Our foundation consists of two important parts:

Foundations are built to last, and Model company and VELUX Values will be valid throughout the lifetime of the company.
VELUX Vision states the envisioned future as we see it supported by vivid descriptions of what it will be like to fulfill this goal. It should be a goal out of the ordinary but within reach. It should be daring, exciting and stimulate progress. It should be consistent with our foundations and be valid for a long period (10-20 years).
All business units and systems should have their own vision. The sum of these visions form the rooms of Our VELUX Home. What goes on in the attic (business strategies and objectives, plans, budgets and activities), is all part of our daily business and is reviewed regularly. These activities are usually described in plans, budgets and other administrative documents.
Together these components form Our VELUX Home. We are all committed to ensuring its continued development. And achieving the VELUX Vision will be a vital step in the right direction.
