We reached out to G. Fedale Roofing and Siding after noticing a few shingles missing and some wear on the siding after a storm. They came out within a couple of days, inspected everything carefully, and explained what actually needed attention without making it confusing. The crew got the work done efficiently and kept the area clean the whole time. It felt like a much smoother experience compared to another company we had gotten a quote from earlier.

I can’t recommend Sam Goodroe enough! Sam took the time to price out multiple different options for me and did all the work for the financing company, leaving me to not do much but sign the contract. Very excited for the project to start!

The salesman came out and gave me fair pricing on removing stucco from the chimneys and surrounding the home. We then decided to replace stucco with siding. Five workers came and they were constantly removing stucco which was a dusty noisy job. Then they put the siding up which made my house look younger. They cleaned up around the home very neatly. Neighbors have stopped by to ask questions and see up close the work that was completed satisfactorily. Its a pleasure to come home. Thank you G Fedale for your professionalism.

My experience with G Fedale was very positive from start to completion of project. Octavion is the project sales manager I started with and got my project going. He came out the same day to look at my roofing project, took pictures, explained the process & a quote was sent shortly after. He was very professional, polite & communicated clearly & promptly. A date was scheduled but delayed a week because of the blizzard but their office communicated that in a timely manner. The next shining star was Chase Smith who was the site manager who made sure the roofers & product started the project on time, completed the project, followed up to make sure the roof was completed correctly & the area was cleaned of debris, nails & trash. Chase was very professional, conscientious & took pride in his project & responsibility of insuring my project was complete.

I needed to have a decent amount of repairs done to my house due to insurance issues. I reached out and spoke to Sam and explained everything that was going on. I was surprised that the price was very fair to the point that I even added extra work Tyler (the PM) has been extremely helpful. Every time I have reached out he has responded quickly and always positively. Him and all the guys working are professional and polite. Below are some before and after photos of my home before the doors and siding replaced and after. Very important to mention that this is a 120 year old home and many issues were found and fixed along the way and the price was a very small increase for the repairs. I highly recommend G. Fedale Roofing and siding for anyone looking. I will be using them in the future when it’s time to replace some windows

Work was fairly quoted. The team started on time and finished when promised including quickly solving a problem that required a change order. The workers were courteous and left the property clean of all trash. I am extremely pleased with the project manager and his team. I would recommend G Fedale for any roofing project.

Great company to work with. We had some siding and trim damaged from a recent storm in our Lewes home. JD was supposed to stop by on a Friday afternoon for my free estimate but was able to come much earlier on a Tuesday. This allowed me to be home and for him to do the damage assessment and the subsequent repairs quickly. They offered the best rates and the best workmanship around. Will call them again for any siding or window repairs in the future. Highly recommended!

We recently had Hardie siding installed by G. Fedale, and our experience was quite mixed. The work crew themselves were competent and skilled, which is the only reason this isn't a 1-star review. However, the project management and communication were extremely disappointing: - Our project manager was barely present (only on site a handful of times) and was eventually fired mid-project, leaving us with no point of contact for much of the job. - Wrong windows were ordered and installed before we caught the mistake and required a correction. - The crew began installing incorrect siding on part of our house before the error was caught. - Our front door was improperly installed and actually burst open during a windstorm despite being locked. - We never received a single change order with pricing details We were charged an additional $2,000 for moving an irrigation box and outdoor electrical outlet just four feet - without any prior cost discussion. - When issues arose, our sales representative completely ghosted us. - No proactive communication from upper management despite multiple mentions to staff that we were disappointed in the lack of follow-up. - The project dragged on from early November until just yesterday when they finally completed the punch list items. The entire experience was unnecessarily stressful, lengthy, and costly. While the finished product looks great thanks to the skilled crew, I cannot recommend a company with such poor project management and communication. Potential customers should be aware.

G. Fedale recently completed an extensive shingle removal/replacement on the Union United Methodist Church in Bridgeville, DE due to storm damage this past winter. We found the organization to be very professional and efficient from representing the church in discussions with the insurance carrier to installation of the shingles. The on-site supervisor, Luke, handled the job very well and was responsive to any questions. Also, Frank Starkey, kept the Church informed of any issues and was pleasant to deal with. UUMC was very pleased with G. Fedale's work and would recommend this company.
