He is very knowledgeable in skylights and products that he sells. We liked the warranties offered as well. He cleaned up well and our new skylights are functioning well! We called Daylight Solutions a few weeks ago and Chris , the owner, responded to our call right away. We set a date and time for him to come out and give us an estimate. Prior to arrival, Chris texted us and said he would be to our home within 20 minutes. Right away, we liked the way he worked…RELIABLE. During our estimate appointment, Chris gave us his professional opinions and suggestions. This is something we really appreciated as we had never had Sun Tunnels before. On the day of installation, Chris showed up with his team on time and prepared. They took great care in making sure our furniture and rugs was covered before the installation process began. However let me just say, the installation was MUCH less messy than I could have ever anticipated. The installation went without a hitch and 4 Sun Tunnels were installed in our home in just a matter of a few hours. Wow! What a difference the Sun Tunnels made in our home! We loved working with a locally owned and operated company that is so responsible. This is a company that truly cares about their customers and the reputation they are making with each installation. We just had a skylight installed by Daylight Solutions this week. They did an amazing job! They were very responsive when we contacted them for information on the installation and followed through from the initial consultation to completion. A couple weeks ago we had our roof redone to replace the shingles on our roof and the roofer stopped by today for payment. He took a look at the skylight and said Daylight Solutions did a quality job. We highly recommend them and will gladly hire them again if we decide to add anymore VELUX windows.

Contracted in November for eight replacement skylights. We live more than hour from Travelers Rest, but Chris came up to give us a quote. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to know. Then winter set in and with rain, snow, freezing, and wind, there was not a day they could install until early March. Chris and his crew came up and got it all done in one day. Roof looks as if it has not been touched. This is a company you can trust! Also, we had an estimate from another company that was slightly less but seemed not as reliable. We are so glad we went with Daylight Solutions!
