This custom residence, totaling 6,750 square feet, faces out onto the beach and is oriented for maximum views and prevailing breezes. The innovative design of these roof windows allows for livable space under a roof eave that otherwise would have been inaccessible without adding on a large dormer and distorting the roofline.
The two Cabrio balcony roof windows in the third floor master suite sitting area are oriented to capture views out to the ocean.
