High winds the other night yanked a few shingles off my roof yet again, so I gave Elite Roofing a call. Margaret was so warm and personable and spoke to the manager right away about my plight! Jaun was on my roof within the hour to access my problem. He quickly replaced the few shingles that I lost in the storm and determined that the rest of the roof looked to be in good shape. We did run into a small problem with our vinyl siding not being put back correctly after the job was done. We addressed this in an email and we heard back from them the next business day. They sent out a follow up crew to come and repair the siding. Would definitely recommend this company for any roof repair or replacement.

They walked us through all the options and services in such detail we had no questions. Additionally, they worked around our schedule and the weather. When the day came, they had close to a dozen workers at our house. They got the old roof off, the new roof on, and the place cleaned better than when they found it in less than 12 hours! Their customer service is exceptional and they have followed-up twice to ensure we were fully satisfied.

Very happy with the roof. Done in one day, even after they had to replace rafters and more in the flat roof over the screened porch. A small cosmetic problem was fixed as soon as I notified them and we could work out the day. I was busy day one, so they were out early on day two. Great work!
