With the recent improvements in skylight energy efficiency, this building could be built with more than 240 skylights in the roof and still meet the minimum requirements set by the building code in terms of energy efficiency. Each office has three skylights. The cubicle areas at each end of the building also benefit from natural daylight coming through the skylights.
