The purpose of the VELUX Model Home Program is to make VELUX skylights, roof windows and sun tunnels even more affordable for contractors who install them in model homes. Model homes are a valuable way for us to showcase our products to potential homebuyers. To truly appreciate the benefits that skylights, roof windows and sun tunnels provide, these products must be experienced in a real setting — like a model home.

Because of this, we have made our roof windows, skylights and other residential products* available at a reduced cost to those who install them in a house that is a permanent sales center for a residential development or part of any builders association sponsored promotion such as "Parade of Homes."
