VELUX skylights are an integral part of the design of this sales office/model home designed and constructed by Donald A. Gardner Architects for this mountain golf resort and community. VELUX skylights were specified as a result of the designer’s long term experience with the product – its proven quality and performance.
The skylights perform double duty by inviting natural light into both the covered porch and the adjacent living room. An arched clerestory window between the living room and covered porch provides a path for outside light to come into the living room. Skylights keep this covered area from darkening the living room while simultaneously providing evening views of the moon and stars.
